Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.⁣ ⁣ Working under this concept implies certain aspects such as loving other people unconditionally with boundaries. Helping people to earn more money, to be better as people and as professionals should be an act of love and respect, taking into account that this includes honesty and protection, but remember that loving and helping others does not mean going against yourself and your criteria.⁣ ⁣ Respect the perspectives of others, each person is a different universe. Experiences, emotions, and knowledge shape the personality and way of thinking of each person, which is why there is a diversity of thought.
