West Ham United lost 2-0 at Arsenal last Wednesday thanks to a combination of a much-changed Hammers team and the ref Anthony Taylor. Vladimir Coufal was sent off for two ridiculously soft yellow cards and after that, David Moyes' men weren't able to fight back from 1-0 down. In fact they let Emile Smith Rowe in to wrap up the points for the home side after Gabriel Martinelli had put them 1-0 up. The Irons looked like they had a good chance to bounce back with a home game against Norwich on Saturday but it was postponed after a Covid-related request from the Canaries. Will Pugh was at the Emirates and he is joined by James Jones to look back at that game as well as to look ahead to West Ham's next two fixtures – Tottenham away in the Carabao Cup and Southampton at home on Boxing Day. Daily Express sports editor and huge Spurs fan Alex Milne dials in to chat all things Lilywhites with Antonio Conte having turned them around since taking over from Nuno Espirito Santo. And the Evening Standard's West Ham correspondent, and massive Saints fan, Jack Rosser also joins to look ahead to that Southampton clash. The lads make their Betway charity selections after failing to pick a winner for the Gunners game. They look back at a decent League Cup win and a solid transitional year for West Ham Women under Ollie Harder. All of that before saying goodbye for 2021. There will be a pre-recorded review of the year show that goes out between Christmas and new year but this will be the last ‘proper format' show of the year. Thank you so much for all your support this year, it's been phenomenal and we are both really grateful. We both hope you have a fantastic Christmas and look forward to the show getting back on the road in 2022. You can follow the podcast here: Twitter: @We Are_West Ham. Joe Cooper is joined by Darren Wells and Alex Milne to preview the start of matchday three in the Champions League.Liverpool head for the site of their latest Champions League triumph in 2019 when they visit Atletico Madrid, who have former Reds forward Luis Suarez in their squad.Man City, meanwhile, will look to get their European campaign back on track at Club Brugge as Kevin de Bruyne returns to his native Belgium.
Ned Keating is joined by John Cross and Alex Milne to look back on England's routine World Cup qualifier win over Andorra, plus cast their eyes over some of the other results from across Europe and further afield.Jesse Lingard did his chances of starting for the Three Lions against Poland on Wednesday the world of good with a brace in the 4-0 mauling of Andorra.Bukayo Saka also enjoyed a happy birthday as he netted the fourth and was given a rousing reception on his first outing at Wembley since the Euro 2020 final.Plus there's also time to discuss the chaotic scenes from Brazil after their World Cup qualifier against fierce rivals Argentina was abandoned after health officials entered the pitch demanding several visiting players be deported immediately.
Join Ned Keating and Alex Milne as they digest all the latest news from the summer transfer window.Lionel Messi bid an emotional farewell to Barcelona on Sunday after his 21-year association with the Spanish side was brought to an end.Romelu Lukaku, meanwhile, is on the verge of a return to Chelsea from Inter Milan, with spells at Everton and Man Utd in between. And there's also the small matter of the first trophy of the season going the way of Leicester after a 1-0 win over Man City in the Community Shield on Saturday.
Ned Keating is joined by Alex Milne and Theo Squires to digest all of the big news from Euro 2020.Spain are the focus of today's show after making an impressive run to the semi-finals under Luis Enrique.Jordan Henderson is also a topic of conversation having finally netted a first goal for England on his 62nd cap.And the panel also go through their favourite England songs of all-time after two-thirds of Atomic Kitten finally sang THAT song in London on Saturday.
Guy Clarke is joined by Mirror Football journalist Alex Milne and Matt Ketchell from the Newcastle Chronicle to look back on the group stages - and ahead to what's still to come at Euro 2020.From the standout sides of the tournament so far, those who have disappointed (including the lack of appearances for the remote control car) and who has sprung the biggest surprise the panel give a review of the tournament to date. With the last 16 games to begin tomorrow, there is also a preview of what could unfold in the tournament, who are the favourites and who will win the golden boot, which players have impressed and could earn a Premier League move?Plus, how far can England go in the tournament ahead of the last 16 tie with Germany.
