It's Friday, April 4th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Chinese Communists sentence pastor to 5-year prison sentence The Chinese Communists have sentenced Pastor Wan Changchun of Living Stone Reformed House Church to a five-year prison sentence, reports International Christian Concern. The church is located in the city of Bengbu in the Anhui Province in Eastern China, As reported by Bitter Winter Magazine, Pastor Changchun was arrested in April 2023 for alleged fraud connected to the operation of his house church. However, Chinese communist officials often falsely use fraud allegations and charges to accuse, harass, arrest, and ultimately imprison Christians, especially pastors, to attempt to shut down their unregistered house churches. The pastor was one of the house church leaders who signed the statement against the repressive 2017 Regulation on Religious Affairs. The Chinese government has long considered religion an existential threat to the state's authority. Despite the unjust punishment, Pastor Changchun has echoed the words of Peter who said in Acts 5:29, “We must obey God rather than men.” Democrat Sen. Cory Booker's record-breaking speech championed the Left Democratic Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey officially broke the record previously held by the late Republican Senator Strom Thurmond of South Carolina by delivering the longest continuous floor speech in Senate history, reports The Epoch Times. He began his speech at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31st. Here are some highlights. BOOKER: “I rise with the intention of disrupting the normal business of the United States Senate for as long as I am physically able.” The Senator talked about how liberals, who have believed the lies of the mainstream media, are quaking in their boots about Trump's re-election. BOOKER: “They're writing me letters with words like ‘fear' and ‘terror.' They're talking about staying up at night and not being able to sleep because they don't have a president that comforts them.” Senator Booker took a page from Republican candidate Ronald Reagan, who asked the American people this question in 1979 in his race against Democratic President Jimmy Carter. REAGAN: “Are you better off than you were four years ago?” After only two months into Trump's second term, following four years of Joe Biden, Booker asked this ridiculous question. BOOKER: “I ask you, ‘Are you better off than you were 72 days ago economically?' Prices are up. Stock markets down. The risk of recession is climbing. Consumer confidence is in the gutter.” Like most of the Leftists in the Democratic Party today, Booker played the class warfare card. BOOKER: “We have more billionaires than any other country. Does that speak to the greatness of our nation? No. I think the things that speak to the greatness of a nation is how do we take care of each other?” And, by taking care of each other, he was not referring to the Christian concept of helping one another out of one's own resources, but the idea of redistributing wealth of other people with tax money. BOOKER: “I've had farmers from New Jersey to Texas coming to my office about this president freezing contracts that we approved in a bipartisan manner, putting them in financial crisis. It's not right or left. It's right or wrong. It's not a partisan moment. It's an American moment. It's a moral moment.” Rejecting the premise that Americans can better determine how to spend their own heard-earned money, Booker advocated for at least maintaining the high rate of taxation. BOOKER: “You don't need more tax cuts. And we, as a society, have an obligation to each other.” As of 7:19 p.m. ET on Tuesday, April 1, Booker had spoken for 24 hours and 19 minutes, a minute longer than Strom Thurmond's 1957 filibuster of the Civil Rights Act of 1957. Most filibusters on the Senate floor are motivated by opposition to a proposed bill. In this case, he used his time to object to the entirety of the Trump agenda. Booker finally yielded the floor at 8:05 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1st, with his time on the floor clocking in at a total of 25 hours and 5 minutes. Not only had he stood the whole time, but he never took a restroom break by fasting ahead of time and by dehydrating himself. Throughout his Senate filibuster, he took some occasional sips of water. Dow Jones drops 1,100 points a day after Trump tariff announcement The three major U.S. stock indexes dropped on the morning of April 3 after President Donald Trump announced sweeping tariffs of 10 percent or higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunging by 1,100 points by noon yesterday, reports The Epoch Times. Aside from the Dow Jones tumbling, the S&P 500 Index dropped by 3.5 percent, and the Nasdaq Composite slid by more than 4.7 percent at about 9:35 a.m. EST. However, advocates of the Trump tariffs believe the economic pain will be momentary, as he uses them as leverage to achieve fair trade long-term. Trump's ban on trans troops halted A three-judge panel on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a request from President Donald Trump's administration to pause a lower court's decision blocking enforcement of a ban on trans-identified military service members, reports The Christian Post. The Pentagon argued that trans-identified soldiers compromise "military readiness." By denying the administration's request, the appellate court left in place the preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, late last month. In essence, the 9th Circuit Court ruling prevented the Trump administration from removing trans-identifying service members. ‘Angel Eye Camera' lets parents of premature babies check-in And finally, 1 in every 10 women in the United States will experience the premature birth of their child. A heroic organization is helping these women keep two eyes on their baby in the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit, even if they are miles away, reports GoodNewsNetwork.org. Called the AngelEye System, developed by the firm of the same name, it's a camera with a remotely-accessible 24-hour feed that's mounted via a boom arm onto any of the beds or tables an infant may be placed on. It allows the parents, who may not always be able to stay with their child, to keep an eye on them whenever nerves or separation anxiety strike. Thanks to advances in medical science, premature birth is a challenge that can be reliably overcome. Philadelphia's Lauren Walsh had to face this exact situation when her third baby, John, was born prematurely at 32 weeks, not even weighing two pounds. John required a 61-day stay in the NICU. The AngelEye Camera was a lifeline for his mom and dad who could check up on him at any point by switching the camera feed on from their phones or computers. No doubt, the presence of the AngelEye Camera lowered the parents' anxiety, making it easier to abide by the counsel of 1 Peter 5:7 which says, “Cast all your anxiety on God, because He cares for you." On this week's edition of the podcast we discuss the continuing rise of 21-year-old Holywood sensation Tom McKibbin who qualified for the Open Championship in Royal Troon and cracked the top-100 in the world for the first time. A terrific Women's Amateur Championship was played at Portmarnock Golf Club with many of the Irish amateurs hoping that they can emulate what Lauren Walsh has done in recent weeks as she finished third at the Swiss Open, narrowly missing out on a maiden LET win.

Ireland's newest female professional golfer, Lauren Walsh joins us on the podcast this week to talk through finishing up her time at Wake Forest and turning her attention to the professional game! Lauren Walsh is looking forward to joining Leona Maguire and Stephanie Meadow on the LPGA Tour after clinching the winning point to help Wake Forest claim their first NCAA Division 1 Women's title in Arizona. The Castlewarden star (22), a two-time Curtis Cup player, turned professional this summer and is heading for the LPGA Tour Q-School. The Time of the Feminine Podcast hosts Shaina Connors and Lauren Walsh explore into the root of the imbalance that has caused disconnection and dysfunction within humanity and explore the rise of the feminine to restore balance to the world. In this episode, Shaina and Lauren discuss mediumship, the phenomenon of communicating with spirits or the deceased. To begin the conversation, Lauren reads a prayer for the consecration of words, asking for protection and guidance as they delve into a vulnerable and potentially scary topic. Shaina and Lauren share their personal experiences with mediumship, including their own awakenings to empathetic and clairvoyant gifts and the challenges that can come with having such abilities. The hosts also discuss the opportunity for women to work with two powerful, humble mediums in the Amazon rainforest in January, who will teach empathetic and clairvoyant gifts to those who desire to use them for the healing of their family lineages and to plant seeds for a new time on Earth. Shaina and Lauren also touch on the importance of discernment in the mediumship process, as well as the responsibility that comes with using these gifts. They encourage listeners to trust their own experiences and not to be afraid of the unknown, as it can lead to growth and healing. In conclusion, Shaina and Lauren remind listeners that the rise of the feminine is about creating a new story on Earth and paving the way for a more balanced and harmonious future. By exploring and embracing our own gifts and abilities, we can contribute to this new narrative and work towards creating a better world for all. What we discuss: 00:05 – "Consecration of Words" 07:13 – How Lauren became a medium at the age of 13 13:03 - The beauty of authentic stillness and authentic humility 28:10 - Connecting spiritual guides through prayer 34:02 - importance of having a conversation with your spiritual connection with yourself. 38:46 - The prayers at Santa Casa To sign up for Spiritually Guided which begins on January 17th. Not women golfers, I try and do that as best I can (Hazel Kavangh, Beth Coulter, Lauren Walsh, Mary Doyle, Rebecca Codd, Olivia Mehaffey etc) I mean the whole area of womens golf in golf clubs and in the golf industry itself. The reasons why women don't generally play. How do golf clubs and culture need to change. What do men do that annoy women golfers. Why women are better than men at golf. Questions women have before getting started. I've tried cover as many bases in today's episode! I must also thank Jen Feighery and Noelle Francisco for their time and contributing to today's episode. Our conversation on this week's episode of the B&H Photography Podcast is about the challenges that the practice of photojournalism faced during, and in the wake of, the monumental year, 2020. With the Coronavirus pandemic and the protests following the murder of George Floyd