There's a total solar eclipse coming. On Monday, April 8, for a large swath of North America, the sun will disappear, in the middle of the day. Everywhere you look, people are talking about it. What will it feel like when the sun goes away? What will the blocked-out sun look like? But all this talk of the sun got us thinking: wait, what about the moon? The only reason this whole solar eclipse thing is happening is because the moon is stepping in front of the sun. So in today's episode, we stop treating the moon like a bit player in this epic cosmic event, and place it centerstage. We get to know the moon, itself — from birth, to middle age, to … death. This episode was reported by Molly Webster, Pat Walters, Becca Bressler, Alan Goffinski, Maria Paz Guttierez, Sarah Qari, Simon Adler and Alex Neason, and produced by Matt Kielty, Becca Bressler, Pat Walters, Maria Paz Guttierrez, Alan Goffinski and Simon Adler. It was edited by Becca Bressler and Pat Walters. What does it mean for you to be fully alive? For Sarah Noble, a mystic, spiritual teacher and transformational coach, a big part of being fully alive is really developing a relationship with yourself and your intuition. Listen/watch how Sarah's intuition led her on a beautiful spiritual journey, from being addicted to alcohol to becoming a spiritual guide who helps people to embrace their magic and live out the great mystery that is life. WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT How Sarah started walking her spiritual path and helping other people experience this beautiful journey as well. How the traumas from her childhood upbringing led her to the path of addiction and trying to find who she really is from an external perspective. She didn't like herself so she resulted in drinking and taking recreational drugs when she was in her 20s. How her intuition guided her spiritual journey. After college, she followed her intuition and moved to different countries, got a job, got sober, started her family, and left her job to take care of her family. How she realized that enough is enough and that God wasn't the punishing God that she learned as a child and ran away from. How she started to listen to the voice inside her to leave the corporate space, prioritize being a mother to her children, and start a business using her gift of channeling. When did she start doing Shamanic work and what does she do? She mentioned that the body, the soul, and the heart hold the wisdom, and our mind can sometimes lie to us. How her life exponentially changed when she started working with the energetics of her body, working with practitioners, learning about energy medicine practices, doing meditation, and realizing that she is a multi-dimensional being. How she eventually left her marriage to pursue her spiritual path and how she sees a Sacred Union as having both people devoted to their own personal development as spiritual beings. Shame and guilt are gatekeepers of something deeper. Anxiety is like a guardian angel who rushes in to save you from the thing that actually is underneath. These emotions are yours but it's not you. I know I talk about intuition a lot on this podcast, but that's because intuition is interwoven with every part of our lives and businesses: every decision, every client, every financial move. In addition to those helpful pro-con lists, we all really need to be able to trust ourselves to know whether or not we're on the “right path” in our businesses. Today on the podcast, I'm having a dialogue with Sarah Noble of The Modern Day Intuitive, on how we can conceptualize our intuition and get to know our own intuition more intimately. I hope you'll enjoy this slightly different, open conversation, and the natural progression of our thoughts around what our unique purposes are in life.   Sarah Noble is here to inspire you to live into your dreams, your desires and your destiny. To create a life that is full of joy and laughter and possibilities, invoking the fire of your soul to remember why you are here, to bring forth the wisdom that lies dormant in your bones. Come dance in the space between the seen and the unseen worlds, and awaken the gifts of your intuition, your magic and your deepest desires.   Here are some things I've learned:   We can view our individual journeys as more of a map than a singular path. Zooming out to see the sum of our decisions and experiences gives us a better view of the whole rather than focusing on what the “perfect” path is.  It's all about learning more about yourself, your boundaries, and what your true desires are. We start to experience overwhelm when we find ourselves facing the unknown, but this is an opportunity to listen to yourself more. Working hard towards something that feels in alignment allows you to replenish yourself as opposed to constantly draining yourself in order to serve others. The more coherent we are internally, the more coherent our lives are.   Resources from this episode: Follow Sarah on Instagram: @themoderndayintuitive, https://www.instagram.com/themoderndayintuitive/ 'Embrace Your Magic' is a 3 month container, inspired by the ancient mystery schools, designed to awaken and ignite the magic that is already alive in your soul. Shalom fam.   