Meet Kalpesh Patel, a serial entrepreneur and mega successful networker. Kalpesh started from humble beginnings in East London however by having a father who had a very positive mindset, his mother a strong spiritual connection, Kalpesh made his first million by the age of 23. It hasn't always been easy though as shortly after circumstances lead him to losing it all and becoming a shell of his former self. After years of suffering and battling with his own mindset he remembered the fundamentals that his dad taught him and turned his life around completely to the point from which he made multiple 6 figures every single day. Fast forward again and Kalpesh was hit with controversy which landed him in national newspapers throwing negative accusations towards him. Kalpesh Kapadia's career spans 25+ years in the US and Asia, primarily in technology and finance. He came to the US over 20 years ago as a young student and struggled to establish his credit profile. Advanced therapy is problem-solving. You get to the top in that field by being able to solve problems that no one else can. Kalpesh Patel is one of the best in the world. Technically he is known as a Certified Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy among other things, but that's only the beginning of the story. After growing up in London, Kalpesh moved to Gainesville, Fl, and attended the University of Florida to study sports medicine. He's been the top clinical therapist at the University of Florida Sports Medicine center. He was the first therapist hired and decades later he has helped them expand to a sprawling complex of seven locations with hundreds of therapists. What do you know about veterinary medicine? It's alright—neither did we before we spoke with Mark Olcott, CEO of Vitus Vet. In this episode, we are joined by Kalpesh Patel, the one and only “Relentless Entrepreneur”. He is often dubbed as one of the most dynamic, and inspirational speaker in the UK. As an entrepreneur, his experience dates back to the age of 11. The great thing about him is that he is a resilient man, he had his ups and downs in both his personal and business life, but he still managed to bounce back and help others get better in both areas. Kalpesh Lathigra was born and bred in London, England. He studied photojournalism at the London College of Printing (now the London College of Communication), before being awarded what was then a much sought-after traineeship with the Independent Newspaper, which at that time was renowned for a commitment to using excellent photography in a way that many national newspapers in the UK never really had in the past. Kalpesh went on to have a successful freelance career as a newspaper and magazine photograper, shooting features and portraits for most of the major British broadsheets and their weekend magazines and in 2000 he won a first prize (Arts, Singles) in the World Press Awards. A few years later he was awarded the W. Eugene Smith Fellowship for his long-term project about the lives of widows in India: Brides of Krishna. He is still a busy, jobbing editorial photographer, but, alongside that role, he has also developed his own personal practice in which he has attempted to straddle the invisible divide between editorial, documentary photographer and a more authored, artistic sensibility - a state of affairs that we spend much of the interview mulling over. His first book, 'Lost In The Wilderness', which he funded with a Kickstarter campaign, will be published later this Autumn and is the result of 5 years work documenting the native American Lakota Sioux community of the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota, USA.
