Dan Miller, is an American sportscaster based in Detroit, Michigan. He works as the sports director and anchor on WJBK ("Fox 2) in Detroit, Michigan and as a radio play-by-play announcer on the Detroit Lions Radio Network since 2005. Upon graduating high school, Miller, got a job at Mutual Radio Network affiliates WJLA and WTEM as a college student to help as an engineer for their weekend sportscasts. At the job interview, he was asked if he knew how to edit audio tape. He lied and said he could. "It's still a very, very active investigation, but preliminarily, we are investigating this as a self-defense fatal shooting," Second Lieutenant James Curry with the Fairfax County Police Department said on the scene Wednesday night. Police identified the man who was killed Friday as 24-year-old Eduardo Santos of Herndon. They said it's unclear why he walked up to that particular home at about 6 p.m. Wednesday.
