A Strasbourg, la vente et la consommation de protoxyde d'azote détournées à des fins récréatives sont désormais interdites. L'arrêté municipal est entré en vigueur hier. La ville justifie cette mesure par l'augmentation de la consommation du gaz hilarant et ses conséquences sur la santé. Plus de 13 000 bonbonnes ont été ramassées dans l'espace public en 2025, pour un coût estimé à près de 100 000€ par an. Une campagne de prévention doit également être lancée auprès du grand public et des jeunes. Selon Santé publique France, 14 % des 18-24 ans ont déjà expérimenté l'inhalation de protoxyde d'azote. Dans la Vallée de la Bruche, le festival Jazz'n Bruche doit composer avec une mauvaise surprise. A quelques semaines de son ouverture, prévue du 7 au 18 juillet, les organisateurs ont appris la suppression de la subvention de l'Etat accordée jusqu'ici via la DRAC. Une perte de 8000€, soit environ 10% du budget du festival. Malgré cela, l'association Indigo Moonshine a choisi de maintenir l'intégralité de sa programmation. Pour équilibrer ses comptes, elle compte sur le soutien accru des collectivités locales et sur la billetterie. Dans le Haut-Rhin, deux jeunes entrepreneurs s'engagent pour la planète. Marylin Ajoure-Apourou, créatrice de la marque Atelier Coeur Tisse, et Léo Guilbert, producteur et DJ, lancent une collection de 200 t-shirts numérotés en édition limitée. Fabriqués en coton bio et matériaux recyclés, ces vêtements mêlent mode et musique électronique autour d'un message en faveur des forêts. Vingt pour cent du chiffre d'affaires seront reversés à l'association all4trees, qui œuvre pour la protection et la restauration des forêts dans le monde. Les tee-shirts sont vendus exclusivement en ligne au prix de 34,95 euros l'unité. La saison estivale débute à Colmar avec une nouveauté. Ce samedi 13 juin, de 11h à 18h, aura lieu la première édition de la Maison des Associations en fête. Une journée pour inviter les Colmariens à découvrir les différentes associations. Parmi les 25 milliards d'euros annuels alloués au budget de la culture, moins d'un tiers irrigue réellement les territoires. Depuis quarante ans, le ministère, ses DRAC et ses technocrates parisiens promeuvent une culture hors-sol centraliste. Il est temps de passer à l'offensive. Le Puy du Fou (2,5 millions de visiteurs, 96 % autofinancé), Nadau qui remplit le Palais des Congrès sans France Inter, le succès de la Feria d'Arles et du festival photos de la Gacilly, quelle que soit l'étiquette de leurs maires, montrent bien qu'une autre politique est possible. La vraie fracture n'est pas partisane au sens du clivage gauche-droite, mais bien idéologique : entre ceux qui transmettent une civilisation vivante et ceux qui la diluent, entre ceux qui rassemblent et élèvent le peuple par le Beau et les fossoyeurs de tout cadre éthique et esthétique commun au motif que tout serait culture. Donc plus rien ne l'est.Reste encore à définir clairement ce que serait une véritable politique culturelle enracinée. Car la culture-gadget, propre à la société de consommation, domine, et il devient de plus en plus difficile de savoir ce qui relève de l'accessoire de la réelle culture, enracinée par définition.Cette nécessité obligera enfin le camp identitaire et patriote à entrer dans l'arène, où il devra prouver que ses intentions ne relèvent pas d'un attachement poussiéreux et réactionnaire aux vieilles pierres, mais bien d'une architecture pour l'avenir, solidement ancrée dans les fondations pluriséculaires de l'Europe.Viendra alors le temps de l'action. Oser prendre des initiatives dans un contexte hostile où, il faut le dire, la droite manque singulièrement d'audace, d'imagination et de curiosité. Sans parler d'une stratégie.Nous mettrons sur la