Guy Clarke is joined by Alex Milne and Martin Domin to cast their eyes over another busy day of action at Euro 2020.The panel will reflect on England's 1-0 win over Croatia thanks to Raheem Sterling's goal on a day when the Netherlands and Austria also triumphed.Scotland, meanwhile, kick off their campaign on Monday afternoon before Spain take on Sweden in the day's final match, with Poland v Slovakia in between.

West Ham beat Sheffield United 3-0 at London Stadium without getting out of third gear on Monday night. Declan Rice coolly dispatched a penalty after Jesse Lingard was wiped out and then tried to take the spot kick ahead of Dec. The Hammers briefly went fourth before Chelsea's win a few hours later but once again things are hunky dory in East London. Will Pugh is joined by James Jones and Tom Edwards to plan the European tour for next season which is definitely going to happen and the lads decide which of Europe's giants they want to face in the group stage. (Rebekah's Pick) No One's Rose from VAULT PRODUCTIONS written by Emily Horn & Zac Thompson with art by Alberto Jimenez- Albuquerque "Centuries after the fall of the Anthropocene, the last vestiges of human civilization are housed in a massive domed city powered by renewable energy, known as The Green Zone. Inside lives teenager Tenn Gavrilo, a brilliant bio-engineer who could rebuild the planet. But there's one problem: her resentful brother Seren is eager to dismantle the precarious Utopia." (Brian's Pick) Transformers vs. The Terminator from IDW PUBLISHING written by David Mariotte with art by Alex Milne "It's Skynet vs. Cybertron in a crossover for the ages! 1984: When a deadly race of machines emerge from another time, will a robotic guardian be able to protect the Earth from a dire future... or will the T-800 fail in his mission to prevent the world from becoming a plaything to the Decepticons?" (Rod's Pick) Wynd from BOOM! STUDIOS written by James Tynion IV with art by Michael Dialynas Magical heritage is punishable by death in Pipetown, so a young boy named Wynd must keep his true identity - and pointy ears - a secret from everyone, even if it means he'll never have the normal life he wants. But when his secret is threatened, Wynd will be forced to leave his home behind to embark on a dangerous quest that will put him at the heart of a royal conspiracy beyond his imagination. Now on the run with Oakley (his best friend), Thorn (the boy of his dreams), and Yorick (a literal prince!), Wynd will have to embrace the magic within himself if he wants to save them from the shocking dangers that await!(Joe's Pick) Bleed Them Dry from VAULT PRODUCTIONS written by Hiroshi Koizumi & Eliot Rahal with art by Dike Ruan "The year is 3333. Earth is in a state of recovery. Vampires are real, and though far less populous, they thrive alongside humans in the Japanese-engineered mega-city known as Asylum. People have come to understand that some Immortals are good, some are bad, and most navigate the world without incident. There is peace. That is...until now. Someone is brutally murdering vampires. And Detective Harper Halloway has been assigned to the case. To solve it, she'll have to unearth a much deeper truth: The future of humanity has been edited."
West Ham have lost 2-0 twice in a row since the last podcast. Wolves made light work of the Hammers at the London Stadium before VAR set Spurs on their way to their win thanks to a Tomas Soucek own goal and a Harry Kane strike when West Ham were ‘pushing for the equaliser’. Will Pugh is joined by Tom Edwards and James Jones straight after the Tottenham game to record the podcast and try and see some light among the darkness. Ryan Fredericks seemed to strengthen Jeremy Ngakia’s negotiating position as it looks like the young right-back is on his way out on June 30. The lads argue about which of the pair was least bad in the two games since the Premier League restarted and also question David Moyes’ seemingly unimaginative approach. Declan Rice and Jarrod Bowen provided the only real positive talking points in North London but West Ham’s survival prospects are looking slimmer and slimmer as each week goes by. The guys are joined by Tottenham fan and sports journalist from the Mirror Alex Milne to discuss the game and both teams’ chances of achieving their end of season goals. And of course, the Rogue Mystery Players Quiz is back. Please like, rate, subscribe if you like what we do and tell your friends. You can get in touch with the show on Twitter @WeAre_WestHam and on email wearewesthampod@gmail.com (mailto:wearewesthampod@gmail.com) . #COYI #WHUFC #TOTWHU #WHUWOL

Episode 246 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast starts off by answering everyone's burning questions surrounding the latest Masterpiece figure from Takara, MP-38+ Burning Convoy. A brief stroll down Beast Wars Convoy (aka Optimus Primal) memory lane takes place and a discussion begins on which release of this figure is the best and most cartoon accurate. The latest comic crossover from IDW Publishing, Transformers vs Terminator #1 has hit the shelves in both print and digital, with the initial response varied. Universal agreement is found on the new "Seeker" designs created for this crossover universe by artist Alex Milne. This episode ends with another round of the recurring bragging rights segment, with this one going on a tangent featuring the new GI Joe Classified Series Snake Eyes figure.

