You're listening to American Ground Radio with Stephen Parr and Louis R. Avallone. This is the full show for December 16, 2025. 0:30 A comment on The View is lighting up the airwaves — and not in a good way. We break down Whoopi Goldberg's comment that a dog would do a better job running the FBI than Director Kash Patel. But while the insult makes headlines, the facts tell a very different story. Under Patel’s leadership, the FBI has disrupted terror plots, stopped bomb threats, and arrested top fugitives — results critics conveniently ignore. This isn’t just about a Trump appointee or a TV soundbite. It’s about media figures undermining public trust in federal law enforcement at a moment of real national security threats — and replacing serious debate with cheap insults. 9:30 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. According to the latest numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of jobs in the United States rose by 64,000 positions last month. President Trump has filed a $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC for deceptively editing his speech from January 6, 2021. Judge Hannah Dugan, who allegedly tried to help an illegal alien avoid being arrested and deported by ICE, is on trial herself this week after she was charged with obstruction. 13:00 Phil Mickelson isn’t backing down — and his latest comments on gun control are setting off alarms around the world. After the deadly Bondi Beach attack in Australia, the golf legend pointed out an uncomfortable truth: the terrorists didn’t seem remotely hindered by some of the strictest gun laws on the planet. In countries where law-abiding citizens are disarmed, criminals and extremists know exactly who won’t be shooting back. The conversation cuts through the familiar calls for “more laws” and asks the harder question — why do politicians keep blaming legal gun owners when violent criminals ignore the law entirely? 16:00 We ask the American Mamas what they think about Erika Kirk's meeting with Candace Owens. Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s widow, sat down privately with Candace Owens after claims and speculation threatened to fracture the conservative movement during a moment of national mourning. With no cameras, no microphones, and no social media theatrics, the two women chose conversation over chaos. American Mamas Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson weigh in on why the meeting mattered, how unchecked speculation can poison unity, and why resolving conflict face-to-face may be the only way to stop grief from being weaponized. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 22:30 Cheap gas isn’t just a talking point — it’s a pay raise, especially for working families living paycheck to paycheck. We break down why lower gas prices hit far beyond the pump, driving down grocery costs, transportation expenses, and overall inflation. When fuel gets cheaper, everything gets cheaper — and the people who feel it most are the poorest Americans. With GasBuddy projecting sub-$3 gas prices for Christmas Day, the conversation turns to energy policy, economic relief, and why “drill, baby, drill” is being framed as compassion, not politics. 26:00 Republicans are finally putting a healthcare alternative on the table — 15 years after Obamacare, but better late than never. We Dig Deep into the GOP’s new “Lower Healthcare Premiums for All Americans Act,” what it claims to fix, and why no one should expect a miracle. From soaring premiums and broken Obamacare promises to patient choice, small-business relief, and cutting red tape, the conversation centers on whether this plan can actually move the system in a better direction. It’s a hard look at healthcare reform, government control versus freedom, and why real healthcare isn’t delivered by Washington — it’s delivered between doctors and patients. 32:00 Get TrimROX from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 32:30 A brutal attack in a Savannah public park leaves a woman with third-degree burns — and the mayor’s response is sparking outrage. We react to a shocking chemical assault at Forsyth Park, the victim’s ongoing recovery, and a moment from city leadership that many are calling cold, dismissive, and indefensible. Instead of compassion or accountability, the mayor’s remarks raise serious questions about leadership, public safety, and basic human decency. 35:30 Education freedom is gaining momentum — and it may be one of the real bright spots in the national conversation. We break down what “education freedom” actually means, why it matters to working families, and why support is growing across the country. From open enrollment and school choice to education savings accounts and tax credits, the discussion cuts through the buzzwords and gets to the core issue: parents having real control over how and where their children are educated. 39:30 Buy now, pay later sounds convenient — but is it quietly training Americans to spend money they don’t actually have? We dig into the rise of “split payment” apps and why turning everyday purchases into installment plans may be more dangerous than credit cards. It’s a conversation about debt, discipline, and how removing the “pain of paying” can lead to overspending — exactly as the companies behind it intend. Just because you can break a purchase into payments doesn’t mean you should. 