We speak this week with media law attorney and reporter Shawn Musgrave, who serves as counsel to the Intercept, about how Trump's “Big Lie” attorneys are not so much returning to the field, but actually never left. Attorneys for Nebraska election officials across the state asked a Lancaster County District Court Judge to throw out a lawsuit claiming secretive billionaires and political elites controlled recent state and federal elections. Rick Hill of Lincoln sued Nebraska's Secretary of State, election commissioners in all 93 counties, and a private company, Election Systems & Software of Omaha, claiming they are part of a global plot.

THE THESIS: I feel like there was fraud and fear that most of it was legalized fraud done in ballot harvesting, adjudication and “ballot ‘curing.'” Pattern recognition: keep counting until you win.This is exactly the template the Democrats used when they openly stole the Washington State gubernatorial election from Dino Rossi using mail in ballots.
