Once we notice this, we can place our attention elsewhere. Energy flows to where attention goes. So, do you find yourself focusing on what you want? Or do you tend to go toward what you don't want? Each thought increases the frequency of things that may or may not serve us. Luckily, we all have choice and the ability to choose our next thought. We can flip our emotional state. We have the ability to stop and ask ourselves if there is a better way. Through self-reflection, you realize you can shift your self-talk. You can manage your emotional state. You can deliberately choose what you are going to do. John shares how you can release fear and create empowering, constructive beliefs. How can we take control of our brains so as to achieve any goal we desire?
