When Friday the 13th and Valentine's Day collide… Now that the Super Bowl and it's celebrations are over, it's time to focus on free agency and the Seahawks have 7 free-agents that would all be great to have back. Will the Seahawks be able to bring them all back and if not, which guys should be the priority? Would you consider franchise-tagging Ken Walker at $14 million? Would you re-sign Shaheed at $14 million? :30- Did you know it was NBA All-Star weekend? Yeah, some of us didn't either… Could we hear more from Adam Silver on the possibility of expansion? Have our views or level of excitement changed as the buzz seems to be ramping up? :45- How concerned are we or should we be about losing Klint Kubiak and having find a new Seahawks OC? It's a special Friday edition of Beat Bucky! :30- The guys head to Spring Training tomorrow and they'll be broadcasting from Peoria all next week, so we have a little preview of what we are looking forward to. Dr. Klapper joins the show and talks about why Lindsay Vonn's torn ACL didn't cause her to crash, whether getting a pain-killing shot affected Drake Maye's Super Bowl performance and also Steph Curry's recent knee injury. Producer Lindsey asks the crew if George Kittle is on to something with his story about dead trees between the 49ers practice facility and the electrical substation next to it. Plus, was Ernest Jones' “bleep you” Super Bowl Parade speech directed at a specific person… Perhaps a Rams player? Did Kap accidentally kill a deer? Producer Emily from Mason & Ireland stops in and has some serious questions for Kap regarding his Prius/deer collision story he told yesterday. The Seahawks Super Bowl Championship parade was a success. Estimates say 1 million people attended and there were no issues along the 2 mile parade route. What a celebration it was for the fans and the players, a lot of whom couldn't stay on the buses and had to get out to mingle with fans along the route. :30- What's Going On In Other Sports: Part Deux. - What's going on with so many hamate bone injuries? - What's going on with tanking in the NBA? - What's going on with Jake and Jutta? :45- Jessamyn caught up with all the key players immediately after the Seahawks Super Bowl win and today we hear from the GM, John Schneider. We decided an extra segment of the 12th man roundtable was necessary; there's just too much to talk about! We start with a discussion about JSN and the season he had. What's the top offseason priority for Schneider? Is it imperative to get Ken Walker back? How worried should we be about losing Kubiak? :30- It's time for one final conversation with MIKE SANDO (The Athletic) as we wrap up the 2025 Seahawks season. What did Mike think of the game and the Seahawks dominance over the Paatriots? What moves does he anticipate this offseason? Does he think they Hawks can do it again next year? Where will Sam Darnold start 2026 as far as QB tiers? :45- We close out the Thursday show with one last thing! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
12th Man Roundtable with HUGH MILLEN and GREGG BELL (Tacoma News Tribune) We get everyone's thoughts on yesterday's parade to start. What a special moment for Seattle. How did Hugh feel about Ernest Jones declaration? When looking back at SB tape, it looked like Mike MacDonald knew everything the Patriots were going to do, what would Hugh and Gregg credit that to? How integral was Nick Emmanwori to this SB win? :30- Sam Darnold is still getting a lot of attention, but one thing is clear, he is beloved by his teammates and coaches. :45- Coaching turnover and continuity heading into next season- will the Hawks be able to retain most of their coaching staff? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Headlines and the lovefest on Parade Day. The relationship between Seattle fans and their teams these days is something pretty special. :30- What's next for Ken Walker? Will he be able to work out a deal with the Seahawks this offseason or be wearing a different uniform next season? How is the relationship between Walker and Schneider? :45- The criticism of Sam Darnold has changed. Now people can accept he won a Super Bowl, but are already questioning if he can do it again. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
The NFL unofficially wrapped up the season yesterday. Sure, the big game was on Sunday, but yesterday the Seattle Seahawks had their Super Bowl parade. But many people throughout the area weren't able to celebrate. The city of Seattle announced that any student missing school yesterday would be issued an unexcused absence. And while I understand the school system taking the hard line, I'm sure there are many disappointed children. For the last few years, the cities of Kansas City and Philadelphia have looked the other way when students miss school on the day of their parade. I'm no expert, but there’s an obvious solution… Click Here To Subscribe Apple PodcastsSpotifyAmazon MusicGoogle PodcastsTuneIniHeartRadioPandoraDeezerBlubrryBullhornCastBoxCastrofyyd.deGaanaiVooxListen NotesmyTuner RadioOvercastOwlTailPlayer.fmPocketCastsPodbayPodbeanPodcast AddictPodcast IndexPodcast RepublicPodchaserPodfanPodtailRadio PublicRadio.comReason.fmRSSRadioVurblWe.foYandex jQuery(document).ready(function($) { 'use strict'; $('#podcast-subscribe-button-13292 .podcast-subscribe-button.modal-69928f5de0ee2').on("click", function() { $("#secondline-psb-subs-modal.modal-69928f5de0ee2.modal.secondline-modal-69928f5de0ee2").modal({ fadeDuration: 250, closeText: '', }); return false; }); });

