//The Wire//2300Z June 3, 2025////ROUTINE////BLUF: UNDERWATER SABOTAGE OPERATION CONDUCTED ON CRIMEAN BRIDGE. RIOTS ESCALATE IN FRANCE. IED FOUND ON BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-France: Large scale riots have continued throughout Paris following a local sports victory over the weekend. What originally began as routine celebrations immediately spun out of control to include widespread looting, property damage, and violence. In Grenoble, a vehicle ramming incident was reported as a driver drove into a crowd of people in the street, wounding 4x people. In the small town of Dax in southern France, a 17-year-old was stabbed to death by a mob.Russia: Various covert Ukrainian attacks have continued. Overnight, explosive charges detonated underwater under the Crimean Bridge, after satchel charges were placed there by Ukrainian (and probably American) frogmen some time ago. Ukraine has taken credit for the attack, and has claimed that 1,100 kg of explosives were used in the attack. In the statement provided on the attack, Ukraine specifically stated that this took several months to bring to fruition.-HomeFront-North Carolina: An improvised incendiary device was discovered on the Blue Ridge Parkway just outside of Asheville over the weekend. No details have been provided other than that the device was discovered in the vicinity of the Folk Art Museum. EOD personnel rendered the device safe, and a section of the Blue Ridge Parkway was briefly closed while the investigation was conducted.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The explosive attack on the Crimean Bridge failed to destroy the pylons of the bridge, but this is yet another clandestine effort that took considerable skill to pull off. Regarding the details of the attack, the 1,100 kg figure seems to be dubious at best (due to the small size of the explosion, even taking into account that it was underwater), so it's possible that either this figure is exaggerated or some error prevented the high-order detonation of all of the explosives laid. However if this figure is accurate, this attack would have been one of the largest underwater sabotage operations in modern history. Considering the bridge has been targeted relentlessly by unmanned surface vessels, Russia's security around this bridge is substantial. This seemingly unimportant detail seems unremarkable, but the bridge is also a considerable distance from any Ukrainian-held position. As such, this is not just another day in Russia; this attack (if carried out in the manner speculated) was probably even harder to pull off than the drone attack of two days ago that has shifted the dynamic of warfare. If the claims made by Ukraine regarding this attack are accurate (and that's a big "if"), transporting this much explosive material could not have happened without direct support from the United States. Submersible vehicles and divers would have needed to work around the clock to transport that amount of explosives underwater from such a great distance. Conversely, if Ukraine/United States has developed some sort of new (or at least, newly operational) unmanned submersible that (most importantly) has the range AND precision to deliver and emplace explosives in this manner, it would be a new milestone in the field of warfare. In short, if divers carried out this attack, it was a very challenging task that only a small number of nations can successfully pull off, and if this attack was carried out by unmanned submersibles, this is still a comparatively new development in the operational status of such targeting methods.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

//The Wire//2300Z June 2, 2025////PRIORITY////BLUF: MAJOR ESCALATION IN RUSSIA AS UKRAINE STRIKES RUSSIA'S STRATEGIC BOMBER FORCE. MOLOTOV ATTACK OCCURS IN COLORADO.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Russia: At approximately 11:00pm Moscow time Sunday evening, Ukraine conducted a large-scale drone attack on military bases throughout Russia. Approximately 5-8 commercial cargo vehicles parked near critical military bases throughout the nation. Once parked, the drivers of these vehicles opened secret hatches cut into the tops of the cargo containers, from which dozens of Ukrainian drones were deployed in rapid succession. Within moments, these drones struck targets at several Russian military installations, ranging from airfields to supply depots. As of right now, four Russian airbases have been confirmed to be struck during the attacks: Ivanovo, Dyagilevo, Belaya, and Olenya Air Bases were all struck overnight.Various targets at Severomorsk and Severodvinsk Naval Bases appear to also have been struck, however this is unconfirmed at this time. Voskresensk Air Base is also claimed by some sources to have been struck during this attack, but this is also unconfirmed. All total, the initial assessment of battle damage indicates a total loss of 3x Tu-95 BEAR H bombers, with 5x more being damaged. Ukrainka Air Base was also targeted by Ukrainian drones, however this attack failed due to the defenses at this location.Ukraine has claimed credit for the attack, and has openly stated that the United States was made aware of the attack before it took place. The United States has denied these claims.-HomeFront-Colorado: Yesterday afternoon an arson attack took place in Boulder. Local authorities state that an assailant attacked a pro-Israel protest/demonstration in the vicinity of the historic Boulder County Courthouse. The attacker approached the protesters, using improvised incendiary devices to inflict burns on approximately 5x people attending the small demonstration. Concerning casualties, 2x victims were burned severely, and a several others suffered minor burns. The attacker has been identified as Mohammed Soliman, and authorities have claimed he is an illegal immigrant (specifically, a visa overstay) from Egypt.AC: Reports vary on the method of the attack; some sources claim the assailant used some sort of improvised flamethrower device, others state that he used Molotov cocktails in his attack. Either way, video evidence of the attack confirms the assailant was holding two Molotovs in his hands after the attack was conducted. Additionally, Soliman's statements during the fray also indicate he conducted the attack in support of the Palestinian movement. Considering the recent shift in federal agencies' priorities concerning this issue, the fallout of this incident is probably going to be a very big deal in many different ways.Oregon: Yesterday afternoon a mass stabbing attack was reported at the Union Gospel Mission in Salem. 11x people were wounded in the attack, and the assailant was detained at the scene.AC: Very few details have come to light regarding this incident, and the assailant has not been identified yet. However, this facility is a homeless shelter, so at the moment the most likely theory is that the attack is the result of a mental health incident.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: From time to time, a new aspect of modern war comes to light that changes the dynamic of the modern battlespace in ways that most of us cannot possibly fathom. This happened over the weekend in Russia. While the drone attack on Russian airfields was not a new tactic by any means, it is expressly for this reason that this attack was special: most nations around the world have been waiting for someone to try this attack vector, and now it's actually happened. While the

TENSIONS EASE SOMEWHAT ALONG CAMBODIAN BORDER.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Cambodia: The situation has de-escalated somewhat following the border clash reported earlier this week. Both Cambodia and Thailand have agreed to withdraw the troops that both had built up in the area of the initial incident, though diplomatically the ceasefire remains somewhat uncertain.AC: If both parties can de-escalate the situation, the chance of a large conflagration is much reduced. However, since this is a long-standing border dispute, things can always flare back up again at any point.-HomeFront-Indiana: A domestic shooting took place in Gibson County, resulting in 3x fatalities and 1x remaining in critical condition. The suspect, who has been identified as Patrick Waite, confessed to the murders and was arrested at the scene.Washington D.C. - Developments involving tariffs have continued this week, to various economic impact. This afternoon (after the closing bell) the White House announced an increase in the tariffs on US Steel from 25% to 50% in order to further incentivize local production.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the United Kingdom, the suspect in this week's vehicle ramming attack in Liverpool has been identified as Paul Doyle. This rapid identification and disclosure of the suspect's name is extremely uncharacteristic of British authorities, who normally conceal the identities of some terrorists/assailants. Nevertheless, as one might expect, the internet immediately began digging into this individual's life in search of a reason as to why the attack might have been conducted. So far, every possible conceivable theory has been suggested, without really much confirmation of anything. However, as time goes on answers will arrive, though it may be a while before the truth comes out.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

DETAILS EMERGE REGARDING SHOOTING IN COLORADO.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Russia: Over the past few days, various journalistic media groups have claimed to be the recipient of a large number of classified documents pertaining to Russia's nuclear arsenal and readiness procedures. Specifically, claims have been made that this leak encompasses more than two million documents and is the largest leak of military information in Russia's history.AC: The media groups making these claims have not released any solid details yet, so until actual evidence comes forth, there's no possible way to determine if any of this is true. As a reminder, this very specific situation has happened before: Journalists have claimed to have something exceptionally damaging to Russia and when it's released it turns out to be nothing at all. On the other hand, Russia also has a history of accidentally leaking highly classified information on live television (such as their intercontinental nuclear torpedo, the Status-6 project). As such, until something becomes public there's no way to interpret these claims.Mexico: Multiple mass graves have been discovered this week. The remains of 5x musicians have been recovered from a vacant lot in the border town of Reynosa, after they were reported missing a few days ago. Further into Mexico's interior, the remains of 17x cartel victims were recovered from a mass grave located inside a vacant house in Abasolo.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Elon Musk has announced that he is no longer affiliated with DOGE, as his 130-day tenure as a temporary government employee has come to an end.AC: This "role-reduction" is probably for several reasons. Since his work at DOGE was never really advertised as a permanent position, this departure is not really that out of the ordinary. However, this is a flimsy excuse at best; the White House could have always pencil-whipped whatever paperwork needed to allow his continued work at DOGE.The real reason behind him stepping back to the private sector is probably for reasons surrounding the latest omnibus spending bill not including a single reduction in inefficiency identified by DOGE. Musk made comments against Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill", and now he's out. Somewhat ironically, the U.S. Department of Efficiency has an efficiency rate of zero percent, as not one single inefficiency in government spending identified by this department has been codified in law. Whether or not Musk's departure will mean the death of DOGE is anyone's guess, but as it stands, DOGE never really lived in the first place.Colorado: More details have come to light following a suspected domestic shooting that took place in Colorado Springs last Saturday. 6x people were shot during the battle, with 1x fatality reported at the scene, and 5x others remaining in critical condition. Multiple shooters have been reported in conjunction with this incident, some of which are the individuals that were shot.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This seems like a small detail, but the shootout in Colorado Springs is a case study that may serve as a barometer for how the summer might go. Initially, this incident was reported as a routine shooting and/or a possible active shooter situation in the vicinity of Potter Drive. However, follow-on information suggests this was not simply a shoot-and-scoot engagement, but was actually a protracted small arms skirmish that lasted several minutes. If local groups, gangs, or just normal street criminals become empowered in a local area to the point where they shift into standing their ground during a gunfight (instead of breaking contact as is what normally happens when the shoo

LOCAL UNREST CONTINUES IN SEATTLE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Southeast Asia: Border clashes erupted overnight between Cambodia and Thailand. A brief small arms skirmish in the vicinity of Chong Bok resulted in 1x Cambodian border guard being killed by Thai forces. Both Cambodia and Thailand have stated that the other party started the skirmish; Cambodia claims an entrenched position they were dug into was ambushed, while Thailand claims that Cambodia was digging a new trench on their side of the line and Thailand's soldiers were trying to warn Cambodian soldiers away from the area.-HomeFront-Washington: Low-level unrest has continued following the activation of ANTIFA elements to oppose the presence of Christian groups within the city. Yesterday, following the statements by city officials, Pursuit NW, the Christian Church group at the center of the recent concert/prayer vigil scandal decided to host a First Amendment Event on the steps of City Hall, to call for the resignation of the Mayor for the city's statements on the situation. As expected, their presence immediately sparked a riot which lasted until the evening. 8x rioters were arrested, all of which affiliated with ANTIFA.Virginia: Another boil water advisory has been announced for the Richmond area as the local water treatment plant experienced issues with increased turbidity and clogged filters.AC: This is a recurring issue for Richmond. Back in January the boil advisory was in place for five days, which resulted in most restaurants remaining closed during that time due to health code regulations.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: What actually happened along the Cambodian border is anyone's guess, however this area has been disputed by both nations for many years. Nevertheless, border clashes are usually one of the early indicators of old wounds being re-opened, so this will be a development to follow just in case it escalates. So far, both nations have begun moving more troops to this area, and have begun staging for posturing operations, so the potential for this to get out of hand remains a possibility.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

