SOMALIAN COMMUNITY IN MINNEAPOLIS FUNDING AL-SHABAB TERROR GROUP VIA HAWALA PAYMENTS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-Minnesota: The situation continues to deteriorate in Minneapolis, as Somali crime continues to present terrorism concerns. This morning Police Chief Brian O'Hara apologized to the Somali community, using multiple interpreters to account for the dialect differences of the substantial Somali population in the city. Specifically, he apologized for angering the Somali community by casually mentioning in a media interview a few days ago, that Somalians are committing crimes in the city.Analyst Comment: This morning, the situation got worse. A closed-source mainstream media report was published, that claimed that remittance payments from Somalians in Minneapolis has risen to more than $1.7 billion for 2023, most of which has come from Somalians fraudulently gaming the Autism Services department. According to locals, the scam is simple, but widespread. Somalian parents will take their children to Somalian doctors, who will fraudulently diagnose their children with autism. From there, Somalian community leaders (including elected officials) will facilitate the enrollment of the children in Autism Services programs, artificially driving up numbers...and subsequently state funding. Over time, a lot of money ends up allocated to programs (and even people) that simply don't exist. All of this is pencil-whipped efficiently; medical records are falsified, children that don't even exist have full attendance records at autism clinics that also don't exist, and the money flows freely from the State, with everyone along the way getting a cash payment as part of their cut for the racket.Turns out, nearly all Somalians send this money back home to Somalia via Hawala brokers (which is a money transfer system) to avoid paying taxes...which means that billions of tax dollars flow directly to al-Shabab, the legendary terror group that has conducted ethnic cleansing operations throughout the continent of Africa. In short, Somalians are currently funneling welfare funding directly to al-Shabab, making the taxpayers of Minnesota the main funding source for the terror group. As surprising at that is to some, this is an older story that is more or less an open secret in the Twin Cities. A few years ago a nearly identical scheme was uncovered, which involved the attempted theft of $300 million of tax dollars that was to be used for the Feeding Our Future program. 56x people, all Somalian and mostly government employees or contractors, were convicted in that case, which had the same exact organization; since the Somalian community quite literally dominates all levels of society in Minneapolis, easily traceable fraud occurs on a gargantuan scale.Virginia: This morning two individuals were arrested after planning to conduct terror attacks against ICE agents. Two brothers, Mark and John Bennett were arrested after planning to fly to Las Vegas, in order to meet up with other insurgents to conduct attacks against ICE agents.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The manner in which these two were initially discovered puts them in the running for the dumbest criminals ever. Just by happenstance, they were overheard discussing the details of their plan by an off-duty police officer, who was sitting at the next table over from them while dining at a restaurant in Virginia Beach. After authorities figured out who they were and started investigating the incident, they discovered that this dinnertime banter was not merely hyperbole, but an actual terrorism plot. They had already purchased firearms specifically for their plans, which they bought because they "utilize(s) the explosive rounds that are needed to penetrate the vests". Which is

SUSPECT AT LARGE FOLLOWING SUBWAY STABBING IN NEW YORK. ICE OPERATIONS CONTINUE AMID LOCAL RESISTANCE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-Florida: Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick has been indicted by a grand jury for embezzling $5 million of FEMA funding that was distributed due to the Hurricane Milton disaster response.Analyst Comment: As a reminder, Rep. Cherfilus was in office during the infamous Hurricane Milton scandal, which saw FEMA officials ordering their employees to not provide aid to residences that had Trump signs in their front yard. FEMA supervisor Marn'i Washington was fired by FEMA, but was not prosecuted for her crime of violating the Hatch Act.Illinois: Yesterday an arson attack was reported on a Blue Line train, which involved an assailant dousing a woman with a flammable liquid before setting her on fire. The attacker has been identified as Lawrence Reed and was arrested shortly after the attempted murder.Analyst Comment: Reed has a criminal record spanning nearly four decades, which have involved him being arrested and released 72 times, including around a dozen times for felony crimes. Several of these crimes involved arson, but each time he was arrested he was released. In at least one case the judge released him from a psych ward...because he was deemed too dangerous to remain in custody as he would repeatedly and violently assault staff members at the ward. He was released into the general public with an ankle monitor instead. After his arrest for setting this woman on fire, he was brought before Magistrate Judge Laura McNally, with court reporters documenting what happened. Judge McNally told Reed that "When you walked in here, I presumed you to be innocent of these charges". Reed then replied "I'm guilty" before continuing his belligerent behavior in the courtroom.New Jersey: Surveillance footage has come to light pertaining to a mass shooting that was reported in Newark two days ago. Rival gangs conducted a skirmish in the street, and due to the "spray and pray" manner of the engagement, 5x bystanders where shot as well. Two people were killed during the engagement, including a 10-year-old boy.New York: Another subway stabbing took place a few days ago, with the NYPD releasing the photo of the suspect this morning. An unidentified black male slashed a passenger with a sharp object while transiting on the E train. No other details were provided regarding the attack.Kentucky: This afternoon the NTSB released the highly-anticipated preliminary report regarding the fatal crash of UPS Flight 2976 that occurred one month ago. The photos provided in the accident report shed light on what happened; the port-side engine completely ripped away from the wing due to a failure of the pylons holding it to the aircraft. In short, the engine flew itself off the wing due to fatigue and degradation of the mechanisms attaching the engine to the wing.Analyst Comment: Now, we know why the FAA grounded all MD-11 and DC-10 aircraft in the United States immediately after the crash. In just six images, the NTSB told the whole story, strongly indicating that the crash of Flight 2976 bears striking resemblance to the deadliest aviation accident in US history...the crash of American Airlines Flight 191 which crashed in a nearly identical manner while departing Chicago back in 1979. That aircraft was a DC-10, and 273 people were killed during that incident.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Counter illegal immigration operations continue around the country, as resistance to deportations continues to escalate. EPSTEIN FILES TRANSPARENCY ACT PASSES IN HOUSE AND SENATE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-Michigan: Tensions have become inflamed following demonstrations over the past few days in Dearborn. The entire affair revolves around one man, Jake Lang, who is attempting to start an "America Against Islamification" movement in Dearborn. So far several clashes have been reported between Lang's group and residents.Analyst Comment: Jake Lang doesn't live in Dearborn, he lives in New York. He's also currently running for office in Florida, and attempting to unseat Ashley Moody from her Senate seat in 2026.Indiana: More details have come to light regarding a fatal traffic accident that occurred on I-65 in Boone County over the weekend. Goderdzi Gujabidze was driving a pickup truck hauling another vehicle on a trailer when he collided with a National Guard convoy. His truck collided with one HMMWV, killing one Guardsman, and wounding the three other soldiers inside the vehicle. Gujabidze was arrested by ICE on Monday, as he is an illegal immigrant from the nation of Georgia.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In Congress, the bill to force the release of Epstein documents passed in the House and the Senate, and is expected to become law once signed by President Trump.As a reminder, President Trump has already mandated the release of these documents several times. In the world of classified documents, the President is an Original Classification Authority (OCA) so any documents that are classified for national security purposes always have been able to be released, so Congressional involvement was unnecessary. Additionally, the Binder Incident from just a few months ago cannot be forgotten either; this entire affair was already settled and allegedly on Pam Bondi's desk months ago. Now, every politician in the country is acting like we're examining this scandal for the first time.At least now, those protecting the Epstein clients are being a bit more honest. Rep. Mike Johnson stated that when more files are released, the documents will be heavily redacted, saying that "We can't release the full Epstein files without redactions due to National Security concerns" and that they need to "make sure we don't do permanent damage to the political system" by releasing the files. This of course led to the immediate assumption being that the Epstein network presenting national security concerns means that powerful elites are indeed implicated, and the US government will protect them to prevent the government from collapsing. Or at least, that's the current narrative that is now the official position of Congress and the White House.This afternoon, AG Bondi stated that a new investigation is ongoing, which will limit the release of most of what Congress just passed. Congress cannot order a federal agency to release documents pertaining to an ongoing investigation, so an ongoing investigation has miraculously materialized. COUNTER-ICE ACTIVITIES CONTINUE IN CHARLOTTE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Poland: More details have come to light regarding multiple acts of sabotage conducted on the Warsaw-Lublin rail line over the weekend. Train service was interrupted on Sunday near the village of Mika as multiple acts of sabotage were noted. The most significant act of sabotage involved explosives being planted on the rails, which detonated as a train rolled over the trigger mechanism to complete an electrical circuit, and thus detonating the explosives. After this explosive attack, Polish authorities conducted a sweep of the tracks along the line, which revealed several other acts of sabotage such as cutting electrical lines and otherwise tampering with rail equipment.-HomeFront-USA: This morning a brief outage of Cloudflare was reported, which resulted in many websites being offline for a short time. Most of the hardest-hit platforms included Twitter/X, Uber, OpenAI, and Spotify. DownDetector itself was also affected by the outage. Cloudflare stated that the reason for the outage involved a software bug during routine maintenance.Analyst Comment: Considering the major outage of Amazon Web Services in October, this is the second instance in 30 days of a major internet service company breaking a good chunk of the internet due to human error.North Carolina: ICE operations continue in Charlotte, with local media stating that deportation operations also began in Raleigh today.Analyst Comment: Resistance to the deportation of violent criminals has been high from all levels of society in Charlotte. Local media groups have been openly been teaching illegals how to evade ICE, and have been providing legal advice on interacting with ICE agents. Local churches have also been allowing their spaces to be used for seminars on how to evade ICE detention. Several US citizens have been arrested for interfering with ICE operations, including one transgender individual who attacked an ICE convoy yesterday.