THE FRIENDLY GHOST Trooth and Javie sit down on this episode and discuss sex, relationships and everything in between. They start off the bat with Javie telling us a story of scrolling on reddit and finding an image of a baddie. Both Trooth and Javie were admiring her body when to their surprise she was a transgender woman. Just took them by surprise and show their support for LGBTQIA community. And discuss how it is viewed in the straight hispanic community. Javie discusses his requirement that the Dodgers always come first. Watching the games is a must, does not matter if they are out on a date or not. If a homie tells him, he has tickets for the game he is willing to ditch the girl to watch the game. Javie talks about his most serious non relationship he has ever had and how being friends after a breakup with an ex should be normal. Except when Javie ghosts his girlfriend, instead of breaking up with her. This leads to the men having a discussion about “ghosting.” Javie and Trooth tell stories about him ghosting a girl. They coin a new term “Casper ghosting” where the person remains friendly and continues to like and comment on your social media posts but does not talk to you like before. This is done to maintain that line of communication open. Javie starts feeling a way because many lovely girls have experience this from him. Then, the next topic is cheating. Why did Trooth and Javie cheat in their previous relationships. Trooth stating it was a power thing and Javie putting it on boredom. They then discuss what would happen if their significant other was the one cheating on them. They start off by defining cheating and how they would react. Javie and Trooth get serious and discuss Javie and dating. Is he finally ready to settle down. He says he is ready to change his ways if the right girl came about. BONUS EPISODE! Finally, part 2 of the drunken night with Trooth, Tall Can Javie and the lovely Daddylicious & Throat Baby. This episode picks up where they left off on Episode 46Pt.1. Daddylicious and Throat Baby tells us about their relationship's status. Throat Baby gives us a story of a man who ghosted her after she told him, she was not looking for a relationship. Trooth explains to the pod that when a man gets hurt, they typically don't know how to take it like a G and resort to being malicious or defensive. Resorting to measures like insulting or blocking you on social media. Trooth tells the pod why he does not allow his girlfriends to spending money on him but how it hurt him that his current girlfriend won't ever buy a PlayStation 5. Throat baby tries to convince them that sometimes women just like giving men gift because it makes them happy. She once bought art supplies for a guy she was with, and it made her happy to see his reaction. The group then gets sexual and start off by saying where the craziest place is they fucked. Javie gives us a list of places including the side of the road, at a park, and in the bathroom. Trooth tells us a story of having sex with a lady and being caught by her 23 years old son. Throat baby and Daddylicious join in on the fun. They start playing the game “Would you rather... accidentally send your parents your sex video or accidentally seeing their video?” They all give hilarious responses. Daddylicious and Throat Baby even tells us about the time she got caught by her ex-mother in law in the act. Javie tells us he lets his women do the walk of shame in front of this parents. And Trooth gives us his views on it. Trooth and the crew have an interesting debate that “If a man mentions another girl up in conversation, it does not mean they have feelings for them.” Trooth gives an example that he met a dope softball mom and mentions it to his girlfriend who then tells him go be with her, because he wouldn't stop talking about her. Back by popular demand the Trooth Be Told Podcast crew get together and have a Finger Lickin Good episode. They dive right in and discuss Javie's dislike in big women. Javie tells us about two baddies he met on a Sunday outing and how he licks one of their fingers and toes while at the bar. This leads to the crew to discuss how easier it is to hit on women out and about than online. It is more genuine to show someone in person who you than by posting pictures on social media that you interested in. Trooth goes on a mini rant about other men giving wrong advice on how to meet women. For example, some men post pictures on social media pretending to be someone they are not and end up deceiving these women. Then the crew answers the question ‘is there something bad with a woman if she is single too long?' Do you want an item if it has been on sale for over a year? They range from a month to years. Each giving their input on why that time limit is the best. The Crew then play some mini games