This episode is the 2nd of three interviews that were recorded live at Suffolk University with Suffolk alums. Ernesto has a unique background that hits the trifecta of experience. The Head Football Coach of Knox College Damon Tomeo is joined by Scott Cramer exploring ways to improve leadership skills. Hope vs Results - Why you need to have some of both within your tea Some thoughts from the podcast: * Balance between: Hope – The best is yet to come. Results – with goals and discipline you want to see progress * We all “want” however, you get the response you deserve when you have earned it * You win or you learn (not lose). Embrace and learn from it * Patience. Have realistic optimism... I will succeed, but it will be hard and it will take time * Passive vs Active behavior (symbiotic relationship). Action is what gives you hope, hope drives you to more action * Set your goal and chart your progress, break down into small/controllable parts Special thanks to Dan Marlin, Skylar Cramer, Steve Davis, and Tom Meredith for their different expertise and helping to make the podcast possible.