DETAILS EMERGE REGARDING LAST WEEK'S VANDALISM IN TEXAS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Europe: Rhetoric concerning the war in Ukraine continues to escalate, as both President Trump and the Kremlin trade insults and less-than-friendly messaging. In response to the latest Russian drone strikes in Ukraine, President Trump stated that Putin was "playing with fire" regarding these developments. In response to this, former Russian Prime Minister (and current Deputy Chair of Russia's Security Council) Dmitry Medvedev stated that the "bad thing" that President Trump alluded to is WW3.AC: This is a classic Medvedev statement; invoking threats of WW3 is a fairly standard Tuesday for Dima, as Medvedev (echoing his former role as Prime Minister) often serves as the more informal conveyor of what Putin is thinking. To the casual observer it may not seem like it, but the situation is not openly hostile yet. However, the diplomacy being conducted between the United States and Russia is heating up nonetheless.-HomeFront-Pennsylvania: Overnight, a small arms engagement was reported at Lemon Hill Park in Philadelphia. 2x were killed, and 9x others were wounded. 1x person was also struck by a vehicle during the fray caused by the shooting. Local authorities state that three separate shooters have been counted as partaking in the incident, based on the shell casings found at the scene.AC: Very few details have been released regarding the cause of the shooting, or why a large group of people was gathered in this park late at night. At first glance this appears to be a gang shooting and/or the result of a domestic dispute, though more details are needed.Texas: More details have come to light following acts of vandalism that were reported throughout Austin last week. Three separate facilities were defaced with graffiti on May 21st, and yesterday it became known that all three facilities were linked to various Islamic institutions in the area. One was a Mosque and the other two sites were cultural centers. A vigil has been scheduled for May 29th in response to the acts of vandalism, and the Austin Police Department has announced a rigorous increase in patrols, along with undercover operations to prevent further vandalism.Washington: A small riot broke out over the weekend in Seattle as a concert and prayer vigil was held in Cal Anderson Park. The event, which largely involved various performances by Christian musical groups and various prayer vigils, was hosted by Pursuit Northwest, a local Christian organization. The event (which was permitted and approved by the government), became host to violence as ANTIFA activists arrived and began assaulting the police officers guarding the perimeter of the event. 27x rioters were arrested for assaulting police at the event. None of the event participants were arrested; 100% of the violence took place between ANTIFA activists and police. However, all of the rioters who assaulted police were immediately released by a local judge on Monday.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Though it may be surprising to some, the events over the weekend in Seattle are not out of the ordinary, and merely reflect the regional norm when it comes to those who practice the Christian faith in the region. Any type of display of Christianity in Seattle is usually met with violence, so the outcome being violence conducted on those attending the event was to be expected. In this case, extreme violence was very much going to be the result from the very start...holding a prayer vigil in a park named after the first openly gay Congressman in Washington was very much going to result in a kinetic response by locals. However, one important detail that ha

VEHICLE RAMMING ATTACK REPORTED IN LIVERPOOL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-France: The electrical blackout that took place near Cannes on Friday has been designated as an act of deliberate sabotage. Transmission lines were cut and an electrical substation was set on fire by activists targeting the Cannes Film Festival.Australia: A gang dispute resulted in a mass stabbing at Northland Shopping Centre in Melbourne. Local authorities state that two rival gangs planned to meet up at the location to engage in mutual combat, and that the violence was not an instance of random targeting. Nevertheless, many people were wounded in the skirmish, and it remains unclear as to if any genuine bystanders were wounded in the attack.United Kingdom: This afternoon a vehicle ramming attack was reported in Liverpool as an unidentified man drove his vehicle into a crowd of people on Water Street as they celebrated a sports victory around the city. Concerning the casualties, 47x people have been reported wounded so far, with 27x being hospitalized.AC: As expected, authorities have not released many details pertaining to this incident. Authorities have stated that one individual, a 53-year-old male, was arrested at the scene. However, authorities notably did *not* state whether or not this individual was the driver of the vehicle. For context of why this distinction matters, immediately after the vehicle came to a stop, bedlam immediately broke out, with football fans attempting to cause violence to the driver (as one might expect). Consequently, police moved in to detain the driver, which in turn resulted in dozens of individuals physically assaulting the police officers attempting to protect the driver. Due to the carefully-worded statements by officials, some have speculated that the man who was arrested was actually one of the football fans engaging in this behavior, and not the driver. In any case, many people were detained at the scene of the incident, though it's unclear as to if any were arrested.Regarding the motive for the attack, it's not entirely clear. This was not a planned street event, so even though there was a police presence, there was no traffic control and there were no barricades in place. However, video footage of the incident strongly indicates that the driver did aim his vehicle toward (and accelerated into) the densely-packed crowd. What the truth actually is, only time will tell. There were no explosives or stabbings reported in conjunction with this incident, so it could equally have been a situation of deliberate opportunistic terrorism, a case of road-rage, or some other mental-health crisis.Europe: The conflict between Russia and Ukraine intensified over the weekend, with both sides engaging in heavy fighting. Russia, having completely erased the effects of Ukraine's Kursk Offensive, has now begun their counteroffensive mostly in the form of missile and drone strikes. Earlier last week, Ukraine stepped-up drone attacks on soft-targets, conducting very large scale drone attacks deep inside Russia.AC: Due to the challenges of determining who-started-what with this war, the timeline of what has occurred on the eastern front is hard to verify. What is certain is that Ukraine did conduct another large-scale drone offensive targeting Moscow, which resulted in President Putin's helicopter being caught in the fray during the attack. This does not mean that this was explicitly a direct assassination attempt as is being claimed by various Russian sources, but it does mean that the same effect was almost achieved. Either way the stakes keep going up, and the potential for peace continues to dwindle.-HomeFro

BRITISH AIRWAYS QUIETLY EXTENDS HALT OF FLIGHTS TO ISRAEL DUE TO SECURITY CONCERNS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Germany: Yesterday two stabbing attacks occurred in primary schools throughout the nation, both of which appear to have started as arguments between students. The first stabbing incident occurred in Spandau and involved an 11-year-old being stabbed by a fellow classmate at Weinmeisterhorn Elementary School. The victim remains hospitalized in intensive care following the incident, which began as a schoolyard fight that ended with the other student stabbing the victim. The second stabbing incident occurred a few hours after the first, in the town of Remschied. In this case an 11-year-old stabbed a fellow classmate (aged 13-years-old), allegedly due to a dispute between the two. This morning a mass stabbing was reported at the central train station in Hamburg. 12x victims were wounded in the attack, with 3x remaining in critical condition. The assailant was arrested at the scene, but has not been identified as of this report.AC: Some reports conflict on the identity of the assailant. Some sources claim the attacker was female, while others state that it was male, or at minimum of questionable status.Middle East: This morning Israeli media reported that British Airways canceled all flights in and out of Israel until July 31, due to security concerns.AC: This is an interesting case as British Airways hasn't publicly acknowledged this development, at least not yet. As a reminder, British Airways (along with a few other smaller airlines) had halted all flights into and out of Israel's Ben Gurion airport due to successful Houthi missile strikes a few months ago. Overnight, it seems as though Israeli journalists went onto the British Airways website and discovered that tickets could not be booked for the airport until August. As such, what is being touted as a flight-ban is probably a quiet and non-publicized extension of a pre-existing flight ban for security reasons.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Right now details on both juvenile-linked stabbing incidents in Germany are sketchy at best; Quite literally zero mainstream media outlets have mentioned either incident...even Googling these stories turns up zero search results. However, the small handful of local German-language media sources have suggested that both assailants were German citizens of an immigrant origin. A few AfD politicians and figures have also made similar statements, but since the offenders are juveniles, very little investigation will be conducted due to Germany's procedures involving underage criminals.Similarly, the ax-attack that occurred two days ago in the parking lot of a grocery store in France has received little media attention and has subsequently been hard to find any details on. Most local French-language independent media that has mentioned the story seem to think this ax-murder was intra-cultural violence situation as both the victim and perpetrator were of Turkish ethnicity. In any case, though these brutal attacks and murders are very common throughout Europe, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find out that an attack occurs in the first place. In almost all cases, the only way the world knows of an attack is via individual citizens posting about the incident on social media in such a way that does not trigger algorithmic suppression of the information.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

The explosion and subsequent fire consumed much of the facility, and one person was injured as a result of the blast.AC: The cause of the incident has not been released, however refineries in Mexico have a long history of accidents that result in similar incidents.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Last night 2x Israeli Embassy staffers were murdered at the FBI Field Office and the Capital Jewish Museum at the corner of 3rd St. NW and F St. NW. The assailant, who has been identified as Elias Rodriguez, was arrested at the scene while declaring support for the Palestinian movement.AC: Due to the obvious political sensitivities around this incident, the subsequent media blitz will very likely result in this incident having international ramifications. In the domestic United States, the murder of embassy staff will draw a very strong response from federal authorities, so over the next few days any high-profile pro-Palestine leadership will probably get rolled up or at minimum be subject to increased scrutiny.California: This morning a private jet crashed in a residential neighborhood in San Diego. The aircraft impacted the street at high speed while attempting to land at Montgomery Gibbs Airport. So, far 2x fatalities have been confirmed.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The cause of the plane crash in San Diego remains unknown while the investigation continues. However, at the time of the crash weather conditions were poor in the form of heavy fog. ADS-B flight tracking data indicates that the aircraft was behaving erratically before the crash. Additionally, a search of local Notice-to-Airmen (NOTAM) postings for this airport indicate that a navigational aid was out of service as of a few weeks ago. As such, the circumstances of the two fatalities are not clear; Dutch authorities have stated that the responding officers did fire their weapons during this incident, however very few details have indicated what actually happened here.-HomeFront-Midwest: Disaster recovery efforts continue throughout the region, following the severe weather systems that have caused devastation throughout the region. Local authorities in St. Louis are investigating their emergency response procedures after a substantial tornado ripped through the downtown metro area on Friday. AC: Today local authorities stated that the city's tornado siren network was not functioning at the time it was needed, resulting in no tornado warnings being sounded. The head of the St. Louis City Emergency Management Agency has been placed on leave after it became clear that the citywide siren system didn't actually work, and possibly had not been operationally tested in decades. Routine tests are normally mandatory, however when asked about it the interim CEMA official (a Fire Captain temporarily appointed to the job while the investigation continues) did not provide a date as to when the system was last tested, other than when it was installed in 1999. From the descriptions of what possibly happened, it sounds like the physical button and/or switch to activate the tornado sirens did not work when officials attempted to activate it.Washington D.C. - This morning South African President Cyril Ramaphosa conducted a state visit to the White House. During the visit, the main point of focus was the domestic situation in South Africa, with President Trump pressing Ramaphosa regarding the concerns of genocide within his nation.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Despite the smiles and handshakes presented to the media, the state visit by South African leadership did not go well. Though the tone was not as openly hostile as Zelenskyy's infamous visit, the ideas conveyed were equally serious (if not moreso). When President Ramaphosa echoed his previous statements flat-out denying that any genocide was taking place, President Trump's team played various video clips showing evidence that these statements are false. Considering that this audio/visual presentation was pre-arranged (but interestingly, not announced beforehand), the White House probably knew how this situation might go and had planned this meticulously. In short, this visit was probably the White House's attempt to put South African leadership on notice regarding their aspirations for ethnic cleansing. Before the civilizational decline of recent times South Africa was a powerful player in the region, and the White House is probably trying to curb the increasingly exponential rise in cultural violence that is driving South Africa further into a state of decline. Whether or not these efforts will pan out, is anyone's guess.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

A passenger reportedly stated that they would detonate an explosive device on the aircraft shortly before takeoff, prompting the pilots to abort takeoff and initiate an emergency response. Local authorities boarded the aircraft and detained the individual who made the threats, and evacuated the rest of the aircraft while EOD personnel conducted a search for explosives. Two people were killed and one child remains missing after they were struck by the train while fishing off of the Miles Newton Bridge. One infant was rescued from the water after the incident, and rescue teams are continuing the search for a missing 5-year-old.Midwest: Dozens of fatalities have been reported as a result of severe storms and tornados that transited through the region overnight. So far, 28x fatalities have been reported in Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the central United States, weather conditions continue to present risks of disaster. In short, the Midwest is not out of the woods just yet. This year's storm season is more active than usual, with multiple storm systems continuing to form and roll through communities with little notice. A localized disaster can be handled by local authorities and prepared citizens alike, but a storm system that ravages multiple states across thousands of square miles at nearly the same time is a much more significant series of events. Bottom line, rescue and recovery assets will remain stretched thin for some time as the seasonal weather systems remain above average.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