news photographers and editors were faced with situations few had ever experienced. To their credit, the institution as a whole, worked through it, adapted their workflows, and continued to produce honest journalism in the face of many dangers. Our guests to discuss this topic are Lauren Walsh and Danese Kenon. Author, Lauren Walsh is a past guest on our show and her recent book “Through the Lens: The Pandemic and Black Lives Matter” addresses the challenges for photojournalism brought by the Covid pandemic and the protests and politics of 2020. It is a wonderful collection of interviews with noted photojournalists and editors who worked through the events of that unprecedented year. Danese Kenon is the Managing Editor of Visuals at the "Philadelphia Inquirer" and has held many positions as both photojournalist and editor at publications such as "The Indianapolis Star", "The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette" and "Tampa Bay Times". Kenon, who is interviewed in Walsh's new book, lived the events we are considering and brings her first-hand perspective to our conversation. With Walsh and Kenon we first discuss the procedures brought to photojournalism by the coronavirus, how photographers were able to safely cover this story and how editors supported that mission. We then address the new challenges brought by the large-scale Black Lives Matter marches and the dangers, not only of disease, but of clashes between protesters and police and violence directed directly at the media. We talk about simple workflow changes, such as how photographers got access to photography and protective gear, how a living room or even a car became a de facto newsroom, and how editors scheduled and safeguarded their photography staffs. The courage as well as the emotional toll taken on photographers and editors who had never worked in such conditions before is also part of our conversation and we ask about establishing new training and support methods. Finally, we discuss the work that was produced, how shooting styles and relationship with subjects adapted and how photographers and editors collaborated to create honest and nuanced documents of this unprecedented year. Hello, 2021! The podcast is officially back! This year I decided to be extra intentional with how I rang in the new year. And no, I am not talking about what I did when the clock struck midnight, because in all honesty, I was passed out by 11pm. I am talking about the process that I went through to ensure that I adequately closed the door on 2020 and then intentionally walked forward into 2021. The process started weeks ago with figurative and literal detox sessions ranging from green tea baths and ginger tea to burning letters in my backyard. I also took the time to plan ahead in every single area of my life. And this week on the podcast, I am taking you through the entire process while also sharing my NUMBER ONE thing that you need to work on in order to make your New Year's Resolutions stick. If you're looking to make real, lasting change this year, you're going to want to tune in. - In each episode of Life With LW, mompreneur, wife and girl boss Lauren Walsh shares her insights on all things life, career, and the perfect imbalance (yes, you read that right) between all of it. It’s no question that it’s a tough time in our country. We all know it. We’ve all been affected by it in some way or another. And as hard as it is, as tired as some of us are, it’s a blessing. Because people are waking up. Not everyone. But some. For me, part of this awakening has been two fold: 1. The pandemic has forced me out of my comfort zone and into a place that required massive innovation. 2. It’s stretched me to want to be a part of the change that has been necessary for a long time. You’re probably wondering where the title of this episode came in. And it was a question that was posed to me last week during a deep conversation about racial injustice. For those who don’t know. I launched an e-course right about the time that George Floyd was killed and as I watched people post their black squares, share their quotes, and seek out organizations to donate to, I felt called to be a part of the change. So as I went back and forth on whether to go forward with the start date, or to postpone it a week or two… I prayed long and hard. And committed to moving forward with what felt right. And as the last spot in the course was filled, without any additional posts on social, I decided to move forward, but with an added later. So we ordered the books White Fragility and Code of the Streets for every member of the course and implemented a weekly conversation, to be led by black women, on the basis of racial injustice. No question or topic was off the table. We encouraged the women to ask the hard questions. We encouraged our black leaders to call us out when our questions or comments could be viewed as racist. And we committed to taking what we learned from each conversation and sharing it with at least one person outside the group. I just wrapped up my second course and that same discussion about race, systemic racism, and injustice happened every single week. And last week, while we shared opinions of what was happening in Wisconsin, across the country, and in the NBA, one of the women posed a question to me, and asked how I will feel about all of this if our son, who is just weeks away from being born, comes out with dark skin - and therefore could very much be any of