It seems appropriate to have an impromptu roundtable right about now as GREGG BELL and IAN FURNESS join Chuck and Buck at Jimmy's and the place is packed! We reminisce about the last time we celebrated a Championship here in Seattle and share our thoughts on this year's team and celebration. :30- We are taking it all in at Jimmy's ahead of today's big celebration and it's getting noticeably quieter as the crowd is making it's way to Lumen Field. :45- We close out this Championship celebration show with one last thing! It's #8 at 8 as MATT HASSELBECK joins us for the final time this season. - How will Matt be celebrating today? - What did he think of that defensive performance on Sunday? - What does he have to say to the critics of Sam Darnold? :30- Let's be honest, if DK Metcalf and Geno Smith were still here, we wouldn't be celebrating today. Yes, DK is very talented and Geno was good while here, but the moves allowed this team to get where they are today. :45- Nick Emmanwori has quickly become a fan favorite after a remarkable rookie season. Send us a textGet ready for a magical episode as I welcome my friend Kris from Happily Ever Park Hoppers to the podcast! We're both Disney moms—I have four kids, and she has two teenagers—so this trip was a rare opportunity for us to experience Disney without our families. We're also both military wives, which gives us a unique perspective on Disney travel and how we make the most of military discounts and benefits.Even though we share a love for Disney, our experiences growing up were different—Kris was raised going to Disneyland, while I grew up going to Walt Disney World. So, this trip was a perfect blend of our perspectives as we explored the parks together!We stayed at SpringHill Suites, Dolphin Resort and Coronado Springs, giving us a chance to compare two very different resort experiences. Our trip was packed with excitement, from witnessing the Super Bowl Parade featuring MVP Jalen Hurts in Magic Kingdom to immersing ourselves in EPCOT's Festival of the Arts, one of Disney's most visually stunning events of the year. Of course, no trip would be complete without a ride on our all-time favorite attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!We also had an unforgettable dinner at Rose & Crown, securing a front-row view of Luminous: The Symphony of Us, EPCOT's breathtaking nighttime spectacular. Throughout the trip, we explored Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom, hitting up shows and rides we often miss when traveling with our families.But that's not all—this episode includes exciting updates on our latest ventures! I share details about my 2026 Walt Disney World retreat, and Kris talks about her brand-new journey as a Disney travel agent.If you love Disney trip planning, park strategies, and behind-the-scenes insights into Disney content creation, you won't want to miss this episode! You can also watch the full video version on YouTube at Well Hello Magic, where we share footage and photos from our trip.Make sure to follow us for even more Disney fun:

He also shares some of his biggest lessons of his journey, from being rattled by the natural disaster of Hurricane Katrina to the speed of growth he underwent. Later, Graves discusses the importance of making sure his employees feel valued and see a valuable growth trajectory within Raising Canes and how while he isn't interested in a traditional franchise model, he's found success in rev-sharing models with one of the biggest names in entertainment - Post Malone. Lastly, Graves gives a nod to many of the professional athletes and Caniacs aligned with his brand, from Joe Burrow to Saquon Barkley, Graves shares how the athlete mindset, motivation and discipline serve as staples to the way be shapes his own personal philosophy.

"I hope coming from where I come from, I inspire other kids back home from my community, we are a small town but if you put that work in, you can go as far as you want." Cooper DeJean Super Bowl Champion From a small town in Iowa to NFL Super Star in his first year with the Philadelphia Eagles, Cooper DeJean has shaken up the sports world with his high level of play by breaking the mold for cornerbacks in the league. Fresh off the Super Bowl Parade, Ryan, Channing and Fred sit with the rookie defensive back as he reflects on his unbelievable season, turning stereotypes into success, proving doubters wrong and how his dream became his football reality. A man of many NFL nicknames- the Caucasian Corner, Cooper DeJawn, One half of the Exciting Whites, but after his interception for a touchdown against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, Cooper DeJean is now a household name. Growing up in Odebolt, Iowa, DeJean didn't always see football as his future and thought basketball was his path until his on-field football skills became hard to ignore. Through hard work and sacrifice, Cooper shares how his upbringing molded him into the man he is today, how his parents' unwavering support led him to chase his NFL dream that has now made him a Super Bowl champion at just 22 year old. Spinning the white cornerback stereotype into a movement, Cooper embraced his opportunity and at every turn continued to shut down opposing offenses and consistently led the defense with aggressive playmaking. Going in-depth with the Eagles game plan to talking the guys through the team's mindset leading up to the big game, Cooper opens up on how Philadelphia prepared for victory while giving an inside perspective to the their decisive win over the defending champions, Kansas City Chiefs. He shares how the night before the game a certain energy filtrated the locker room from powerful speeches made by the veterans to the look of certainty in each of his teammates' eyes. The bright lights and global stage of Super Bowl Sunday didn't cripple momentum but rather spurred more motivation as Cooper couldn't have scripted his birthday any better than picking off Patrick Mahomes and returning it for a touchdown to put the Eagles in control. Admittedly, Cooper shares how he didn't fully grasp the magnitude of the moment in real time and to him, he was just out there playing football like he's always done. He shares the unique leadership and focus of Quarterback Jalen Hurts and how Saquon Barkley helped guide him through his rookie year, pushing him to be the best version of himself every week. The Philadelphia roster remains intact heading into the offseason which has the guys fired up to get back to ball and see what the future holds to defend their title. Cooper's humility keeps him grounded as he continues to be an example for his community back home that through hard work and dedication, anything is possible. He shares some of the messages he received after his championship title including from fellow Iowa Hawkeye Caitlin Clark, who despite rooting for Kansas City was beyond happy to congratulate her college friend.
