For me, growing a team (or 'outsourcing') has been one of the trickiest parts of growing my business. Ever since 2017 when I started tracking my cycle in a bid to get pregnant, I've been interested and aware of my cycle, but honestly, I've never quite worked out how to create a business or life that changes in relation to which phase I'm in. But in an effort to avoid the burnout cycle and to feel like I have the time and energy freedom to rest when my body is telling me to (rather than just pushing through!) it's something I've been interested in taking more seriously. I asked Hannah to be on the podcast because I spent a day with her back in April and the work we did on my strengths and how they influence the way I run my business has had a big impact on decisions I've made since, including stopping my successful group programme.