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Regarding the derailing attacks in Poland, Polish government officials have laid blame on Russia, as expected. This is largely for two main reasons, and also a third reason that probably won't be publicized. For one, the attacks were sophisticated enough to indicate they were not conducted by an amateur. Secondly (and most significantly) the rail line that was attacked leads directly to Ukraine and is used to ship arms to the front. Most Polish authorities have thusly blamed Russia, stating that saboteurs planted the explosives with the intent to derail a train carrying weapons to Ukraine. What the authorities are probably not saying, is that forensic analysis of the explosive residue found at the scene probably indicates the explosive wasn't Homemade Explosive (HME), but rather a more military-grade compound. Polish authorities might not publicly confirm this, but this forensic analysis is probably what gave them the confidence to publicly point the finger at Russia instead of relying on the usual dodging of the question. Obviously these details are impossible to verify independently; incidents like this are squarely based on trust. It could be Russia, but it it could just as easily be a false-flag attack. Concerning the ongoing investigation, this afternoon Polish authorities stated that two Ukrainian nationals are suspected of carrying out the attack, both of which are assessed to have been turncoats working for Russia for some time.As with all things that take place at present regarding this war, truth is rare and deception is plentiful, so discerning what really happened will probably not be possible for a while. ICE OPERATIONS PIVOT TO CHARLOTTE NC AS SIGNIFICANT RESISTANCE IS EXPECTED.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Mexico: Weekend protests turned to riots on Saturday, as various groups expressed their concerns with government.Analyst Comment: Most of the demonstrations in Mexico City remained fairly low-intensity (by local standards), however a few riots did break out throughout the day. These demonstrations are a continuation of the global trend of "Gen Z" protests, with many of the participants demonstrating for a wide array of causes, many of which are contradictory political ideologies. Nevertheless, all of the negative sentiment was focused on Sheinbaum, as dissent grows with her handling of Cartel violence throughout the nation.Caribbean: The situation continues as before, with a few strikes being conducted on narco vessels over the past few days by the US Navy. In Venezuela tensions remain the same, with Maduro making more public appearances than normal, mostly commenting on the rising tensions with the United States. Over the weekend Maduro serenaded an audience with an impromptu performance of *Imagine* by John Lennon during remarks urging a peaceful outcome to the conflict.Analyst Comment: If Maduro is attempting to soothe his population in order to reassure them that an all-out war is not about to break out, there are probably less disturbing ways to go about it. Either way, this embarrassing display probably does convey the seriousness of the situation, considering that Maduro knows the US is gunning for regime change.-HomeFront-Washington - Over the weekend the US Coast Guard successfully conducted a rescue of stranded boaters who were reported overdue after failing to return from their trip. A man and his son became stranded after their boat capsized in rough weather in the Pacific Ocean near the mouth of the Columbia River. The boaters were rescued by a Coast Guard helicopter out of Air Station Astoria on the Oregon side of the river, and transported to a hospital where both were treated for hypothermia.Analyst Comment: Considering the cold water temperatures this time of year, it is undoubtedly a miracle both survived. This incident also highlights the importance of establishing (and sticking to) an Overdue Boater plan when carrying out outdoor activities, especially as we move into the winter months where Search and Rescue operations present many more challenges nationwide.North Carolina: Counter-ICE operations have intensified as deportation operations move to Charlotte as part of Operation CHARLOTTE'S WEB. So far over a hundred illegals with extensive criminal records have been arrested throughout the city since the operation began a few days ago.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In Charlotte, a very interesting development was observed over the weekend as ICE moved into the area. The Compare Foods grocery store announced free home delivery of grocery items during the period of time that the ICE operation is expected to take place. This food store primarily serves the Latino community and most of their social media posts are in Spanish. While they don't explicitly state it in their social media posts, the implication is clear...this company intends to cash in on the illegals who are ordering goods from home, because they're wanted by ICE.As it stands, this is probably a PR stunt, but efforts like this put everyone in a tough spot. If the feds arrest the store management for aiding and abetting, the city will burn for nothing and the same local Charlotte judges who regularly let murders go free will absolutely let a grocery store manager go free as well. One 44-year-old man was shot by police after becoming erratic and waving around a knife. One person was also wounded during the police response; a bystander was shot in the foot by a stray bullet intended for the man with the knife. The assailant survived the shooting, and was taken into custody.Analyst Comment: Not much is known about this attack, however locals state that the man was traveling with his wife and children, when a domestic dispute broke out. The man became belligerent and produced a knife, before police rapidly intervened.Caribbean: Yesterday evening the Pentagon announced the formalization of the effort to combat drug trafficking in the region. The mission is now called Operation SOUTHERN SPEAR, and is expected to expand into a broader military campaign.Analyst Comment: So far, not much has come of this, it's really just giving a name to bring the whole effort under a unified umbrella of command. However, it does highlight that this campaign is just that...a campaign. The end goals of this mission as stated continue to be vague, just the general concept of combating drug trafficking in the region.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This afternoon, Venezuelan accounts on social media published footage of a shootdown incident involving Venezuelan F-16's and an unidentified civilian aircraft. Per the reports, Venezuela shot down the unidentified civilian aircraft. At the moment two videos have been circulating on this topic and a few photos that reportedly show the impact site have emerged as well, so at face value this does appear to be a genuine shootdown incident. However, most of the context is missing; this could have been a mistake, or something to do with narcotics trafficking, or even more of a military/espionage sort of thing. As the source veracity isn't really know, it's hard to verify. However, a few programs (such as the SNAP program) received funding until next year.Washington D.C. - Yesterday the United States officially minted the last penny following the cessation of production due to spending cuts. The penny still serves as legal tender, however the one cent coin has officially been phased out of production.Illinois: The search continues for a man who attempted to murder a passenger on the UIC-Halsted Blue Line train in Chicago. The attacker removed a large knife from his backpack and stabbed a woman in the chest on the platform near the university stop, before egressing from the area. The woman remains in critical condition, and the assailant has not been apprehended yet.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Much like within the United States, protests and demonstrations aren't always easy to categorize in Mexico. For instance, the general dissent with Sheinbaum's government mostly arises from general sentiments of corruption. In short, many Mexicans are concerned with Sheinbaum being more of a puppet for the Cartels than is usual for the President of Mexico. The media groups keep telling people that violent crime is down, and that things are looking up, however the average citizen looks around and doesn't see that narrative playing out in reality. Or at least, that's what most protesters have expressed themselves. Most of these efforts appear to mostly be just for show, but preparations continue all around nonetheless.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - This afternoon the White House stated that a handful of financial reports for the month of October might not be released due to the government shutdown. Press Secretary Leavitt stated that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) report and various other jobs reports might not ever be released for last month, due to federal employees not being on the job to gather the data at the time in which it was most valuable (the data needed to make the jobs reports accurate must be gathered in real time throughout the month, and not in retrospect).Analyst Comment: At a time where the White House is facing increased scrutiny, this isn't a great omen since this is extremely important financial data to consider on the general state of the economy. Economic indicators are also a data point to consider even in the world of national defense, to set conditions and expectations on the homefront before a military campaign, for instance. Now, right at the crux of major economic concerns, the data simply isn't available because federal workers stopped doing their jobs during the shutdown. The data probably does exist, but by the time it's compiled and released it will be stale, and we'll be on to the next crisis.USA: This morning Apple announced the release of a Digital ID product, intended to digitize identification documents such as American passport data. The plan involves partnering with the Transportation Security Administration to integrate Digital ID efforts into air travel around the United States.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Apple's efforts are not to create a universal new identification scheme, but rather to digitize identity documents that already exist. TSA in particular has already had their own varying levels of subscription-based identity-check procedures for a while now, so in the grand scheme of things this has been coming for a long time. Of course, any Digital ID effort requires universal acceptance to work. TERROR ATTACK IN INDIA KILLS 10X IN DELHI.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Caribbean: This morning the Pentagon announced two more kinetic strikes on narco-vessels in the eastern Pacific Ocean. 6x people were KIA as a result of the strike.India: This morning at least one (possibly more) Vehicle-Borne IED(s) were detonated at the Red Fort monument in Delhi. 8-10x people were killed during the attack, and dozens more wounded. Reports initially stated that one VBIED was the primary attack vector, however throughout the day reports emerged that up to 3x separate VBIEDs might have been involved. Considering the social media situation at present, it's not possible to determine the truth of the matter. However, the US State Department immediately issuing a travel notice indicates that this probably wasn't an accident.Right now it looks like this was a genuine terror attack, and this target was chosen simply due to this monument being a popular site among locals; there are always large crowds at this venue and it's very easy to get a vehicle in the middle of a crowd there. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, however lately Indian officials have been cracking down on ISIS-K militants which have been aided by Pakistan. In short, India backs the Taliban in Afghanistan, while Pakistan backs ISIS-K (which oppose the Taliban) in Afghanistan as well. As such, it's very likely that this attack is the latest development in the proxy war between the two nations, which has become increasingly more complicated over the years. India will be quick to blame Pakistan (which is probably not completely inaccurate), but at this point the entire proxy war between the two nations is so muddled that it's hard to discern who did what.-HomeFront-Minnesota: Following the loss of Omar Fateh in his race for Mayor of Minneapolis, tribal conflict has begun to simmer in the city. In a speech that was given in the Somali language only, Rep. Ilhan Omar expressed hostility towards the members of other Somali clans, which sided with Omar's opponent during the election. She openly called for casting out these other tribes from Minneapolis, and chastised those who translated her speeches into English...and thus revealing what she said.Utah: A large high-density housing complex under construction burned down yesterday. A catastrophic structure fire was reported at the facility under construction in Lehi, in the Traverse Mountain area. No cause of the fire has been released, but the facility burned completely to the ground.Washington D.C. - The FAA has announced more airspace restrictions due to the shortage of air traffic controllers. Three individuals were killed during this engagement.