Unveiling one of Italy's Culinary Gems: La Tavola Marche, and a Journey Off the Beaten Path to the Marche region Italy. Nestled in the heart of Italy, amidst the undulating hills and fertile valleys of the Marche region Italy, lies a culinary sanctuary awaiting discovery. La Tavola Marche, aptly translating to "The Marche Region Table," is not just a destination but a lifestyle meticulously crafted by Ashley and Jason Bartner. The decision to settle in the Marche region Italy was no happenstance but a deliberate choice rooted in a desire to embrace the Italian way of life. Unlike the well-trodden paths of Tuscany or Umbria, the Marche region Italy offered a canvas for cultural immersion and culinary exploration....

This debut memoir is at once a captivating travelogue and an introspective look at what it takes to navigate the unfamiliar and find your way back home. Meghan J. Ward was 21 years old when she journeyed across the country for a summer job in the Canadian Rockies. As an inexperienced hiker from the suburbs of the nation's capital, she knew she was in for an adventure. But what she didn't know was that her move to the mountains would result in a 90-degree turn towards a life she never expected. In the Rockies, Meghan fell in love with the wilderness, the high elevations, and a man whose way of life expanded her horizons. As that summer drew to a close, she took her first of many courageous steps off the beaten path to create the life of her choosing—one that brought her a sense of purpose and meaning, and a new set of challenges. In Lights to Guide Me Home Meghan takes us on a trip around the world while chronicling her transitions through some of life's major milestones. From Costa Rica to Nepal, Rapa Nui to Malta, Meghan explores what it means to carve out her own identity amidst family expectations, her responsibilities as a parent to young children, and her marriage to an ambitious travel and landscape photographer. Whom will she discover beneath these entanglements?
Today's guest to the Live Full Work Fun podcast is someone who is a nature lover like me and left the corporate world in pursuit of creating a lifestyle where she could be geographically independent. Chelsea Brinkley believes you can do great work from anywhere and that your life doesn't have to revolve around an office building. This idea has made her a coach to remote workers and a hired gun for entrepreneurs who want to create a more efficient business by getting their systems and processes on track or bringing on a remote team member to delegate some work to. Before having her own business, Chelsea worked for several years as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer of a successful multi-million dollar company near Nashville, TN. Nowadays you'll find her traveling with her husband, son, and pup, looking for the next mountain to hike, and occasionally sipping an old fashioned on the deck of her Colorado cabin— all while coaching, serving clients, and blogging about this life she gets to live after breaking free from the corporate world. Continue the conversation. Join the Live Full Work Fun Facebook group and share your biggest takeaway from this episode. Todays episode is clearly a long one, but I promise you the guest is bringing so much value. I met her on Tiktok… I'm your magical brand and website designer, Kailee Nauman and in todays episode you'll heard from Emma Waters - She is an actor, writer and content creator based on the East Coast. On Tiktok her account grew over 580k followers from her unique “Earth Series”, ones that loop seamlessly and has had fan worthy comments from Lizzo and John Green. Today I wanted to give her A HUGE congratulations as the lead role she stars in for an independent film, Magnolia Flowers is officially available to watch on YouTube. There was something about her that really drew me in and so I reached out and asked her if she would be interested in my Designed to Shine Experience which is my signature offer and is a 4 month transformation. So Emma and I spent a lot of time getting to know each other, most of our calls would be similar to what you'll listen to today. Countless times she has inspired me, moved me, had me laughing and probably made me cry a few times. We're about to take you on a journey from approaching balance as an entrepreneur, the raw struggles of having a passion, physical and mental confidence and her journey within the digital space, especially with the sudden growth of her account. This week on the show, I’m super excited to have creative career coach Michelle Ward back as part of the Friendpreneur Series. Michelle has been on 3 times in the past, and we always have a blast (you can find links to the other episodes at the bottom of this post). I think you will love that we talk about some of the challenges of being an entrepreneur, and how she’s recently chosen to refresh and change her coaching offerings. In looking back over her clients and work over the past 10 years, it became apparent that the work she loved and got the most traction with clients is in the “discover, launch, build” season of beginning a creative entrepreneurial business. Here’s what I love about Michelle (and what she shares in this interview) – she’s wildly dedicated to helping entrepreneurs figure out the what and the how of launching a biz. Her passion is really about getting past the road blocks and limiting mindset of a person’s initial creative idea. So many entrepreneur hopefuls have big ideas, but get stuck, and stop, and it’s her mission to help people figure out the ways past and out of the places they are stuck. Knowing that this is the territory Michelle loves – we talked about it a lot. In this chat, Michelle Ward and I talk about: Her 10 years as an entrepreneur and creative career coach How she’s been craving change and got it Her methodology on identifying the foundational programs that she wanted to include in her business, moving forward Her new “Build Your Client Base” program that will be launching in mid-June How to avoid getting stuck in the analysis paralysis (set a timer for 45 minutes, research, make a decision The emotional mind / body connection of running the NY half marathon this year after a cancer diagnosis two years ago As an entrepreneur, you don’t need to reinvent the wheel – that’s why there are genres Lin-Manuel Miranda’s discussion with Sondheim, and why we should keep looking at the new angles on the things we love – it keeps us fresh, and it keeps our followers or fans engaged. Happy New Year everyone! I love this time of year. We reflect on the year before us, and dream about what is to come. Yes, you guessed it, I’m one of those “goals” type of people. That person that loves to set goals, achieve, drive, and passionately pursue ideas set deep in my heart. But this New Year feels so different. A year of heartache and challenge has changed me. In a very good. A very rich and real way. Okay let’s talk reading lists. I’ve been listening to more audio books these days, than I have physically reading them in my hands. I want to share with you a few books that I’ve recently finished and want you to read: Jen Hatmaker – For the Love Erin Loechner - Chasing Slow: Courage to Journey Off the Beaten Path Lysa Terkerust – Best Yes Shaun Niequist – Present Over Perfect Henry Cloud & John Townsend – Boundaries Dr. James Dobson’s – Bringing Up boys & Brining up girls Selena Frederick’s – Wife in Pursuit John & Lisa Bevere – The Story of Marriage Harville Hendrix – Getting the Love you Want Rising Strong – Brene Brown On my 2018 reading list: Max Lucado’s – Anxious for Nothing Emily Ley’s – A Simplified Life Nichole Nordeman’s – Slow Down Jen Hatmaker – Of Mess & Moxie I would love to get to know you! Find me on IG @perfectlywonderfullymade and Facebook @yourbirthclass. It would mean so much to me if you would share the show with your friends & family. Neil talks with D.J. about how to navigate the complex judicial system; how to identify the proper resources to help pursue legal justice, either through criminal or civil prosecution; and some of the additional challenges survivors might face on the road to justice. D.J. and Neil also discuss the recent #Metoo movement. Before age 30, Erin Loechner built a fan base of one million women worldwide and earned the title “The Nicest Girl Online” as she was praised for her authentic voice and effortless style. In her upcoming book Chasing Slow: Courage to Journey Off the Beaten Path (Zondervan, January 10, 2017), Loechner shares her journey away from fast, fame and frenzy to a new-fashioned lifestyle of less.