these black men who in some way or another died for the color of their skin… Tune in as I share my response, along with my thoughts on how I truly wish that we would all take responsibility to be the change that we wish, and need, to see in the world. - In each episode of Life With LW, mompreneur, wife and girl boss Lauren Walsh shares her insights on all things life, career, and the perfect imbalance (yes, you read that right) between all of it. The life of an entrepreneur is anything but easy. However, for some reason, it seems like all that everyone wants to talk about is the success and final outcome, leaving most with a skewed idea of what this type of life is really like. It's also one of the reasons that most first time entrepreneurs have to figure things out the hard way. In this episode, Lauren talks with Daniel Hennes, CEO of Engage to dig into all of the realities of life as an entrepreneur, including the struggles, the personal growth, and everything in between. Lauren and Daniel also discuss their own habits and perspectives that have aided in their success, along with their personal growth and development. Do you have a big dream? Of course you do. We all do. But for most people at some point life gets in the way and that dream gets pushed to the side, eventually feeling so far away that there’s no way that it could ever become reality. For some it’s kids, bills, or a 9-5 and for others it’s a lack of resources, not enough hours in the day, and little to no motivation. This week Lauren is sharing her philosophy on Big Dreams and the idea that we're all living on borrowed time - which makes it that much more important to overcome all of the obstacles standing in your way, and finally go for it. You'll also learn how Lauren has leveraged her Big Dream and ability to move outside of her comfort zone to maximize her effort during the pandemic, which has subsequently led to an increase in revenue and success in her business. - In each episode of Life With LW, mompreneur, wife and girl boss Lauren Walsh shares her insights on all things life, career, and the perfect imbalance (yes, you read that right) between all of it. This week Lauren is joined by Jordan Howlett for a riveting conversation about defying the odds, racism, and the reality of what it's like to grow up as a black man in America. It was an email to one of Lauren's clients that first connected her to Jordan. He had just released his documentary about his personal journey through life and his baseball career, and was looking to get the word out there. In addition to sharing the video on social media, and offering up additional ways to market it, Lauren also wanted Jordan to share his story for her listeners. In light of our country's most recent events, Lauren and Jordan also dig into the issues of injustice and racism, while Jordan also shares some of his own personal experience of what life as a black man in America has been like. Travis King talks with the Founder of LW Branding, Lauren Walsh about how not every single athlete is marketable, common misconceptions about what personal branding is, impact, not being afraid to lose friends and more. Episode Highlights: Not every single professional athlete is marketable. Your Personal Brand is who you are. You have to be able to humanize yourself and let people in. Let them know what the things are that make you normal outside your sport. There should be a healthy balance between the parents and some form of a mentor. Have very clear open conversations with the kids and share insight about the repercussions. What can you do to add value and positivity to the world? Go do something new and go Live. Terrell Owens even made his own workout equipment. Twice a day Group Yoga Meditations in Chicago. The biggest thing is not letting money get to you. It's when you realize that you have the power and a purpose on this earth to change people's lives. If all you do is impact one person's life, then what you did was with it. So many things like your work ethic, healthy habits, and even connections can be transitioned into the "real world". Don't be afraid to lose friends. 3 Favorite Points: Your Personal Brand is WHO you are Ask yourself "what can I do to add value and positivity to the world?" Don't be afraid to lose friends. With an exhibition of his 40-year photographic career opening at the Rubin Museum of Art, in New York, photojournalist and social justice activist Shahidul Alam was kind enough to join us on the B&H Photography Podcast to discuss the current exhibit, his career, and the state of photojournalism around the world. Also joining us is scholar, archivist, and the author of Conversations on Conflict Photography, Dr. Lauren Walsh. Truth to Power is the name of the Alam’s exhibition and it is “a tribute to the numerous acts of resistance all across the globe and gives hope to those who continue to believe that a better world is possible.” As the name indicates, Alam’s work confronts the injustices in his native Bangladesh, where he has spent a career photographing natural disasters, social inequalities, street protests, migrant workers, and investigating those murdered or kidnapped. He also founded the Chobi Mela Photography Festival and the Drik and Majority World photo agencies, which has enabled countless photographers a better chance to have their stories seen by a larger audience. In addition to learning about Alam’s career, his 2018 arrest, and his selection as one of Time