At least one individual was killed in the blast, and several more were wounded. However it's not clear as to if the victims were inside the clinic at the time, or were random passersby.Though further technical analysis will be required, the initial characteristics of the extremely severe damage indicates that this was a substantial and properly constructed IED. CARTEL OBSERVATION POSTS DESTROYED ON USA/MEX BORDER.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Mexico: Earlier this week a mass grave and Cartel corpse processing center was discovered at an abandoned ranch roughly 40 miles west of Guadalajara. The discovery was made by local private citizens attempting to find the bodies of known Cartel victims, and this site had been known to serve in a variety of roles over the years by members of the CJNG Cartel.AC: This site is not a new revelation; a hostage recovery operation was conducted at this exact compound last year. This ranch was formerly used as a hitman training site, but over the years was relegated to serving as an extermination camp. As this was a well known site, there was some speculation that the compound had probably been used as burial site as well. Because local authorities were not interested in investigating this, a small group of local citizens gained access to the compound to search for human remains, of which many were found. Local authorities (which have now been forced to acknowledge the site), have urged local citizens to help identify the clothing found in six mass graves found at the site. Due to the high-profile nature of this discovery, civil unrest has been reported throughout several cities in Mexico, as citizens express dissatisfaction with the Cartels engaging in this kind of brutality on an industrial scale.-HomeFront-Arizona: Two Cartel-affiliated Observation Posts were destroyed yesterday morning. The first OP was located west of Ajo, and the second was located near Nogales.Washington D.C. - Scandal has emerged surrounding a post made by former FBI Director James Comey, in which he posted a photo on Instagram that contained a threatening reference commonly used as a coded incitement of violence against President Trump. Comey posted a photo containing the numbers "8647", which has become a term very commonly used by malign actors in the United States to express their desire to "86" (or dispose of) the 47th President, Donald Trump. James Comey has since removed the post and stated that he did not know what it meant.USA: Another major scandal has emerged regarding a major cryptocurrency exchange failing to protect customer data. A few days ago Coinbase (arguably the biggest crypto exchange in the world) announced that they had been hacked. The hackers claimed to have accessed most private customer data on the site, and have demanded $20 million as a ransom for not posting this information on the internet.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This morning, statements from Coinbase and the CEO have shed light on what really happened...and it doesn't look good. In short, Coinbase outsourced their customer support services to the Third World. As it turns out, when you hire employees from an impoverished nation and pay them peanuts while giving them unchecked access to private customer information...they might be inclined to accept a bribe to leak that data. Right now, this appears to be what happened. American politicians are also not entirely off the hook for this scandal either. The reason that there is so much data to steal in the first place is due to KYC or "Know Your Customer" laws that make privacy illegal. Many people who are not involved in the world of cryptocurrency do not know that it's not an anonymous experience by any means...buying and selling crypto is the hard part since 100% of crypto exchanges based in the United States and Europe have to abide by KYC laws that force customers to hand over their drivers license, bank account numbers, social security number, home address, IRS tax information, a series of selfie photos or a 3d scan of a person's head...pretty much all of t

SHOOTING REPORTED AT MILWAUKEE CITY HALL.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Middle East: Various diplomatic efforts continue as before. Ukrainian officials have met with Russian officials in Turkey, with little to no agreement being made so far. President Trump's visit to the Middle East continues, along with various trade agreements.-HomeFront-Texas: Yesterday an arrest was made in conjunction with the high-profile murder of an InfoWars employee in Austin. Authorities state that Eloy Adrian Camarillo shot and killed Jaime White as Camarillo was attempting to break into vehicles outside White's residence.AC: At the time this murder was reported, it was possible that this was a more targeted attack due to White's link to InfoWars. However, now this appears to be more of an instance of routine violent street crime.Wisconsin: This afternoon a shooting was reported at the Zeidler municipal building in Milwaukee, prompting a lockdown of City Hall.AC: As of this report, no details have been released and the lockdown continues. Some sources claim that the shooter may be a disgruntled employee but as this is a developing situation nothing is confirmed yet.Colorado: This morning the FAA issued a statement regarding a communications issue that emerged at Denver International Airport on Monday. Air traffic control personnel in the tower briefly lost radio contact with all aircraft for several minutes, due to an unspecified outage at a transmitter site.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The aviation incident in Denver is concerning due to how serious the crisis could have been. By pure luck alone, a separate radio system was used to contact one aircraft in the air on the Guard (emergency) frequency, who was then able to relay the explanation of the situation to aircraft approaching the airport. Though there are multiple ways for airports to communicate with aircraft, not all aircraft have these communications platforms (for instance, a small Cessna probably doesn't have an ACARS system, for basic text messaging between aircraft). The fact that somebody had to get ahold of a random aircraft on Guard is very telling. Most of the local news reports on the issue have cited closed-source "insider information" which obviously can't be independently confirmed. However, based on this speculative information, it sounds like multiple radio outages had already occurred, and that the fifth and final method of communicating with aircraft via radio finally died. This is concerning for a multitude of reasons, but especially because the aircraft already inbound to the airport had no idea what happened. It is only via this truly last-ditch emergency radio system that airborne aircraft were able to figure out what had happened. It's one thing when an aircraft itself suffers a radio outage or some other communications issue...but it's vastly more concerning when a whole airport goes dark, and can't communicate with aircraft that are already lining up to land.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

NAVAL CONFRONTATION EMERGES IN THE GULF OF FINLAND.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Baltic: A brief scandal erupted between Russia and Estonia regarding the attempted halting of a cargo ship suspected of violating trade agreements. Estonian naval forces attempted to board the tanker M/T JAGUAR in the Gulf of Finland. This tanker was bound for Russia, and in a continuation of Estonia's history of detaining vessels suspected of breaching sanctions, Estonian forces attempted to conduct boarding operations to inspect (and probably detain) the vessel. In this case, however, Russian fighter jets appeared and carried out international relations in the form of buzzing the Estonian vessels and aircraft that were attempting to board the vessel. Due to this development, Estonian forces backed off, and halted the boarding attempt.AC: This confrontation is not entirely out of the realm of normalcy at this point, but it does highlight the tensions that remain between NATO and Russia. All it takes is one mistake for this passive-aggression to turn into active aggression, and for very serious consequences to occur.-HomeFront-Michigan: This morning federal authorities issued a press release detailing the arrest of Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said for his attempt to target a military installation in an act of terrorism. Said was arrested by undercover agents shortly before the alleged attack was to begin.AC: This is an interesting case, but as with all cases involving "confidential informants" that help a would-be terrorist plan their attack, more context would be helpful to determine what really happened. Based on the report itself, there are several details that would be careful to consider. For one, the very first line of the press release states that Said was a "former member of the Michigan Army National Guard"...however the next paragraph states that he is currently 19 years old. Since the shortest military service contracts are generally 4 years long, and one must be at least 17 years old to enlist in any service branch...something is off here. As such, the details of his discharge would be exceptionally helpful for determining if a pattern of terroristic behavior was displayed early on.Minnesota: Concerns are growing regarding a potential Presidential pardon of Derek Chauvin, the officer convicted during the George Floyd scandal years ago. Gov. Tim Walz has stated that the White House is planning to pardon Chauvin, however President Trump has stated that he knows nothing about this when directly questioned by reporters on the issue.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This is almost certainly an information operation carried out by the guy who ran against Trump during the last election, and intended to stoke dissent at a time when race-relations in the United States are not doing well. For one, Derek Chauvin was convicted on state-level charges, so even if he was pardoned by President Trump for the federal hate-crime charges, he would still remain in prison on state charges for 22 more years. Gov. Walz's statements have also been very indicative of this being what one might colloquially refer to as a "psyop" because his statements (to paraphrase) essentially boil down to "well, we don't have any evidence that Trump is planning this pardon, but it seems like something he might do". So in other words, this a giant pile of nothing that has been plopped into the circuit for the media to chew on for a few days, and hopefully stir up another "mostly-peaceful" summer of violence. How successful this effort will be is anyone's guess. In the Middle East, President Trump's overseas visit continues as a plethora of trade deals are signed with various nations around the Middle East. Once the aircraft landed at the airport, passengers were evacuated at a remote section of the airport while the aircraft was inspected. It is unclear as to if any explosive threat was found onboard the aircraft.United Kingdom: An arson attack was reported at the Prime Minister's residence yesterday afternoon. PM Starmer's private residence in North London was attacked by an assailant, who set fire to the front door of the structure. One assailant has been arrested in conjunction with this incident.AC: Local authorities are keeping quiet regarding this incident, so details are very hard to verify. However, this appears to be the fairly standard Molotov attack, or something similar.Middle East: President Trump's visit to the region continues, with mostly trade deals being the focus of proceedings so far. This morning the United States and Saudi Arabia signed what the White House calls the largest arms deal in history, a $142 billion agreement for various American arms. President Trump also announced the removal of sanctions from the nation of Syria.France: This afternoon an attempted kidnapping was reported in Paris, involving a family member of a major cryptocurrency exchange executive. The victims, who have not been identified, successfully evaded capture from the assailants who attempted to pull them into an unmarked van. -HomeFront-Maryland: A multi-alarm fire was reported at a vacant mattress warehouse in west Baltimore overnight. Amtrak service was briefly interrupted due to the fire, as the rail lines were located directly adjacent to the burning structure.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The kidnapping of crypto executives has become a rather common occurrence throughout Europe over the past few years as the cryptocurrency world becomes much more high profile. Several CEOs of crypto exchanges have been robbed, or kidnapped and held for ransom in very sophisticated heists over the past few months alone. Back in January, a family member of a crypto exchange executive was kidnapped in Paris as well, and his amputated finger sent to police. This individual was finally rescued on May 5th by counterterrorism forces. Now, roughly a week later, another high-profile kidnapping was attempted in the same exact city. Black-bag street kidnappings appear to be the main vector for the kidnapping ring, which also bears the hallmarks of a much more substantial organized crime syndicate. Either way, most of the crypto executives that have been involved in these cases have demonstrated rather poor personal security (PERSEC), and have been known to present significant vulnerabilities via posts on social media.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