Scripture: Romans 7:24, 25; John 6: 51-63, Luke 24:39, Proverbs 13:25, Ezekiel 36:26 Jesus has given us victory over the sinful human nature and fight of the flesh within ourselves we see in Romans 7 through His flesh in the land of the living-on this side of glory praise God- His very own flesh as written in Luke 24:39 & Ezekiel 36:26, Romans 8:37, 1 Timothy 3:16, John 1:14, and John 6.  As written, He is the first fruit of many brethren Romans 8:29; praise God we follow suit in James 1:18, 1 Peter 2:9, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Ezekiel 20:40-42 per His plan, will, and destiny. Further, that we may partake of Him; partake of His flesh and receive eternal life John 6:51-58  and His NEW Human Nature praise God...His nature via His heart of flesh and mind we see in Galatians, Romans, Corinthians, Ezekiel, John, Ephesians, and Genesis just to site a few! Leaving that old man (sinful nature) and taking on His (holy & righteous nature as his brethren (a kind of first fruits James 1:18), joint heirs to promise. So family! Holy Spirit just gave me greater insight into something I had mentioned in this episode concerning our transformation into the new creature (creation) and some of these kingdom marriages.  Let us review the actions of Abba God (Yahweh) in Jesus name when he made them new concerning-Abram & Sarai.  Visit Genesis 17 people of God.  See how the man & woman of promise were made new in their identity. There were made to walk out their new identity together as new creations before the birthing of an even greater promise...the promised Isaac-a child of promise that had to come by the Word of God and the bloodline of His divine choosing not of man's choosing.  Isaac had to be conceived and born through Abram and Sarai bloodline not Abram and Hagar bloodline.  More importantly, Isaac had to come from the new creature Abraham (Father of many nations) and Sarah (Noble woman *denoting greater growth and development in her character, heart, & mind perhaps) versus Abram (exalted father) and Sarai (princess) praise God! They had to eat that life, spirit, truth, and word of promise each day upholding each other to their promise and new identities in and through Yahweh way before Isaac came on the scene people of God...*See the building taking place in and between the parents prior to the manifestation of their divine promise and destiny? Day in and day out for several years they built each other up in the promise and living word of God before manifestation of God's mighty hand acting on their behalf simply by calling and responding to each other in and through their new God given identities spoken by Yahweh.  Such will be the case for some of the upcoming kingdom marriages all glory to God in Jesus name. :D  At any rate, these kingdom marriages are about kingdom business people of God.  God's plans are wonderful and His wisdom is magnificent as written in Isaiah 28:29!  People of God, Jesus wants to build with, in, and through the new not the old praise God.  He makes all things new as written, 2 Corinthians 5:17-18.

A NASA spacecraft the size of a sofa is currently orbiting the Moon, gathering information about the toxic perils of moon dust. Dirt from the moon is sharp, spiky and sticky and it caused enormous problems for early astronauts as Professor Sara Russell from the Natural History Museum tells Dr Lucie Green. Joining Lucie from NASA HQ in Washington DC, Sarah Noble, programme scientist on the LADEE Mission, tells her that understanding the make-up and movement of lunar dust is vital to ensure humans can work on the Moon in the future.Electroceuticals is the new research area for medicine, tapping into the electricity transmitted through the vast network of nerves that run throughout our bodies. Kerri Smith reports on how the body's natural wiring could become a valuable tool for treating organs affected by disease. Glaxo Smith Kline has just invested £30 million into electroceuticals and researchers in labs around the world are working on devices that could "plug" into troubled organs and correct the electrical signals that have gone awry. The impact of man-made climate change tends to focus on the things we can see, like shrinking glaciers or the weather. But a study published in Nature this week by a team in Spain, focuses on the impact underground, on the make up of the soil in a sizeable part of the earth's land, the drylands. The impact of increasing aridity is dramatic, affecting the delicate balance between nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus, with serious implications for soil fertility. David Wardle, Professor of Soil and Plant Ecology at the Swedish Institute of Agriculture, tells Lucie Green that this important new study spells out the risks when delicate chemical balances are upset.Oceanographer, Helen Czerski, revealed her instrument, a giant buoy, on Inside Science's Show Us Your Instrument slot in the summer. This week, Helen is launching the buoy into the stormy seas South of Greenland, and Inside Science listeners are being called on to come up with a name ! Bob anyone ? Or Lucie's suggestion, Buoyonce ?Dogs wag their tails more to the right when they're happy and relaxed; more to the left when they're anxious. Georgio Vallortigara, Professor of Neuroscience at the University of Trento in Italy has now shown that asymmetrical tail wagging actually means something to other dogs.Producer: Fiona Hill.
