In the Make it Happen Studio, I talked to Lauren Rosenberg. Lauren is a part time resident of Estepona. She has recently published her book “How to Move Forward when the Unthinkable Happens: Love, Light and Liora”. The first part of her book is the story of losing my daughter at 20 and the second part is a self help book on how to move forward after loss or an unthinkable event with plenty of practical exercises to do. What has been the biggest support to you when dealing with the loss of Liora?Being an energist and knowing how to use the techniques I use in my clinic with my clients.Without this knowledge I am not sure how I would have coped.Extract of my book:“I know that for many, death and grief are taboo subjects. But all of us will experience loss at some point so I want to encourage you to share your grief. If we share our vulnerability with others, we can create much closer bonds. It’s easy to feel that you should shut yourself off when you’re struggling with grief, but I believe it’s better to reach out to those you trust at difficult times. They may have ideas and insights that might help us, and they can also give us the nurturing care we need. It’s when we’re in need that we discover who’s willing to walk alongside us. After all, we would help them in the same way. Sometimes it’s the people we least expect who give us the most support. But if we don’t open up, we’ll never find out. Along with our own strength and resilience, letting others in can help us manage the burden of grief. We can also check our thoughts and feelings by talking to others. Understanding our feelings can help release us from the guilt or the selfishness we might have about sharing our grief.Sharing in this way can also help others have a greater understanding of their own feelings and help them become more empathetic. When we share our fears, pain, joy and hopes, we share the universe’s wisdom and its loving care. I’ve heard death referred to as ‘emigrating to heaven’. After my experience, this is how I see death now. I think we are born into a body and leave it when we ‘die’; we still exist, just in a different form. An important point to remember is that the love you have for the person who has passed away will always be with you because love never dies. I don’t like the expression ‘I am sorry for your loss’ as I don’t feel I have lost my daughter. I may have lost the physical part of her, but she is still very much with us. Energy never dies"Connect with LaurenWebsite: www.fear-busters.comOr Facebook: Lauren RosenbergInstagram: lauren_fearbustersTwitter: @FearTipsLinkedIn: Lauren RosenbergSupport the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Many of my clients over the years have told me that they want to be more assertive but they worry that it will make them mean or cause conflict or that they’ll be rejected. That’s become my main focus now: teaching people how to be assertive and have more secure and happier relationships. It's all about communication skills, and boundaries letting go of limiting beliefs and overwhelming emotions.I wanted to take all this from beyond the therapy room and reach more peopleI truly believe that when we set better boundaries and communicate well, we encourage others to do the same, and they encourage others to do the same, so the whole world becomes a happier and more secure place. Meet Lauren Cirkot - formerly from America but now living in Valencia, Lauren believes in the power of always finding adventure and in the video shares a lovely challenge she used to build up her courage. Whilst Lauren suffers from an illness she has still managed to travel to 26 different places and as this year is her 30th, she plans to notch up the final 4! What’s your favourite 'experience' and what difference has travel made to your life?Every trip and experience has contributed to my growth, but my absolute favorite experience was my first solo trip to Australia. I kept getting signs that I should go there, like finding a roundtrip flight for only $750 from Connecticut to Sydney. Just booking the flight was exhilarating because not only was it one of my dreams to travel to Australia, but I would be traveling alone for the first time. Taking that long flight and being in a new and unfamiliar country by myself taught me many lessons and enabled me to really grow and thrive. Traveling solo was a true test of character for me. I realized I could truly rely on myself, and I grew confident in my newfound sense of independence. I learned that facing the world isn’t so scary. Travel has helped me become more patient and more open. But most of all, it gives me this magical feeling, one that I hadn’t felt since childhood. You can read about or see pictures of a new place, but you can’t experience the magic of a new destination until you get there. Everyone knows what the Eiffel Tower looks like, but seeing it in person, knowing you are in the middle of Paris, is a whole other thing. Travel has brought me out of some dark times, and it centers me when I’m stressed. Give us three tips for any women who think they want to travel but are not sure whether to pack their bags. You deserve it. Do not feel guilty for taking vacation time. Do not feel guilty for taking time for yourself. Travel is necessary for your heart, mind, body, and soul. There’s a well-known quote that goes something like, “You can always make more money, but you won’t always be able to go on the adventure.”If you’re scared to travel, start small. Don’t feel like you have to fly across the country or the world. Perhaps try going 1 hour away from where you live for a day or a weekend. Small increments will desensitize you and make you feel more comfortable to one day take that long flight to your dream destination. Ali Meehan talks to Tricia Audette who passionate about education and theatre and has woven the two together in her own special brand of ‘learning through comedy’. As well as having a love of butterflies she has also a connection to Albert Einstein. Tricia says of creating comedy shows in Madrid "Comedy in English is a small market here, especially in comparison to Barcelona. We all know each other and work as a community, collaborate and try not to schedule shows on the same day. That side of the market is lovely, as for the comedy, you do need to adapt to your audience. People from different countries have different tastes. Comedy is not just about language, especially in stand up where we often make pop culture references or share experiences that others who have not grown up in the same environment would understand. The jokes I use are different for an all Spanish audience then an all English one. Having spent so many years teaching English, I know the language that learners understand and have a pretty good idea of what jokes work with what culture based on trial and error. I pay close attention to who is laughing at what."One quote she is known for is “We work together to enrich education which is amazing as education is the solution to everything!” The more we enrich our minds, the more open we are to accepting and understanding each other. Plus, education gives us this wonderful platform to be aware of what’s happening around us and opens our eyes to the possibilities. When we believe we have choices, we often feel more driven don’t we and when we actively choose the life we live then we tend to be happier as well.Connect with Tricia and catch her live through her new website www.tyfcomedy.com or facebook and instagram @tyfcomedy.comIf you are a woman living in Spain, or heading this way, do join costawomen.com (its free)Support the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Trained by the renowned International Coach Anthony Robbins and accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation, Joy Ogeh-Hutfield, is founder of Joy Transformation and majors on mind-set transformation.Joy, let's start with what has led you to now?I was born in Nigeria, an only child. My parents wanted more children but unfortunately, my mum couldn’t have more. Also, I was a girl. In the African tradition, having a boy secured your legacy. I believed my dad really would have loved to have a boy. I went to boarding school from the age of 11 to 16years. It was a major sacrifice as at that time my parents were not rich. However, it was the best form of education /environment which positioned me for a better future. At 16, an opportunity was presented to me when my auntie who had been living in the UK for the past 25years came to visit us. My dream at that time was to become an actress. She suggested that London would be the right place to begin my dream. So, 4 days later, my mum and I came to the UK. This gave rise to my discovering who I was and who I wanted to become. One thing that emerged was my love for people. I was fascinated by the differences and similarities we all shared. I went on to study Theatre and psychology at the university of Liverpool and later a post graduate certificate in education at university of Greenwich and specialised in teaching adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. I soon realised my passion for Mind Set transformation. I was surrounded by people who had very little self -belief and were constantly told that they were not good enough or would not amount to much because they had a disability or were classed as having a behavioural challenge. Somehow, I took on the challenge. Perhaps, a personal battle with society. My motto: Dare to do the impossible. So, I pushed the boundaries and encouraged others to do the same. This vision and attitude has led me to become a transformation coach. What is the main thing you believe stops us being ‘women of purpose’?There are three main things that stops us being women of purpose.Lack of self- awareness – not taking the time to define who we really are.Self-Doubt – not feeling good enoughSelf-Love – looking for love everywhere else but ourselvesWhat’s your preferred method of connecting with you?Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/joytransfo/Website: www.joytransformationcoach.comTwitter: @joytransfoSupport the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Sarah Houldcroft is an Independent Publisher at goldcrestbooks.com She is also a Business Book Coach - turning business experts into expert authors"I’m the founder of Goldcrest Books and I like to say I make dreams come true! If you have ever dreamed of becoming a published author then I’m your woman so to speak. I work with new and existing authors, both fiction and non fiction. I take their manuscripts and create paperbacks and ebooks, help them with Amazon and basically take the stress out of the whole process and make it a fun experience for my clients.I think authors face two main challenges – the first one is actually getting started with writing, I am thinking particularly of business books here. Turning a wish into a Word document is the hardest thing for a lot of potential authors. A huge percentage of people who want to write a book don’t actually ever do it. So I work with clients to help them get started. If any of your listeners are struggling with this then I offer a free download to help particularly coaches, speakers and business experts start writing. It is called the 4Ps principle to start writing your first book https://www.goldcrestbooks.com/the-4ps-principle/ I also offer 1-2-1 sessions with clients to help them find or develop a book ideaThe second challenge is promoting the book after it is published. Business books have a slightly easier time perhaps as generally the author already has a number of contacts or clients that she can reach out to. But it does take perseverance and generally a lot of time on social media! One of my authors turned down a traditional publishing deal as she felt she could do a better job herself. She is on social media every day and sells pretty consistently. Just putting a book up on Amazon just isn’t enough these days. The key is to be creative and get noticed, obviously."Connect with Sarah at goldcrestbooks.comSupport the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Since 2009, Jo Jo has been helped entrepreneurial women and women in the coaching and therapy industry break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back from achieving their business and life goals.Jo has seen a big increase in Imposter Syndrome where women who are successful in business feel like a fraud, full of self-doubt and spend a lot of time comparing themselves to others. This can result in them keeping themselves small, never realizing their true potential and also experiencing a level of anxiety and stress which stops them enjoying the freedom of running their own business.Jo Jo says "There is a lot more pressure to be visible nowadays. When I started my business, it was mainly an offline business where you advertised in Yellow Pages or were able to gain customers with just an average website and some referrals. Nowadays, so much business is conducted online so you are regularly faced with the polished versions of your competitors lives and businesses. This leads to a rise in comparisonitis and not feeling good enough. The innate fear of being judged creates stress for many women and stops them putting themselves out there.I also see a big increase in overwhelm where women have so many roles to play and so many options and conflicting messages on how to build their businesses which can lead to inaction and procrastination. Luckily there are many easy strategies I teach to help women through the above, the world needs them to do their thing! My top tips to help with overwhelm and imposter syndrome I would say to just remember that this is your journey. Really connect to your mission, why you do what you do, what is the difference you want to make in the world and for your clients and that always makes things easier. I have struggled with imposter syndrome in the past and I know that I am focused on ‘am I good enough’ so when I flip it into how can I serve what difference can I make, how can I contribute, it always makes it so much easier. The more we are connected to our why, the more the how sorts itself out. With overwhelm, it often comes because we work too hard, we put too much pressure on ourselves, so take a step back, focus on what’s important, focus on why you are doing what you are doing, breathe and just trust your gut as well. As I say there are lots of conflicting messages, but normally we know what works best for us and for our clients."Jo runs a free Facebook Group called Woman of Influence where we help female entrepreneurs breakthrough self-sabotage and develop the mindset and leadership skills to really stand out as authentic experts in their field – www.facebook.com/groups/womanofinfluenceWebsite: www.jojoellis.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jojoellis1111/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jojoellis/Support the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Elisa's mission is to “Showing the World and particularly Women, that no matter what & no excuses, if you have a Passion or just a tiny bit of Dream, IT IS ALL POSSIBLE!”Elisa, how did your professional journey start? It all started overcoming intense challenges: it started from scratch TWICE in my life: "24 years ago, I was a single mom at that time I was living at my mom's tiny apartment in Paris with my five toddler-sons, the last one just born, single-mom, after leaving the toxic relationship I was into for ten years, I had no job. I felt questions. How to escape this desperate situation? At that time twenty-four years ago, when hurricanes blew up my life, destroying everything that I had, home, friends, and of course no financial support, I realized that my life or the Universe was telling me, ‘Hey girl, show us, it’s time to run the show’! And my adorable mother sent me ancient scriptures from the Bible. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them? Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, They are like treasures. This text boosted my trust in the Universe, and a new inner power was growing within me, which I didn’t know I had.I was 33 at that time and pregnant with my fifth son while getting ready for the most significant and astonishing change in my life. I was already a mother of four sons with the last one to be born soon – with a vast white page in front of us, still to be written.I used my imagination, my intuition and my creativity and I became an entrepreneur from scratch. That’s how I started my entrepreneur journey! And again, 3 years ago, when I had a calling, I was a PA personal assistant to VPs in IT information technology, the new tech industry, during 6 years, to feed my family. Recently, I had a calling to create what I have created today. And it was during struggle time too, I was bored, I had outgrown the PA role… again the Universe sent me messages to move forward.Read more: https://costawomen.com/blogs/1/1813/costa-women-meet-elisa-cardConnect with Elisa at https://elisacard.com/Support the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Kathryn Eade is an expert in mindset and resilience, and helps to inspire a different way of thinking. She is the founder of Up+thrive and is motivated by seeing people thrive out of their comfort zone, and knowing that she played a part in their journey to success. Kathryn supports female entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders with the mindset (self belief, courage and resilience) to embrace change and thrive. Kathryn, when did your business journey start? My business journey started in 2003, when I left my job in the International NGO sector and set up my own learning consultancy - thinkingpeople. In my job I supported expats to prepare for the change of working overseas and how to work as part of a diverse team alongside local staff in some of the poorest communities in the world. I loved that job, but the travel left me a little jaded– so I looked for ways that I could apply skills in supporting people through transition and insights in how to build an effective global team in organisations closer to home. I was lucky enough to work with clients including the Premier League, the NHS, MTV and many UK universities. At Up+thrive you empower women entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders with the mindset and resilience to embrace change and thrive’ – what in your experience is the biggest threat we feel as women expats to change and how can we be overcomers?I think the biggest obstacles to women expats to taking the leap and doing something different isn’t their lack of vision or desire to change, but it’s having the self belief that they can do it. Women expats are highly resilient. They have so many strategies to deal with change and uncertainty that they’ve used to support themselves and others to transition and settle on to a new country, but often they don’t recognize them, or give themselves credit for what they’ve achieved. We need to find ways to be kinder to ourselves, reduce the inner critic that gives us a hard time and holds us back, to support and celebrate each other (collaboration, not competition). By doing that we also inspire other women to do the same. Wouldn’t that be amazing? What has been the biggest change in your life and how did you cope with it? Any special tips? There’s been a number of big changes in my life, as there often is with women of a certain age

Meet Interview with Angèle Cristina, Life and Biz Coach, Online Visibility Rockstar and Public Speaker at Wondrous Online Women with a little bit of pink thrown in!Angèle is from Malta, 37 years young and lives in Malaga, Spain. She helps women become the best version of themselves and go for their dreams by finding their gift and building an online business around it."I’m a theatre girl and was brought up on stage. My grandma was a very popular actress in Malta so I got used to the spotlight and taking the centre-stage at a very young age. She passed when I was 14 and since then I had chosen to live in fear. My transformation started the year I decided to face fear in the eyes and let go of what was holding me back from being the best version of myself - and that was in 2017.On roadblocksMy biggest roadblocks were to ask for help, money and fears. I realised that if I love helping others, there might be others like me who would love to help, so I got over myself and my ‘pride’ and started asking in the areas I needed assistance in. Money was the next as I was never taught anything to do with finances, budgeting and investing in oneself. This I got over by taking the leap of faith and jumping, not knowing where I would land. I didn’t get it right the first time round but I learnt a lot from it. I was brought up in fear and did not try much - so this kept me in my comfort zone. But by staying there I was realising I wasn’t achieving much, so I started getting more and more uncomfortable every single now and now I have to say I love the adrenaline rush of the unknown. On Role ModelsKimra Luna became my role model - the multi billionaire is who I look up to as an online entrepreneur. I first crossed her when I was searching online to see if there are any online entrepreneurs sporting coloured hair, as at the time I had blue hair as was just let go cos of it. Kimra had blue hair and I loved her vibe and style and that was it. She shows me and the world that if you show up as you and be your true authentic self, one can move mountains. On dealing with Money BlocksRecognise your worth and invest in yourself - there is only one like you out there and the world needs you to show up as you as no one can do what you do the way you do it. It’s interesting you say this as I have created an online money course addressing this, the fears and limiting beliefs around money and all the works. I love this topic as in less than a year I have turned myself from a lack mentality to an abundant one and now things just flow and I have realised I am the master of this show and can create whatever I put my mind to. How can we ‘#chooseloveoverfear’ to move forward? On a daily basis I would suggest to stop for a few seconds, tap into your intuition and ask yourself: is this decision coming from a place of love or from a place of fear? Our intuition knows it best and is never wrong. The more you practice this, the easier it becomes. Just like a compass, our intuition is our daily guide, and she comes for free!Connecting with Angèle Cristinahttps://www.facebook.com/wondrousonlinewomen/https://www.wondrousonlinewomen.comJoin free Facebook community: hSupport the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Vivian Chiona - Psychologist & Counsellor, B.Sc, M.Sc a bi-cultural, multilingual expat with family all over the world, a certified psychologist, and the founder and director of Expat Nest (a multilingual and exclusively online counselling service for internationals). Vivian was born in Greece and has been living in Holland for 12 years. The golden thread through her work is great appreciation of diversity and devotion to the international community. How did your professional journey start? Right from the start I had a very clear vision for Expat Nest. At the time I was just 28, and working full time as a counsellor at an international school in The Hague (a job I loved). I had a BIG dream though: to help more people transform their lives and move from a dark place into a brighter, better future. Specifically, I wanted to offer this kind of high-quality mental health support to the global expat community. You see, as an expat myself, I’m familiar with both the blessings and challenges of a mobile life and it didn’t take me long to notice the significant need for counselling services devoted to expatriates and internationals. And so, in 2013, Expat Nest was born! By using online technology to enable “counselling without borders”, my team and I have been able to support expats, no matter where they are today or where they’ll be tomorrow, and irrespective of their origin or nationality. What were your business roadblocks and how did you overcome them?Firstly, it was a matter of changing mindset and even the way I introduced myself. I also had some personal challenges, which I had to overcome and make put different priorities in my business. In the different twists and turns that Expat Nest has taken since its early days, my passion has been singular, and at the core of the business’s success. Every step I’ve taken since then – from working on Expat Nest in my spare time to taking the risk of going full time, expanding our network of global counsellors, revamping our (humble) early website, and so on – has been driven by the questions: How can my team and I support people, no matter where they are? Who is your business role model and why? I don’t have one particular role model per se, preferring instead to draw inspiration from many people on different levels. For instance, I appreciate the balance some business owners have between their business and their personal life, while others I admire for being visionaries; for always being able to think seven steps ahead of everyone else. Also, because of the novelty of Expat Nest, I don’t have many role models in my specific field. However, an organization that I really admire, and share the same values with, is Families in Global Transition (FIGT), because it includes people from all aspects of the international life, together focusing on a shared vision. What book did you read in 2018 which made a difference to your life and why?Through I first read it in 2016, Ariana Huffington’s Thrive continues to inspire me. Ali Meehan of Costa Women talks to Cherry Jeffs - artist and creative practice coach. In her artist persona Cherry makes Artist’s Books https://www.cherryjeffs.com/artistsbooks.html which in her case are like a cross between origami and pop-up! And as a coach Cherry helps people establish sustainable creative habits, develop their creative strengths and get their creative projects or businesses off the ground. How did your professional journey start? In terms of being an artist, I studied theatre design at Wimbledon School of Art, then I worked as a graphic designer, and then a jewellery designer-maker before eventually being stopped in my tracks by a repetitive strain injury and making the decision to finally do what I’d always wanted to do - which was make my own art. In that journey I overcame a lot of creative blocks until I eventually arrived where I am now - making work that feels totally natural and right for me.In terms of being a coach, that came in the second half of my life through a confluence of circumstances. Because of my own experiences, I wanted to find a way to help people overcome creative block so I’d been toying with the idea of creating courses. But recording myself talking to a video camera isn’t my favourite thing. I was teaching Yoga locally but my partner and I decided we wanted more freedom to move around,so I was letting that go. Then I got an email from a company called Coach.me - I was a user of their habit-tracking app - asking me if I would like to become a coach. Within a week or two of giving my last Yoga class, I got my first client. A classic case of one door closes and another opens! What does your inspiration come from?I suppose, ultimately, we’re all influenced by what we experience in our lives aren’t we?...I portray my life - and my creative journey - but in an allegorical or ‘symbolist’ way. I love magic realism literature and traditional folk tales…so my pieces are mini-stories. And I often don't know how they end until I’m done! The different areas I’ve worked in add their own slants to the work - so from theatre I have stories, from jewellery I have my love of metallic colours, and from graphic design I have the precision of measuring so that things fold where they should, and so on.I also do get influenced by where I am physically - so when I’m in Spain, the colours are different from when I’m in the UK. How do you approach roadblocks to creativity? With a lot of patience! I’m never truly blocked any more, only stalled at the incubation phase of creating which is frustrating but doesn’t induce despair. There’s a big difference. I’ve learned to wait it out. Once I feel like I can’t put any more fuel into the furnace, I just wait for my subconscious to start the fire. But I did plenty of due diligence in the creatively blocked stage. And I fought my way out of it, trying every technique that I could get my hands on. I remember once feeling so frustrated that I decided I would just sit down with a stack of blank paper and a pencil and draw until I stopped hating what I was doing. That worked! From that I learned that there is no thinking my way out of a creative block, I have to work through it in the art itself. Who is your business role model and why?I’m a big fan of Alyson Stanfield. She wrote a book called “I’d rather be in the studio.” She was very early into the world of coaching artists in business skills and she’s very knowledgeable because she came from working in a big art museum. There must be thousands of artists out there that are indeSupport the show (https://costawomen.com/help/contact)

Come over and join us at costawomen.com1. How did your professional journey begin?Seven years ago in 2012 I felt stuck in a job I no longer enjoyed. Firstly, I had no opportunity to express myself creatively. Secondly, as a senior manager I wasn't working in direct contact with the client group the organisation supported. I knew this was important to me.So, I went to see a careers coach who did a guided visualisation with me. When it finished, she suggested I draw doors opening, because I mentioned it a lot. I did, but the stick figures really didn’trepresent what I was trying to say. So, I created a collage instead as this had always been my favourite medium as an artist. As I went through the process I came across an image of a girl under a blanket. When I saw it I felt really upset. The image really resonated with me as I thought that's how I feel - hidden, restricted, unable to express myself. Like my potential was being stifled and suffocated as I wasn't being true to myself. I’d known I wasn’t happy, but I had no idea just how unhappy I was. Then I saw an image of a girl stretching up, so I positioned her as though she was taking off the blanket. She represents me saying it's time to come out now. I made the decision that I was not prepared to keep feeling that way and basically the collage motivated me to leave and start my business.I didn’t choose to use collaging as a coaching tool in my business simply because I’d created the collage. It was a culmination of past experiences, training and my passion to use art to help others all coming together. In 2006 I’d completed an Art Therapy foundation course. Although by the end of the foundation yearI realised I didn’t want to be an Art Therapist. It was there I learnt about the power of images to express yourself and tap the unconscious. Importantly we were taught that it was all about the process, not what the final piece looked like. Also since 2009 I’d facilitated a collage workshop with bereaved carers as part of a 12 week course. The course runs once a year. But every year they asked a carer from the previous year to come back and share their story about their journey through grief; so others can see it gets easier with time. Every year without being asked carers have come back with their collage. So by 2012 I knew there was something powerful in it. They continue to bring their collages back to share their story.Combining these with my own experience of creating a collage, while in a period of transition, ultimately led me to starting UnglueYou.2. What were your roadblocks? How did you deal with them? The biggest roadblock was, and in many ways, remains that many people don’t understand thepower of images as a self-development tool. Although some of my audience are aware of visionboards, what I offer isn’t the same and so I’ve carried out lots of research myself, alongside research by MSc psychology students, to demonstrate how and why it works. The students have focused onthe mindfulness and wellbeing aspect. And this at all levels of our community. A lot of decisions are driven by fear, we choose our leaders by fear. Look at Trump, Brexit, we also see it in Belgium. We need authentic leadersthat are focusedon the long term goals relevant to the community. Leaders that can leave their ego and their personal agenda at the door. Leaders that build trust, commitment and engagement through authenticity. Leaders that are transformational, and can guide teams, organisations and society through our VUCA world. What (based on feedback from your Clients) is the biggest issue facing businesses today? In today's organisations, we see leaders that have been successful for years. They are convinced that the behaviours and skills that brought them where they are now, will be effective in the future. They feel no need to change. They are unaware of the fact that there is a new age, a new generation, new values, that ask for a different style of leadership. That makes it difficult to create engagement and commitment to achieve the common goals. We talk a lot about finding your purpose - how have you found yours and what tips can you offer for others looking for theirs?I strongly believe we should make the time to find what is really relevant, important and valuable for us.