41:30 And we finish off today’s show with a reminder that American resistance didn’t begin in a courtroom — it began in a harbor. On this day in history, the Boston Tea Party marked a turning point in the fight against taxation without representation, as ordinary colonists took an extraordinary stand against government overreach. Disguised, defiant, and determined, the Sons of Liberty sent a clear message to Parliament that freedom would not be negotiated quietly. This week Atlanta is paying final respects to DeKalb County Officer David Rose, who was killed during a shooting at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention earlier this month. Authorities say Patrick Joseph White targeted the CDC, and blamed the COVID-19 vaccine for his mental health issues. He died by suicide after firing roughly 500 shots at CDC buildings. The union representing CDC workers warns about the continued spread of vaccine disinformation, especially by leaders like Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr. They say the violence is a result of the vilification of government employees, fueled by the Trump Administration. Republican strategist Brian Robinson, Democratic strategist Tharon Johnson, and host Lisa Rayam break down all of this. Plus, both Tharon and Brian agree: As candidates for Georgia Governor like Lt. Gov. Burt Jones and Attorney General Chris Carr show their allegiance to Trump, one new name could shake things up. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger may soon jump into the race. Raffensperger defied Trump in 2020 as the president allegedly conspired to overturn Georgia's election results.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This episode of the Tactical Living Podcast, hosted by Coach Ashlie Walton and Sergeant Clint Walton, extends a message of love and support to Democrats who may be questioning their long-held beliefs in light of recent events and media narratives. My Message to Democrats: A Call for Unity and Understanding invites listeners from all political backgrounds to explore the possibilities of change and the importance of open-mindedness in today's complex world. Discuss the backdrop of recent political tensions and incidents, including the attempted assassination of Donald Trump (Amazon Affiliate), and how these events can catalyze moments of reflection and reevaluation among individuals. The Power of Questioning and Openness: Highlight the importance of questioning one's beliefs and the strength it takes to admit uncertainty or error in one's understanding, especially in a highly charged political environment. Encouraging a Change of Mind: Provide assurance that changing one's mind in light of new, accurate information is a sign of growth and intelligence, not weakness. Emphasize that it's okay to shift viewpoints as one gains different perspectives or learns more about the issues at hand. Common Journeys of Political Transformation: Explore how it is common for individuals, including many who identify as leftists, to reevaluate and sometimes change their political views, particularly as they explore deeper philosophical or spiritual beliefs, such as the rules of nature or religious faith. The Role of Media and Information: Discuss the impact of media on shaping political views and the importance of seeking out diverse sources of information to form a well-rounded understanding of political issues. Stories of Political Reevaluation: Share anecdotes and stories from individuals who have experienced significant changes in their political beliefs, highlighting their journeys and what influenced their transformations. Creating a Space for Dialogue: Stress the importance of maintaining respectful and open dialogue with people of differing viewpoints. Discuss ways to engage in productive conversations without hostility or prejudice. Recap the key points made throughout the episode and reiterate the invitation for open-mindedness and unity among listeners of all political affiliations. Encourage listeners to reflect on their own political beliefs and consider areas where they might be open to learning more or engaging in discussions with others who might view things differently. Invite listeners to share their experiences of political transformation or newfound understanding in the Tactical Living community to help promote a culture of openness and growth. Tune into this episode for a thoughtful exploration of political beliefs and the potential for change. Whether you're firm in your views or starting to question, this discussion aims to provide insights and encourage a broader understanding of the complex political landscape we navigate today. In today's final hour, Dom previews what he believes will be the topic of discussion over the weekend and into next week, telling that he's already hearing some debate around the debt ceiling. Then, Giordano asks for producer Dan to grade the new Republican Congress in their first week, also offering up his own grade of an A, telling why he believes the Freedom Caucus moved the ball forward a bit. Also, Dom returns to a topic featured heavily throughout the week, telling that on Monday, Springfield Township Commissioner Jim Lee will join to defend his stance against the thin blue line flag that has caused controversy within the town. Then, Dom welcomes in President of the Catholic League Bill Donohue back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a column he penned that focuses on how parental rights are under fire by the Left. In the column, Donohue writes of a stealth campaign of individuals trying to sunder parental rights particularly when teaching lessons centered in gender and sexuality, providing examples of Left politicians openly stating their right to decide what's taught to children. In both the column and the segment, Donohue argues that the indoctrination effort has gone too far and that children belong to parents, not the State. Finally, Donohue previews the Catholic League's upcoming documentary, Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom. (Photo by Anna Moneymaker/Getty Images)

Van Drew previews how Republicans plan to address Democratic radicalism within the issue, arguing that nobody should support the killing of a baby after a botched abortion. Then, Giordano and Van Drew discuss the rhetoric from the Left, particularly around classified documents and the Mar-a-Lago raid, particularly after multiple classified documents were found in multiple offices of Joe Biden, allegedly taken while he was serving as Vice President.
