When I think of people living unbeatable lives, I think of, and am deeply inspired by, Kath Koschel. That's why she's the first guest in this Unbeatable series. If breaking her back on two separate occasions and learning to walk for the third time in her life wasn't enough to break her, losing her partner, the love of her life to suicide pushed her terrifyingly close to the edge. She also fought off a tumour, almost got her leg amputated, and has experienced her own mental health battles. Through her astounding resilience, Kath was able to create joy out of sorrow, to become one of Australia's youngest CEO's and the founder of the global movement and not for profit organisation Kindness Factory. Scott Sunderland has a background as a construction worker and still runs a highly successful construction company in the US. He's also known as the Millionaire Mind Coach and the creator of the program called The Healing Blueprint - Change Your Mind Change Your Life.
