As a current fellow at the Brownstone Institute and the Chairman/CEO of the Daylight Freedom Foundation, Day combines his industry expertise with a deep commitment to advancing freedom and individual liberty. Day's foray into political activism began in 2008, catalyzed by the detrimental impact of government regulations, including Obamacare and Dodd-Frank, on his thriving healthcare business. This experience propelled him into the heart of political and non-profit advocacy, where he has since championed the cause of liberty. Notably, Day has led a non-profit think tank, initiated the Crony Awards to spotlight government and business collusion, and significantly contributed to the Free State Project's success in New Hampshire as its Chairman, fostering a community dedicated to liberty. In the political arena, Day's influence is substantial. He has served as Chairman of the Stark360 SuperPAC, significantly contributing to the election of over 100 candidates in New Hampshire, held leadership roles within the Republican Liberty Caucus at both state and national levels, and been an active member of the Hillsborough County and Bedford Republican Committees. Day's concern over the rising threat posed by Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) inspired him to author the best-selling book, The Final Countdown: Crypto, Gold, Silver, and the People's Last Stand Against Tyranny by CBDCs. His 2024 Republican Presidential nomination campaign was a strategic effort to highlight the dangers of CBDCs, during which he engaged with numerous Congress members and influenced key political figures, including persuading Donald Trump to oppose CBDCs through discussions facilitated by Vivek Ramaswamy. His insights and activism have garnered attention from major news outlets such as The Epoch Times, Zero Hedge, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, The New York Times, and the Boston Globe, reflecting his significant impact on public discourse. BULLETIN SERIES 3 EPISODE 63: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (1:44) In a late night appearance in Arizona, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump said of former Republican congresswoman Liz Cheney "Let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her. Let's see how she feels about it, you know, when the guns are trained on her face." At publication time, no Republican had repudiated Trump for his implicit threat, nor had any even repudiated him upon realizing that the next time he expresses such a desire to have a critic killed by a firing squad, it could be them. What follows is the Friday Countdown podcast as originally produced. (3:52) TRUMP INTERNAL POLLS MUST BE TERRIBLE: HE IS ALREADY FOMENTING INSURECTION II: There can no longer be any doubt that the Trump camp knows that he is losing and losing by enough that however close the popular vote may turn out to be, he will lose handily in The Electoral College and his only chance is to foment another insurrection, whether by violence or by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. Axios has printed a Trump press release (and describes it as a "scoop") that Trump's pollster has told him tells The Garbage Man "he's in a radically better position than he was right before the 2020 election...(it) draws on Real Clear Politics polling averages to argue that Trump's "position nationally and in every single Battleground State is SIGNIFICANTLY better today than it was 4 years ago." This is like relying on stuff Rudy Giuliani heard from the voices in his head. The Trump campaign is furiously stoking up racial hatred, white supremacism, anti-woman rhetoric - and the insistence that he's already being robbed in Pennsylvania. He'd only be doing that if he's being told he's LOSING in Pennsylvania and needs to try to steal the election. Speaking of Rudy: he has now came this close to dropping a milder version of the N-word. B-BLOCK (31:55) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: Russia fines Google more money than there is in the world. Elon Musk goes full antisemite. Tucker Carlson insists he was mauled while asleep by demons.  C-BLOCK (46:40) FRIDAYS WITH THURBER: There's only one story for the weekend before the election. In a striking political altercation recently, Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump has been widely criticized for comments made against his Democratic counterpart, Kamala Harris. In a series of controversial comments, Trump has referred to Harris as "lazy", heavily invoking a racial stereotype against Black people. The comments, made on a Tuesday, have attracted a ubiquity of criticism and condemnation from various quarters. The comments seem to follow Trump's unrelenting propensity to partake in controversy, particularly with indelicate comments against his political opponents. The comments against Kamala Harris not only disparage her personally but also show a disdain for the larger Black community. It is concerning that such regressive measures continue to be employed by a Presidential nominee. This instance further solidifies Trump's reputation as a controversial figure in American politics, often blurring the line between political retaliation and racially insensitive remarks. While this heated verbal duel unfolds in the American political landscape, let's shift our focus to Jack Smith. As for Smith, there is not enough information provided to include him in this narrative context. All relevant details regarding Smith in relation to the current scenario, against the backdrop of Trump's controversial remarks, are left at large. As we maneuver through such political turbulence, a more detailed introduction of Smith's involvement is necessary for an in-depth analysis. Until further information surfaces, we hold our comments on his role or input in this scenario.Nevertheless, what remains clear is that Trump's comments have not only fuelled the already burning fires of this presidential race but also posed pertinent questions about the respect accorded to individuals of different race and backgrounds. A diversity-embracing nation like America should strive to encourage equality and unity, rather than fan the flames of divisive rhetoric. What remains to be seen is how such controversies will shape the voters' decisions in the upcoming elections. A candidate's suitability for the esteemed Presidential office goes beyond mere political capability and extends to moral responsibility, inclusivity, and the ability to respect fellow citizens, regardless of their background.

