Kid A.G. and El Pres shit-talk everything from kitchen politics to the art of faking attention in relationships. They blasted hypocrisy, made cooking sound like a fucking chore sent straight from Satan, and declared war on mom bods - because apparently, looking like you've given up is the new sexy. They dove into the dark web of cheating using apps, reminisced about the good old days of handwritten love notes, and then shit got real kinky with tales of butt plugs and golden showers. The episode ends with a cautionary tale of flings with young hotties and the horror of scaring kid away with the term baby-making. Recorded: Saturday, January 25, 2025 On Mic: Kid A.G. & El Pres

Reinvent: Navigating Business Transformation in a Hyperdigital Era by Faisal Hoque https://amzn.to/3NTeIrr The Journey to Organizational Transformation Given the rate of change that we have experienced and will continue to see in the world, it's a challenge trying to stay on top of everything. Organizations must consider revising and possibly scrapping decades-old habits, processes, and their very ways of thinking and operating. In so doing, organizations can literally reinvent themselves. Transformation requires much more than simply obtaining the latest technology, plugging it in, and sitting back to watch reinvention take place. From top to bottom, organizations will be compelled to change entire mindsets, attitudes, and assumptions about how they operate, how they can grow, and even the very reason for their existence. This book introduces readers to ideas, concepts, and a comprehensive framework (LIFTS) that they can use to better position themselves and their organizations to reap the greatest number of benefits that business and digital transformation can afford. It's a journey rich with promise that explains complex concepts in an understandable common language. The book is divided into three distinct sections. The First section, "Why? The Case for Business Transformation in a Hyper-Digital Era," makes the argument for organizational reinvention—from the changing nature of consumers to shifting workforce priorities to the necessity for greater organizational security. The second section, "Transformation via Digitalization—Necessary Steps," examines actions necessary to prepare for transformation, including overcoming significant obstacles, recognizing the essential value of leadership, and forecasting what your organization is likely to become in the future. The final section, "What to Do: Navigating with LIFTS," offers a comprehensive discussion of a five-step process geared to guiding your company through its transformation. Using the acronym LIFTS — learn, investigate, formulate, take off, and study—you'll learn what goes into a successful transformative effort, including elements that, if overlooked, can sink otherwise solid planning. REINVENT is the result of the author's personal and professional journey — one that is made possible by three decades of work with colleagues, customers, partners, academics, and industry experts from around the globe. We're not a fitness podcast (technically) but as two guys interested in strength sports, we couldn't resist covering one of the hottest fitness trends to come out of this season's decade: CrossFit. In this episode, we get into the history of CrossFit, why it became so popular, & what makes us feel kind of weird about it. Along the way, there's tons of unexpected twists & turns in the story of how this "sport" (?) came to dominate the fitness world. You can find Fat Guy, Jacked Guy on Twitter, Instagram, & TikTok. You can find Stef on the web here & Brendan here. Support us on Patreon!!! There's extra content for Patreon supporters, as well as opportunities to interact with us in other ways besides listening to the podcast. Lets talk about PRE and POST pregnancy body perceptions
In this episode, we discussed our realities with going through changes having to do with our bodies. We wanted to be completely honest and open up to everyone about things we have gone through like eating disorders, insecurities, body changes, and learning to accept all forms of ourselves. We understand what it's like to feel like a "stranger" in your own body. Being a women is already hard enough, but stack being a mother on top of that and it can feel very isolating. Although we might not always like what we see in the mirror, every single one of us is beautiful no matter what stage we are in. Our bodies have changed so much and will continue to do so. We will never have a final form and that's okay. We want everyone to know that you are not alone in how you feel. But remember, we only get one body and we deserve to love everything about it. The journey to self appreciation can be difficult but YOU have all the power to make that difference. Not only have our bodies been there for us for our whole lives but it's created life itself.. what could be more beautiful? Our goal this episode is to validate everyone's feelings when it comes to their bodies but also remind us all that beauty radiates from within. If you are feeling alone please contact either of us to vent or outsource for help. Remember we were baddies then, now, and forever. Don't forget that. We love you.
