Subscriber-only episodeEver wonder how to turn those long waiting periods into productive content creation time? As a mom spending countless hours in the car during my daughters' volleyball and dance practices, I've mastered the art of mobile content creation—transforming what would be wasted time into a powerful content multiplication system. My phone-based workflow allows me to create three major content formats (YouTube videos, podcast episodes, and blog posts) plus numerous short-form videos—all from a single recording session while sitting in my parked car. The secret lies in a strategic recording approach using two camera angles for talking head videos, with camera switches timed to outline transitions. This provides natural editing points and creates visual interest. The magic happens with just three key apps. I use CapCut for video editing, seamlessly switching between camera angles to create a polished final product. From there, I convert the video to audio using an MP4 converter app, then import it to SoundLab where I add my podcast intro. The finished podcast gets uploaded to Buzzsprout, where their AI tools (just $10/month) automatically generate transcripts, social posts, and even draft blog content. Meanwhile, I return to CapCut to finalize my YouTube version with hooks and intro segments, plus use their AI features to create multiple short-form videos from my long-form content. This approach doesn't just save time—it completely transforms how content creation fits into a busy schedule. One recording session becomes 8-12 distinct content pieces across multiple platforms, all created from my phone during time I'd otherwise spend waiting. Ready to reclaim those "dead" hours in your day for productive content creation? Try this mobile workflow and watch your content library grow exponentially while making the most of every minute.

This week we welcome one of #Newark's rising stars who you might've seen on your favorite freestyle platform BURNING THE PLACE DOWN. He and his team made his way to #Boston for the sole purpose of coming to talk to us so we had to show him that Bean Town love and show out for our guy Whiiteboy‼️ The #NewJersey bred MC pulled up on us in car service and even had one of MA's own #CWells meet him at the SoundLab to link up for his 1 night only appearance on Boston's #1 Music Podcast. From the start of the podcast we could already tell that this was going to be an instant classic because of the energy in the room and Whiiteboy's very out-going nature. He basically came thru and steered the whole conversation and even started asking #CharlieMaSheen & #KASH questions like he was the interviewer

