Super Bowl LX is finally here, as the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks will do battle on Sunday for the right to hoist the Lombardy Trophy and declare themselves champions of the 2025 season. New England is back in the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2018 season, back when Tom Brady was at the helm. The Patriots advanced through the AFC playoffs thanks to consecutive victories over the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans and Denver Broncos. They won a snowy, mistake-filled AFC title game in Denver two weeks ago, claiming the conference championship over a Broncos team that was starting its backup quarterback in Jarrett Stidham but that nonetheless stayed in the game throughout.Seattle is back on this stage for the first time since making the Super Bowl in back-to-back years in 2013 and 2014. The Seahawks earned a first-round bye in the playoffs thanks to claiming the No. 1 seed in the NFC and then defeated the division rival San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams in consecutive weeks to claim the conference championship. The title game itself was a rollicking, back-and-forth affair wherein Sam Darnold slayed some demons and took down the Rams with a three-touchdown performance. This game itself is a rematch of the Super Bowl over a decade ago where the Pats defeated the Seahawks thanks to Malcolm Butler's miraculous goal-line interception that stopped the Seahawks from claiming back-to-back Super Bowls. Many fans already have their favourites, and sports analysts and so called experts have also made their predictions-- now it Billi and Cav's turn. The San Francisco 49ers are officially searching for their next defensive coordinator, and this hire could change everything. With the defense at a crossroads, the front office has to get this one right. In this video, I break down the top candidates to become the 49ers' next defensive coordinator, what each coach brings to the table, and who fits best with the current roster and personnel. From proven veterans to rising names, we're looking at scheme fits, pressure packages, secondary development, and how this defense can get back to dominating. The 49ers have Super Bowl expectations, and the wrong defensive coordinator could waste a championship window. The right one? It could put this team right back on top of the NFC.

The Pro Bowl voting system has officially jumped the shark. Ryan Schlipp delivers a passionate breakdown of how Shedeur Sanders—statistically one of the worst quarterbacks in the AFC—somehow earned a Pro Bowl nod over Trevor Lawrence's 4,200 yards and 32 touchdowns. The analysis doesn't stop there, with Jordan Love getting snubbed despite being the third-highest graded NFC quarterback and Mike Jackson's inexplicable omission from cornerback consideration. On the coaching front, the Titans hiring Brian Daboll as offensive coordinator means Adam Stenavich's lateral move opportunity has closed. Ryan explores the implications: if the Packers were willing to let him interview, does that signal he's expendable? Plus, Sean Mannion's meteoric rise from backup QB to potential Eagles offensive coordinator candidate could reshape Green Bay's staff. The episode concludes with a fascinating deep-dive into defensive philosophy and what Micah Parsons means for the Packers scheme. Ryan breaks down the math behind time-to-pressure versus time-to-throw, arguing that elite coverage extending throwing windows may be more effective than constant blitzing—a perspective that could change how you think about defensive aggression entirely. Recorded: January 26th 2026 | On this weeks Monday NFL Recap, Taylor is hitting this one by himself with help from the boys in the back. The boys recap the NFC and AFC Championship games from this past weekend. The first game was the New England Patriots traveling out to the Denver Broncos. The biggest question going into this game was how backup quarterback, Jarrett Stidham, was going to play. He ended up not playing that bad but the weather became more of an issue. The snow had a massive factor in that game which may have been why Drake Maye only threw for 86 yards. Taylor breaks down the game and how Mike Vrabel's coaching was an x-factor. Then the boys get into the NFC Championship where the Los Angeles Rams traveled up to the Seattle Seahawks for a rubber match between the division foes. This game was high flying with points being scored everywhere. Taylor believes that Sam Darnold has officially put the haters to rest as he threw for over 300 yards and 3 TDs. Jaxon Smith-Njigba had a massive game is basically unstoppable. Finally the boys give their Super Bowl predictions, the bus is divided on who they are riding with.
