Episode 279 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast starts out by looking at the newly announced movie entitled "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts", set to hit theaters next summer with some fan-favorite Beast Wars characters set to hit the big screen. Transformers Collaboritive is next in the chat, and Hasbro spared no expense with the latest reveal of the Transformers x Jurassic Park collaboration featuring Tyrannocon Rex and Autobot JP93. A look at the J Balvin version of Soundwave is next, followed by rumors that have surfaced about a literal Amazon Prime. Rumblings of a possible collaboration with Universal Pictures Dracula fly around the discussion after that. Next up, images of Origin Bumblebee have surfaced showing the toy's look, inspired by the very first episode of The Transformers. Shattered Glass Goldbug makes his official debut for Hasbro's latest Transformers Tuesday event, then Studio Series keeps rolling down the track with new images of Thrust (from the Bumblebee Movie), Jolt and Grindor. This episode wraps with another round of bragging rights.
To celebrate 600 episodes (if you ignore a couple hundred other ones), Vangelus wants to talk about something that he's pretty sure he didn't get to record a podcast about yet.
Episode 263 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast begins with discussion of the just-revealed Studio Series Starscream, an upcoming Voyager Class toy based on the character's appearance in the Bumblebee Movie. After brief mention of another upcoming Studio Series Camaro Bumblebee, the discussion moves on to other toys in the form of the Golden Lagoon redecos. These reissues were listed for preorder for the American market for the first time this past week despite having been released overseas two years ago, so the team chats about the why and wherefore of these re-releases of Convoy, Soundwave, Beachcomber and more in their Electrum plated golden colors. Recently released Generations toys are discussed next, with a litany of Deluxe Class figures discussed including: Runamuck, Fasttrack, Sunstreaker, Trailbreaker, Prowl, Ironhide, Bluestreak, Smokescreen, and Tigertrack. Rumors of potential repaints in the forthcoming Generations Kingdom line lead into speculation about Victory Leo inspired by the recently published Transformers Galaxies #11. Some members of the cast share their disappointment with the Transformers '84: Secrets and Lies series' fourth and final issue, then a long episode concludes with the recurring Bragging Rights segment.

Or do you guy still plan on keeping it the same and using the older ones? Dors: Hey how’s it going Mike, Jed and Levi, You’re slowly getting closer to your 100th episode, if you continue to upload at the current rate by my calculations that will be July 2020... can we expect something special for the big 100th? Also... how do you imagine your Transformers collections will look by this point? Do you think you’ll have pretty much everything you want and you’ll be close to finishing your collections or is that still a long way off? Can you ever see yourselves “complete and finished” If so, what next? Do you close the curtain on your collections and move on to something else or do you continue to replace the older figures with the new and improved versions if companies still keep making them? Hope you had a blast at retro con, Mike and Vanessa your costumes looked awesome. Shout out to all the family in the extended BSU (Blackout & Shout Universe) including all the four legged ones...Oh and err.. FUJB Tyler: Can you ask Vanessa if Mike is okay? Also, is nostalgia what drives your collection or are you in it for the love of toys? I got to thinking earlier this week about the types of figures I collect and the reasons behind it. It's from Nostalgia that I collect Beast Wars, but I've discovered an affinity for many new lines from different fictions like Gears Of War, Starship Troopers and those new JoyToy figures that are made in the spirit of the Titanfall games. Are there any newer franchises that interest you enough to collect them or is it strictly a hobby reserved for nostalgia? Love the show, even you still Mike. Jared Bell: What's the weirdest thing that you collect or have in your collection? Can also be one thing that you bought don't need to be something you collect.Fuck Sheetz!! Wawa for Life!! Episode 208 of the Seibertron.com Twincast Podcast is hosted by Scotty P and Counterpunch as "Everyone Gets Counterpunched". The episode kicks off with discussions of some recent Transformers toy releases, including the Cyberverse Ultra Class Shockwave. Additionally, the Generations Power of the Primes Deluxe Class Punch / Counterpunch figure is discussed in detail, including the minor assembly error present and how collectors can quickly and easily improve their toy by making one small fix. Takara Tomy's reveal of the upcoming Encore Big Blue Convoy leads into a short lauding of Bumblebee Movie toys being available for preorder on Hasbro Toy Shop, as well as the reveal of MPM-7 Masterpiece Bumblebee based on his rendition in the upcoming Bumblebee Movie. After this, the show's feature topic begins with a retrospective look at the history of Transformers Masterpiece toys from both Takara Tomy and Hasbro. Beginning back in 2003 with MP-1 Convoy, the podcasters go through each era of Masterpiece toy history and relate their own experiences with those perceived from the wider collecting audience. Through the early releases, MP-10 Convoy version 2 and the "Super Car" era, into the modern era of Sunbow-G1 inspired designs, Beast Wars, and Movie Masterpiece, this discussion gives a wide overview of the line and some historical perspective for any Masterpiece collector.