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - This morning the White House announced another stage in the cooling of the trade war with China, which involves both parties backing down from their hardline tariffs and export controls. China will halt some (not all) of the export controls on minerals the US needs, and the US will halt some of the retaliatory tariffs in exchange.Analyst Comment: This has happened before; the trade conflict between the US and China has ebbed and flowed since January. However, as both parties have mutual interest and aren't ready for a more kinetic conflict right now, both seem to be interested in striking a deal. Though, who comes on top of this arrangement will be a point for debate in due time.Maryland - This morning 7x people were hospitalized after opening a package filled with white powder at one of the National Guard facilities on Joint Base Andrews. The building where the discovery was made was evacuated, and several employees were briefly examined to determine if they were exposed to any chemical/biological agent. The base itself was also locked down for a short time while the situation was investigated.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Initial reports this morning suggested that political messages were also found in the package with the powder discovered at JB Andrews (as is extremely common), but no word yet on what any of those documents said. Regarding the medical situation, it is standard procedure for all parties involved with a suspicious package to immediately be hospitalized to determine if they have been exposed to anything. However, several news media outlets specifically stated that several people actually "fell ill" as the package was opened. All were released very quickly from the hospital, so whatever the substance was it wasn't a genuine threat. Since it is sometimes quite traumatic to experience a potential biological/chemical terror attack, it's very common for those in the room to have an emotional reaction that can be mistaken as some kind of reaction to a biological agent. In this case, everyone turned out to be fine, so this looks to be a hoax. Dr. Oz, who was a part of the conference tried to render aid to him, and the rest of the press conference was delayed while Findlay received medical treatment. It's not certain why he dropped, but the White House stated that he was okay but feeling a bit lightheaded after the incident.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Once more, the misfortune of our friends across the pond gives Americans absolutely critical insight as to how things might go if a similar series of events were to pop off here in a major American city. For obvious reasons, a relatively nondescript soccer match is less about the sport and more about social and political issues, thus the unrest concerns. In short, it's a fairly kinetic and complex situation that serves in many ways as an indicator of the future to come.Birmingham has become a huge focal point for migrant housing, and these riots were not the work of the indigenous English. However, as with all soccer hooliganism, the rioting is almost never just one-sided. In this case, some (not all) Maccabi Tel Aviv fans were banned by British authorities from the Aston Villa stadium after starting a riot themselves, according to police. This resulted in two things happening simultaneously: the Islamic population of Birmingham rejoiced at this perceived geopolitical victory (and celebrated by breaking things and causing a ruckus), while many other Maccabi Tel Aviv fans lashed out in anger (again, also by breaking things and causing a ruckus). However, during the general state of unrest, rival gangs of mostly black and Islamic migrants (which had no interest in soccer) started fighting amongst themselves, adding in more diversity to the evening fray. Zohran Mamdani was elected Mayor of New York City by a wide margin, and Abigail Spanberger won the Governorship in Virginia. Also in Virginia, Ghasala Hashmi won the election for Lieutenant Governor, making her the first Muslim woman to hold the office in state history. Jay Jones also won his election for Attorney General, despite the scandal during his campaign surrounding his comments calling for the murder of his enemy's wife and children in a text exchange. Analyst Comment: Jones also quite literally tried to kick a dog at a polling place on election day, which although a unique campaign tactic, didn't seem to hurt his election chances either.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the United Kingdom, the most concerning detail of the second-migrant-release case is that this release took place on October 29th. Per their statements, the Met only found out about this release yesterday afternoon, almost a full week after the criminal was released.This situation was also made worse by comments made (or rather, not made) during the Prime Minister's Questions session in Parliament yesterday. Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy was hounded by a few MPs for refusing to answer the question of whether or not any more migrants had accidentally been released since the Kebatu case came to light. After his refusal to answer this question the first time, this ballooned into him being pressed again and again, resulting in him refusing to answer the simple question roughly half a dozen times. At that moment, it didn't make much sense as to why this level of resistance was offered up by Lammy, or why he became so belligerent at this specific question being asked. After all he could just say "not that I'm aware of" and move on, no big deal. CATASTROPHIC PLANE CRASH OCCURS AT LOUISVILLE AIRPORT.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-New York: Overnight and throughout the day, several explosive threats have emerged in New York City. Early this morning an explosive device was discovered in Manhattan, in the vicinity of West 13th Street and 6th Avenue. Public transit was halted for a few hours near the IED site, and the device was eventually rendered safe. No further information has been provided, but some reports suggest this was a false alarm.Otherwise, several bomb threats were called in to polling places around the city as the hotly-contested Mayoral election began this morning. Many different bomb threats were called in throughout New York and New Jersey, prompting the evacuation of polling places. Unrelated to the bomb threats, electronic voting machines went down in Cumberland County, New Jersey, which caused further complications on election day.Washington D.C. - This morning the White House addressed the recent court ruling on the SNAP program by stating that SNAP benefits will not be paid out until the government shutdown ends and funding is allocated for the program.Kentucky: This afternoon a catastrophic plane crash was reported at the Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville. A large shelter in place order was issued following the crash of a UPS aircraft shortly after takeoff.Analyst Comment: At the time of this report this is a developing situation, however this looks to be an extremely devastating crash. More details will come to light later on concerning casualties; right now the debris field is still on fire due to the aircraft being fully laden with fuel on takeoff. Initial reports from eyewitnesses on the ground indicate the port side engine was on fire as the aircraft was beginning to rotate, and by the time the aircraft had reached the end of the runway most of the left wing was engulfed in flame.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Overnight, a data breach of communications pertaining to the Huntingdon train stabbing attack was reported. An unnamed official in the Prime Minister's staff accidentally CC'd a journalist in an email chain that included emails containing unreleased details on the stabbing.In short, nothing particularly surprising was leaked. This error occurred due to the journalist having the same name as the person who the email was originally intended for, thus the mix-up. Perhaps the most interesting detail is that this leak highlights the stories that are being told even amongst government agencies. For instance, the non-public information that was leaked from the emails stated that the suspect (Anthony Williams) was not known to any authorities. This is interesting, because it points out that there is a bit of a communication foul up. The British Transport Police (BTP) had indeed identified Williams by name from his stabbing attack at the Pontoon Dock Station, and were actively looking for him in the day leading up to the train stabbing. At bare minimum this leak indicates that (at least in this case) no counterterrorism agencies were involved in the stabbing spree investigation that the BTP were actively pursuing at the time of the train attack.The attacker had gone on a stabbing spree for two full days prior to the train attack...three separate stabbing attacks occurred, but agencies were not talking to each other. Nor did any agency treat this stabbing spree as a series of connected attacks all perpetrated by the same person. This project was announced earlier this year, but has gained notoriety as the construction plans move forward.Analyst Comment: Small towns in historically Christian rural areas are often targeted for the construction of golden idols due to the ease of bribing/influencing local officials to obtain permission to build commercial facilities. In this case, Moncure is an extremely small town that doesn't really engage in any zoning (they leave it to the county to decide), so it's easy to pencil-whip the re-zoning of private residential property to allow for the construction of a pagan idol that will dominate the terrain for dozens of miles. This idol is not even built yet, the area slated for it's construction is still just undeveloped land. However, (to the surprise of literally no one) it's already featured heavily in the Google search results for Moncure, NC as the top tourist destination for the town. Hindus have already spammed the reviews for the structure that doesn't exist yet, giving it top marks and praising the facility as great to visit...with the owners of the place celebrating the fake reviews of a non-existent facility, while simultaneously admitting that the facility doesn't exist yet.Washington D.C. - U.S. District Judge John J. McConnell Jr. has ordered the White House to ensure that emergency funds are used for the SNAP program, stating that "the USDA must distribute the contingency money timely, or as soon as possible, for the November 1 payments to be made".Analyst Comment: That brief description was more or less the entire order, which was oral in nature. Earlier this week, Russia publicly announced the successful test of their latest nuclear-powered, nuclear-capable torpedo system, which has been a class of weapons in development since the 1980's. Russia in particular also has a slightly different "nuclear triad" than the United States. One male assailant was arrested for the murder at the McCormick House in Tulse Hill, after being tased by responding officers.Middle East: The war continues as before, with a large-scale bombing campaign being undertaken in Gaza. PM Netanyahu stated that he ordered "forceful strikes" to be carried out in the region, which mostly were carried out in Gaza City and Rafah. His testimony included the detail that he did become aware that he was wanted during his escapade throughout London, and that he tried to turn himself in to a uniformed police officer. According to Kebatu himself, the officer ignored him and drove off. Granted, this is the testimony of a rapist and illegal migrant, so the sourcing is not exactly the most reliable. The press release states that one of the victims awoke to find Usiripalli standing over them, before trying to stab the victim to death. In the ensuing fray, at least one other passenger was stabbed. The assailant also attempted to stab several crew members while attempting to be subdued. Both victims are juveniles, and it's not clear as to why Usiripalli attempted to murder them during the flight.Mississippi: This afternoon a vehicle accident involving a research truck filled with biological specimens was reported on I-59 in Jasper County. This accident resulted in the inadvertent release of several Rhesus monkeys that were being used for medical research at Tulane University. Initial reports from the Sheriff's Department stated that these monkeys are infected with a variety of diseases, including COVID and Hepatitis. However, this afternoon a representative from