WHITE HOUSE ANNOUNCES TRADE DEAL WITH CHINA.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India/Pakistan: Almost immediately following Saturday's ceasefire, the conflict remained kinetic following what may have been a brief mutiny incident in the Pakistani Armed Forces. Though nothing remains confirmed (and everything is speculative), a small handful of Pakistani artillery units appear to have not recognized Pakistan's ceasefire order, and kept firing through the ceasefire that had been brokered. This led to India accusing Pakistan of violating the ceasefire and retaliating in kind. Several more drone incursions were reported originating from Pakistan the following day, and throughout Saturday afternoon and Sunday limited fighting has continued along the Line-of-Control (LoC). By Monday morning, most of the fighting has simmered down.AC: It would be a stretch to say that the ceasefire is "holding" however the fighting has reduced in intensity as both nations have made increased efforts to regain control of their own forces along the LoC. This may flare back up by tomorrow, but for now both nations have gotten their licks in, and both are probably looking for a face-saving exit plan from this conflict.United Kingdom: This morning widespread issues were reported throughout the Underground subway system in London. Four subway routes were shut down due to a loss of power along the lines, which struck immediately before rush hour.North Africa: Heavy clashes were reported overnight in Libya as a prominent militia leader was killed. Abdel-ghani al-Kikli, the infamous warlord leading the Stabilization Support Authority (SSA), was assassinated in Tripoli last night, leading to his militia group causing unrest throughout the city.AC: While this may seem like a brutal (but standard) part of life in Libya, this may have an affect on the immigration situation over the next few months. Al-Kikli (also known locally as 'Ghaniwa') became famous (or rather, infamous) for his group's expansion in multiple sectors throughout the nation. Whether it's crude oil or arms trafficking, the SSA is involved in some manner throughout Libya. In the global West, the only reason his name is known is largely for one reason...his involvement in the exploitation, torture, and abuse of sub-Saharan migrants looking to use Libya as a jumping off point for migration to Europe. In short, though al-Kikli was a brutal warlord accused of a plethora of human rights abuses, he (and his group) were one of the only entities that was a hinderance to migration operations. Now that al-Kikli's brutal hand is no longer a factor for migrants, this could lead to increased unrest throughout the region, in addition to all of the other sectors that will be affected by this loss. Power vacuums in Libya have a way of affecting the global west in one way or another, so keeping an eye on this situation would be worthwhile. -HomeFront-Washington D.C. - The White House has announced a series of policy changes related to the trade war between the United States and China. ANOTHER OUTAGE STRIKES NEWARK AIRPORT, CAUSING GROUND STOP.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India/Pakistan: Various skirmishes along the border continue as before. This afternoon rhetoric surrounding the current conflict has escalated following a spokesman for the Pakistani Armed Forces stating that Pakistan is at war with India.AC: Pakistan routinely makes statements like this, so even a direct declaration of war from a government official doesn't carry as much weight as one might think. However, it's hard to top an official declaration of war as far as rhetoric goes. Whether or not Pakistan will follow through on this rhetoric is unknown. Some reports state that Pakistan has already begun their counterattack, others state it hasn't happened yet. Either way, this morning Pakistan's official governmental social media account posted fake footage from the Arma 3 video game, implying it was shootdown footage of one of India's aircraft, so sources on what is actually happening are fairly warped on all sides. -HomeFront-New Jersey: Another outage struck the tower at Newark Airport, which caused all of the screens in the air traffic control center to go dark for about 90 seconds. An emergency ground stop was issued for all aircraft at the airport while the issue was being resolved.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The incidents in the tower at Newark airport continue to remain concerning. A total loss of systems, even if for just a few minutes, is a major problem in one of the busiest air traffic control sectors in the world. At this point, multiple total failures of systems is a national security issue. Whether or not it's an issue of incompetence on the part of staff members is a concern as well, but when a major aviation hub routinely has total losses of systems, this is a bigger issue than one might imagine.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

IED DETONATED AT CATHOLIC CHURCH IN PENNSYLVANIA.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Poland: Yesterday afternoon an assailant conducted an ax attack at the University of Warsaw. One woman was beheaded during the attack, and a security guard was seriously wounded. The attacker was detained at the scene.AC: As is common throughout Europe, the identity of the attacker has not been released and all photos of the assailant have so far been censored to protect his identity.Vatican City: This morning a new Pope was elected. Cardinal Robert Prevost was selected to become Pope, taking the name of Leo XIV. -HomeFront-Pennsylvania: Yesterday a man was arrested for detonating an IED inside the Rectory at St. Teresa Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City on Tuesday. Authorities arrested Kyle Kuczynski the next day after he was identified via security camera footage. The explosive device caused significant damage to the altar, and several windows were blown out due to the explosion.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In Pakistan and India, sporadic fighting has remained constant over the past few days, though efforts by both sides fall short of what most would consider a war. Random drone attacks by both sides have taken place throughout Kashmir and along the border regions in both countries. Heavy artillery barrages have remained constant since this whole affair began, however few (if any) casualties have been reported by either side due to this shelling. At the moment, casualty figures are impossible to verify with any shred of accuracy, but the numbers have been extremely low compared to the intense fighting being reported. So far, less than 50x fatal casualties have been reported on all sides, including instances of Civilian Casualties (CIVCAS) which make up the bulk of casualties right now. Most of the videos being posted to social media are either AI-generated or (more commonly) are of random conflicts around the world. This afternoon, some local media sources claim that India has opened the sluice gates to at least one dam that was previously restricting the flow of water into Pakistan. If this is true, this is very likely a de-escalatory action that is probably intended to reduce the severity of whatever limited counterattack Pakistan has in mind. Regarding that expected counterattack, so far it's hard to determine if any such action has occurred beyond the clashes along the border.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

STRATEGIC BUILDUP AT DIEGO GARCIA CONTINUES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India/Pakistan: Though an all-out war has not yet begun, tensions remain high following yesterday's missile strikes. Examination of various debris fields does confirm that several Indian aircraft were shot down, including what looks to be the first combat loss of a Dassault Rafale fighter aircraft. However the total number of platforms lost overnight remains unclear.AC: For the moment, Pakistan has not conducted their counterattack yet, all of last-night's activities were knee-jerk defensive moves and not a deliberately planned counteroffensive.Red Sea/HOA: Yesterday President Trump announced a cessation of hostilities against the Houthi government due to the Houthis ceasing their targeting of commercial shipping. A few hours after this announcement, a Houthi spokesman stated that this is not true, and that the war is still on as before. In the Red Sea, the USS HARRY S TRUMAN suffered another aviation mishap, which involved the loss of another F/A-18 due to a failure of arresting gear during flight operations. Due to this failure, the pilot and weapons officer both ejected from the aircraft as it fell off of the flight deck. AC: Despite the PR disaster of losing two aircraft to mishaps within 7 days, these types of events happen fairly often. Arresting cables snap all the time, and sometimes there isn't enough airspeed left to successfully abort the landing and take off again. Aviation operations onboard an aircraft carrier are a risky business, and the increase in mishaps is often directly related to an increase in optempo. Regardless, the loss of a total of three aircraft, which are bombing a country that does not have any air force whatsoever, is not entirely a good look.Indian Ocean: The strategic buildup of bomber aircraft continues as 2x B-52 Stratofortress aircraft have forward deployed to Diego Garcia to supplement the 6x B2 Spirit stealth bombers already on the island. Two more B-52's have been observed by plane watchers heading toward the island as well, which would bring the total of B-52's to 4x.AC: The continual forward deployment of strategic resources to this island continues to present indications and warnings of a major military campaign. Additionally, this deployment highlights discrepancies with the rhetoric involving war with Iran.Russia: This afternoon Moscow's airspace was closed due to a mass Ukrainian drone attack. This was the first much anticipated drone attack that was expected to take place during Russia's celebration of Victory Day (and the festivities and parades taking place around May 9th). Russia's MoD states that 524x Ukrainian drones have been shot down over the past 24 hours. AC: These numbers obviously can't be independently confirmed, but it sounds about right. Ukraine, having shown obviously no interest in participating in a ceasefire, is heavily invested in doubling down to make a show during Victory Day events and parades. This is not only because a lot of functional military hardware is already staged in Moscow, but also because a lot of foreign dignitaries are visiting. China's Xi Jinping arrived in Moscow this morning, and his presence alone raises the stakes of the war on both sides. Over the next 24-48 hours, Russia will be very concerned with defending the airspace of her capital city...and Ukraine will be very motivated to target it. -HomeFront-U.S.A. - Around the nation the REAL ID Act went into effect today. India announced the launch and subsequent completion of "Operation Sindoor", which involved 9x missile strikes at varying sites throughout eastern Pakistan. Most of these strike locations are comparatively remote sites right along the border.Pakistan: Officials have claimed to have shot down at total of 5x Indian military aircraft (including two fighters and one helicopter), though this remains unconfirmed at this time. Shortly after the airstrikes, Pakistan announced their counterattack had begun. Pakistani officials/sources claimed that around a dozen sites were struck by Pakistani aircraft in Kashmir. Again, this remains largely unconfirmed.Artillery units in the border regions of both nations have begun various bombardment efforts, with locals reporting significant explosions throughout the region, though without any hard evidence to indicate how successful these cross border fires are.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Reports are numerous, but many are contradictory or otherwise unreliable. Right now (and as with any similar crisis) the word "confirmed" is being thrown around without much consideration for what confirmation of an event actually means. At least 90% of the content on social media right now is fake and/or old footage of conflicts not even in India or Pakistan, so the manipulation of the information space is exceptionally high at the moment. In about an hour the sun will be up, and a more reliable Battle Damage Assessment can be conducted. Right now it's still dark throughout the region, so daylight will provide much more evidence of whatever aircraft were shot down, if any. It is possible that what appeared to be an aircraft shootdown incident to locals on the ground, was actually Pakistan shooting down unmanned reconnaissance drones. These are exceptionally easy to shoot down, and at night would look very similar to untrained civilians who didn't get close to the various debris fields.India claims to have only struck "terrorist" camps, and not specifically Pakistani military sites. If true, this is probably to avoid too much escalation since India very well knows that Pakistan will be forced to respond in kind, even if it's just to save face. Of note, Pakistani sources refute this claim and state that Pakistani military sites were hit, though which ones remains unclear at the moment. It is a bit of a stretch, but it's possible that an old outpost at the Muzaffarabad Airport was hit, which could mean that both sides are partially correct. Old, defunct military outposts are frequently occupied by everyone from local street vendors to insurgent groups in this part of the world, so this will probably add to the confusion as to what targets India actually struck.Considering that India immediately announced their entire plan seconds after the strikes hit, India probably isn't looking for the global thermonuclear war that many people are expecting. Pakistan is not looking for such a conflict either, and though they will have to retaliate in kind, how this retaliation manifests will be an indication of how concerned to be. If India's actions were a one-and-done strike, and Pakistan responds with a similar one-and-done strike, tensions may ease a bit. If not, this may become a rather concerning and serious event.More strategically however, the overall concerns remain rather important in the context of two nuclear powers engaging each other in a land war in Asia. The concern is not necessarily that one nation will pull the pin and conduct a nuclear first strike...the main concern is that one of these parties may accidentally stumble into such. Either way, it's a dan

ISRAEL ANNOUNCES PLAN TO COMPLETELY OCCUPY GAZA.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Middle East: Israeli media has announced that Netanyahu's cabinet has approved plans to completely seize control of Gaza. Local Israeli media has stated that another general mobilization is underway, with tens of thousands of reservists being calling into active service in the IDF. -HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Significant scandal erupted over the weekend in Congress as House Resolution 867 was introduced for a vote. The bill sought to modify the text of 50 USC 4841 and 4842 (both being wartime trade laws) to restrict American's ability to boycott certain nations and groups (according to the bill's sponsors, specifically one nation, Israel). After the expected backlash, the vote on this bill has been postponed.AC: Most of the outrage over this is really related to the already-passed Anti-Boycott Act of 2018, which went almost completely unnoticed by the chaos of the COVID years. H.R. 867 merely sought to change the terminology so that the term "international government organization" was placed after the words "foreign country" in the text of 50 USC § 4841. What this means in practice is anyone's guess as the original law was passed with extremely vague and broad language. This additional aspect of adding IGO's to the mix is interesting in that it provides a clue as to what manipulations are being undertaken in Washington on this issue. Previously the laws only applied to government-level boycotts...but adding in IGOs could mean that the floodgates are opened for all of this to impact the average American.Washington D.C. - During a press conference the White House has stated that there is no specific timeline for the release of the Epstein files.AC: Though this was probably the case all along, there is almost zero chance that these files will ever be released. Following the binder-scandal of two months ago, a lot of older previously-known documentation will eventually be re-released and touted as new, but the files that everyone wants (as in Epstein's client list that does exist and was presented in court) will almost certainly never be made public.Ohio: A police officer was murdered as part of a revenge killing incident in Cincinnati. A traffic control officer was intentionally struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon near the University of Cincinnati. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Rodney Hinton Jr, who is the father of Ryan Hinton, a black male that was shot and killed by police on Thursday for drawing a gun on police officers who discovered him inside a stolen vehicle they were attempting to locate.AC: Not many details are being released on this incident, probably to reduce the palpably high tensions regarding this incident. Though the timing is hard to verify, local media reports that Rodney Hinton was shown the body cam footage of his son's death, which confirmed beyond all doubt that the police shooting was justified. After viewing the video, Hinton promptly left the police station and proceeded to murder what seems to be a random officer not specifically involved in the incident. Since this was very much a knee-jerk revenge killing, it's hard to imagine that Hinton would have murdered the correct police officer involved in his son's killing (even if it's because the officers involved in the shooting are probably on administrative leave as is standard procedure). However, now that the situation has become a high profile incident, the security concerns to the officers who are actually involved with the prior shooting are exceptionally high, thus the little information regarding the link between these two cases.Indiana