magazine’s 2018 “Persons of the Year,” we discuss with Walsh and Alam many topics crucial to an understanding of modern photojournalism. We ask about how to shape a visual narrative for maximum effect, about the benefits of including graphic violence in an edit, and how journalists must protect themselves, not just from physical attacks, but from cyber and social media attacks. We also discuss the importance (and the dangers) of local journalists covering their own stories. Join us for this incredibly compelling episode. Do you have undeveloped rolls of film that have been sitting around forever? Maybe you don’t even realize that you have unprocessed rolls from the “good ol’ days of analog” in an old camera bag or a dresser drawer. Now is the time to look into this matter and have the chance to explore and share your memories, perhaps even rediscover events and people that memory has left behind. On this week’s episode of the B&H Photography Podcast, we welcome the directors of Lost Rolls America, Ron Haviv and Lauren Walsh. Inspired by Haviv’s own The Lost Rolls book, they have initiated this project to create a national archive of lost, yet now found, images “to form a collective memory that prioritizes the role of photos in constructing our personal and shared pasts. In revisiting the past, this project also encourages contemplation of how the present and future will be remembered.” The idea is simple, but one look at the growing archive and the memories shared, and it becomes clear how powerful this project can be. With Haviv and Walsh, we recount the genesis of the project, how PhotoShelter, PhotoWings, and FUJIFILM came onboard as partners, and they offer insight on the future plans for the project. They also discuss a few of the more interesting images and recollections submitted, how the submission process works and, of course, they encourage our listeners to submit lost rolls. Ron Haviv is a is an Emmy nominated, award-winning photojournalist and co-founder of the photo agency VII, dedicated to documenting conflict and raising awareness about human rights issues around the globe. He has worked in more than one hundred countries and published four critically acclaimed collections of photography. His work has been featured in numerous museums and galleries, including the Louvre, the United Nations, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Lauren Walsh is a professor and writer who teaches at The New School and NYU, where she is the Director of NYU Gallatin’s Photojournalism Lab. She is editor of Macondo, a photo book documenting the long-term conflict in Colombia, and coeditor of the collection, The Future of Text and Image, as well as the Millennium Villages Project, a photography book about efforts to relieve extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. She has appeared on CNN as a scholar of photography and digital culture, as well as in the documentary 9/11: Ten Years Later. Guests: Lauren K. “Athletes are figuring out how to leverage who they are, where they came from, what they’re known for, and then how to make money off of that for the rest of their lives.” Professional athletes are faced with countless decisions, both on and off the field, and many struggle with the weight of making the right choices. My guest today, Lauren Walsh, is making a name for herself in a male-dominated industry, adding her secret sauce to directly help athletes with much of what happens off the field, especially regarding their branding, social impact, and how they are seen to the public. “It’s nothing to do with that he’s not intelligent or he didn’t have the schooling. The reality was that he had spent so much of his life focused on football, and some of the general life skills that we take for granted he just didn’t have.” We have all seen and read what happens to the reputations of some athletes when they are left unchecked and they unleash on social media, ruining their images and enormous earning potential. Lauren urges athletes to start managing their brand as early as possible, controlling how they are viewed, and setting themselves up for decades of continued financial rewards. “It’s not about the sales pitch, it’s not about me saying ‘Oh, I’m so good about this or I can do that’, it’s showing. Especially in the world of professional sports, show them where you add the value and everything else falls into place.” Throughout my chat with Lauren, you will be impressed with how poised, confident and knowledgeable she truly is within the branding and marketing space as it pertains to athletes, We talk about the importance of sending the right message, how your sales pitch is virtually irrelevant as long as you produce results, and how she was even tasked with getting an NFL star blinds for his new apartment once he was traded, just a small example of her versatility! You’ll enjoy this episode, give it a listen! “I encourage our clients to be who they are on social media- there’s nothing worse than when you see an inauthentic post- you know when someone else wrote it. However, if something happens, you have an idea or you make someone laugh, chances are there are over 1000 people on Twitter who are going to laugh with you too. Be yourself and understand there is going to be a market for that.” Some Topics we talk about in this episode: Introduction - 0:53 Building a Brand - 4:00 Mentoring Athletes at Purdue - 5:53 LW Branding is Born - 10:12 The First Big Moment for LW - 11:58 NBA Draft