table un certain nombre de sujets : les alliances culturelles au-delà des étiquettes : reniement ou intelligence ? La multiplication des initiatives (Les Murmures de la Cité, l'association Arcade, les festivals de musiques traditionnelles) : les coordonner ou les laisser essaimer ? Face au harcèlement de la gauche (pétitions, retraits de subventions, intimidations) : contre-attaquer ou contourner ? Les outils disponibles (DRAC, 1 % artistique, mécénat, budgets municipaux) : les réformer ou simplement s'en emparer ?Ensemble, nous mènerons un débat concret sur les possibilités réelles qui s'offrent à nous dans les champs locaux, nationaux et européens. De quoi esquisser, peut-être, un véritable manuel de combat culturel. Pour en discuter, nous recevons deux spécialistes de ces questions :Marguerite Frison-Roche : diplômée de Sciences Po, de la Sorbonne et de la Scala de Milan, et fondatrice du think tank Disruptif. Aujourd'hui, partons découvrir le mystérieux Drac, le diable du Rhône !Il existe, dans le sud de la France, une contrée merveilleuse, baignée de soleil, où l'eau est si bleue, et la pierre si blanche, qu'on l'a surnommée Belle Pierre, ou Beaucaire, dans la belle langue du pays. Le château de Beaucaire a des tours qui frôlent le ciel, et des murailles qui baignent dans le Rhône. Au bord du fleuve, les quais regorgent de marchands heureux, d'enfants qui jouent dans les fleurs, et de lavandières qui lavent leur linge en chantant. Mais il n'en a pas toujours été ainsi. Autrefois, ces eaux étaient sombres, pleines de brumes et de roseaux…Bonne écoute !

L'univers de fantasia de ‘Joc de Trons' arriba aquest dissabte a Lloret de Mar amb la presentació del llibre ‘Siete Reinos’, de Javier Marcos. La presentació als jardins de Santa Clotilde tindrà un component especial, ja que recinte van ser un dels escenaris de la primera temporada de ‘La Casa del Drac’, preqüela de ‘Joc de Trons’. El llibre neix de la feina que Marcos desenvolupa des del 2013 al portal Los Siete Reinos, una de les principals comunitats internacionals dedicades a l'univers creat per George R. R. Martin. L'autor explica que l'obra recull anys d'investigació sobre les novel·les, les sèries i els spin-offs, però també experiències personals viscudes durant els rodatges de ‘Joc de Trons’, ‘La Casa del Drac’ i ‘El cavaller dels Set Regnes’ a Espanya. Marcos assegura que ha pogut conèixer personalment George R. R. Martin i que el llibre inclou “la primera biografia que explica tota la història de l'autor” amb informació exclusiva. “És una investigació com no s'ha fet mai”, afirma. La jornada inclourà també una taula rodona centrada en el boom de les adaptacions de fantasia i ciència-ficció i en l'impacte turístic de les localitzacions de pel·lícules i sèries. Segons Marcos, actualment “allò ‘nerd’ i ‘freaky’ és una tendència predominant” i cada vegada hi ha més persones que viatgen als escenaris on s'han rodat les seves produccions preferides. Avui als jardins del Prado es presentarà 'No t'espantis Llucifer, sàtira i història local en els versos satírics del ball de diables i del Drac (1979-2025)', el llibre que parteix del treball d'Alba Gràcia que, l'any 2019, guanyà el premi de folklore Jofre Vilà impulsat pel Casino Prado. Fou el 1979 quan la colla Jove de diables edità el primer tríptic amb els versos, i el 1982 s'hi afegiren la colla Vella i la de l'ABPS. El llibre incorpora la relació dels prop de 1500 versos declamats fins avui, amb la incorporació de codis QR que dirigeixen a tot un seguit d'informació complementària, entre la qual hi ha els àudios dels versos publicats al web de Ràdio Maricel. Amb l'Alba hem conversat sobre els trets fonamentals de l'obra que aquesta tarda presentarà en companyia d'en Joan Ignasi Gómez.
