Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with Tracy McBurney Mercury Retrograde and Emotional Insecurity. Tracy shared some information about what happens emotionally when we enter Mercury Retrograde. This may be the piece we all have missed. The short answer is that we revert, regress, reconnect and revise what we retreat to when Mercury goes Retrograde. Bottom line is that we respond like we did as children who are emotionally immature because that is where we are stuck. Each Mercury Retrograde as it deals with our communication - we revert to how we responded as a child. This is a HUGE new understanding and with the use of decrees we can overcome this time period unscathed. We did some examples using my deep routed fear around not feeling Loved or understood as a child. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Happiness comes from within us - not outside of us. All the 'things' we are looking for that we believe will bring us Happiness is an elusive search. The key to Happiness is to BE Positive, BE Caring to Others, BE Authentic and to BE Happy within regardless of what is happening. We can't control what is happening - we can only choose how to respond to what is happening. When we focus on Growing Up - we will BEcome Happy within. Laurie Huston from News for the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Sabotaging Change. Tom and I enjoyed this discussion of how fear often sabotages our desire to change. We all want to Grow UP, but to do that we have to make changes in our life. Often even when it is our hearts desire we can sabotage this. It is always due to Fears, the fear of the Unknown or Known - when we fear that the same problems of before will repeat a pattern. Also, there is the New Age belief that if it is difficult - then it isn't meant to be. This sabotages us often because real change isn't easy. We discussed various examples of how we sabotage, from relationships, to new jobs, to school and our fear for our children. It takes Positivity, our focus on Others and Courage to Grow Up. It takes making change from a place of Love instead of fear. Let's make these changes and Give Love. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Positively LOVE. We discussed that Feb is LOVE month at Intuitive Soul. We shared a lot of tips to remain Positive and Loving in relationships. Relationships are where we grow the most and we can do it positively or by focusing on all the problems. It is definitely best if you can shift your focus from the areas that cause friction - and realize that this is just ego - or we can realize that our triggers have nothing to do with the other person. However, it is beneficial if we still express how we feel - so that the other person can understand why we are reacting and triggered. Love is about Giving and Other - when we are triggered these are our own fears and vulnerabilities showing through. We also discussed the difference between men and women - women are all about relationships, however, often use our intelligence instead of coming from a BEing level. Men need to understand how we are feeling and why it triggers us. We also need to realize that all of us express Love differently and have a lot to do with how we experience love from our parents - some people express love through physical acts, some through emotionally expression - we are all different. Ultimately, our relationships will flourish if we can express our Love Positively. Join us for this fascinating discussion! We're Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Tracy offers a real life experience she went through about her health and how finally she opened her arms to the Universe and said “I'm Ready” and from that experience she allowed for a change and was open for New Truths to be explored. We ended our show with concern about how unClear our Government is - that clear is better than intelligence. It is a time of great change - if our emotions are triggered then we are NOT clear ourselves but rather in judgement. What we all need to explore is BEcoming Clear in our own house first. The first is always the hardest but allows for you to grow up and everything else will flow quicker. Our next error is that we try to change others and no matter how "intellectual" we explain it - it can't change anyone else. Today at noon EST, Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Growing Up with Love. This Love Month Tom begins this conversation discussing Self-Love is better Self-Like to avoid narcissism and the only reason we don't like ourselves is because we have Ego Fears. That of course most of us have these fears because we collected them from a very early age. Our Ego holds on to our fears and the only way we can grow up is to have the courage to face them. We then discuss Romantic Love and how most people who believe they are in Love are really in Need. That Love is selfless and it is about Giving. Which means we can't have an agenda. We can't need anything, rather we come from a place of acceptance. As soon as we need we aren't in Love. We also discuss that only one person is required to Love another. As long as the relationship isn't abusive, and as long as we don't keep 'score' and have a list of what we need from the other person or feel that we are being taken advantage of, then we can Give Unconditionally and it is LOVE! The changes, may not happen over night, but if you are patient and willing to open yourself up to Love and come from a place of Giving we can find the courage to grow and actually have fun. Laurie Huston from News the Heart is talking with physicist Tom Campbell on Intentions and BEing vs doing. This is a deep conversation about the choices we make and whether we choose our intentions from a doing place or how we want to BE. We often come from a mental ‘doing’ space when we write our Resolutions for the year. And unless we come from our BEing level, we aren’t likely going to make any lasting changes. We discuss sugar, weight-loss, health, fitness and addictions and how we can approach them differently and what we need to make lasting changes. We have to own our problems, take responsibility for our fears and choices. When we have something we want to change, like our weight because it impacts our health, we have to have the correct motivation and approach it understanding what the underlying cause is. This is where we need to dig deeper than just our mental will to change. If we are just thinking it is best that we change, or it is healthier for us, we are really just coming from a mental state and not looking at how we want to BE differently. We have to figure out what the cause of the weight gain was in the beginning. Like smoking, we can use our will to loose weight and stop smoking, however, if the underlying cause is still present, and it is how we are BEing in the world, that fear will continue to create our addictions to food, sugar, alcohol, or smoking once our will looses it’s initial energy because the fear is still there! This is why mental ‘fixing’ doesn’t work. Once we establish the underlying fear, we have courage to BE okay with it and allow the shifts to occur and having acceptance. Coming from a place of Love will always create what it is we desire most. Join us for this important discussion! We’re Getting to the Heart of what Matters!

Our Ego holds on to our fears and how we get really stuck if we get depressed around the Holidays. He helps us again to understand that our intentions help us to move forward and sometimes we just have to 'do' it, as in go to the Holiday events and be Open, instead of going into our fears and avoiding all interactions. The Holidays are all about family and connecting with others.
