Enforcers LEMC Burned in Gang Violence Riviera Beach police have arrested a man they say set fire to a Riviera Beach LEMC earlier this month. Randall Ray Love, 47, has been charged in connection with an arson investigation at Enforcers Motorcycle Club, which was set ablaze at around 6 a.m. on Sept. 11. And after we played that hateful, racist video yesterday from a local Detroit reporter, we heard from our constituents in a big and loud way. On this case the streets are talking because of the unfairness of the whole situation. The Afro Dogs have taken it on the chin and are being blamed for something that is entirely not their fault.