GERMANY DESIGNATES AFD PARTY AS AN EXTREMIST ORG.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Germany: Yesterday Germany's main domestic spying agency publicly classified the entire Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party as a far-right extremist organization. This prompted the United States to issue statements of condemnation, as German authorities crack down on growing dissent via the open use of domestic intelligence agencies.Germany: This afternoon a vehicle ramming incident was reported in Stuttgart after a vehicle collided with a group of people waiting at a bus stop. A total of 11x people were wounded and at least one victim has succumbed to their wounds. The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene.AC: It's not immediately clear as to if this was a legitimate and deliberate terror attack, or if it was more of a tragic motor vehicle accident. Local authorities claim that the incident was merely a traffic accident, however German police have been known to openly lie about terrorist attacks being terror attacks, so this is an unreliable source for determining causation. In any case, the driver being arrested for questioning after the incident could indicate that it was a more deliberate attack. -HomeFront-Washington D.C. - This morning the White House announced that the USA will take a reduced role in the continuation of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. Spokeswoman Tammy Bruce stated that “It is now between the two parties, and now — now is the time that they need to present and develop concrete ideas about how this conflict is going to end. It's going to be up to them".AC: The United States will probably not walk away from this war as much as one might be inclined to think based on this statement. This sentiment is probably intended to force both Russia and Ukraine back to the table and to get serious about a peace deal.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The classification of the AfD party in Germany as an extremist group is completely unsurprising, especially as the latest polling data suggests the AfD might actually be the largest support base in the country. Interestingly enough, the agency that issued this label is the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfD), or Germany's main domestic intelligence service. While most other nations frame their intelligence services as being foreign in nature (at least on paper), Germany does indeed have a modern day domestic equivalent to the STASI, the infamous intelligence service of the Cold War. What's perhaps most interesting is that the AfD party isn't really a right-wing or conservative party...even by European standards. It's generally described as a centrist party, at most. Even by American standards, most of the AfD's political platform is in alignment with the American Democratic party.Germany using their domestic spying agencies to crack down on this group and open up a wealth of tools to not just spy on, but actually kinetically target members of this party, is a very interesting development that points out just how far to the political left the federal institutions are in Germany.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

This afternoon, President Trump announced that Mike Walz is to become the US Ambassador to the United Nations.AC: No word yet on who will be Walz's replacement though Special Envoy Steve Witkoff has been speculated to be in the running for the role by various commentators.USA: Around the nation, various May Day protests and demonstrations were carried out in most major US cities, with varying levels of turnout. Continuing tradition, the largest demonstration was conducted on the National Mall, with thousands of protesters engaging in the traditionally anti-Capitalist protest actions customary of the holiday.AC: Most of these protests remained relatively docile (by historical comparison), though in Europe several riots were reported (such as in Paris, again continuing tradition). In the United States however, turnout was rather low compared to years past. A few thousand people rallied on the National Mall, and a few hundred/thousand showed up to hear Bernie Sanders speak in Vermont, but that was more or less the highlight of today's May Day events.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The details of the mineral deal signed by the USA and Ukraine have not been released. However, this is unlikely to matter much in the long run. The mineral deal was never really that much of a serious effort anyway, and was really just an attempt by the United States to financially recoup some of the heavy costs of funding this war. As such, the specific details of the deal probably don't matter as much as one might imagine; the United States will take what they can get, which will without question be less than what Ukraine has to offer. What's far more important is that this deal signals an end to the recent spat between Trump and Zelenskyy, which is a necessary first step towards a peace agreement being put on the table at some point.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

WHITE POWDER FOUND IN ENVELOPE MAILED TO NY CRIMINAL COURT, EMERGENCY RESPONSE ONGOING.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Ukraine: Zelenskyy has rejected the ceasefire proposal announced by Russia. Various Ukrainian media outlets have stated that the reason for the rejection is that Ukraine wants to pursue a 30-day ceasefire instead of the 72-hour cessation of hostilities announced by Russia.Southern Europe: Most of the electrical outages throughout the continent have subsided as investigations into the cause have continued. This bill is highly-controversial as it contains vague language that under many circumstances bans political memes and media that does not explicitly have a government-approved warning disclaimer. The bill now heads to the Senate for a vote.Texas: The bond for Solomon Weldekeal-Araya has been reduced from $1.2 million to $7,000 by a Travis County judge. Weldekeal-Araya was arrested in March for causing a pileup on I-35 that killed 5x people and injured 11x.New York: This afternoon an envelope filled with an unidentified white powder was mailed to the New York Criminal Court. Upon the discovery of the mysterious substance, 7x people were hospitalized out of an abundance of caution.AC: As this is a developing story at the time of this report, there are very few details that are confirmed. However, considering the context of the increased risks of terrorism around the nation, an abundance of caution would be wise to adhere to.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Regarding the power outage in Spain, most European media groups are sticking with the story that some kind of electromagnetic phenomenon caused the outage. This is almost certainly a fabrication. No abnormal electromagnetic interference was reported throughout the whole continent on the day of the outage. Both NASA and ESA solar weather forecasts confirmed no abnormal sunspots or anything out of the ordinary. No watches or warnings of impending solar weather were issued that day either. None of the smaller electrical interconnects throughout the continent experienced any sort of variation whatsoever. If this was a global electromagnetic interference situation, the Earth must have recognized international land borders, since Spain and Portugal were pretty much the only nations affected. (Southern France's power came back on only after a few minutes in some cases.) Spain's own state-sponsored meteorology agency (AEMET) stated directly that "No unusual meteorological or atmospheric phenomena were detected in Spain on April 28th, nor were there any sudden temperature fluctuations at our network of weather stations".In Texas, there is already a substantial amount of information manipulation regarding HB366. Supporters of the bill state that it is intended to stop political candidates from memeing each other. This is still very obviously unconstitutional, but this appears to be the goal. The bigger problem (where this bill applies to most people, not just political candidates) is that this bill also applies to anyone who uses a meme in a form of employment whereby at least $100 is earned. In short, it seems as though Texas has re-defined what is considered to be "political advertising" in such a way as to be an extremely broad definition.Opponents of the bill have stated that this is a textbook case of illegal censorship, and is one of the most blatant attacks on free speech

Shortly after boarding was conducted on flight AA950, a woman became belligerent and attempted to rush the cockpit. The woman was restrained by the flight crew, and was removed from the flight (along with a different man who became agitated during the incident as well), which then proceeded to it's destination without further incident.AC: This probably wasn't a deliberate terrorist attack; most of the videos of the incident suggest it was more of a mental health incident. However, since the aircraft was still at the gate, the cockpit door was left open (per standard procedure), so the flight crew had a hard time keeping the woman out of the cockpit during the incident.Sweden: This afternoon a small arms attack was reported in Uppsala, a small town just north of Stockholm. 3x people were killed during the attack, which reportedly broke out inside a hair salon near Vaksala Square. The attackers remain at large, having fled the scene in a vehicle. Police have not provided any details regarding the attackers.AC: At the moment, it's not clear as to if this was a mass shooting and/or targeting of random civilians, or if this was more along the lines of a skirmish between rival gangs. The immigration crisis faced by Stockholm has been a major contributing factor for gang violence, which often breaks out in the form of bombings and skirmishes in the streets between rival groups. -HomeFront-New Mexico: Jose Luis Cano and his wife have been released from jail. Firefighter and Paramedic Graham Hoffman was stabbed by Shanetta Bossell while en route to the hospital.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The murder in Kansas City is the direct result of a judge releasing a violent criminal knowing that the criminal was a threat to society. In this case, Bossell had been released from jail pending a different case that had occurred just a few days prior. On April 23, Bossell attempted to break into a police officer's personal vehicle with a brick. During the response and subsequent fray, she bit the officer several times and attempted to stab him with his own knife, prompting her arrest on a slew of charges. Local authorities have identified the attacker as Kai-Ji Adam Lo, who was arrested at the scene. Local police stated that the attacker was very well known to police, and had been the result of many emergency responses involving mental health incidents.Europe: This morning, a large-scale electrical power outage was reported throughout Spain, before rapidly cascading to include Portugal, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. A few hours after the outage began, French utilities started to come back online. Spain and Portugal appear to be hardest hit, with a total blackout affecting much of the two countries. Portugal's grid operator has not given a timeline for a return of power, and has indicated that the delay might be significant. Grid operators in Spain stated that it will take most of the day to restore power throughout the blackout zones, though as night has fallen much of the region remains without electricity. A state of emergency has been declared throughout Spain, and officials in the provinces of Andalusia, Extremadura, and Madrid (plus the city proper) have requested federal authorities declare the crisis a Civil Protection Level 3, so as to maintain order throughout the night in major cities as the outage persists.AC: This level of emergency declaration is usually only reserved for wartime as it involves a declaration of martial law, and a widespread deployment of military forces. Checkpoints and ID checks are also a part of this plan, along with the restriction of travel, curfews, etc.Ukraine: President Putin has announced that a general ceasefire will take place from May 8-10 along all fronts. During routine aviation operations, one F/A-18 aircraft was lost overboard while being towed by aircraft handlers. The tractor towing the aircraft was lost overboard as well. No casualties were reported as a result of this incident.AC: Warfare is dangerous business, and it would seem that this proverbial "business is getting out of control" for the TRUMAN. This deployment has been rough so far for the entire strike group, as military forces globally experience the follow-on effects of an increased optempo, stressed maintenance schedules, and even complacency. On this one deployment to the Red Sea, one of her escorts shot down one of her own aircraft in a friendly-fire incident (Dec, 2024), she collided with a merchant vessel resulting in damage to her fantail (Feb, 2025), and now an entire aircraft was lost overboard. //The Wire//2100Z April 25, 2025////ROUTINE////BLUF: INDIA-PAKISTAN TENSIONS REMAIN HIGH. POSSIBLE IED DISCOVERED AT FORT BRAGG GATE. TWO JUDGES ARRESTED ON CHARGES OF HARBORING ILLEGALS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India/Pakistan: Overnight the situation deteriorated significantly as both sides escalate the situation as expected. So far, no military unit appears to have crossed the Line of Control (LoC) yet, save for one lone Indian soldier who was captured by Pakistani border guards yesterday. This morning an Indian Air Force aircraft jettisoned a fuel tank while over one of their own towns in Shivpuri district, which landed on a house and killed one civilian.Russia/Ukraine: Tensions have briefly escalated amid peace talks. Two days ago, Russia launched a missile strike on Kiev, striking the Antonov aircraft factory in the industrial sector of the city. This morning, Russian Lt. Gen. Yaroslav Moskalik was assassinated via an explosive device that was planted in a parked vehicle near his home in a suburb of Moscow. When the General walked past, the device was detonated.AC: Even without any evidence indicating blame whatsoever, the overall context strongly indicates that the assassination of a high-ranking Russian General was almost certainly retaliation for the strike at the Antonov factory in Kiev. The attack method was identical to that which killed another Russian General, Igor Kirillov, who was assassinated in the same area (the eastern suburbs of Moscow) back in December of last year. -HomeFront-North Carolina: Last night one of the entrances to Fort Bragg was briefly locked down due to a possible explosive device being detected at the All American Gate. Details are very unconfirmed and highly speculative at the moment, but most local media is stating that a Jordanian national was stopped after he attempted to smuggled an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) through the gate. No official confirmation of exactly what happened has been released by base personnel.Wisconsin: This morning county Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI on obstruction of justice charges for allegedly harboring an illegal alien at her courthouse. In a statement provided by the U.S. Marshalls Service, Judge Dugan aided and abetted an illegal immigrant to evade capture by using off-limits passageways in the courthouse to escape. Judge Dugan also directly lied to federal officials about the illegal's whereabouts when presented with a lawful court order for his detention.New Mexico: Judge Cano, the infamous Judge who openly admitted to harboring an illegal alien and TdA member in the guesthouse at his home, was also arrested yesterday afternoon along with his wife.AC: This somewhat surprising arrest appears to have been conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, which could indicate that the immigration status of the immigrant he was harboring was the lesser concern, in favor of the individual actually being a TdA member. Even for New Mexico, where various cartels have a huge influence over the justice system, that TdA label was probably a bridge too far for this Judge to be able to quietly retire and forget about the whole affair (as he tried to do a few days ago).-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Some reports have emerged that claim hostilities have already commenced throughout the northern border districts of Kashmir, however at the moment it's not clear if these are legitimate military advances, or just border guards shooting at each other as usual. Reports of heavy artillery being used are more concerning, however at the moment it appears that translation errors could be in play with some of these reports in Indian media. What locals are describing as "heavy artillery" in their native language seems to in actuality be mortar fire, which affects the seriousness of the situation. Cr