the University stated that the monkeys were not infectious.Analyst Comment: Yes, this is a real thing that happened. The escape of medical research monkeys happens surprisingly often, usually without much fanfare. In this case, the initial information that these monkeys were carrying the plot of about 4 different apocalyptic movies caused the story to gain a lot of traction immediately. Most of the monkeys have been re-captured and/or killed, but at least one remains on the loose. VENEZUELA CONTINUES WARTIME PREPARATIONS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-South America: Venezuelan forces continue to make plans for an American invasion by hardening infrastructure and deploying defenses as best they can. Over the weekend many Venezuelan citizens have posted their military's movements on social media, at least one of which included the location of a Venezuelan SA-17 GRIZZLY Surface-to-Air Missile Battalion.Analyst Comment: TikTok and social media in general are the death of OPSEC in any nation, and Venezuela is no exception. Even the Venezuelan military has no real concept of digital security, and even pointing out these OPSEC violations to them directly doesn't really seem to matter much.Otherwise, American presence patrols continue as before. Some Venezuelans were able to observe what they described as American vessels on the horizon, confirming the US Navy and US Marine Corps continue to conduct operations quite literally just outside Venezuela's territorial waters.Far East: Over the weekend two US Navy aircraft were lost at sea due to two separate aviation mishaps. One MH-60R Sea Hawk from the USS *Nimitz* was lost at sea while conducting routine operations in the South China Sea. All three crew members survived the crash, and were recovered from the water. About an hour later, one F/A-18F Super Hornet (also assigned to the *Nimitz*) also went down, with both crew members ejecting and being recovered from the water safely.Analyst Comment: Despite the seeming rarity of two downed aircraft occurring at nearly the same time, these things do indeed happen occasionally. Two aircraft going down due to mishaps within an hour of each other is not exactly a frequent occurrence, but it does happen, especially since the US Navy continues an extremely intense tempto of operations. An investigation will be conducted, to be certain, but at the moment these disasters point to the nature of these types of operations...it's a risky business. As such, it is a sheer miracle that all of those involved survived these incidents, and several investigations are likely to be carried out to determine the causation of these mishaps. Until more information is known, there's no telling what led to the loss of either aircraft.United Kingdom: Hadush Kebatu was recaptured after a day-long manhunt yesterday. He was able to evade capture for two days, despite not even trying to evade detection. Authorities claim that they are still investigating what allegedly went wrong in order for him to be released by mistake in the first place, but so far no details on this have been released to the public.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: So far, the development of the Kebatu case has been host to many concerning details which have inflamed tensions higher than they already are. For instance, he initially tried to return to the detention facility after his release, and remained in the vicinity of the facility for several hours. Eventually detention facility staff escorted him to the train station, and helped him escape. He was given a prepaid card with money, and generally spent the day walking around London on a light shopping spree, in one of the most heavily surveilled cities on Earth. Every few hours the Met released a new video of him milling around, but somehow managed to evade capture for the entire day, completely unaware that a nationwide manhunt was underway for him. Local police have not provided a description of Kebatu other than his mugshot, however a local citizen posted a video on social media after they spotted a man matching his description carrying his belongings in a clear trash bag. This footage was taken before the wanted notice went out, and the grey sweat/tracksuit he was wearing matches the description that court reporters visually saw him wearing earlier that day in court.Geolocation of this video evidence places Kebatu's last known location outside a cafe at Number 84 on the High Street in Chelmsford. The video cuts off before Kebatu's destination could be confirmed, but his last known azimuth places him traveling North up High Street, toward the bus station.Analyst Comment: Kebatu is an Ethiopian national who assaulted a child and a woman in Epping back in July, prompting the now-infamous Epping Riots. He had only been detained for roughly a month, and was supposed to be deported as a way of the British government showing that they do indeed deport violent criminals. However this shining example of good faith has been dashed, and the already dismal public sentiment on the issue is about to get a lot worse.To put it lightly, it is in Mr. Kebatu's very best interest for the *police* to find him as soon as possible. On the one hand, it is true that the British government let a violent criminal out of jail. But on the other hand that also means that he is no longer under police protection, he has no documentation, doesn't speak English, and no one knows where he is. Anyway, a few protests and demonstrations are well underway in Epping, and time is of the essence to find him, before the trail goes cold.Canada: The United States has suspended trade negotiations with Canada due to the discovery of a propaganda campaign targeting Americans. The government of Ontario ran a $75 million ad campaign featuring a speech by Ronald Reagan, in which he spoke negatively about the idea of tariffs. This speech, however, was a fabrication using clips and words selectively cut from Reagan's 1987 address in order to make it look like Reagan was not in favor of tariffs...when the actual uncut speech was actually in favor of tariffs.Analyst Comment: There's a saying in the world of psyops...a deception campaign can never fail. Even if discovered, the deception effort will cause doubt as to what's real, so there will always be some level of effectiveness. In this case, Canadian officials thought they were being cute by playing fast and loose, but this was not simply a harmless meme or something obviously fake. SECSTATE Marco Rubio condemned this vote and VP Vance stated that Israel will not be allowed to annex the West Bank.Italy: A man was arrested on Tuesday after attempting to kidnap a child from a stroller near the train station in Bologna. Local authorities state that the man, who is an illegal immigrant from Gambia, approached a family on the sidewalk and attempted to grab their newborn child from their stroller. After local citizens fought back against him, he fled the scene before being arrested later in an adjacent park. The suspect has not been identified due to allegedly being a juvenile, but locals did state that he was an asylum seeker living at the local migrant housing complex near the attack site.-HomeFront-California: The driver of a semi truck who caused a fatal pileup on I-10 yesterday has been arrested. Jashanpreet Singh, an illegal immigrant from India, was arrested on multiple counts after the crash, including DUI. 3x people were killed during the crash, and 4x others wounded.Analyst Comment: Singh was illegally in the United States after walking over the southern border in 2022. After being initially detained, he was released into society by Customs and Border Patrol due to the catch-and-release open-border policy at the time.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In Ireland, the situation remains as tense as expected. One of the major issues with discerning the truth regarding events on the ground is the now-infamous Online Safety Act, which has been adopted by the European Union as the Digital Services Act (DSA) This is more or less the EU copying Starmer's homework and bringing the Online Safety Act to most of Europe. The DSA and the local regulations put into effect by the Irish government (most notably the chairman of the media commission Jeremy Godfrey) have resulted in a lot of the footage of protest activity being banned from being seen from Irish IP addresses. Users on X for example, have noted that their content is banned from view in Ireland, even content that is benign in nature but related to protest activity. This means that either the Irish government and/or the European Commission itself has ordered X to remove certain content by flagging it as "adult content" and thus subject to the Digital Services Act.In other words, exactly what everyone thought would happen, has happened. And not only happened once, but has been industrialized. Content which makes government agencies look bad, or otherwise highlights the crimes of violent migrants gets flagged as "adult content" and therefore is subject to censorship via the Online Safety Act and requires a photo ID (or a digital ID) to see. Right now, there are probably a lot of people in Ireland that have no understanding of the scale of protests and demonstrations (or even what the issue is all about) due to this censorship. This vessel was not sunk in the Caribbean, but rather in the Pacific Ocean in a vicinity that has not yet been disclosed. 2x individuals onboard the vessel were killed during the strike.Analyst Comment: Regarding the previous strike on the Narco Submarine, details have come to light regarding the survivors of that strike. One individual was Columbian and was repatriated to Columbia after being severely wounded during the strike. This individual (who has not been identified) suffered severe wounds and might not survive. The other individual was from Ecuador and has been identified as Andrés Fernando Tufiño. He was repatriated to Ecuador, and was promptly released without any charges being filed as the government of Ecuador states that he committed no crime. This is quite a bold statement considering he was fished out of the ocean after his narco submarine filled with cocaine was sunk by an AC-130J gunship, but nevertheless this points to the seriousness of the situation. Venezuela, despite being the face of this campaign...is certainly not the only belligerent in this conflict, which is rapidly escalating into a region-wide war.-HomeFront-Wyoming: This morning the State Capitol building was evacuated after a suspicious package was discovered. Eventually EOD personnel rendered the device safe, and the building remained closed for the rest of the day. It is not clear at the moment if this device was an explosive device, but the investigation continues.Analyst Comment: This incident, while not uncommon, does provide a learning opportunity for all. A staffer initially discovered the device wedged in the state seal near the entrance to the building. Rather than leaving the suspicious package in place and immediately contacting authorities (as is the recommended procedure for the discovery of potential IEDs), the staffer picked it up and brought it inside the building. Billy Cagle was arrested after he livestreamed his attack plans on social media, before traveling to the airport to conduct the attack. His family members saw the livestream and notified law enforcement immediately, which led to his arrest in the South Terminal before he was able to conduct the attack.Analyst Comment: This appears to be more of a mental illness situation rather than the standard terror attack. Granted, bullets don't discriminate so in the heat of the moment this was still a very clear and present danger regardless. He was detained at the scene with a rifle in his vehicle, so his threats were probably not idle.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Regarding the situation in Ireland, anytime Irish authorities are this forthcoming with details involving migrant crime, the situation is very serious. This migrant center has been turned into permanent housing for migrants (to the tune of €148 million), and has been the source of scandal following months of locals being terrorized by the inhabitants of this hotel. This facility is also under the protection of the Gardai, as this housing center has been the target of protests by ethnic Irishmen. This has led many to question how a migrant was able to kidnap a child and drag her to the facility, which was being protected by private security guards as well as police. In follow-on interviews, Trump stated that the tariff is "not sustainable, but that's what the number is", but also responded positively to China overall, stating that things were going well and the meeting with President Xi Jinping in South Korea will continue as planned previously.Louisiana: This afternoon the FBI announced the arrest of a Hamas fighter that allegedly took part in the October 7th attacks in Israel. Mahmoud Amin Ya'qub al-Muhtadi was arrested in Lafayette after having gained legal entry to the United States in 2024 (though he did lie about his alleged career as a fighter in Gaza in order to get a legal visa fraudulently).Analyst Comment: This marks the first major arrest by AG Bondi's Joint Task Force 10-7, which was stood up in February with the goal of investigating the Oct 7th attacks.