starting off by Javie bringing up a funny idea for Trooth and Chris to pretend they have broken up with their current girlfriends, they would have to guess what each member would say after the breakup. Then they bring back the game of Fuck, Marry, Kill. And Trooth shout outs another podcast called Human Values for this idea of a game. “What is the minimum amount of $$ that it would take for you that anytime they take a picture nude or not, it immediately gets posted on social media and you cannot deal it.” After some fun, Javie gets the men to get deep by asking the crew “What made you a hoe?” Trooth states he likes the power, the chase of getting a girl who acts like she is not easy to get and the relationship that changed his heart. Javie shares his past traumatic relationship where physical altercations were a normal and she slept with his then best friend, and how that changed his stance on relationships. Chris gives us his story of catching his ex-girlfriend cheating and why he was never the same after. The podcast is a bit all over the place. He spent 25 years as a referee in the NBA, officiating over 1,400 regular season games, 240 playoff games, 23 NBA Finals games, and two All-Star Games. He has also been a rules analyst for ESPN/ABC. Earlier in his career he was a referee in the CBA, which followed time that he had spent as a minor league baseball umpire, himself having played in the Baltimore Orioles organization at the minor league level after pitching for Temple University. In high school he had achieved All-Catholic honors in both baseball and basketball in his Junior and Senior years. Four years ago he was inducted to the National Polish-American Sports Hall of Fame, and last month he was the recipient of Sports Faith International's Father Smyth Award. In 2019 he was ordained a Deacon in the Catholic Church and just celebrated the two-year anniversary.

Javie was diagnosed with heart disease back in 2003 at age 35 and has overcome many battles on his journey since then. He has aggressive heart disease in his family history and lost his father to it when he was 16. His father was 47 years old. He's come through a quadruple bypass at age 40, 10 stents, a heart attack, and many other challenges fighting this disease. However, he remains focused on his faith in God, his family, his purpose and living his life to the fullest.  Over the years he has continually challenged himself to further his education in fitness, nutrition and mindset. From becoming a personal trainer in 2013, getting an Exercise Therapy certification in 2021, to living a plant based nutrition lifestyle that has completely reversed the progression of his Coronary Artery Disease, he is committed to overcoming heart disease and teaching and empowering others to do the same.   Jessica has fought alongside Javie for over a decade and has always shared his perspective and positive outlook on life. She has a deep faith that sustains her and her commitment to her family overcoming this disease.  She too was certified in 2013 in personal training, as well as becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2010. Health and wellness have played a large role in her life and she continues to pursue education in the area of nutrition. She is passionate about cooking, developing delicious and innovative plant based recipes, disease prevention, and teaching people how to incorporate healthy plant based nutrition for heart disease into their lives so they can achieve longevity. In addition to her health and wellness training, she is also a contracted business coach for multiple companies where she helps entrepreneurs build their businesses, reach their goals, and impact lives through their calling.

This is how today's guest, Javie Lopez, views the forced downtime in 2020, and he has been grinding harder than ever before. As a consummate multi-hyphenate, Javie is an artist, producer, DJ, videographer, director, and Founder and Creative Director of Graffiti The City. Along with this, he is a great friend, a die-hard supporter of the arts, and all-round dope, positive guy. In this episode, we talk about how he has been making the most of a clearer than usual schedule and the importance of not making excuses and staying savvy. Unexpected events serve as catalysts to redirect you in ways you could not have imagined earlier in life. The story of Steve Javie's journey to find his life's mission is remarkable.  