Pick is the First Client - 13:10 How LW Leveraged Her First Client 13:54 What the Expectations are of Your Agent 16:41 A Male Dominated Industry 18:54 The Weight of the Referral 20:38 Relationship Building 22:07 Build Your Brand Now 23:12 The Big Picture Guide 25:37 The Present and Future Clientele of LW 29:08 Guidelines of Social Media 32:00 Wrap-up and Takeaways - 33:00 How to get involved Be sure to connect with me on Social Media @MarkMoyerCoach and go to my website, www.markmoyer.com to get access to the tips and strategies that my coaching clients get directly. Under starry skies, we took our recorders and headphones to a collection of shipping containers in Brooklyn, known as Photoville 2018 and Photoville did not disappoint—what a wonderful collection of photo exhibits. The exhibits span the breadth photography, but with an overarching theme rooted firmly in documentary and social justice photography. Many shows were sponsored—by the U.S. Marines, by magazines, universities, or collectives; others were curated by New York Public School children, and another by the New York Municipal Archives. As in years past, it was a wonderful, perspective-expanding experience run by people who love photography. We chatted with organizers and photographers from a handful of the exhibitions. First on today’s B&H Photography Podcast, we speak with Michael Lorenzini, from the Municipal Archives of the NYC Department of Records. Lorenzini, along with co-curator Matthew Minor, organized the exhibit “NYC Work and Working,” a beautiful selection of images from the collection of the WPA Federal Writer's Project. In addition to discussing the current exhibition, Lorenzini offers details on the Municipal Archive itself, its mission and the multitude of historical collections it houses. Staying in the New York groove, we met with the instructors and students from the High School of Art and Design and the High School of Fashion Industries. These photography programs, taught by Brenna McLaughlin and Ben Russell, respectively, have been a part of these high schools for decades and embrace traditional darkroom and digital techniques, offering work experience in photography, as well. The students were kind enough to wait for us to arrive after a long day of discussing their work with fellow students during New York Public School day at Photoville. Next, we speak with Pablo Farias, Isaac Guzman, and Vanessa Crowley of the exhibit, "conSEQUENCIAS/conSEQUENCES" presented by Bats'i LAB. This exhibit and its organizers are invested in creating a photographic community in Chiapas, Mexico. After a short break, we continue with photojournalist Ron Haviv and Dr. Lauren Walsh of The VII Foundation exhibit. The focus of our chat is their upcoming film “Biography of a Photo," which traces the impact of two photographs Haviv took earlier in his career, which have left indelible marks on the countries in which they were taken. Both photographs capture isolated acts of cruelty within societies in conflict, and do so with such resonance that they have become iconic images within those societies. Our next stop is the container curated by the Authority Collective and their exhibit “The Lit List: 30 Under-the-Radar Photographers," a show presenting thirty interesting photographers whose work deserves attention. We speak with one of the photographers, Arlene Mejorada, and organizers of the Authority Collective, which describes itself as a group of womxn, femmes, trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people of color reclaiming their authority in the photography, film and VR/AR industries. Finally, we speak with Crista Dix of wall space creative, and artist Deborah Bay about their exhibit, “Internal Ballistics.” The work here is more accurately categorized as “art” photography, but its beautiful cross-section depictions of bullets and the abstract damage they create fosters an interesting debate about gun violence. Join us for this interesting set of conversations. Guests: Ben Russell, Brenna McLaughlin, Erika Perez, Yaqueline Garcia-Hernandez, Sumona Islam, Tais Rivera, Michael Lorenzini, Pablo Farias, Isaac Guzman, Vanessa Crowley, Ron Haviv, Dr. Lauren Walsh, Arlene Mejorada, Mary Kang, Elaine Cromie, Deborah Bay, and Crista Dix Photograph © John Harris

After many years and countless eons of discussion, finally the time hath come for us to have Lauren Walsh, druid artist from the stars, on the Constantly Calibrating Podcast. Our team has known Lauren for arguably longer than there has been a podcast, but the timing of appearances was just never right. We also forgot to actually ask her at any point, which may have been a major deciding factor. But never fear, for Lauren Walsh made her triumphant appearance from within her glorious, and oddly witch-like studio. So, with that in mind, allow us to entertain you with tales of her friendship with Brad & Ryan, stories of getting into the World of Warcraft, a journey into discovering that art school is crap and learning to art is best done on your own, and some flowing thoughts on the fact that you should frelling pay artists for their frelling work!! That being said, it's a good show. It's a lovely show. It's a show you an take home to your parents when you're ready to settle down. We'll be here, waiting for you. Make sure to subscribe and follow at the below locations, and leave a review if you feel so inclined. It would help us to continue growing and bringing in more awesome guests.
