Hour 3 with Dorin Dickerson, Jeff Hathhorn, and Mark Kaboly: What coaching staff changes can the Steelers make going into the offseason? We discuss possibilities for the team and who would be a few good additions for Tomlin's staff. The Bears are going to keep the No. 1 pick, at the moment, and potentially pick QB Caleb Williams. Justin Fields could be on the move and some rumors are indicating the price is a second or third-round pick. Would you make that deal? If the Steelers trade for Fields, Rudolph is gone and a competition would be underway between Kenny Pickett and Fields. Stanley Cup Champion Tyler Kennedy joined the show. The Penguins return from the break tonight against the Jets. The power play has to do something to get going. TK thinks the Islanders are the biggest team to keep an eye on against the Penguins for the final Metro playoff spot. Malkin and Karlsson are seeing a different role on the power play. What should the Penguins do with Jake Guentzel? If you want to make the playoffs, it's difficult to trade him and he plays great with Guentzel. Roger Goodell said that as long as he's commissioner, the Super Bowl will not be a pay-per-view event. The commercial numbers for advertising are ridiculous and the networks make a lot of money there. How much would a streaming service have to pay for rights to the Super Bowl? The NFL is looking for hybrid grass for stadiums but you can't re-sod it. It used to be at Heinz Field early in the stadium's history.

Chris Carter, NFL and NCAAF analyst, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast. The Pittsburgh Steelers' stadium is no longer named Heinz Field, and now will be called Acrisure Stadium for the next 15 years. But what led to an insurance company from Michigan taking over for a historic Pittsburgh company like Heinz? The answer is in the naming rights contract that pays the Steelers $150 million over the next 15 years, a price Heinz couldn't afford. It also points to Steelers minority owner Thomas Tull's involvement as a Chairman for Acrisure. Chris Carter lists other suggestions like Iron City Beer, Primanti's Sandwiches and other famous Pittsburgh companies Steelers fans wanted to see over Acrisure.Meanwhile, a caller asks how vital it is for Mike Tomlin to get a winning record in his first year without Ben Roethlisberger. But the truth is, Mike Tomlin is already 18-15-1 without Roethlisberger. That's 34 games--two full seasons--and Tomlin already has a winning record with backups. What he could do with Mitch Trubisky and/or Kenny Pickett could be even better.CALL INTO THE SHOW AT 412-223-6644 or if international, e-mail your audio message to LOSTEELERSTOPICBAG@GMAIL.COMFollow Chris Carter on Twitter: @CarterCritiques.Theme music is 'Soul Kick' by Ceddy P, and 'Too Easy' by Nerdboy.