Or do you guy still plan on keeping it the same and using the older ones? Dors: Hey how’s it going Mike, Jed and Levi, You’re slowly getting closer to your 100th episode, if you continue to upload at the current rate by my calculations that will be July 2020... can we expect something special for the big 100th? Also... how do you imagine your Transformers collections will look by this point? Do you think you’ll have pretty much everything you want and you’ll be close to finishing your collections or is that still a long way off? Can you ever see yourselves “complete and finished” If so, what next? Do you close the curtain on your collections and move on to something else or do you continue to replace the older figures with the new and improved versions if companies still keep making them? Hope you had a blast at retro con, Mike and Vanessa your costumes looked awesome. Shout out to all the family in the extended BSU (Blackout & Shout Universe) including all the four legged ones...Oh and err.. FUJB Tyler: Can you ask Vanessa if Mike is okay? Also, is nostalgia what drives your collection or are you in it for the love of toys? I got to thinking earlier this week about the types of figures I collect and the reasons behind it. It's from Nostalgia that I collect Beast Wars, but I've discovered an affinity for many new lines from different fictions like Gears Of War, Starship Troopers and those new JoyToy figures that are made in the spirit of the Titanfall games. Are there any newer franchises that interest you enough to collect them or is it strictly a hobby reserved for nostalgia? Love the show, even you still Mike. Jared Bell: What's the weirdest thing that you collect or have in your collection? Can also be one thing that you bought don't need to be something you collect.Fuck Sheetz!! Wawa for Life!! Go Birds!! EOL

What repaint/remold of any figure do you feel like HasTak could have and should have made by now (For me a Nova Prime out of Galaxy Force Optimus was a no-brainer and would be perfect) 2. If a transformers show was to be completely remade and changed for the better, which one would most need the upgrade (Energon for me as there could definitely be some amazing storytelling to be had what with Starscream's amnesia, Demolishor's struggle with his allegiance to both Megatron and the Autobots, and Hotshot becoming a seasoned veteran among other things) 3.what am I the captain of? From Perci While I’m so far liking what potp is doing I’m a bit ashamed of the leader classes. The prime feels redundant, rodimus is cool, unicronus is awesome and primal doesn’t really need it. So my question is what other candidates from the vote would have preferred than the others we got? Thunderwing makes perfect sense (also black shadow potential) and deathsaurus needs it. Thanks for receving. Also From Perci Ever since mmc have been doing decepticon repaints of the wreckers it’s got me thinking. What other kinds of decepticon could you repaint from wreckers characters currently out or soon to come? Share your ideas! Thanks for receiving. 6. Thanks
Marc and Kim Morrell covered all the Voltron events at New York Comic Con 2017 (NYCC), including the Voltron Legendary Defender Pre-Panel with Mark Daniel, the Panel, interviews with the cast and producers, Voltron on the LIVE stage, and the signings and Voltron fan meetup. There were also exhibit hall booths we visited, like Han Cholo, Lion Forge, and Simon & Schuster, as well as artists on the show floor and artist alley. In this podcast, we share it all with Greg, who wasn't able to go, and all the Voltron fans around the world that couldn't make it to NYCC. There is a lot to cover at New York Comic Con, especially when it comes to Voltron Legendary Defender, the greatest show on Netflix, and any device anywhere! And it