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Of note, another round of "No Kings" protests have been scheduled for tomorrow, October 18th. So far, the event organizers appear to be re-using the same map from last time; most of the protests are carbon-copies of the events that were planned during the first round of protests. This strongly indicates that, like the first time, most of these protests won't happen and the online map is mostly meant to make the movement seem larger than it really is. Even so, while this series of events itself is probably a giant pile of nothing, there are many different social/political groups that are extremely upset right now, and groups in larger cities might use this weekend event as a catalyst for their own desires. ANTIFA will probably break things as usual, and many different senior retirement homes are likely to take part in the events like the first major No Kings protest day. Small arms attacks are likely, if nothing more than from uncoordinated security (such as the Salt Lake City shooting during the initial protests).Other concerns that could cause more kinetic situations lie in the world of social media and the lack of any cooling of tensions among far-left groups. In a podcast two days ago, former CNN anchor Don Lemon encouraged illegal immigrants to obtain firearms and violently resist ICE deportation operations. Brushing aside the minor detail that it is a felony for illegals to possess firearms due to being criminals, this does highlight the risks moving forward. Like it or not, people do indeed listen to influencers, on the political left and right. When an issue as vitriolic as illegal immigration comes on the scene, the potential is high for lone-wolf attacks to be carried out by some mentally ill individual who listened to the internet. MIDDLE EAST PEACE DEAL ON UNCERTAIN GROUND AS TENSIONS CONTINUE RISING ON ALL SIDES. VENEZUELAN MILITARY SHIP REPORTEDLY BECOMES GROUNDED DURING TRAINING MISSION.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Ecuador: The situation continues to deteriorate following a crackdown initiative targeting illegal mining operations. Many explosions have been reported over the past few days as mining groups affiliated with the Los Lobos cartel have taken to using their mining explosives in order to create IEDs targeting people and critical infrastructure. Two bridges were blown up yesterday in Guayaquil, and a Vehicle-Borne IED (VBIED) was detonated in the same city targeting the city mall. After this blast, another large IED was discovered in a vehicle somewhere in the city, which failed to explode.Analyst Comment: These IED attacks are the latest in a long series of woes in Ecuador. The situation sharply deteriorated back in 2023 with the assassination of Fernando Villavincencio, a Presidential candidate that was murdered just a few days before he was expected to win the election. This made a bad situation worse and Ecuador spiraled down into a defacto state of civil war, with belligerents mostly being aligned with the Los Choneros cartel and government forces. Over the past few months, prison riots, mass killings via gangs, and now IED blasts have become more common. The connection to why this matters to the US, is that back in 2018 one of the main power-players in Ecuador was the Tren de Aragua criminal syndicate.Venezuela: Yesterday a Venezuelan naval vessel ran aground off the coast while conducting a training mission. The ARV Capana (an amphibious landing ship) was observed by locals running aground on a sand bar, which resulted in her becoming stuck for a few hours.Middle East: The situation has remained both tense and chaotic as the return of captives' remains to Israel and various other developments continue to be a sticking point for lasting peace. Hamas officials have stated that there aren't any more remains that they can get to at the moment, which has caused tension.Analyst Comment: Major offensives remain tabled by both sides for now, however Hamas has conducted many mass-executions of alleged collaborators and/or spies, which has drawn the ire of President Trump who went as far as to threaten direct American intervention in Gaza (comments which he reversed-course on during a later press call). While that possibility is probably more of a knee-jerk threat than anything (after all, Hamas executing their own people for allegedly being spies doesn't really violate the peace agreement itself). Nevertheless, no one is out of the woods yet on this accord, and the situation can certainly flare back up into a big problem once again at the slightest provocation by any party.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - This morning the White House announced that President Trump spoke with President Putin by phone, and that the conversation was very long and productive. Based on the description of the call as posted to President Trump's social media account, the call was positive and resulted in the scheduling of direct talks between the United States and Russia regarding the ending of the war in Ukraine.Analyst Comment: The implementation of higher-level direct talks with Russia is a positive sign, which has come about after weeks of decreasing relations regarding the war. The implementation of these talks also casts a bit of doubt on President Trump's previous statements regarding pushing Ukraine to conduct more offensives. One individual was killed, and two others wounded during the attack. No further details have been provided at this time.Analyst Comment: Local media has reported that this attack took place at a "residence", which is misleading. The location of the attack was inside a care home that houses underage migrants.Caribbean: Yesterday the War Department announced the kinetic targeting of another fastboat off the coast of Venezuela, bringing the total to 5x vessels sunk so far during this campaign.United Kingdom: This afternoon, American Secretary of War Pete Hegseth made an unplanned emergency landing due to an incident involving his aircraft. The SECWAR was returning to the US from Belgium when a crack appeared in the windscreen of the aircraft, which possibly caused a depressurization incident. The pilots made an emergency descent to roughly 6,000 ft AGL, and proceeded to land safely without further incident.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - DC Judge Kendra Briggs authorized the release of the two individuals who assaulted Edward Coristine, after sentencing them to probation. Both individuals (who have not been identified as they are allegedly juveniles) will face zero jail or juvenile detention time for their violent attack on Coristine, who was a high-ranking member of the DOGE team investigating government fraud during the initial months of President Trump's term. Coristine had intervened to stop a carjacking at a parking garage in DC, which resulted in a gang of roughly a dozen "juveniles" beating him, breaking his nose during the assault. The two individuals prosecuted in this case were the only two in the group that were caught.North Carolina: Following a series of attempted murders in Charlotte on Sunday, the individual who conducted the stabbing of two people has been released from jail. Paulette Gibson (who has an extensive criminal history) was released from jail on $20,000 bail, roughly 48 hours after nearly stabbing two people to death during a street fight.Analyst Comment: In the wake of the exceptionally brutal murder of Iryna Zarutska, North Carolina has passed legislation to stop the practice of cashless bail and overhaul the bail system so as to reduce the likelihood that violent offenders would be released. This was a hotly contested bill that required a veto-proof majority to pass (as the Governor threatened repeatedly to veto it). Eventually the bill was passed and became law on October 1st, but nevertheless, Gibson was released on bail anyway.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This morning plane watchers noted the presence of several B-52 Stratofortress bombers conducting operations just north of Venezuela. So far the War Department has not commented on this development, and it's not clear as to if these transponder pings are genuine or the result of other platforms spoofing the identities of these aircraft. If genuine, this is undoubtedly a show of force. No operational deployment of B-52's would involve the pilots leaving their transponders turned on, so this was

ISRAEL/HAMAS DEAL ON ROCKY GROUND DUE TO DELAYS IN RETURN OF CAPTIVES' REMAINS TO ISRAEL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Italy: A catastrophic fire was reported at the Monastery of Bernaga just north of Milan on Sunday. All 21 nuns were evacuated from the convent without any injuries, however the fire consumed most of monastery, including the storage rooms used to house priceless paintings.Analyst Comment: Random church fires around Europe are disturbingly common these days, but the timing of this fire is exceptionally suspicious. This monastery was associated with St. Carlo Acutis, who was recently canonized by the Vatican three weeks ago. This fire broke out on his very first Feast Day at the same monastery at which he received his first Communion. The cause of the fire is not known, however local sources have implied it may have been an electrical failure of some kind. Due to the delicate nature of such fires, a more thorough investigation will be needed to determine the cause of the blaze.Middle East: The much-hyped peace accords have reached rocky ground as Israeli forces have cut Gaza aid by 50%. Israeli forces have claimed that Hamas has violated the ceasefire agreement by being too slow to return the remains of the deceased prisoners still in their possession. This afternoon the Red Cross did confirm that four coffins of remains were transferred into their custody this morning, and the remains of the 24 other prisoners will be transferred into the hands of the Red Cross as soon as they are able to arrange transport through the completely destroyed parts of Gaza.Analyst Comment: Right now, the sheer destruction of Gaza appears to be the biggest barrier to recovering remains. Obviously nobody trusts statements by Hamas officials, however they have claimed that many of the remains are buried in underground locations that are currently off-limits due to under Israeli control, meaning that Hamas cannot physically get to the locations to recover remains. This of course would easily be solved by conveying the GPS coordinates of remains to Red Cross officials managing the exchange, however a very real concern still exists...it's possible that Hamas themselves don't have control of all of the hostage remains. It is widely known that Israeli forces struck several underground tunnels that were (probably unknowingly) being used to hold captives. This is indeed why there are dead captives in the first place. As such, a tunnel collapsing and all hostages and militants alike being killed in the strike means that the exact position of human remains might be exceptionally hard to find. Considering the history of warfare itself, there is not a single conflict in the history of the world in which all casualties and all remains have been recovered. Of course, this conflict is quite a bit different as the remains that are sought are those of prisoners (i.e. noncombatants), but still, this might be a major sticking point if Hamas cannot actually find all of the prisoners' remains that they had at the start of the conflict.