In the world we live in today, we are constantly weighed down by addictions, whether they be of someone close to us, or even our own. Yet when it comes to finding answers to overcoming addictions, we are often faced with more questions than answers. Today, Micah Herbster is joined by Pastor Earl Sides who serves as the Director of Discipleship and the Leader of Bridge to Recovery at Worth Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. In this episode, we explore the challenges of addiction through the lens of a biblical worldview, offering hope, healing, and practical steps rooted in Scripture. Whether it's substance abuse, unhealthy habits, or hidden struggles, this episode provides spiritual guidance, encouragement, and the tools needed to experience true transformation through Christ. Due to the in-depth nature of this discussion, we have divided this Friday Focus into two parts. If you missed part one of this discussion, be sure to go back to last Friday's episode and give it a listen. Below are the links to the websites that Micah and Pastor Sides reference in their discussion.