WHAT A F**KIN YEAR!!! As we bring in the new year and reflect on our growth in 2023, we had to keep up the annual recap! This week we go through all 49 episodes we recorded and share our thoughts and views about the moments we shared on CWTFB Radio. We were lucky enough to have the original 3 (Chizz, Bellez, & KASH) all in the same building to narrate through this year's experiences. This is the first time we did a recap with someone who wasn't seeing things from our perspective all year but that also gave us some insight on how the public may view things in many ways. FIRST AND FOREMOST WE WANT TO THANK ALL OF OUR SUPPORTERS FOR THE CONSISTENT PATRONAGE! Secondly we would like to thank ALL OF OUR GUESTS OF THE YEAR for seeing us as a viable platform to share their story on. All of us at CWTFB Radio & The SoundLab appreciate the love week in and wee out – DONT EVER FORGET THAT! Charlie MaSheen came through with his #RedCupsAndRap 2023 W(RAP) Up to tie some moments of the year via lyrics and remind the people why he's qualified to talk about this Hip-Hop Culture!!! You can see the freestyle on our YouTube channel. The chemistry between these 3 hosts is unmatched and we just want you to expeience our year through our lens. Since joining the team over at #TheSoundLab Recording Studio, we were immediately immersed into a diverse set of creatives on many levels. One of said musicians is the #Lowell raised producer #DeevoDaGenius ‼️ A former college basketball star, he took that competitive edge from the court and put it into Hip Hop and hit the ground running once he linked up with the likes of The SoundLab's owner #211 & resident producer/engineer #JRose. Deevo has made a name for himself pretty quickly with his sound and also curation collaborative events like his Genius Camp series and making music with some of the scene's rising stars. He also has the laugh and energy that will demand the attention of any room! This week join #CharlieMaSheen, #GinaRodriguez, & #KASH as we host DeevaDaGenius in a conversation about his music, what he's been able to accomplish thus far w/ the team at the studio, his influences in music, his upcoming project “Champion Sound” & SO MUCH MORE‼️ He also brought some close collaborators with him #NajeeJaney & #Reef to deliver some #RedCupsAndRap freestyles to tied the whole thing together! On this episode, DME & Rich take a trip to Brockton to kick it with Luke Bar$ at the Garage Media Center located next to the SoundLab. Luke makes his third appearance on the show to take a deep dive on his second studio album, “Angels Never Die”. He tackles topics such as grief, depression, lust, love, success, struggle, and faith on this album. With his sophomore effort, Luke aspired to take his craft to the next level and truly begin to expand his fan base. Features include Cousin Stizz, Max Moody, Notebook P, Dupes, and interludes from E. Luke tapped in with his right hand soldier, Kiron Akil, to produce the next chapter in the Brasi saga. “Angels Never Die” is out now on all streaming platforms.
I talk with Denis Blount in this episode about the Amazon Spheres Understory, located in Seattle, WA. Understory is a separate studio/exhibition space located in the ground level of the Amazon Spheres, which, as the name implies, is a series of spherical buildings framed out of steel and clad with glass. The Amazon Spheres opened in January 2018, serves as a collaborative workspace for Amazon employees and is filled with over 40,000 plants. The building focuses on biophilic design, art, technology, engineering and design. Understory presented several acoustical challenges that Denis and his team needed to solve, including a circular layout and several hard surfaces throughout. Denis and his team were able to virtually simulate the listening experience of Understory in private listening sessions in Arup's Soundlab prior to construction so that the design team could determine the best sound quality for the space. Denis is an associate principal with Arup in Seattle, WA. https://www.arup.com/perspectives/soundlabhttps://www.seattlespheres.com/visit-understoryIf you enjoy this show and want more content like this, visit gablmedia.comMentioned in this episode:Gabl Membership
On this episode, DME and Rich are joined by DeevoDaGenius. Deevo classifies himself as an essential hip hop producer and engineer. He and DME are both judges for the Testing Lab where they both met for the first time. The Testing Lab allows both DME and Deevo to lend their expertise to new and aspiring artists. Deevo's sound isn't for everybody. He also does not want just anyone's vocals on his production. His production requires high level rap, no gimmicks. Any time artists step into the booth with Deevo, they have to flex that lyrical muscle. His most recent project, “Untitled 005” is a true testament of that. Deevo breaks down the Mass music scene and his role in the it. He wants his music to stand the test of time and be a representation of the life he lives. Pass by the SoundLab in Brockton and you'll most likely find Deevo cooking up. Artists should elevate their craft by visiting the Lab. Tap in with DeevoDaGenius!
Episode 90, I talk with Gerardo Pavon, the vocalist from the Death Metal band Bodybag from Illinois. We talk about the band and how it formed as well as some of our mutual friends in the IL music scene and the local venue in Mokena, the Soundlab. We also talk about some of the other local venues that we've both had shows at and hung out at as well. I ask him about some of the other bands Gerardo has been in and if he has played any instruments before. I ask him about the vocals from the songs he created and ask about the some of the Podcasts that he listens to while driving around at work these days. We do talk about his fellow band member that tragically took his life, Dan Bond and he informs me from what he and the band saw that was going on with Dan. We also talk about Gerardo's move from IL to WA and find out what he's doing now and what he has planned for the future. All this and more so check it out!!! The opening theme music was made by Hostages who has given me full permission to use it. I also use Bodybag's songs "Generation Victim" and "Atonement", which Gerardo gave me permission to use as. Get your headphones ready, today's show is all about sound. We'll visit a laboratory where the sounds of indoor spaces are designed. Then, we keep our ears open as we head outside. For today's throwback we have two stories from our Audiophiles series. We profiled Bay Area residents who are deeply involved in the world of sound. The series was the brainchild of Martina Castro, whose voice you'll be hearing later on in the show.
In this episode of the Immersive Audio Podcast, Oliver Kadel is joined by head of the SoundLab group Ulli Scuda and research engineer Philipp Eibl at Fraunhofer IIS, over Zoom from Bavaria, Germany. Ulli Scuda got a Tonmeister degree at the Film University Potsdam-Babelsberg where he also got his PhD. His experience covers sound recording, sound design and mixing for various film and music formats, ranging from binaural up to 22.2. He was a visiting lecturer at the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. Today he heads the SoundLab group in the audio department at Fraunhofer IIS where he researches 3D-Audio production and reproduction technologies, as well as microphone arrays and production workflows. No stranger to the scene, Jayree started his dance music journey in 1992, listening to copied tapes of 'Fantazia The First Taste' in his flyer-covered bedroom. The rave culture and music led to him getting a pair of Soundlab belt-driven turntables (Thanks Noel!) in 1994 and it all went from there, getting his first gig that same year! With clubs and bars throughout the South under his belt, Jayree's blend of genres will take you from UKG, to House to RnB to Tech, with the occasional Jungle classic thrown in for good measure With a mixing style honed from the days of vinyl, two 1210's and a 2-channel mixer, Jayree still knows how to get a crowd going after 2 decades!

