Every state should adopt Oklahoma's school choice model, the state's Superintendent of Education Ryan Walters said. "We have the best school choice in the country, and it's a national model that every state should follow," Walters told The Daily Signal at Erick Erickson's The Gathering conference in Atlanta over the weekend. "But frankly, I think that I've asked for federal legislation along this way as well." Walters said improving education affects the whole state, and passing federal school choice legislation would improve the whole country.

Trying to get your friends and family to buy candy or wrapping paper for your kid's school fundraiser has always been a pain in the you know what. Why? Because no one wants to overpay for those items! But this year, Tammy's grandson Liam is doing a new kind of fundraiser that is changing the game.