One listener asks if she is in the wrong for sharing diet tips with her sister in law who has just had a baby? Julie reveals her own body insecurities after having the twins and the girls chat about the need for a light and gentle touch when discussing weight. Another listener wants the girls to give their opinions on her row with her husband - She wants him to correct his colleague's poor behaviour towards women, but he insists it won't change anything.

He is a 3-time award-winning Founder and CEO of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500™. What sets Faisal apart is the unique position and perspective he has always maintained, which is grounded in hardcore technology with deep roots in leading-edge management science. As he's grown through his career, he realized that the real challenge is to connect with people and lead them with influence and inspiration. Although technology has a role, especially with automation and giving accurate information, it's not only about the data that allow you to make better decisions but automates a lot of money. The things we don't want to do and technology can do better, but the aspect of creativity and mobilization of a workforce inspires people to do the next big thing. Which all comes down to humanity. As a technologist, there's a moral role in what should be pushed out there and consumed, and what's harmful or impactful. As a leader, you have the opportunity and the responsibility to drive people to do their best, and that's where the notion of mindfulness and empathy comes in. Empathy and mindfulness don't only apply on a personal level, it has huge implications for an organization and outside of an organization as a whole. It allows you to understand the situation of the collective community in terms of what they need, what issues they're dealing with, and how they're going to react to a particular situation. Command, control, and toxic leadership don't work for a long-term directive. Sooner or later, it will all fall apart. When looking at successful brands, you get the feeling of a personal connection they have with each of the customers they serve, whether that's B2B or B2C. When companies want to get their processes in line and improve their external image, as well as their morale inside. Faisal guides them with fundamental caution, starting with who they are, what they're trying to become, and what their purpose is. It needs to start with understanding who you are today, who you want to be tomorrow, and how you move forward, and that comes from knowing the current and defining the future state. Designing a set of processes that allows you to get there and aligning everybody around that notion of Why What and How.In this episode:[01:23] Faisal shares his intersection of humanity, science, and technology. In a world roiled by unprecedented change, effective leadership is becoming even more essential. No single approach will provide the ultimate solution to the challenges that change poses. Rather, it will be a confluence of ideas, strategies, and actions that will prove effective in managing and making the most of sweeping change. The world that existed yesterday will be decidedly different from that of tomorrow. It will take a complete and adaptable toolkit to cope effectively with that ongoing cycle of reinvention. This week, we start with our standard check-in on the status or non-status of the Elite and do a thought experiment about how their bodies might look after having been out of our vision for so long! We preview what we know is coming up at Full Gear, and Lea was at the live show this week so we have her on-the-ground reportage of all the excitement (and non-excitement). To start, the Acclaimed & FTR defeated Swerve In Our Glory & Gunn Club. Next up, we delve into the interconnected web of the women's division, where Britt & Jamie fought Madison Rayne & Skye Blue on Rampage and won, and we discuss Britt and Saraya's dueling promos. In the AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament, Ethan Page beat Eddie Kingston. Also: Samoa Joe Was Right, Stuart Little and men + mice in general, Orange Cassidy vs Shibata: two cute boys, the swirling vortex of ROH, Mox vs Max, and much more!
I Ain't Afraid of No Ghost!! Let's hear it! Dr. Cynthia and Kaylyn continue the 4-part series this October with an episode on blobs. Sometime beings without bodies may appear as blobs and we discuss giving them bods and sending them off. Dr. Cynthia guides us to invite a being onto the stage in front of us and say hello. Once we say hello, we then invite the being to move on to the next adventure. They are no longer stuck. There is no reason to be scared of these beings, we are senior to anything without a body!Meditation begins approximately: 26:30Come for the chat stay for the healing!Find out more at DrCynthiaSmith.comhttps://drcynthiasmith.com/intake-formYouTube Intuitive Hypnotherapyhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3nT6nRN8HkOSG6djAHCq2w/featuredFacebook @CynthiaSmithChiroAcuHypnoHealerintuitive.hypno.doc@gmail.com