┋InfoBox Stefan Riegauf (Die Rakete/Nürnberg)┋ booking contact | moritz@dierakete.com https://soundcloud.com/stefan-riegauf https://www.facebook.com/djstefanriegauf ┋InfoBox Die Rakete (Nürnberg)┋ https://soundcloud.com/dierakete-1 https://www.facebook.com/dierakete ┋InfoBox Afterhour Sounds┋ https://soundcloud.com/afterhour-sounds www.facebook.com/afterhoursounds.official Download for free on The Artist Union

'Warm-Up' is an immersive sound installation focused on the chaotic sound emitted by an orchestra when the musicians warm up before they tune their instruments. 'Warm-Up' introduces the public into the intimate space between musician and instrument. Through this proximity, the installation becomes sensory, that is to say it strives to reach not only the ear of the listener, but also his sense of touch. And then the "La" is heard. All the instruments tune in. At the end of the loop, they are all in unison. It is a sound common to all orchestras, and yet it is never the same. Project developed by the Canadian artist Andrée-Anne Roussel during her residence in the SoundLAB in the context of the agreement between LABoral and Avatar.

A special edition of Crosscurrents with special guest Jad Abumrad! -- The Life and Death of The Golden Gate Bridge (In Movies); What could actually collapse the Golden Gate Bridge?; and a peek inside San Francisco's secret SoundLab.
Long ago in a post I wrote that one day we'd introduce you to the person responsible for our theme music. This is the day! Larry and Chris welcome Pop Culture Architects' resident musician, Chris Blackburn to the podcast. They discuss the number of Chrises to appear on the show, SoundLab, past misadventures, Atlanta's music venues, Co-Star Acting Game Records, what must've happened to Foghat, the sobriety of rock stars, the McDonald Playland of the seventies, and a new product is born.Chris graces us with two of his original songs, Ode To A Hornet and Siren's Call, both of which can be downloaded in higher bitrate in the preceding two posts (having been "remastered" by Harvey).
The Microsoft SoundLab is a group at Microsoft that supports our needs for sounds and sound effects, mostly for video games. They have handled most of the Microsoft Game Studio sounds, for games like Halo, Fable, and Forza. Mike Caviezel walks us through the SoundLab and talks about what it's like to create interesting noises for a living.
This episode we get a visit from our homie at Surya Dub and XLR8R magazine, San Francisco's Kid Kameleon. A twleve-year veteran in the game, the Kid got his start in NYC's illbient scene in the late 90's as a member of DJ Spooky-affiliated Soundlab collective, quickly establishing a reputation as a selector not to be pigeonholed.