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the tech world, today is the last day that Microsoft will support the Windows 10 operating system. While this seems rather innocuous, this could be a rather big problem. Microsoft is known for doing their customers dirty just on principle, but in this case the problems that could result from this could quite significantly affect society. When Windows 8 stopped being supported, only 2-3% of users were still using it, with the overwhelming majority of users upgrading to Windows 10 by the time Windows 8 was obsolete. The Dutch government enacted the Availability of Goods Act, which enables the Netherlands to halt actions by the company that are deemed to be against the national defense interests of the nation.Analyst Comment: This is a big deal as it's yet another indicator of wartime preparations continuing. While most may think that a war with China will just involve the US, and be confined to the Far East, this move highlights the global nature of a potential conflict involving China. This move is not a straight-up seizure of all assets, the company is continuing to produce products as before. This decision is simply to take administrative control of the company, should the board of executives make decisions that are counter to the national security needs of the Netherlands.Western Asia: A brief war erupted and was concluded between Pakistan and Afghanistan over the weekend. Afghan forces conducted multiple small arms attacks on Pakistani border positions. Pakistan responded in kind by shelling random locations inside Afghanistan. After a few hours, Taliban forces withdrew and Pakistani forces stopped shelling.Middle East: President Trump arrived in Egypt for the various diplomatic events pertaining to the Gaza peace deal being signed. Various other heads of state from around the region (and Europe) also gathered for the celebratory peace summit.Analyst Comment: So far only one international incident has been the result of proceedings, with Turkey's Erdogan refusing to take part if Netanyahu was planning to show up as well. Allegedly, a mid-flight phone call was placed by Erdogan's team to pressure Netanyahu to not take part in the event, otherwise Erdogan's plane would turn around and return to Turkey. Netanyahu agreed to this request and has not flown to Egypt to take part in the events. Damage surveys are still ongoing, and so far 6x fatalities have been reported as a result of these earthquakes.Southern Asia: Following the Pakistani airstrikes in the city of Kabul yesterday, Taliban leadership has signaled a desire to increase their relations with India. India's Foreign Minister received the Taliban, and stated that India will be re-opening their embassy in Afghanistan to establish relations with the new Taliban government.Analyst Comment: Interesting relationships are forming on the subcontinent. India will ally with anyone who hates Pakistan, so cozying up to the Taliban makes sense from their perspective, especially since India does not share a land border with Afghanistan. However this may be an ill advised move in the long run, considering that the United States is not yet interested in restoring relations with the Taliban, and some of India's other trade partners might have a bone to pick with the Afghan government.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - This afternoon the White House announced a new tariff on most goods from China. Starting November 1st, a 100% tax will be applied on top of all other tariffs (which vary by type of goods).Analyst Comment: Since the election, the roller coaster of tit-for-tat tariffs between the United States and China has been, in a word, insanity. Overall, it's challenging to judge who has come out on top, economically speaking. The White House came out swinging with the tariffs right after the election, while China has (in typical fashion) taken a more coy approach that has been slow to build. This latest conflagration is likely the result of China introducing export controls for precious metals and rare-earth materials such as lithium. President Trump has fired back by instituting this 100% tariff, and also introducing export controls on "critical software".As a reminder, the White House still hasn't really clarified their position on the "600,000 Chinese student" scandal from last month, so if the United States remains committed to importing hundreds of thousands of Chinese citizens into the exact career fields that are writing the software in the first place, it's extremely unlikely that export limitations on software will matter at all. Nevertheless, the trade war has kicked back up again so more economic turmoil will probably be the result in the short term.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the Middle East, the peace agreement seems to be holding as much as can be expected so far. Yesterday the White House confirmed that American troops will be deployed to Israel to oversee the peace agreement. Officials have stated that no American troops will be deployed to Gaza, however troops will be directly involved in mitigating conflicts between Palestinian authorities and Israeli troops. Per the deal, roughly half of Gaza will remain in a state of "buffer zone" more or less under Israeli control and the IDF pulled back across the line of control yesterday afternoon. Various other Middle Eastern nations also have pledged to invest troops in the management of the peace agreement, most notably Egypt, Qatar, and the UAE, and various third-party nations (such as Turkey) have allowed a

NATIONAL GUARD PRESENCE CONTINUES TO INCREASE IN CHICAGO.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Afghanistan: This afternoon multiple explosions were reported in downtown Kabul as Pakistan carried out airstrikes in the capitol city.Analyst Comment: So far, Pakistan has not confirmed the strikes, however tensions between the two nations have been rapidly deteriorating for several months. The two were hosting diplomatic talks as recently as today regarding the suppressing of terrorist activity, which has been making it's way from Afghanistan, through the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and into Pakistan proper. These talks failed after Pakistan was not convinced the Taliban was serious about internally policing their own people with regards to counterterrorism.-HomeFront-USA: Early this morning a large-scale Verizon outage was reported around the country. The outage lasted about an hour, and no cause for the outage has been disclosed by Verizon.Illinois: National Guard deployments to Chicago have continued to trickle in over the past few days. A total of roughly 500 soldiers are now deployed in static defense roles to provide security for federal buildings. The ICE detention facility in Broadview (the site that has been a major target for riots) has also been reinforced and fortified more over the past few weeks.Washington D.C. - Yesterday evening the White House announced that both Hamas and Israel have signed the peace agreement as proposed by President Trump. The deal now moves through various phases involving hostage release/prisoner swaps and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza. In a televised address, Khalil al-Hayya (the highest-ranking Hamas leader that is still alive) declared an end to the war.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Anytime a tenuous "peace" is agreed to in the Middle East, a general state of uneasiness follows forthrightly. Of course, years of war coming to an alleged end is a positive outcome for the stability of the region, but one must take care to not count the chickens before the eggs are hatched. Despite the overall tone among many being the welcoming of peace, there are still many on both sides (especially those who aren't actually in the warzone) who do not want peace. Many different malign actors seek to capitalize on both genuine and false-flag attacks around the world, so keeping one's head on a swivel in the homeland would be wise as the ceasefire goes into effect. Whether this cessation of hostilities will hold is anyone's guess, but as of right now the war is officially over. This afternoon the White House stated President Trump's intent to travel to the Middle East this weekend, where he is expected to take part in ceremonies of the peace agreement's final stages, as well as to participate in various festivities surrounding the return of any prisoners to Israel.In the United States, additional concerns to be mindful of are how this alleged peace will impact protest seasons. In short, when one front closes, resources can be shifted to other lines of effort. Since the war began, various pro-Palestine demonstrators have been occupied with their demonstrations and protests have been fairly routine in many American cities. If this peace holds, those same individuals will probably have more time to shift to the latest cause to rally against...ICE operations. This is not to say that the more kinetic and disruptive pro-Palestine demonstrations will stop (they certainly won't), but right now in the US this is a major cause to rally around for many. Similarly, if the peace deal does not hold, these demonstrations will probably shift into being kinetic again, just as these efforts were during the height of the war.

DC CHURCH BOMBER DETAILS RELEASED, INDICATING INITIAL REPORTS WERE MISLEADING. DOJ TARGETS 2A GROUP AS JUDGE ORDERS DOXING OF ALL NONPROFIT MEMBERS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-Illinois: The situation in Chicago remains tense following a general state of unrest surrounding illegal immigration policing efforts. Over the past few days, several incidents have taken place, which have contributed to the declining security situation around the city. A few days ago, a vehicle ramming attack was conducted on an ICE convoy transiting through the city. During the incident, a general state of chaos developed and ICE agents requested local police to assist with the incident. This call for assistance arrived at dispatch, where a stand-down order was given. All Chicago Police Officers were ordered to not assist ICE agents, even though a state of life and death was already underway.Analyst Comment: There has been a lot of media spin regarding this incident, but the audio tape of the radio traffic of this incident confirms beyond all doubt that the stand down order was given. As a result of this incident, a substantial federal response should be expected. A few hundred National Guard soldiers have been deployed throughout Chicago as of last week, all of which have been emplaced as security forces to guard federal buildings. However, since the relationship between local and federal officials has become antagonistic (per the orders of the Mayor and Governor), it would not be surprising to see some much heavier forces on the ground in Chicago very soon.Washington D.C. - Following the arrest of a man outside St. Matthew's Cathedral on Sunday, more details have come to light regarding the case. Police initially reported that they made contact with the man after he set up a camping tent on the front steps of the church before Mass. After causing a scene, it was initially reported by authorities that the man was searched, and a Molotov incendiary device was found. However, this was not the full story...a search of his possessions revealed that the man had over 200 homemade IEDs, along with a manifesto specifically referencing his desire to target Supreme Court Justices (along with a longer list of other targets).Analyst Comments: The details of this incident are a far cry from what DC Metro Police initially reported. Authorities also left out the details that they never even made contact with the man regarding his tent; when police tried to approach him initially, he threatened to throw an IED at them. To get the man to stand down and surrender, police had to agree to read the man's manifesto, which they did, ending the incident. Despite the scale and context of this attempted terror attack, the DoJ has not made any comment on whether Louis Geri will face federal terrorism charges.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Also in Washington, controversy has emerged following the targeting of a Second Amendment nonprofit organization by the Department of Justice. The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is an organization that launches lawsuits against entities which restrict gun rights. Recently, they launched a lawsuit against the federal government, challenging the federal ban on FFL's from selling handguns to individuals under the age of 21. During this lawsuit, discrepancies arose, which required an injunction to be filed regarding who was involved in the lawsuit. During the legalistic developments in this case, DoJ attorneys were able to convince a federal judge that all of the members of the SAF were part of the lawsuit...not just the nonprofit itself, or those invested in the lawsuit. In short, what this means is that a federal judge has ordered a gun rights non profit to turn over a list of all of their mem