//The Wire//2100Z April 24, 2025////ROUTINE////BLUF: INDIA AND PAKISTAN ON THE BRINK OF WAR. ARREST MADE IN CONJUNCTION WITH NEW JERSEY WILDFIRE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India/Pakistan: The situation has rapidly increased in seriousness following India's actions after the recent terror attack in Kashmir. Various diplomats in both nations have been declared persona-non-grata, and diplomatic talks between both belligerents have been progressively deteriorating for the past 24 hours. Both India and Pakistan have closed all border crossings and suspended all visas from each other's country. India has ordered the deportation of all Pakistanis from India, and Pakistan has ordered likewise with all Indians in Pakistan. Both nations have issued repatriation orders, urging their own citizens to return to their respective nations immediately.India has suspended the Indus Waters Treaty (1960), halting all water access into Pakistan via the closure of sluice gates at the various dams along rivers that flow into Pakistan. As this water is crucial for roughly 80% of all agricultural irrigation in Pakistan, Pakistani leadership has labeled the move as an act of war and has subsequently threatened to bomb these dams. In response to this rhetoric, India has deployed the INS Vikrant (one of her two aircraft carriers), which was observed maneuvering off the coast of Pakistan this morning. Various airspace closures have been reported between the two nations as well. -HomeFront-New Jersey: This morning authorities announced the arrest of Joseph Kling on charges of aggravated arson, for his role in starting the fires that have swept through the state over the past few days. The arrest notice stated that he set a bonfire in a wooded area and departed before the fire was extinguished.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The development involving India deploying her main flagship during this crisis is probably related to one of three possibilities. 1 - It's a standard deployment that isn't related to any current event, 2 - It is an attempt by India to bully Pakistan via a little power-projection on the high seas, or 3 - India is intending to actually carry out some sort of military operation against Pakistan.Under normal conditions, the latter option wouldn't be a realistic theory, however when it comes to the India/Pakistan conflict anything goes. This is why despite most of the civilized world not caring about what happens on the Indian subcontinent, this conflict has the potential to become rather serious. India and Pakistan have a very long history of conducting themselves exactly how they are doing so right now; tensions rising to the brink of war between these two nations has been quite common over the years. However, when two third-world nations have grievances that go back thousands of years, but both nations also happen to have nuclear weapons, the game takes on a slightly more concerning tone. Either way, the next few weeks will be a point of concern as these old rivals continue to escalate the situation.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

INDIA/PAKISTAN RELATIONS CONTINUE TO DETERIORATE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Turkey: An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 6.2 struck just south of Istanbul (Constantinople) overnight. So far reports of damage have been limited; Turkey's Minister of the Interior stated that no major buildings had collapsed but damage had been reported.India: Following the recent terror attack in Kashmir, India has responded in several ways, most of which are not directly related to the specific attack, but rather are more diplomatic in nature. For one, India has halted the recent cross-border water deal with Pakistan due to the attack. India has also paused a special visa program with Pakistan that had allowed faster cross-border traffic for Pakistanis into the highly-controversial Kashmir region. Indian security patrols are also increasing throughout the area of the initial attack, and various high-level meetings with Indian defense officials have been observed since the attack took place.  -HomeFront-New Jersey: Overnight large scale evacuations were ordered throughout the Barnegat township as a wildfire spread rapidly through Greenwood Forest. The Jones Road Fire was roughly 8,500 acres in size by morning, and at only 10% containment. The New Jersey Forest Fire Service reported that approximately 1,320 structures were at risk for being overtaken by the fire, and roughly 3,000 people have been evacuated from the areas most at risk.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Throughout the past few days, various rhetoric has continued regarding the trade war between the USA and China. Nothing is solidified beyond mere rumor and casual comment at this point, however the situation remains delicate. Some media outlets historically critical of President Trump are claiming that he caved, and will reduce the tariffs on China following the economic turmoil since this whole affair began. Media outlets supportive of Trump imply that he hasn't "caved" and that the situation is still being negotiated. Considering that there's very little to go on that's solid, the truth is probably in between the two extremes.More generally, it is often very hard to engage in a trade war with nations that are governed by Communist institutions. This simple detail could be an unforeseen factor in negotiations; China's economy is not solely based around commerce...there is a military angle to most things that China does even if it doesn't seem like it at first. Nevertheless, some agreement will likely be reached at some point, despite the power-projection attempts by both sides.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

DHS SECRETARY VICTIM OF PICKPOCKET, DRAWING SECURITY CONCERNS.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-India: Overnight unknown insurgents ambushed a group of tourists in the resort town of Pahalgam in Kashmir. So far, the death toll stands at 24 fatalities and an unknown number of wounded as per Indian officials. PM Modi has stated that the incident was a terror attack.AC: The timing of this attack was very likely not random. Not only did this attack take place during American VP Vance's visit to India, but this is the most significant attack in recent memory. In the wider context of the very controversial Kashmir region, the indiscriminate targeting of unarmed civilians is outside the norm for the various separatist groups that have freedom of maneuver throughout the area. As India's government has increasingly flexed their muscle in Kashmir by having an increased security presence over the years, if these attacks continue this could indicate another intensification of conflict throughout the beleaguered region.  -HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Controversy has erupted following a minor incident involving DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, who's purse was stolen while having dinner in Washington on Sunday. The investigation into the theft is ongoing.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: While the attention Noem has received since beginning her role at DHS has been palpable, this situation is the latest in highlighting the long-standing problems within federal agencies. The Department of Homeland Security is responsible for managing the US Secret Service, which in turn is responsible for protecting high-ranking individuals who are critical to national security. A person who can get close enough to steal a purse can also do other things. As incredulous as that seems by itself, one must remember the assailant also succeeded in getting away without being noticed until afterward. It's one thing if someone snatched a purse and made it approximately 12 feet before being tackled to the ground...but in this case not one member of her security detail seemed to notice anything happened at all. This means that a malign actor was able to get within close proximity of their protectee, remove something from their possession, and egress from the area undetected.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

//The Wire//2200Z April 21, 2025////ROUTINE////BLUF: POPE FRANCIS PASSES AWAY THIS MORNING. CHINA ANNOUNCES LATEST MOVE IN USA/CHINA TRADE WAR.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Vatican City: Pope Francis passed away early this morning at the age of 88, following his bout of respiratory illness. The Vatican stated that Pope Francis died at his residence after experiencing a stroke this morning.Switzerland: Klaus Schwab, the founder of the infamous World Economic Forum abruptly announced his resignation from his position as Chair of the forum, along with his seat on the Board of Trustees.AC: No comment was provided on the reason for Schwab stepping aside, and the resignation took effect immediately. However, Schwab had taken a reduced role at the Forum anyway, after handing over most of the day-to-day operations of the organization to Børge Brende back in May of last year.Far East: The trade war between the United States and China continues to expand, with China announcing a new style of retaliatory tariffs. Though the announcement from China's Ministry of Commerce was somewhat vague, the general sentiment is that for any nation that works with the United States regarding their own tariffs, China will impose Chinese tariffs on that nation.AC: If this is what China intends to do, this is a significant development. Taxing a third-party nation simply because that nation is working favorably with the USA, is purely a "friend of my enemy is an enemy" approach to this trade crisis that highlights just how serious Beijing is regarding this situation. In short, this whole affair may just be more serious than it appears at face value.  -HomeFront-Florida: This morning Delta Flight 1213 experienced an engine fire before takeoff in Orlando. The fire occurred as the No. 2 engine was started after pushback from the gate, prompting the inflatable slides to be deployed to evacuate passengers to the taxiway.New Mexico: A local county magistrate judge has resigned following an incident that involved harboring an illegal alien two months ago. Back in February, Cristhian Ortega-Lopez was arrested on a variety of charges at Judge Cano's home, where he had been living.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: The resignation of Judge Cano is not particularly surprising as this judge openly confessed to harboring this illegal alien at his residence. In photos posted to his personal (and public) Facebook page, the judge was also seen in video footage that shows the illegal handling weapons. The reason as to why this two-month-old story is worth mentioning now is due to the quiet "retirement" of the judge at nearly the same time that various court docs claim the illegal was a member of Tren de Aragua (TdA), the infamous gang that has been recently designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). While this development largely went unnoticed by the general public, this FTO designation is no joke. This categorization allows a plethora of tools (to include kinetic targeting efforts) to be used to combat the groups designated as FTOs. It's bad enough for a judge to openly harbor an illegal alien for political purposes, but it's a different thing altogether to harbor someone who's part of a terrorist organization. It is that FTO label that changes the game; it's entirely a different atmosphere to harbor someone with the same designation as Bin Laden. Though this is speculative, this is probably why this judge quietly got shut down and pressured into "retirement". Everyone knows that it's almost impossible to indict a judge for anything at all (even low-level county magistrates), but it's also hard to remain in the public eye after being caught knowingly harboring a federally designated terrorist on US soil, and providing that individual with small arms.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://p

DALLAS SCHOOL SHOOTER IDENTIFIED.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Middle East: Early indications are emerging that the United States is drawing down their military presence in Syria. Details are hard to come by, however many locals have posted videos of American convoys departing several smaller bases to consolidate resources at some of the larger facilities in the region.  -HomeFront-Texas: Yesterday afternoon, video evidence came to light regarding the school shooting that took place in Dallas two days ago. Tracy Denard Haynes Jr. posted a video confession on social media while he was evading pursuit immediately after gaining entry to the school and shooting four people. Haynes turned himself in to authorities yesterday.Texas: Austin Metcalf's family was swatted last night, as malign actors called in a fake report of gunfire at their home in Frisco.Colorado: Two immigrants from Mexico (admitted to the US legally) were arrested after authorities discovered a substantial arms shipment during a traffic stop near Cañon City.AC: While it is not illegal to transport ammunition, it is illegal to do so for an immigrant admitted to the United States on a non-resident visa. Considering that media reports that roughly 180,000 small arms rounds were discovered during this traffic stop, this was probably a shipment related to various cartel operations in the United States.Arizona: Last night, Jacob Couch passed away after being on life support after being brutally attacked in Tucson two weeks ago. His attacker, Daniel Michael, is now being charged with first-degree murder for the attack.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: While largely speculative, the potential drawdown in Syria is an important indication and warning of what could be strategic movement, specifically with regards to a potential conflict with Iran. If this consolidation and reduction in forces throughout Syria is indeed genuine, it could be for any number of wildly differing reasons. In short, it could be due to the United States stepping back from escalations pertaining to Iran, or it could be a deception attempt to reduce the presence at more vulnerable and hard-to-defend bases, to reinforce other positions around the region.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

