Roy Assad has a great outlook on life, having come from a country where many of the basics we take for granted, were not readily available to him as a youth. He emigrated to the US as a teenager and within two days had his first job, although he didn't speak the language or know the alphabet since Arabic is considerably different that the English. Even though he may have envisioned streets of gold in America, the real gold was in the opportunities in this country. Roy has been working and providing since those early days without interruption. He was taught that selling was solving a need and providing a solution. Listening was a key trait in sales and helping clients understand that you understand them, is a huge benefit in the selling and coaching businesses.Over the years Roy has been involved with about a dozen entrepreneurial ventures. He is still partnering or starting businesses today and stays quite busy at the age many are thinking of retiring. He is a managing partner for The Human Capital Group in West Palm Beach Florida. Roy works with executives who may feel nothing is wrong but something is missing. One of his favorite business books is none other than the Bible. He is a Giver and can be found on Linkedin here:https://www.linkedin.com/in/royassad/

According to Genesis 2:2 “On the seventh day—with the canvas of the cosmos completed—God paused from His labor and rested.” Pay particular attention to the words paused and rested. When we think of resting from our work, we think of taking a vacation or a break from work. That’s not what God did here. At the end of the 6th day, God was done with creating. But he was not finished with his creation. There is a difference.