GERMAN MAYOR WOUNDED IN STABBING ATTACK.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Germany: Overnight the Mayor of Herdecke, Iris Stalzer, remains in critical condition after being jumped and stabbed by a group of men.Analyst Comment: As is customary in Germany, very few details have been released on this case. Time will tell what the truth is in this case, and in the absence of information there's not much to go on either way.Russia: Yesterday afternoon the publisher of Pravda died after falling from a window in Moscow. Vyacheslav Leontyev was discovered deceased after falling from his 5th-story apartment window, with local authorities stating that he jumped after experiencing a nervous breakdown.-HomeFront-USA: Controversy has mounted following the publishing of FARA documents pertaining to surveillance operations at Christian churches throughout the western United States. Last week, the official Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs partnered with (or created themselves, the ownership data is sketchy) an LLC in the United States by the name of "Show Faith By Works, LLC". As this company is directly controlled by a foreign government, it was required to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). In the 86 page registration form, the organizers self-describe this company as being formed to carry out the "largest Geofencing and targeted Christian Digital Campaign ever". This would be accomplished by geofencing most churches in the region and displaying targeted ads to Christians specifically with reference to the October 7th attacks while they are actively attending a church service (per the paperwork that was filed).-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Everyone is strongly encouraged to read the documentation yourself, as linked below on the official US government website.Overall, what this means in the clearest possible terms, is that if you are a Christian who brings your cell phone to church in the western United States, the government of Israel is openly and publicly surveilling your phone and your exact GPS coordinates. If anyone did not surmise such before, this paperwork confirms beyond all doubt that this is occurring. As a reminder, this is not a private company...this is the actual Israeli government purchasing analytics data from American service providers.As such Christians who bring their phones into Church during worship times, will very likely receive targeted advertisements to encourage them to think a certain way about the October 7th attacks while in Church, as the paperwork specifically states that smartphones owned by Christians will be targeted during worship times.The documentation detailing this campaign also is not limited to Churches...the GPS tracking merely starts once a Christian enters into the geofenced area around a Church. If a Christian enters a church perimeter, but later leaves...the surveillance of their GPS position will continue. The geofencing barriers being placed around churches are merely to identify which smartphones belong to Christians. If a person's phone enters the church grounds on a certain time on Sunday morning, this device can be associated with Christianity, and once that association

AIRSPACE CONCERNS REMAIN THROUGHOUT EUROPE AS TENSIONS REMAIN HIGH.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Europe: Over the weekend, airspace closures were reported in Lithuania as suspected drones were detected. Vilnius Airport was shut down for several hours while the airspace incursion was investigated. After some time, what was initially reported as drones turned out to be a local custom that took the form of roughly 25x helium balloons smuggling cigarettes. Two of these balloons managed to fly over the airport, prompting the airspace closures.Analyst Comment: This is a fairly standard Saturday night in Lithuania. Almost 1,000 cigarette smuggling balloons were intercepted in Lithuania over the past year, with smugglers launching the balloons from Belarus where cigarettes are incredibly cheap. This practice is happening so often that the thousand balloons that are caught every year are the ones that get away; most balloons are successfully intercepted by smugglers (who have a GPS tracker on the balloons) once they land in Lithuania.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Yesterday morning a man was arrested during an incident at St. Matthew's Cathedral. Louis Geri was initially approached by police after setting up a camping tent on the front steps of the church before Mass. However, after a hostile interaction, a search revealed that he was in possession of a pre-made Molotov incendiary device, prompting his arrest. Geri was known to police and had previously been banned from the site for unknown reasons.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This general area is known for vagrancy, however this individual lived in New Jersey. Right now it's not clear as to if the individual was attempting to conduct an attack at the church, or if he simply had explosives/incendiaries in his possession (as is becoming increasingly popular). Right now it looks like a crazy guy wanted to cause a scene at the Church, as pitching a tent right on the front steps is not normally an effective opening phase of a terror attack.Initially, there were concerns that the attacker was attempting to target churchgoers during Mass that Sunday morning. However, security practices were heightened due to the church celebrating Red Mass yesterday, a special Mass dedicated to pray for the Supreme Court Justices. This Mass is held at this Church once per year, usually on the Sunday before the court calendar begins. There aren't usually any Justices in attendance (for obvious reasons), but one or two have attended in the past. As such, this specific church usually has an increased security posture on this day, just in case an attacker mistakenly thinks that a Supreme Court Justice might turn up. If he did not know about the Red Mass specifically (as it's not something that's particularly widely known outside the Church), he was still up to no good by bringing explosives to the front steps of a church. BOMB THREAT DISRUPTS SERVICES AT MIAMI CHURCH.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-United Kingdom: This morning a complex terror attack was carried out in Manchester. One assailant began the initial phase of the attack by ramming his vehicle into the perimeter fence at the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue. Once the vehicle came to a halt, the attacker exited the vehicle and attempted to gain entry to the facility. Police were immediately on scene, and as the crowd scattered, police were able to corner the assailant. The attacker attempted to detonate a suicide belt that he was wearing, but the S-Belt did not explode (the belt was determined later to be either fake or not a viable explosive). A few moments later, the suspect was shot by armed police, ending the attack. Concerning casualties, 2x people were killed and 3x others wounded during the attack.Analyst Comment: The attacker (who has not yet been identified) was probably targeting Yom Kippur events (which is today). Some time after the incident, two other individuals were reportedly arrested in conjunction with this incident a short distance from the initial attack site. However the status of these individuals is unknown, along with how these arrests are related to the initial attack.-HomeFront-New Jersey: Yesterday afternoon a fake active shooter incident was called in at JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Local authorities arrested Malika Brittingham (a civilian employee working for the US Navy) for calling in the fake active shooting, which resulted in the base locking down and local schools enacting active shooter protocols. Authorities state that Brittingham called in the active shooter because she was feeling ostracized by her coworkers, and that faking the active shooting would allow her to "trauma bond" with her fellow employees.Washington D.C. - Politics continues as the government remains shut down. This morning, several media outlets claimed to have access to a leaked letter that was sent from the White House to Congress. The letter allegedly contains a notice to Congress that the United States is now involved in a "noninternational armed conflict" regarding central/south American drug cartels.Analyst Comment: If this letter is being accurately described by journalists (which is a big "if"), this is quite the eyebrow-raising declaration. Since the letter itself is being withheld by media groups, there's no way to independently verify the information or if the context is being described accurately. Either way, the phrase "noninternational armed conflict" is an interesting choice of words as it sounds a lot like a war declaration without a war declaration.Until some level of clarification is obtained, it's all conjecture. However, the absolute lowest-hanging fruit of an assessment is that the conflict down south will not be ending or de-escalating anytime soon.Florida: Monday afternoon a man was arrested after making a bomb threat during the Liturgy at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church in Miami. SECWAR Pete Hegseth had originally called the secretive meeting a couple of weeks ago, summoning hundreds of general officers to discuss unknown topics. A few days ago it was announced that President Trump himself would also be attending the meeting.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Due to the initially secret purpose of this meeting, speculation abounded regarding why this many general officers would be called to an in person meeting without the topic of discussion being conveyed ahead of time. Local authorities identified the shooter as Keryan Rashad Jones, who was apprehended after a short vehicle pursuit. 2x people were killed and 5x others wounded during the attack.Analyst Comment: The circumstances leading up to this attack are not clear; the only details that have been released are those of the casualty figures and the name of the shooter. Considering the context of the location itself being a Casino, it's likely that the motive for the shooting is related to that, however it's still not clear as to if this was an impulsive shooting or something more planned. More details are expected as court docs get released later this week.North Carolina: A mass shooting was reported at the American Fish Company in Southport. Local authorities state that Nigel Edge was operating a small boat in the waters off of the waterfront when he began firing at the shoreline in the general direction of the American Fish Company and The Frying Pan Restaurant which was immediately adjacent to the fish company, which was hosting the usual live music and entertainment typical for most establishments in the area. 3x people were killed and several others were wounded in the attack. Edge was able to egress from the area down the Intracoastal Waterway, before he was apprehended while loading his boat at a nearby boat launch.Michigan: Sunday morning a mass shooting was conducted at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc. One gunman conducted a complex attack at the Church at approximately 10:30 am, targeting those arriving for services that morning. The assailant began the attack by ramming his vehicle into the Church, before exiting and conducting the shooting phase of the attack. Steve Laws and Pete North have been arrested over the past few days, as PM Starmer continues to state that the U.K. has freedom of speech. Nonetheless, the arrests continue, not just among more visible influencers, but among laypeople as well. Analyst Comment: Hundreds of arrests have been reported all around the U.K. for social media posts, with most of these arrests only coming to light from family members who notice the arrests. This is due to gag orders being placed on the detainees, so that they can't even talk about why they were arrested, or else they will get slapped with higher charges. This is to ensure that the speech crime arrests go largely unnoticed, since public outcry would result if high profile arrests are made. Since the courts are now routinely placing gag orders on people who are being arrested on speech-crime charges, the sheer scale of how many arrests are being made is impossible to know.-HomeFront-Illinois: The situation in Chicago continues to deteriorate as more counter-ICE riots escalate. Various blockade-type actions remain the main vector for rioters to hinder ICE actions, such as at the detention facility in Broadview.Iowa: This afternoon a high-profile ICE raid was carried out, targeting Dr. Ian Andre Roberts. Roberts was the superintendent of the Des Moines Public School System, but he was also a fugitive and illegal immigrant from Guyana who had an active deportation order since May of 2024. After his case was reopened, ICE agents made contact with him today, after which he fled on foot before a K9 unit apprehended him. He was arrested in possession of a firearm, a large knife, and several thousand dollars.Florida: Yesterday evening a high-profile Amber Alert was issued for a hostile abduction of a 17-year-old in Marion County. Caden Speight has been found, but was initially reported missing after what was initially described as a very kinetic kidnapping. The victim's family received a text message that indicated he had been shot and kidnapped by 4x Hispanic males in a light colored van. Local authorities located his abandoned vehicle on Hwy 484 (which had at least one bullet hole in it, according to the initial story), and Speight's phone was also recovered at the scene broken in half.