Ich habe ein wunderbares Buch geschenkt bekommen: „Outlive - Wie wir länger und besser leben können, als wir denken“ von Dr. Peter Attia. Ich habe dieses Buch verschlungen. Es hat mir die Augen geöffnet und mich dazu inspiriert, einen Podcast aufzunehmen. Insbesondere das Kapitel über Erkrankungen, die Dr. Attia als „apokalyptische Reiter“ bezeichnet, hat mich nachhaltig beeindruckt. Die heutige „klassische“ Schulmedizin behandelt Symptome und schaut sich selten die Ursachen einer Erkrankung an. Und genau darum geht es. Wenn man in der Vergangenheit festhängt und nicht loslassen kann, blockiert es das Leben im Hier und Jetzt. Es erzeugt Stress und Ängste. Loslassen ist wichtig, weil es uns hilft, emotionales Gepäck abzulegen, innere Freiheit zu gewinnen und Platz für Neues zu schaffen. Aber warum ist es so schwierig, Altes gehen zu lassen, um Neues willkommen zu heißen? Darum geht es in diesem healthy shot. Loslassen bedeutet nicht, dass uns Dinge egal sind, sondern dass wir ihnen keine Macht mehr über unser Wohlbefinden geben. Es ist ein Prozess, der Zeit braucht, aber sehr lohnenswert ist und hilft, neue Lebenskraft aufzubauen. In erster Linie ist es wichtig, Frieden mit der Vergangenheit und auch mit sich selbst zu schließen. Das schafft eine wohltuende Gelassenheit. Ich erzähle Dir heute von meinen Erfahrungen und persönlichen Learnings, die ich während meines Urlaubes auf den Malediven gemacht habe: Es gab dort unglaublich vielen Menschen mit „unglücklichem“ Gesichtsausdruck. Doch … ging es Richtung Büffet - und es gab dort sehr, sehr leckeres Essen - änderte sich die Mimik schlagartig, und es erschien ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Das ständige Hin und Her, viele to do's, permanent unter Strom… das kennen wir alle. Das Fatale ist: Je größer der Stress, desto schwerer fällt es uns, die Pause-Taste zu drücken. Pausen sind jedoch enorm wichtig. Der menschliche Körper ist nicht gemacht für den permanenten Hochleistungsmodus. Und hier kommen die Gesetzmäßigkeiten zum Zuge. Das Gesetz der Polarität besagt: „Alles kann in zwei völlig entgegengesetzte Teile getrennt werden, von denen jeder noch das Potenzial des anderen enthält. Alles auf dieser Welt besteht aus Gegensätzlichkeiten. Es gibt immer zwei Pole, die sich gegenseitig bedingen.“ Bedeutet in diesem Kontext: Auf Anspannung MUSS Entspannung folgen, sonst entsteht ein Ungleichgewicht, dass z.B. Tips to stay in your best energy and create the success you are looking for!
This episode is about recharging yourself and empowering, strengthening, and uplifting your energy. You know how you can feel energized after listening to a podcast or music, but then lose that energy as soon as you face the day? Maybe someone at work is a jerk, or you hit a delay at school, and that high energy just vanishes. It feels like your efforts to uplift yourself aren't working. I thought about how we can shift this, and the key lies in your perspective. When you're stuck in a moment of hurt and only see the pain, it's hard to find a solution. But if you can view yourself from a third-person perspective, you can infuse energy into that version of you, just like talking positively to plants helps them grow. Think back to your childhood: if you were surrounded by positive affirmations, you'd likely believe in yourself more now. The same goes for negative words—they can still affect you today. Imagine yourself in a challenging situation, and then picture positive words like lightning bolts coming from the sky, energizing you. Words like "You can do this," "You are loved," and "You are strong" can transform how you feel. We often tell ourselves negative things, but we need to give ourselves the opportunity to receive positive affirmations. When you start your day with positive words, you'll begin to see evidence of them in your life. What you focus on expands. Incorporate these affirmations into your meditation or morning routine. Picture these words as powerful energy bolts entering your body, making you glow with positivity. You might think this sounds crazy, but if what you've been doing isn't working, why not try something new? Changing your perspective can change your life. If you're not paying attention to your thoughts, you might be unconsciously reinforcing negativity. Start noticing your thoughts and challenge them. Your perception shapes your reality. If you're constantly receiving negative input, it's no wonder your life feels off. You have the power to shift this. Embrace a different way of thinking. Those who have a good life often focus on the good things, and you can do the same. You are the creator of your experience. You are the one who can solve what you're going through because the journey is always within.