DNI DECLASSIFIES DOCUMENT OUTLINING DOMESTIC DISARMAMENT INITIATIVES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Belize: A man with a knife attempted to hijack a small Tropicair flight (registration: V3-HIG) this morning. During the regional flight, authorities state that American passenger Akinyela Sawa Taylor produced a knife and attempted to seize control of the aircraft. The hijacker's demands included transit out of the country, and enough fuel to do so. In the ensuing fray, multiple passengers were stabbed, with at least one passenger receiving severe lacerations. After some time, the pilots were able to barricade themselves in the cockpit to conduct an emergency landing at Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport. After the aircraft came to a halt on the runway, a brief hostage situation ensued before Taylor was shot dead by another passenger onboard the aircraft who had a firearm.AC: While it may seem odd for a passenger to have a gun on a plane, this was a local charter flight and the passenger who shot the hijacker was properly licensed as per the local police commissioner. Additionally, local authorities state that the hijacker was illegally in the country, and had been denied entry just a few days prior.  -HomeFront-Florida: An active shooter was reported at Florida State University this afternoon. Initial reports indicate that two separate gunmen conducted a complex small arms (SMARMS) attack at the FSU Student Union. As of this report, 2x victims are deceased, and 4x others are wounded. Reports have varied throughout the day, however many locals suggest that one of the shooters was neutralized at the scene by police, and the second shooter was taken into custody. One of the shooters has been identified as Phoenix Eichner, the son of a local Sheriff's Deputy who used his parent's service weapons in the attack.AC: This incident could meet the technical criteria for a Complex Coordinated Attack (CCA). For the past several days the Tallahassee Police Department has been warning locals of a training exercise that would involve loud explosions and sounds of gunfire. This exercise was scheduled for the exact time the shooting occurred. If this timing was deliberately chosen, this indicates more deliberate planning efforts on the part of the shooters, who likely sought to use the confusion of a training exercise to increase the effectiveness of their attack. Since one of the shooters has been identified as the son of a Sheriff's Deputy, he would probably have had even more knowledge of this drill taking place. Choosing to conduct an attack during a training exercise would have increased confusion on the part of first responders, maybe even delayed a response time, and would have reduced the number of people calling 911, since most people would have thought that gunshots would be related to the drill, and not a legitimate terror attack.Additionally, some of the videos and photos of the aftermath that are circulating social media right now are exceptionally anger-inducing for reasons that would not be wise to comment on at the moment.Virginia: Throughout the defense community, several personnel shakeups have taken place at the Pentagon over the past few days. So far, the list of personnel placed on suspension is as follows:1. Colin Carroll, Chief of Staff for the Deputy Secretary of Defense2. Dan Caldwell, Senior Advisor to the SECDEF3. Darin Selnick, Deputy Chief of StaffAll three have been placed on administrative leave following developments in investigations pertaining to various leaks of defense policy.AC: At the moment, it's not really clear as to what is going on. IMMIGRATION WOES CONTINUE IN EUROPE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-United Kingdom: British media has reported this morning that a record number of illegals have crossed the Channel in boats, with over 700+ illegals gaining entry to the nation just yesterday.AC: As the warmer weather sets in, migration season is likely to be in full swing. Similar illegal immigration efforts have been noted throughout the Mediterranean at large over the past few weeks, as weather conditions this time of year make crossings more favorable.-HomeFront-Texas: The Joint Task Force - Southern Border (JTF-SB) public affairs office released a statement today confirming the deaths of two service members who were killed in a vehicle accident near Santa Theresa, New Mexico. One additional service member remains in critical condition as a result of the accident.AC: The press release did not specify, however it's likely that this was not a combat-related incident at this time.Washington D.C. - The trade war between the United States and China has continued to worsen over the past few days. The Chinese government has banned all Chinese airlines from taking delivery of existing orders of new aircraft made by Boeing, and has halted most of the Chinese aerospace industry from buying any American-made parts.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: In the short term, it's hard to convey the real world impacts that a USA/China trade war might have. Generally speaking, uncertainty will drive prices up for most things. However, some goods won't take much of a hit, such as goods that are already extremely over-inflated in price under normal conditions. Some companies may be willing to take a temporary cut in revenue, eating the cost of the tariffs in the short term, with the goal of eventually waiting until things reach a point of stability. Many other companies will probably rely on trickery via a technicality to avoid tariffs in some way, or reduce the impact that tariffs might have. What is far more certain is that the Chinese government wields vastly more control over Chinese companies, than the American government exerts over American companies. This is important in the context of various industries that might be necessary to have in one's homeland in time of war.One of the more important (yet largely unspoken) aspects of this trade dispute is the military angle. Reciprocal tariffs that exceed 100% are more than a mere trade dispute...this is more or less an attempt at a soft embargo at this point. Both nations are looking at this through the military lens, not the economic lens, a perspective which might explain some of the odd decisions and behavior on both sides. In short, engaging in a trade conflict with a Second World nation where the economy is largely centrally planned, could result in unforeseen developments over time. Especially if both nations continue engaging in this trade dispute, which probably isn't purely economic in nature.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

SCHOOL SHOOTING WOUNDS FOUR IN DALLAS, POLICE CONCEAL SHOOTER'S IDENTITY DESPITE SHOOTER REMAINING A FUGITIVE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-France: Over the weekend, a series of riots and attacks has taken place at various prisons around the country. Several prison gates and entrances were engaged with small arms fire by unidentified gunmen over the weekend, who conducted various levels of drive-by attacks at multiple facilities.AC: This latest wave of attacks is probably related to the ongoing narcotics trafficking problems that have become more of a concern throughout western France. Back in November, there were several high-profile incidents arising from turf wars and counter-narcotics operations, which included several small arms skirmishes around the country. As demonstrated by the past few years of increasingly more complex attacks (including a heist that involved rescuing one of their bosses from a prison van in transit), these types of organized crime elements are becoming vastly more sophisticated than the average street criminal.-HomeFront-Texas: A shooting was reported at Wilmer-Hutchins High School in Dallas this afternoon. Three students were shot by another student, prompting a lockdown. The suspect has allegedly been identified, though he remains at large. Authorities have not provided a description of the shooter, and are actively concealing the shooter's identity.AC: It is often hard to obtain the public's help in catching a wanted fugitive who engages in gunplay at a school without telling the public who the suspect is. It's one thing to conceal the identity of an active shooter who is deceased for investigative purposes, but it's entirely a different story to aid and abet a school shooter who is actively on the run. Also in Texas, a situation is developing regarding the impending murder trial of Karmelo Anthony, who confessed to stabbing Austin Metcalf in the chest during a track meet on April 2, 2025. Anthony has been released from jail after his bail was reduced by the judge, leading to increased tensions on a local level (and also nationwide).-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Under normal circumstances, a single murder (despite being horrific) is something that is more localized and not really of national or strategic significance. However, the Karmelo Anthony trial has already become a flashpoint for long-held sentiments. As distasteful as it may be to comment on, the developments in this case are probably a barometer for accurately measuring societal concerns. In short, this trial is probably our modern-day version of the OJ Simpson trial, in nearly the same manner. It's not just about a murder anymore, this is approaching concerning levels of racially-motivated violence. For instance, an online GiveSendGo donation campaign to support the killer has received overwhelming support (over 12,800 donors as of this report, totaling roughly $435,000). Mainstream media reporting from this morning suggests that the family of the killer has moved into a luxury mansion in Frisco, a detail which was confirmed by their attorneys this afternoon. In addition to the high levels of support the killer has received monetarily, online the rhetoric is in many ways more concerning. It's hard to say how much real-world mobilization these atmospherics will result in, but the open calls online for murder purely along racial lines is concerning nonetheless. This situation will probably will result in a heightened state of similarly-motivated violence; since the killer is being showered with moral and financial support, this will also be a good motivator for similar crimes to be committed by others in the near future. //The Wire//2300Z April 14, 2025////ROUTINE////BLUF: WAR CONTINUES IN THE MIDDLE EAST. ARSON ATTACK AT GOV MANSION IN PA.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Middle East: The various conflicts throughout the region continue as before. Israeli forces continue their most recent advance into Gaza after breaking the ceasefire last month. IDF officials announced that they have taken control of Rafah over the weekend, and will continue expanding their security corridor to include the entire region between Rafah to Khan Younis. In the Red Sea, Houthi forces claimed to have downed their 19th American MQ-9 drone over the weekend, as the bombing campaign against Houthi targets in Yemen continues.AC: Most of the very indirect negotiations with Iran have not really resulted in much progress. The next round of talks is reportedly expected to take place between low-level diplomats in Rome next week, though not many details have been publicly confirmed by the White House.-HomeFront-Wisconsin: Yesterday the FBI unsealed records pertaining to a murder investigation that took place last month. Investigators claim that while Nikita Casap was originally arrested for murdering his parents, he was also planning to assassinate President Trump.AC: This entire story is incredibly disturbing, so determining exactly what the assailant's plans were is difficult. However, as these types of incidents remain more common than in the past (while remaining comparatively rare overall), this still highlights the current domestic threat environment.Pennsylvania: Over the weekend an assailant conducted an incendiary attack on the Governor's mansion. Local authorities state that Cody Balmer was arrested after breaching the perimeter of the Governor's Mansion in Harrisburg, breaking a window to gain access, and using improvised incendiary devices to set fire to the structure.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: So far it's not really clear as to why the Pennsylvania attack occurred. Local authorities claim that the assailant stated that he "hated" the Governor in a post arrest interrogation, but no ideological motivations are immediately clear. The assailant's mother claimed that she called police to warn of the attack, as the assailant was allegedly off his meds.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

COLORADO WEAPONS BAN SIGNED INTO LAW.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events-Russia: This morning President Putin met with American diplomat Steve Witkoff in St. Petersburg as discussions on ending the Ukrainian war continue.AC: As of this afternoon, nothing major resulted from today's meetings, though the tone surrounding these talks remains positive.-HomeFront-New York: The victims of yesterday's helicopter crash in the Hudson have been identified as Agustin Escobar, his wife, and three children. The pilot of the aircraft remains unidentified as of this morning. Escobar was a high-ranking executive for the Siemens corporation, and was the Chief of Siemens' division in Spain.Washington D.C. - In response to the latest round of trade war escalations, China has raised their tariffs on the United States to 125%.Washington D.C. - Concerns have been growing at Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) following multiple incidents over the past few weeks. Yesterday afternoon, two American Airlines aircraft collided on a taxiway at the airport, with one aircraft clipping the wing of another waiting to takeoff.Florida: A small plane (Registration: N8930N) crashed in Boca Raton this morning, killing all three aboard the aircraft.AC: This small private aircraft was exhibiting erratic flight immediately upon takeoff from Boca Raton Airport, with transponder data indicating the aircraft was experiencing some sort of control failure and only able to make left-hand turns. The pilot was attempting to land back at the airport when the crash occurred, with the aircraft being unable to make it back to the runway. No official cause of the crash has been released, as the incident investigation will take some time to complete as usual.Colorado: A highly controversial disarmament bill was signed in to law yesterday, which in effect outlaws almost every single firearm that has a detachable magazine within the state.AC: While it is certain that this law will be challenged in court, this is still the most draconian disarmament bill that's been passed recently.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: While it's hard to correlate the issues at Reagan National Airport to one single point of failure, personnel problems have continued throughout the commercial aviation community at large. Two weeks ago, a fistfight broke out in the tower at DCA, with authorities arresting Damon Gaines for punching his fellow air traffic controller in the face during operations, causing brief ground stop to be issued while the scuffle in the tower was handled. Two days ago, the FAA stated that they will be offering reassignment opportunities to personnel who work in the tower at DCA. On the same day as that announcement, the FAA's lead official in charge of all traffic control operations, Tim Arel, announced his retirement after a 40 year career in air traffic management, contributing to the overall personnel concerns of the past few months.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