all started with the Voltron Legendary Defender Cast and Crew Autograph Signings at Table 21 of the Autograph Hall on Friday, Oct 6, 2017. This wonderful lithograph designed by Lauren Montgomery was signed for every Voltron Fan in line. Here's what we had signed, and some of those pictures: On Saturday, Voltron Fans lined up to get into the panel early, and we saw some great cosplay in line. Here are some of those pics: Then, people were allowed to enter the Main Stage at NYCC, and take their seats for the 11 AM Voltron Legendary Defender Season 4 Panel. Mark Daniel was the Master of Ceremonies for the Pre-Panel Show and he was absolutely great with all the Voltron fans. He brought all the people up to the front who had cosplayed as Voltron characters, and they proceeded to do the first ever LIONWALK at NYCC. Then, he asked Let's Voltron Podcast Host Marc Morrell to come up on stage and they talked all about Season 4, Voltron Merch at NYCC and elsewhere, and they plugged the podcast. Both of them were wearing their Let's Voltron Podcast Five to Thrive Shirts, designed by Zilla (@beanyzilla). Big Thanks to Mark Daniel for all the Let's Voltron LOVE! Here are some pics from that Pre-Panel Show: We made a video of the Pre-Panel Show for people who weren't able to see that from the LIVE Collider YouTube stream from the panel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjGEB5IcOio Now, the panel did not disappoint Voltron fans, who were looking for glimpses into Season 4, as there were several clips from Season 4 played for the audience during the panel. Here are some of the pics from the panel: After the panel, we had interviews with the cast and producers of Voltron Legendary Defender. Those interviews are available on our YouTube Channel at: Cast (AJ LoCascio, Josh Keaton and Kimberly Brooks) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6YALGzYu4A Producers (Joaquim Dos Santos & Lauren Montgomery) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABlLw2w_lEk Here are some great pics from all around the exhibit hall floor, artist alley and more: We also had a chance to greet other great Voltron fans at the Voltron fan meetup at 4 PM on Saturday, which was a blast, and included a LOT of group cosplay photos, including these: We want to thank ALL of the Voltron fans that we met at NYCC. Your passion for this awesome franchise is OFF THE CHARTS! We also want to thank DreamWorks, Netflix, Universal, Mark Daniel, Han Cholo, Lion Forge, Simon & Schuster, Sideshow Collectibles, Alex Milne, Terry Huddleston, Naomi Romero, Elentori, Donya Abramo, Cheetoy, Mark Oliver, Seth Green, Clare Grant, Brandon Schoolhouse, Gian Norte, Josh Keaton, Kimberly Brooks, AJ LoCascio, Joaquim Dos Santos, Lauren Montgomery, Seth Fowler, Ryan Bradley, Emily Leibert, ReedPop Staff, BER, Warner Bros, Gary Miereanu, DC, Alan Tudyk, and many more people we can't remember at this moment. NYCC was awesome! We can't wait until next year, and the next time we get to gather with Voltron Fans! It's always a great time! We also talked about our TeePublic Store, where you can find a ton more Voltron designs, and TeePublic recently added pillows, totes and tapestries to their already long list of products that you can get Let's Voltron or Voltron designs on. Here is a link to that store: https://www.teepublic.com/user/letsvoltron?ref_id=5313&ref_type=aff Our next podcast will have special guests AJ LoCascio (Lotor) and Neil Kaplan (Zarkon) in a Father and Son Podcast for the AGES! Lotor vs Zarkon! Let's see if these two can get along and answer all the fan questions we asked you to send into us. There will be a random winner picked from all the entries, and that winner will receive the 2 signed lithographs we mentioned above. Good luck! As always, Thanks for Listening! Let's Voltron!!

