Episode 39. Today we talk to Jessie gill (or marijuana mommy) she’s from the American Cannabis Nurses Association and has started an absolutely fantastic education group. We get into that, but what I really enjoy about Jessie is her story about how she got involved with cannabis, all the way to now leading and teaching people who need help like she once did. Open your ear holes to this whallup of an episode and thank you for listening! Cannabisnurses.org or @cannabisnurses Cannabiseducationgroup.com Follow Jessie Gill @marijuanamommy Jessie Gill AKA the reputable Marijuana Mommy, is a cannabis nurse who teaches all about medical cannabis. She is the founder of marijuanamommy.com, an online resource for great content that gets syndicated to places like Forbes, High Times, Entrepreneur, Vice, Cosmopolitan, and more. Here with us today, to shed some light on current projects she’s diving head first into: Jessie Gill thank you for joining us! D - Tell us one fascinating thing about you not a lot of people know R - You’re also on the board of directors for the American Cannabis Nurses Association. 1) What does the ACNA do and 2) What exactly does that entail for you? D - So you recently rolled out a course for new patients, what is it called? And What does it do? R - As a nurse, I can imagine you’re caught between two worlds. Those who believe in the medicinal power of cannabis and those who are more “old school” learned, and don’t fully believe in its benefits, how do you navigate that? D - So to sum up everything we’ve talked about, what your call to action for everybody listening? How can we get involved and help? R - Where can people find you online for any questions? Outro: Thank you again Jessie for being a cannabinerd with us. People like Jessie inspire me. If you yourself feel inspired like me, follow and share cannabisnurses.org and spread the good work they are doing. If you are in need of an alternative medicine, the pharmaceuticals are not helping and are looking for a safe place to get help, please head on over to cannabiseducationgroup.com and there will be people like Jessie willing and able to help you.