USA/CHINA TRADE SPAT ESCALATES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------HomeFront-New York: This afternoon a private helicopter (tail number: N216MH) crashed in the Hudson River in the vicinity of the Holland Tunnel. As of this report, no survivors have been reported, though rescue operations are ongoing.North Dakota: Tuesday morning a rupture was reported at the Keystone pipeline near Fort Ransom. Roughly 3,500 barrels of oil were spilled in a farmer's field as a result of the pipeline rupture.Kentucky: Recovery efforts continue following the flooding events of the past week. Severe weather events swept through the region last week, causing widespread damage from the floods. Many areas are still inaccessible due to roads washing out, and debris generally causing challenges with transportation.Washington D.C. - Tariff shenanigans continue as the White House clarifies the math on the total tariffs on China. So far, the final tally as of this morning is that a 145% tariff on all imports from China is in effect.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: As the helicopter crash in New York is a developing situation, not much is confirmed. Eyewitnesses state that the aircraft broke up mid-flight, with no obvious signs of distress or mechanical failure before the incident. Analysis of the aircraft's transponder data does not indicate any abnormal flight pattern before the incident that may indicate what happened. Of note, misleading videos are already circulating on social media, being pushed by very big accounts. An older video of a similar helicopter showing erratic flight is being falsely claimed to be from this incident, when in reality that footage was from a few years ago. In today's age, misleading, old, or even outright fake video clips always circulate on social media in the minutes after a disaster. Despite this, most people on social media quickly forget the accounts that push fake information, thus continuing the circus the next time something happens. In North Dakota, no cause was reported for the Keystone pipeline incident. However, the impacts will continue to be felt as the pipeline remains shut down (almost three days after the incident) while repairs are underway. This pipeline transports on average 600,000 barrels of crude oil per day, so any downtime whatsoever will probably negatively impact the prices of petroleum products while repairs continue.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

BOMBING CONTINUES IN YEMEN, TALKS WITH IRAN TO TAKE PLACE OVER THE WEEKEND.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Taiwan: A 5.4M earthquake struck north of the island overnight, resulting in strong tremors being felt throughout the nation. By morning, not much damage was reported.Middle East: American strategic bombing in Yemen has continued to increase as Yemen claims to have downed another American MQ-9, bringing the total number of drones shot down by the Houthis during this campaign to 18. Meanwhile, diplomatic efforts continue with the Iranians. The White House announced that more direct talks with Iranian diplomats will take place on Saturday.-HomeFront-Texas: Almost immediately upon the SCOTUS ruling yesterday, a federal judge in Texas blocked Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport Tren de Aragua members from the United States.Washington D.C. - The market shakeups continue as the trade wars deepen between the United States and many other nations. China announced that they will be raising their tariffs on the United States to 84%, an increase from 34% previously. In response, the White House announced that American tariffs on China will be raised to a total of 125%, effective immediately. Trump also stated (as confirmed on his Truth Social page) that he is initiating a 90-day pause on tariffs with some nations. This is in addition to lowering tariffs on non-reciprocating nations to 10%.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: This time, the 90 day pause policy is indeed real, or at least this is the official statement posted on President Trump's social media page. Not much context or amplifying information was conveyed, leaving much uncertainty during this very fluid situation. As one might expect, the events of today caused a significant surge in the US stock market, though since the situation is changing by the minute, anything goes at this point. In short, the mood of the week is chaos, and thus it will take some time for the situation to calm down enough to figure out the long term impacts of the radical economic shakeups over past few days.Despite the harsh rhetoric on the international stage regarding trade disputes, some nations have come to the negotiating table without much open hostility. Japan and South Korea, for instance, have both expressed a willingness to negotiate, and have not taken the hostile diplomatic tone expressed by China and most of Europe.Analyst: S2A1Research: https://publish.obsidian.md/s2underground//END REPORT//

An article was published by Medium two days ago, which claimed that American C-17's landed at Bagram after being handed back control of the airbase from the Taliban.AC: So far, this story as presented appears to be a fabrication; no sources, including the ADS-B tracking services mentioned in the article confirmed any aircraft landing. The aircraft specifically mentioned in the reporting, a C-17 operating as callsign MOOSE59 (tail number: 02-1099) probably did fly through Afghan airspace on April 5th. However, it did NOT land in Afghanistan...it's destination was Tajikistan.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Questions remain regarding the details of trade tariffs with China. President Trump's trade tariffs may or may not already be in effect as of noon today, earlier than previously announced. The tariffs are also allegedly higher than previously stated, with some media outlets stating that since no agreement was reached at noon today, a 117% tariff with China will be implemented tomorrow. Otherwise, the economic turmoil of yesterday morning has largely leveled out, with most indexes ending up not as effected as first expected. This morning the US Supreme Court voted 5-4 to approve the White House's request to continue deportations of violent criminals under the Alien Enemies Act.AC: This particular action by the SCOTUS isn't necessarily a win for the White House, as the actual opinions provided by the SCOTUS confirm that all Justices think this law *is* subject to judicial review, but this review must be conducted in the original jurisdiction (which was in Texas). Either way, all interpretations of the law are up for debate, so this will certainly be argued in court over the next few years, and remain entangled in some form or fashion.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Just because something seems true, doesn't mean that it is....as rather poignantly confirmed yet again just yesterday. Satellite imagery from just a few days ago confirms nothing has moved at Bagram, and local Taliban officials have proudly stated that they control the airfield. However, this article scandal probably does tacitly imply something interesting...mostly that the United States without question has eyes and ears in the region. What was originally spun as a fake news story might actually have stumbled upon a grain of truth; This flight was probably related to some secret-squirrel tasking, even if the aircraft didn't land directly at Bagram. Despite rather exuberant denials of such, the CIA and other intelligence agencies almost certainly maintain a foothold in Afghanistan, to some degree. Normally, CIA operations personnel don't fly on standard USAF C-17's...they have their own not-so-secret fleet of clandestine logistics aircraft. However, considering the wider context, and even without any evidence whatsoever, a random Medium journalist with 86 followers can claim "the CIA is here"...and in almost all cases be correct. In this case, this is due to the most significant factor of all forms of warfare throughout the history of mankind...geography.Right about now, with relations with China deteriorating, not having control of Bagram Airbase is a serious strategic disadvantage to the United States. This airbase is one of the reasons the American occupation lasted as long as it did; one of the major unspoken strategic goals of maintaining a foothold in Afghanistan is that it's geography made it a fortress country right at China's backdoor. Now, with trouble brewing in the Far East, not having a foothold at Bagram is disadvantageous, and also why the information

FORCE BUILDUP IN MIDDLE EAST CONTINUES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-Global: On the economic front, hallmarks of a global market correction began to be observed this morning. Last night the Japanese stock market crashed, with circuit breakers being tripped for futures trading (Nikkei 225). Taiwan and South Korea did not do much better as circuit breakers were also tripped for their respective futures products as well as products linked to Taiwan's semiconductor production giant TSMC.Following the exceptionally chaotic market fluctuations this morning, President Trump announced on social media that the United States will increase the tariffs on China by an additional 50% if China does not remove their additional tit-for-tat tariff implementations. AC: As the United States has already implemented a 20% tariff on China, plus an additional 34% tariff, an additional 50% tariff on top of these previous taxes means China is looking at a potential 104% tariff being implemented in two days (if the situation doesn't change).Middle East: The Charles de Gaulle Carrier Strike Group (CSG) was observed transiting north through the Suez Canal this morning, leaving the two American carriers the only one's in the CENTCOM AOR. Minor repositioning was observed at Diego Garcia as of this morning, with 6x B2's still on site with their respective refueling aircraft. Over the weekend, Israeli media claimed that the elusive THAAD battery that was originally in South Korea has been transferred to Israel.AC: If this is true (and it likely is), this brings the total in Israel to two of these missile defense systems.-HomeFront-New York: Over the weekend a mass stabbing was reported at an apartment building in Brooklyn. Local authorities state that a man had a mental episode which resulted in him attempting to murder four young family members. 4x children were wounded in the attack, and the attacker was neutralized by police during their response.Texas: A local measles outbreak has gained national attention following the death of a second child from the disease. HHS Secretary RFK Jr. visited Gaines County yesterday, and announced the deployment of CDC personnel to the area. RFK Jr. also stated on social media that "The most effective way to prevent the spread of measles is the MMR vaccine".Washington D.C. - Over the weekend, FBI Director Kash Patel promoted the highly-controversial Steven Jensen to lead the Field Office in Washington D.C. Previously Jensen served as the chief of the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section within the Counterterrorism Division.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments:While many may have forgotten, Steven Jensen is a highly controversial pick for this position as he was one of the masterminds within the FBI to investigate parents speaking at school board meetings as terrorists under the command of AG Merrick Garland in 2021.As he was the Chief of the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section (also in 2021), Jensen was also the lead FBI decision maker behind the J6 investigations, and enthusiastically carried out the targeting of J6 participants on that day, and for many months afterwards. In short, Jensen is the man who provided the legwork for the J6 investigation, and he is one of the main persons responsible for why Trump himself had to pardon many J6 participants. Now, Jensen has been promoted into a very prestigious position at the FBI, leading the Field Office in Washington.Due to the highly controversial nature of this pick, this promotion was not advertised with much fanfare. However, Patel passively confirmed the move himself by reposting an article on social media referencing the personnel change. On the information and econo

ECONOMIC INSTABILITY REMAINS FOLLOWING TARIFFS ANNOUNCEMENT.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE------International Events-United Kingdom: A 16-year-old boy was murdered after being stabbed in the neck in Huddersfield. So far, multiple attackers have been arrested in conjunction with the murder, however authorities have not identified the assailants.Red Sea/HOA: The situation involving American targeting of the Houthis in Yemen has deteriorated following the shootdown of two American drones within the past few days. Two MQ-9 Reaper drones were shot down by the Houthis, one in Hudaydah, the other over Ma'rib.Middle East: This afternoon the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) center issued a maritime advisory warning of increased GPS jamming being detected in the Strait of Hormuz.AC: This is a classic tactic used by Iranian forces routinely, either for the hijacking of vessels, or for more wartime preparations. While it is possible that the jamming is the result of American warships using electronic countermeasures to defend against missiles, in this case this could be related to the recent uptick in Iranian forces stopping oil tankers allegedly engaging in the smuggling of petroleum products. Iranian authorities seized two vessels attempting to illegally export diesel fuel from Iran a few days ago for these reasons. However, considering that the overall security situation in the region remains tenuous, GPS jamming could be a sign of increasing defenses against a potential conflict.-HomeFront-Washington D.C. - Various economic fallout continues as all sides of the issue interpret the recent tariff announcements in the context of economic stability. Most financial markets have remained volatile as fast-moving economic developments have come to light. This morning President Trump urged the FED to cut rates, but as of this afternoon Chairman Powell seems to indicate he's not interested in such, leading to more uncertainty.-----END TEARLINE-----Analyst Comments: Generally speaking, there are multiple viewpoints on whether the recent economic changes in the US are good or bad. Some state that the tariffs (and subsequent economic shake-up with regards to American domestic production) are a necessary hardship that will be tough at first, but will get better as more domestic production returns to the United States. Others think that while this is a noble goal, this may not be possible in some industries as companies will simply keep production overseas, and pass the costs of tariffs on to consumers, since most major companies in the modern world are monopolies. Others still don't like taxes in any form whatsoever, which is an argument that often mistakenly conflates taxing a domestic population with taxing an overseas adversary. Some people say "fair is fair", and that taxing other nations the same as they tax us is long overdue. Others agree with this idea, but point out that in the international arena, returning to a concept of fairness won't rule out hardship since most American companies outsourced everything to the third world years ago, and it will take a lot of work (and be quite costly) to start building things in America again. Even more people will point out the national security concerns of having the overwhelming majority of critical wartime supplies (such as almost all medications) being made overseas with cheap labor...an American-made Tylenol pill costing a few dollars per pill may be preferable to not having that pill at all in the event of a war.Which perspective is correct is already being hotly debated, and the situation isn't necessarily possible to categorize as "good" or "bad". However, virtually no one is stating that economic tribulation won't be the result; the general con