Did you think it was over? It ain't over until Dr. Va'al, Seibertron, and Starscream return to say it's over! More post-BotCon thoughts from this crew await, are you in for the long haul? The three randomly assorted hard candies discuss, in spite of the elements and the sore throats, the various BotCon souvenirs, from the Dawn of the Predacus box set to the single toys - Megatron, Unit-3, Tigatron, Airazor, the Reflector 3-pack - the highlights, the surprises, the disappointments. They touch upon the various hauls, including comics and comics art as well as toys, and the differences between conventions, running by the gigantonormous dealer room (can you tell who's typing this section, by now?). Spending some good time on the artist alley population, from Hayato Sakamoto to Alex Milne, Sara Pitre-Durocher to Robby Musso, and more. Other topics discussed, of course, were the various panels that included reveals for the coming part of the year, from the Hasbro Brand panel, with Scrounge (!) and Overlord (!!) in the pipes, to the TFCC roundtable, featuring MP Ratbat, GI Joe crossovers, and Counterpunch taking over (much to our own Counterpunch's joy). They start speculating on the future of the Club, now that FunPub is DonePub, and it would actually be really interesting to hear what listeners think Hasbro should do with the concept - and with any possible incarnation of BotCon. Make sure to drop your suggestions in the comments! Before the segment is over, though, they also make sure to note the highest points of the event: the people who attend, year after year or for the very first time, what really makes the whole experience what it is. The show ends with a short editorial segment from yours truly. If this is the end of Botcon, let's remember it fondly, and find hope in the possibilities of the future.
Spoilers ahoy as we talk More Than Meets the Eye #51!
Another great season of comic book and fandom conventions is upon us, so Marc took advantage to have an interview with Voltron's Lance and Sven, Michael Bell, at RetroCon in Oaks, PA. Meanwhile, down in Atlanta, RetroBlasting presented a panel on "The History of Voltron" at DragonCon. There's plenty more Voltron in this episode, including some words from the fans. Kicking off the episode, Marc mentions that Voltron: From the Ashes - Issue #1 - was released on September 16th. Issue #2 will be released on October 21st. There are several positive reviews of the comic book from comic book blogs like: Bounding Into Comics - http://boundingintocomics.com/2015/09/15/comic-book-review-voltron-from-the-ashes-1/ Graphic Policy - [http://graphicpolicy.com/2015/09/07/review-voltron-from-the-ashes-1/][2] Comic Wow! - [https://www.comicwow.com/blogs/1/3390/voltron-from-the-ashes-1-comic][3] Marc will try to get the Alex Milne black and white variant cover at the Dynamite booth at New York Comic Con. Dynamite has also said they would have it available at Baltimore Comic Con, which is coming soon. A new product that became available on Voltron.com is the Voltron Defender Mug by Zak. It is dishwasher and microwave safe, BPA Free, and it's only 10 bucks. As mentioned in this podcast, Saber Rider and the Star Sherriffs has a Kickstarter campaign that ends on Oct. 5, 2015 at 6 AM ET. Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs is an all-new 2D 16-Bit style run'n'gun shoot-'em-up including giant Mecha action, based upon the original series from 1986 for Nintendo 3DS, Steam (PC, MAC, Linux), Sega Dreamcast and PC Engine. To be able to pledge an amount to get your desired reward (by Nov 2016), please go to Kickstarter at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/saberridergame/saber-rider-and-the-star-sheriffs-the-video-game to submit your pledge. They are more than two-thirds of the way toward their $75,000 goal. Help them reach that goal! Here are some pictures of Marc with Michael Bell at RetroCon. There is also a picture of the RetroCon Auction winners with all the voice actors, including (from the left) Doug Stone, Michael Bell, John Moschitta, Jr., and Michael McConnohie. Rose Tuski, one of the organizers of RetroCon, is kneeling in the front. Here are some of the items on Michael Bell's table that he had for people to sign. Next up we discuss Combiner Wars Leader Thundercracker. With the release of Legions Class Cliffjumper, Skywarp, and Ultra Magnus, some of us want to know what all the Ultra Magnus fuss is about. We move onto something BIG - San Diego Comic Con's exclusive Titan Devastator. Next up is Unite Warriors Defensor with deluxe class Protectobot Groove. The time is ripe ... for a LISTENER QUESTION! News staff member williamjames88's thoughtful query initiates a lively discussion about buying at retail vs online. We finish up with some bragging rights!