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Something is not quite right with this case, and despite the obvious media hooks to sensationalize this story, nobody really knew what was going on as the details of the search continued to change throughout the day.This morning, investigators stated that the initial details of the incident were determined to be false, and that the current evidence available does not support the abduction story. Investigators stated that he appears to have departed from the initial incident site on a bicycle, possibly with a red and grey tent that was purchased using his credit/debit card at a Walmart in Ocala shortly before the incident. At the time it appeared as though this may have been a runaway situation portrayed as a violent kidnapping.However, as the situation continued to develop, notices from officials changed from an Amber Alert to caution, urging citizens to not make contact with Speight if he was discovered. CHICAGO POLICE OFFICER INDICTED FOR SMUGGLING GUNS TO CARTEL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-United Kingdom: Scandal has erupted following the announcement of a national identification paper scheme. It's also very likely that, now that people are paying attention, more people will confuse legitimate drone threats with commercial aircraft, as has been a trend lately.-HomeFront-Mississippi: This morning 911 call center services went offline for the entire state, which local authorities state were caused by a "series of fiber optic cuts".Analyst Comment: Right now it's not clear as to if this was the result of malign action, or by accident. Generally speaking it would be a bad idea for an entire state's critical infrastructure to be vulnerable to one swipe of a backhoe, but it's certainly possible.Illinois: A Chicago police officer has been indicted for smuggling weapons for cartels in Mexico. The indictment states that Officer Kevin Rodriguez used his law enforcement credentials to purchase firearms that were illegal for normal citizens to buy in the states of Illinois and Indiana. He was then paid by a cartel member by the name of Diego Valdez, who took possession of the firearms and smuggled them into Mexico. Analyst Comment: This scheme allegedly ran from September to December of 2024, and so far all of the court documents indicate that only two rifles were smuggled into Mexico. However, this may be a larger network, as these types of arrangements usually go on for some time before they are detected.Alaska: This morning US Air Force aircraft were scrambled to intercept Russian bombers off the west coast. A flight of Russian Tu-95 BEAR H aircraft were observed approaching the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), which prompted American aircraft to intercept them and escort them during their flight near American airspace.Analyst Comment: This is a fairly standard event that usually goes unnoticed most of the time. No word yet on the suspect's name, and no base personnel were wounded during the engagement.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Around the nation, various armed groups have made increasingly more public attempts to organize and plan operations. This afternoon locals observed flyers being placed around Georgetown to advertise the John Brown Gun Club, a far-left armed militant organization directly tied to ANTIFA and the attempted bombing of an ICE detention facility in 2019.Regarding ANTIFA, various daily riots and civil unrest continues in the usual strongholds of Seattle and Portland, with smaller demonstrations and protests taking place at various places around the country. In Eugene, Oregon a small group of ANTIFA members attempted to besiege the ICE facility before several arrests were made.Separately, in New York threats to a Presidential visit to Farmingdale have come to light from the 50501 movement, which is organizing "protests" to target President Trump during the Ryder Cup event that he is scheduled to attend on Friday. Flyers have been posted sporting the typical thinly-veiled rhetoric that is extremely common among far-left activist groups, with one flyer announcing "protest" times by using the phrase "Early bird gets the Trump".The 50501 movement is a self-described anti-Trump political movement, most of which involves violent rhetoric that has expanded to include counter-ICE targeting efforts. Even as recently as a few days ago, this group was openly and clearly posting calls to shoot ICE agents on Reddit, with no hint of any opposition to their attack planning being conducted in the open.In Dallas, the FBI released an image of a stripper clip found at the sniper's position, which featured the words "Anti-ICE" written on at least one of the bullets. Consequently, it's very likely that this individual was attempting to target ICE agents arriving for work, randomly shooting into the building at an unmarked van that was attempting to enter the facility through the sallyport to the rear of the building. Instead of successfully hitting ICE agents, the shooter fired blindly into the structure, and accidentally shot three detainees who were being transported inside the van.Sometimes, malign actors come about (or are activated) to conduct attacks for reasons that are not immediately discernible (though usually residing in the general realm of mental illness). Regarding this case however, the general motive is quite clear; the bullet holes in the facility don't leave much room for doubt. Shooting up an ICE office with "Anti-ICE" written on the bullets is about as clear of a motive as is possible to convey. Despite this, there will be endless speculation regarding most of these type

RYAN ROUTH FOUND GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Europe: The drone shenanigans continued throughout much of the night in Copenhagen, with footage from eyewitnesses indicating that the aircraft that were observed were much larger than the standard quadcopters that are usually the culprits regarding airspace violations.Analyst Comment: So far there has been no indication of what this situation was all about, but the aircraft were fairly heavily documented. The aerial platforms weren't exactly operating covertly, but they did leave on their own. Considering the overall tensions in Europe, most speculation has pointed to these being Russian drones, or if not Russian in origin, something to do with the war. Either way, there's no way to know for sure at the moment.-HomeFront-Florida: This afternoon, Ryan Routh, the second would-be Trump assassin was found guilty on all counts pertaining to the attempted shooting at the Trump International Golf Club in September of last year. Upon the verdict being announced Routh attempted to stab himself with a pen, unsuccessfully trying to injure himself. Routh was briefly removed from the courtroom, after this incident, before being returned to conclude the trial.Analyst Comment: As a reminder, Routh chose (and was allowed) to represent himself after he felt discrepancies with his court-appointed team of attorneys, and thus was granted more leeway during this trial. Considering that he had written a note confessing to the crime in explicit detail, his arguments were unsuccessful, leading to his conviction on all counts.New York: Yesterday evening the US Secret Service announced the dismantling of a major telecommunications threat allegedly targeting the UN General Assembly currently underway in New York City. The USSS uncovered a series of locations concentrated around the UN building, which were configured to degrade communications around the city, mostly in the form of hundreds of SIM servers and around 100,000 SIM cards.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: At face value, these locations appear to be configured to swamp cell towers with increased traffic, so as to degrade cellular networks. As to why this attack vector was chosen, it's anyone's guess. Normally, attacks that are meant to degrade (but not exploit) a certain communications method are used as a way of social engineering...if a target's cell phone doesn't work, they might be inclined to use a different comms method that is more easily surveilled. Though this is pure speculation, what is very clear is that there is a very high likelihood that the UN General Assembly would be a target for many different malign actors, to include nationstate-level intelligence operations. There are many different ways to target a meeting of world leaders that is vastly easier than strategically renting apartments around the city, to fill with a bunch of electronic hardware. In their press release on the operation, the USSS did not comment on what exactly these sites were being used for; their statements were more generalized, and that these locations could be used for a wide range of attacks and surveillance operations. The airport initially issued a temporary ground stop for all arrivals/departures, which as of this report has been extended until 5:00 a.m. local time. Separately, a military base in Oslo, Norway was placed on a heightened state of readiness due to drone reports as well, which resulted in the arrest of two Singaporean nationals who were operating a civilian drone over the military base.-HomeFront-New York: This week, the United Nations General Assembly has begun, with most of the noteworthy actions so far being the recognition of Palestinian statehood from a few nations. Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and a handful of others have been the biggest power-players to add to the list of nations which have recognized the legitimacy of the Palestinian government.Analyst Comment: As with most diplomatic endeavors in the region, this move will probably result in very little impact overall. Most of these recent recognitions are probably last-ditch political moves to urge a two-state solution at the eleventh hour. Nevertheless, these statements will probably draw the ire of the United States to some degree, which is still negotiating trade deals with some of these nations.Washington D.C. - Over the weekend the White House backtracked on the recent changes to the H-1B visa system. Despite Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick stating in the Oval Office on the day of the announcement that the $100,000 fee for visas was per employee per year, the White House issued a "fact sheet" that reversed these statements, and that this is a one-time payment for companies seeking to hire non-American workers.Also in Washington, President Trump signed the Executive Action this afternoon designating ANTIFA as a Domestic Terrorist Organization.Analyst Comment: And now we wait. The verbiage of the order itself is not entirely indicative of how various federal agencies will respond to this, or what the outcome will be. Ordering agencies to police crimes that are already illegal isn't much help, but moving forward the most obvious theory is that federal terrorism charges might get slapped on any ANTIFA "Direct Action" attacks which are fairly standard in most major cities during periods of heightened tension. Only time will tell if various federal agencies are serious, though.Mississippi: On Saturday a hit-and-run accident was reported in Gulfport, which resulted in the death of a cyclist. Xavier Omar Rigby was arrested after hitting the victim with his vehicle, and driving approximately 8 blocks with her body on the hood of his car. Rigby fled the scene without calling 911, and was later arrested in St. Petersburg.California: The gunman which attacked an ABC broadcast station in Sacramento was detained over the weekend. Federal authorities state that Anibal Hernandez-Santana (an attorney, activist, and political lobbyist) conducted a drive-by shooting at the ABC Channel 10 television station in Sacramento.Analyst Comment: The motive for this shooting has not yet been released, but the shooter's posts on social media indicate the motivations for this attack. Even his own attorney has stated that the primary method of prosecuting him (besides the bullet holes in the ABC station) will be the radical posts that his client made on social media.New Hampshire: A mass shooting was reported over the weekend in Nashua, as a gunman targeted a wedding ceremony at the Sky Meadow