On Tuesday 16th June 2015, Donald Trump, flanked by Melania, came down the escalator at Trump Tower and before a crowded atrium announced that he would be running for president. Famous for being a businessman and the host of The Apprentice, everybody wrote him off. This was just a gimmick, he couldn't win. However, he quickly established himself as the favorite for the nomination. Radical, straight-talking, and entertaining, he energized large sections of the Republican base. He blew away arch-establishment figures like Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, and the more radical anti-Washington candidate Ted Cruz. Despite being a polarising figure right from the start, he turned the party upside down and on Tuesday 19th July 2016, Donald Trump was declared the official Republican Presidential candidate with 14,000,000 votes, the most received by any candidate in Republican primary history. Dom calls this out as the host talking down to voters, explaining that no, voters aren't dumb, but instead smart enough to see through the Biden spin and recognize his negative impact on the economy. Then, Dom welcomes actor and radio host Joe Piscopo back onto the Dom Giordano Program to hear why he decided to head down to the courthouse and offer his support to former President Donald Trump in his hush money trial. Joe tells the story of his trip down to Wildwood where the President was gracious enough to offer him an exclusive in-person interview, which gave him cause to head out to the court house to offer his support, where he saw a completely unfair treatment of the political rival of the current Administration. Also, Piscopo tells us what he's working on next, telling of his production of an upcoming tribute to comedian Jerry Lewis. This week on the Mark Levin show, for the pro-Hamas American media, not all civilians are alike. The Sunday show hosts expressed their displeasure with Israel defending itself, insisting that Israel is not doing enough and must do more to protect civilians. We are plagued with a poisonous Israel-hating, in many respects Jew-hating, Hamas-loving media. Governor Newsom CANCELS Christmas tree lighting ceremony after threats of disruption by pro-Palestinian activists. The Democrat Party is not your typical political party - it's a wrecking ball. They are an alien force in a free country that seeks to destroy our history, our constitution, the economic system, and the educational system. In order to advance their cause they have to lie, all autocrats have to lie and they have to change the language. Ron DeSantis won the last Republican Presidential debate, with Chris Christie and Nikki Haley in last place. Haley is a liberal, not even a RINO. Chris Christie is a hot head who gets very angry very fast, and he's lecturing and yelling at the debate. Christie's not going to be the nominee of the party - he won't even come close. Also, Nihad Awad helped set up CAIR, which is a front group for Hamas. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Ron DeSantis won the last Republican Presidential debate, with Chris Christie and Nikki Haley in last place. Haley is a liberal, not even a RINO. Chris Christie is a hot head who gets very angry very fast, and he's lecturing and yelling at the debate. Christie's not going to be the nominee of the party - he won't even come close. He's running for president of New Hampshire. Donald Trump's decision not to go to the debate was brilliant, why lower yourself to Christie? Also, Nihad Awad helped set up CAIR, which is a front group for Hamas. CAIR is part of the Democrat party and Awad celebrated what happened on October 7th and is applauded by American Muslims for Palestine. He's celebrating the rape and murder of girls. When he's with people who share his ideology, his true colors come out. This is what's happened to America, people like Awad exploit our freedom. Later, UPenn President Liz Magill walks back her comments during a House hearing on antisemitism on college campuses. UPenn is a disgraceful institution. It's not free speech to intimidate people based on their religion – that's not free speech. It's not free speech for a mob carrying signs or flags with swastikas on them and surrounding a Jewish student. This is what's going on, on college campuses. Sen Bernie Sanders hates both America and the state of Israel. He has spent his life undermining and attacking American civil society, culture, history, the Constitution, and market capitalism, all of which must be destroyed if his ideology is to prevail. He trashes any Israeli government that does not capitulate to the demands of the Palestinian terrorists, the U.S. State Department, and the likes of New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman. And like them, he insists that Israel carve itself up into indefensible pieces and gift their ancestral homeland to groups and people who want to slaughter them.  He has been a voice for some of the most dangerous and radical reprobates in the Middle East and around the world. In other words, Sanders is the Rashida Tlaib of the Senate, and he is a favorite among the most left-wing, antisemitic organizations in our country.  Afterward, Sean Hannity calls in with breaking news about Huner Biden and his new movie, Jingle Smells. Finally, Rep Claudia Tenney calls in to introduce the R Learn more about your ad choices.
