Die dispuut is nou voor die Kommissie vir Versoening, Bemiddeling en Arbitrasie en probeer om die voortgesette uitsluiting op te los. Voorstelle sluit in gewaarborgde afnaweke, skofruil-moontlikhede , en vergoeding wanneer daar op rusdae gewerk word. FlySafair het passasiers verseker daar sal geen vlugonderbrekings wees wanneer vlieëniers, wat hoofsaaklik deur Solidariteit verteenwoordig word, vandag begin staak nie. Die lugredery se finale meerjarige loonaanbod sluit ʼn salarisverhoging van 5,7-persent in asook bykomende aanpassings aan die vergoedingspakket. Solidariteit eis egter ʼn salarisverhoging van 10,5-persent vir 2025/2026. FlySafair se hoofbemarkingsbeampte, Kirby Gordon, het aan die SABC gesê sy huidige loonaanbod en roosteraanpassings is regverdig:
