The WWE Championship match at Hell In A Cell will be INSIDE Hell In A Cell. Bobby Lashley will defend against Drew McIntyre...and it's now being promoted as McIntyre's last title shot against Lashley. Shayna Baszler confronted Alexa Bliss at the end of last night's Raw. Alexa wanted an apology for Shayna calling Lilly a “stupid doll”. Shayna did not. She and Alexa got into some fisticuffs, leaving Shayna alone in the ring...where she stomped Lilly's head. That set off some special lighting effects and pyro...and sent Shayna retreating to the backstage, where she locked herself in a room...only to find Lilly was in the room with her. Shayna was very distressed by this. End scene. End show. Elsewhere on Raw, Women's Champ Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair were forced to team up ahead of their title clash at Hell In A Cell.... You'll never guess it - they didn't get along. They actually came to blows during the match. Charlotte hit Rhea with Natural Selection and Nikki Cross pinned Ripley to get the win for her and Asuka. The Viking Raiders won a tag team battle royal last night - earning a shot at the Raw Tag Titles held by AJ Styles and Omos. The United States Champ Sheamus was on Raw...sporting a mask...to protect what's being called a broken nose. Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo battled to decide who will be next to challenge Sheamus for his U.S. Title. But both men were counted out...and the match was declared a draw. Kofi Kingston pinned Riddle with Trouble In Paradise. Elias and Jaxson Ryker had a brief match. Ryker got the better of the action...so Elias decided to take a walk...and Jaxson won via countout. Mansoor used a rollup to pin Drew Gulak. Jeff Hardy pinned Cedric Alexander with a Swanton Bomb. That is Hardy's first singles win since January 18th. Eva Marie is being promoted for next Monday's Raw. The Miz shed a little light on a knee injury he reportedly suffered at WrestleMania Backlash. He told Sports Illustrated's Justin Barraso, he'll “be out for a little bit of time.” Miz dismissed reports he could be out of action for up to nine months. This may be a good sign for The Miz. He was announced Monday for Major League Baseball's All-Star Celebrity Softball Game. That's being held in Denver on July 11th. (STINGER: ROH) A first round match in Ring Of Honor's Survival Of The Fittest tournament will premiere today on ROH's YouTube. It'll be Brian Johnson vs. Sledge The first wrestler to advance in the tournament is - not just Flamita - DEMONIC Flamita. The name change was revealed on ROH's weekend TV...and then, DEMONIC Flamita beat his former tag partner Rey Horus to advance. Also on the show...Josh Woods submitted Silas Young in a Pure Rules Match. (STINGER: New Japan) The new IWGP World Heavyweight Champion is...Shingo Takagi. He pinned Kazuchika Okada with Last Of The Dragon...in the main event of Monday's Dominion show - winning the vacant title. After the match, Shingo called out Kota Ibushi to be his first challenger. Ibushi - of course - accepted that offer. Ibushi beat Jeff Cobb earlier in the show. El Desperado turned away YOH's challenge for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title. Taiji Ishimori will be Despy's next challenger. Also, Ishimori and El Phantasmo are gonna get a shot at the Jr. Tag Titles held by SHO & YOH. Tetsuya Naito, SANADA & BUSHI beat Taichi, Zack Sabre Jr. & DOUKI. SANADA pinned Sabre. It appears Naito and SANADA will be the next challengers for Taichi & sabre's tag titles. (STINGER: AEW) On tonight's Dark… The AEW debut of independent veteran Matthew Justice. He'll go one-on-one against Angelico. The date for the show was already set for Saturday, August 21st. Police are searching for a man who broke into the home of the ThunderDome - the University of South Florida's Yuengling Center. Police shared security camera images - showing an unidentified man stealing several items - a gym bag and what appears to be a title belt. The United States Champion Sheamus shared a picture of himself in the hospital over the weekend - apparently, he needed surgery to repair facial injuries he suffered last Monday. It's not clear how much time he'll miss - if any. The next challengers for the Raw Tag Team Titles could be decided tonight. There will be a Tag Team Battle Royal. Five teams will be involved: Randy Orton & Riddle...Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods...the Viking Raiders...the Lucha House Party...and T-Bar & Mace. The winner gets to challenge AJ Styles & Omos. The referee called for the bell, but it was NOT a submission win for Murdoch. It was a disqualification victory for Aldis. Tyrus used a foreign object to win a non-title match against the NWA TV Champion Da Pope. Kylie Rae made her NWA debut. She and Taryn Terrell beat Thunder Rosa and Melina. Rae rolled up Melina for the pin. It was stated during the broadcast that Rae has signed a contract with the NWA. Sunday's GCW show ended with Nick Gage being attacked by a masked man...who hit Gage with a double-arm DDT...and then revealed himself to be...Matt Cardona! Dance Loud on The DJ Sessions presents the "Virtual Sessions" 5/26/21 About Dance Loud - Opposites do more than attract. Their fusion generates friction and sparks energy. Representing opposing sides of the spectrum, Kristin Sanchez [DJ, producer, engineer] and Desereé Fawn Zimmerman [drums, guitar, vocals] comprise one dynamic and diverse whole in Dance Loud. The Chicago duo co-mingles Fawn's live instrumentation steeped in classical training with Sanchez's electronic production and DJ wizardry. Acclaimed by Chicago Tribune and sharpened into a live force via countless shows since their 2008 formation, the pair push the full potential of this union on their 2020 independent full-length debut, The Moment.   “Duality seems to be a constant theme in our life together,” states Kristin. “We're each other's creative opposite. Desereé is a total metalhead with jazz and gospel roots. I've always been into bouncy club music and started out as a Latin and soulful DJ. When you put us together, you get Dance Loud. The Moment reflects both halves where the beginning of the track listing is more like me, and the bottom half is super emotional like Desereé. The one thing that never changed is the fact we really like high tempos. It's the midnight BPM at 128.”   “We call it ‘Emotional Dance Music',” adds Desereé. “You can experience it together, but it's almost meant to be heard alone.”   Initially, Kristin and Desereé caught each other's attention in art school. A relationship blossomed before they found themselves on stage together. As the story goes, Kristin had a DJ gig, and Desereé hopped on the drums, illuminating the potential of their creative chemistry. By taking on real estate projects, they financed a D.I.Y. musical operation as Dance Loud. They dropped their debut single “Spy Vs. Spy” in 2013 and performed across North America, taking over the Artist Lounge at Bonnaroo and packing celebrated venues such as Knitting Factory in New York and The Steady in Toronto. The pair trucked along and quietly built an audience until a horrific accident nearly derailed everything.   In 2017, a semi-truck rear-ended their vehicle. Airlifted out of the wreck with internal bleeding, Sanchez broke eight ribs, her collar bone,  sacrum and shattered pelvis. The destruction also claimed an old computer with ten unreleased songs as well as other gear. During a month in the hospital, the future became clear. “Kristin wasn't able to walk for a long time,” sighs Desereé. “Music was the only thing helping her. We started talking about it in the hospital, because we had nothing but time to think.” “It really put a fire up our asses,” adds Kristin. “I shut down the voice in my head telling me not to do this. I said to Desereé, ‘If we're going to die tomorrow, do you want to have one song or an album?'”   As soon as they left the hospital, they commenced work on what would become The Moment. The musicians successfully completed a GoFundMe campaign, which was created, hosted, and launched by their friends during the accident. Afterwards, they created the entire body of work independently—thanking funders in the eventual liner notes. Now, Dance Loud introduce the record with the first single “Hollow.” Crafted from analog guitars, drums, and field recordings, distorted synths give way to an angular beat as hypnotic vocals enchant and engage. It blurs the lines between electronic immersion and alternative orchestration. “It specifically speaks on duality,” Kristin explains. “It's about being hollow inside. Every bad person has a good side, and every good person has a bad side. It's a pervasive theme on the record.”   Meanwhile, chilling piano and sinewy guitar wrap around “Why Lie.” The downtempo soundscape ebbs and flows alongside the hushed delivery. “It's about a realtor we knew who kept lying for no reason,” Kristin goes on. “There's no need to lie though—ever.” Chirps and buzzing lock into a future-forward groove on “Shady Beach” as the track shuffles towards a bold and blissful refrain. Then, there's “Hear Me Out.” Intense emotion spills out between off-kilter beats as they detail “a real argument in our relationship and how sometimes we need to be alone to heal ourselves.” Meanwhile, they bookend the record with “Time” and “Travel,” which much like the members also complete a full circle. “They're two sides of the same piece,” Desereé elaborates. “We were obsessed with studying time travel at the time. We were also really inspired by Dark Side of the Moon and all of the conspiracy theories about it. (STINGER: AEW) WarnerMedia is renewing its commitment to AEW...with a new deal that charts out some future changes for the company. AEW Dynamite will move from TNT to TBS starting next year. The long-awaited “third hour” of AEW TV programming will debut on TNT on Friday, August 13th. The new show will be called AEW: Rampage. It won't be on TNT for long. Like Dynamite, it will also move to TBS starting next year. While AEW's weekly TV programming will move to TBS, it's getting a commitment to air four specials every year on TNT. The New York Post quoted AEW owner Tony Khan saying there's also a “financial upside” to this new deal. The card for the Double Or Nothing pay per view is now set. New matches announced during last night's Dynamite… Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston challenge the Young Bucks for the AEW Tag Titles. Mox and Kingston are the new #1 ranked contenders after their win over The Acclaimed on last night's Dynamite. Meanwhile, the Bucks successfully defended their tag titles against the Varsity Blondes in the main event of last night's show. The new TNT Champion Miro will defend against Lance Archer. But before Double Or Nothing, Miro will defend his TNT Championship for the first time...on next week's special Friday Night Dynamite...against Top Flight's Dante Martin. The Inner Circle and The Pinnacle will clash once again in a Stadium Stampede at Double Or Nothing. If The Inner Circle loses, they must disband. Sting and Darby Allin will team up again at Double Or Nothing...against Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page. AEW was careful to point out that this will NOT be a cinematic match. Sting will compete LIVE in the ring. Serena Deeb returned to action for the first time since February...and submitted Red Velvet to retain her NWA Women's World Championship. AEW Women's Champ Hikaru Shida beat Rebel in a non-title match, but Dr. Britt Baker laid out Shida after the match. Christian Cage pinned Matt Sydal with the Killswitch. Anthony Ogogo beat Austin Gunn via referee stoppage. (STINGER: WWE) WWE has reportedly released at least eight individuals. Among them are six wrestlers. Most were based in NXT or working at the Performance Center: Those names are Kavita Devi, Jessamyn Duke, Ezra Judge, Skyler Story, Vanessa Borne and Alexander Wolfe. Wolfe just appeared on Tuesday's NXT...where he was ousted from Imperium. Also reportedly released...referees Jake Clemons and Drake Wuertz. Today's NXT UK has a Heritage Cup Championship match. The show opened with Zoey Stark taking on Toni Storm. Stark KICKED OUT of Storm Zero...so Toni unveiled a new finisher - that I'm not sure I can adequately describe...but I'll try. It was sort of a 3.0 backbreaker into a DDT. Anyway...it worked. Storm got the pin. It appears Alexander Wolfe is OUT of Imperium. Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner put the boots to Wolfe after he lost to Killian Dane. Legado Del Fantasma beat Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher. Ciampa took the pin after he was attacked by the Grizzled Young Veterans. Legado Del Fantasma will challenge MSK for the NXT Tag Titles in TWO weeks. Jake Atlas used a rollup to score an upset win on Cameron Grimes. Grimes was distracted when Ted DiBiase entered the arena. Bobby Fish challenged Pete Dunne to a match next week. Billy Corgan dropped the hammer on Strictly Business on last night's NWA Powerrr. Corgan STRIPPED Chris Adonis and Thom Lattimer of their shot at the NWA Tag Team Championship. This is the result of them walking out on their scheduled title match last week. Also, Corgan FINED the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champ Nick Aldis for orchestrating the walkout. So, there was a match to determine new Tag Title #1 Contenders last night. Jax Dane and Crimson beat Parrow and Odinson. Also on last night's show...Da Pope successfully defended the NWA TV Title against Matt Cross. Dragon Gate has pulled both Ben-K and Naruki Doi from its King Of Gate tournament, forfeiting their remaining matches. This came after confirmation that Ben-K tested positive for COVID-19.