And while his particular path or religion may not be relevant to you, his lessons learned just might be helpful in your unique midlife transition. Bio  A highly regarded referee in the National Basketball Association for 25 years, Steve Javie officiated 1,514 regular-season games, 243 playoff games, and 23 NBA Finals games, from the 1986-87 season to the 2010-11 season. Highly respected for his game management skills, Javie was also a Crew Chief for 22 years. During his career, he was a board member of the National Basketball Referees Association and a key contract negotiator. Steve retired from the NBA in 2011 - and in 2012 began a seven-year course of study --- in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to become a Deacon in the Catholic Church. He was ordained on June 8th, 2019, and serves as an ordained Deacon at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Newtown, Pennsylvania. First of all, number one, since you've probably been working for a number of years, don't jump into something right away too quickly. Take that quiet time. Get that adjustment period to get to know your wife again, your family again, if you have any children at home. If not, maybe get to know that person who's put up with us all these years and are [also] working. And don't jump right into another phone call because your ego says, 'Hey, you know,  this company wants me or that company wants me to be a consultant or they're going to pay me this' I think we deserve it to just sit back and relax. And I think within six months to a year or whatever it may be, I think then you can say, you know what, I'm ready to maybe do something." On The Importance of Mentors ... and Learning from Mistakes "I really believe that having great mentors is what it takes to be a successful official. One of the reasons ...I learned this at an early age and I preached this a lot when I speak to younger officials at the high school level, you really have to be objective with yourself. You really have to be able to look at these game films...and be objective. "I missed this call" - it's the hardest thing in the world to do for humans. You really have to admit your mistakes to be able to do that. Because I think, once you make your mistake, then you find out the big question you always say, when you make a mistake, (when watching video) is, 'Why, why did I make that mistake? Why did I blow the whistle? Or why didn't I blow the whistle? And I think if you can get to that point of admitting your mistake, swallowing your pride and saying, Okay, why did I do this wrong? Well, how can I improve? Was my positioning this way? Did I guess, did I have an open look on the play? There are so many questions you have to ask yourself. As I tell every young referee, be objective, admit your mistakes...But I can just relate it to everyday life too. I think it's really kind of cool that we can, as human beings, at times admit our mistakes. And it makes things a lot easier." "W programowaniu zawsze urzekał mnie końcowy efekt widziany przez użytkownika: dostarczenie usługi, usprawnienie procesu, oszczędność czasu czy większa skalowalność. Niezależnie od tego czy kodowałem w AC LOGO, TurboPascalu, Basicu, C, Javie, Scali, czy JavaScript, użytkownik i jego wyzwania były zawsze na pierwszym miejscu. W ciągu 12 lat profesjonalnej działalności miałem możliwość pracować w wielu krajach (Polska, Niemcy, USA, Holandia, UK, Szwajcaria) i dla różnorodnych firm (od małych startup-ów po największe firmy IT takie jak IBM czy Google). Od strony teoretycznej starałem się zgłębić tajniki interakcji pomiędzy człowiekiem a komputerem podczas (niestety nieukończonych :)) studiów doktoranckich na Hasselt University w Belgii. Od 5 lat pracuję w Google i, mimo że programowanie nie jest już moim głównym zajęciem, nadal staram się zmieniać świat na lepsze poprzez technologię, prowadząc zespół odpowiedzialny za globalny program Google Developers Experts." Mikołaj obecnie pracuje dla Trivago w Dortmundzie. Swoją przygodę z programowaniem rozpoczął od pisania pluginów do Minecrafta w Javie, lecz mimo krótkiego stażu programował już całe aplikacje w wielu innych językach. Jako asystent na uniwersytecie pracował nad siecią społecznościową Quartiersnetz, a w Trivago zajmuje się programowaniem narzędzi i infrastruktury odpowiedzialnej za dostarczanie obrazków. Po kilku sukcesach na hackathonach zdecydował się zorganizować własny hackathon i tak narodził się DO!Hack - pierwszy hackathon zorganizowany przez studentów w NRW. Agata na codzień mieszka i pracuje w Dropboksie w Nowym Jorku. Zaczęła od pisania programów w LOGO. Skończyła studia na MIMie w Warszawie, w międzyczasie parając się pracą programisty w kilku polskich firmach - od klepania aplikacji webowych w django, po pisanie oprogramowania na terminale płatnicze w C i Javie. Przed podjęciem decyzji o przeprowadzce i pracy w korpo odbyła staż w Google w Londynie oraz zwiedziła siedzibę Facebooka w Menlo Park przy okazji udziału w Facebook Hackathon Global Finals w 2015. Obecnie pracuje w Dropboksie i zajmuje się szerokopojętą infrastrukturą w Paper Infra Team, a także odpowiada za działania nowojorskiego biura nakierowane na promocję programowania m.in. wśród kobiet.
