A special welcome to those of you listening on OccupyProWrestling.com. If you want to bring our updates to your website...email us: desk@justprowrestlingnews.com. (STINGER: WWE) Ember Moon will challenge Raquel Gonzalez for the NXT Women's Title at TakeOver on Sunday...but first, Moon has to contend with Dakota Kai. Also on tonight's NXT... Isaiah SWERVE Scott vs. Killian Dane… Austin Theory vs. Oney Lorcan... A “Priceless Announcement” from Ted DiBiase. PLUS...the return of Poppy! The WWE Championship match at Hell In A Cell will be INSIDE Hell In A Cell. Bobby Lashley will defend against Drew McIntyre...and it's now being promoted as McIntyre's last title shot against Lashley. Shayna Baszler confronted Alexa Bliss at the end of last night's Raw. Alexa wanted an apology for Shayna calling Lilly a “stupid doll”. Shayna did not. She and Alexa got into some fisticuffs, leaving Shayna alone in the ring...where she stomped Lilly's head. That set off some special lighting effects and pyro...and sent Shayna retreating to the backstage, where she locked herself in a room...only to find Lilly was in the room with her. Shayna was very distressed by this. End scene. End show. Elsewhere on Raw, Women's Champ Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair were forced to team up ahead of their title clash at Hell In A Cell.... You'll never guess it - they didn't get along. They actually came to blows during the match. Charlotte hit Rhea with Natural Selection and Nikki Cross pinned Ripley to get the win for her and Asuka. The Viking Raiders won a tag team battle royal last night - earning a shot at the Raw Tag Titles held by AJ Styles and Omos. The United States Champ Sheamus was on Raw...sporting a mask...to protect what's being called a broken nose. Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo battled to decide who will be next to challenge Sheamus for his U.S. Title. But both men were counted out...and the match was declared a draw. Kofi Kingston pinned Riddle with Trouble In Paradise. Elias and Jaxson Ryker had a brief match. Ryker got the better of the action...so Elias decided to take a walk...and Jaxson won via countout. Mansoor used a rollup to pin Drew Gulak. Jeff Hardy pinned Cedric Alexander with a Swanton Bomb. That is Hardy's first singles win since January 18th. Eva Marie is being promoted for next Monday's Raw. The Miz shed a little light on a knee injury he reportedly suffered at WrestleMania Backlash. He told Sports Illustrated's Justin Barraso, he'll “be out for a little bit of time.” Miz dismissed reports he could be out of action for up to nine months. This may be a good sign for The Miz. He was announced Monday for Major League Baseball's All-Star Celebrity Softball Game. That's being held in Denver on July 11th. (STINGER: ROH) A first round match in Ring Of Honor's Survival Of The Fittest tournament will premiere today on ROH's YouTube. It'll be Brian Johnson vs. Sledge The first wrestler to advance in the tournament is - not just Flamita - DEMONIC Flamita. The name change was revealed on ROH's weekend TV...and then, DEMONIC Flamita beat his former tag partner Rey Horus to advance. Also on the show...Josh Woods submitted Silas Young in a Pure Rules Match. (STINGER: New Japan) The new IWGP World Heavyweight Champion is...Shingo Takagi. He pinned Kazuchika Okada with Last Of The Dragon...in the main event of Monday's Dominion show - winning the vacant title. After the match, Shingo called out Kota Ibushi to be his first challenger. Ibushi - of course - accepted that offer. Ibushi beat Jeff Cobb earlier in the show. El Desperado turned away YOH's challenge for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title. Taiji Ishimori will be Despy's next challenger. Also, Ishimori and El Phantasmo are gonna get a shot at the Jr. Tag Titles held by SHO & YOH. Tetsuya Naito, SANADA & BUSHI beat Taichi, Zack Sabre Jr. & DOUKI. SANADA pinned Sabre. It appears Naito and SANADA will be the next challengers for Taichi & sabre's tag titles. (STINGER: AEW) On tonight's Dark… The AEW debut of independent veteran Matthew Justice. He'll go one-on-one against Angelico. Also, Matt Sydal vs. Dante Martin… On last night's Dark: Elevation… The Varsity Blondes beat Ryan Nemeth & JD Drake...and The Acclaimed beat Dark Order's Alex Reynolds & Alan “5” Angels… That's JUST Pro Wrestling News for Tuesday, June 8. A special welcome to those of you listening on TheWrestlingRevolution.com. If you want to bring our updates to your website...email us: desk@justprowrestlingnews.com. Results from AEW Dynamite, MLW Fusion and Wednesday's New Japan show are straight ahead in this update but first… (STINGER: WWE) Let's get into last night's NXT - the final stop before Sunday's TakeOver: Vengeance Day show. We all knew this was a possibility when we reported on Austin Theory's Twitter video about Johnny Gargano being out of Sunday's TakeOver. Gargano showed up on last night's NXT in a wheelchair, while claiming to have a broken arm. Kushida exposed that this was all a lie. It's a miracle! Gargano's North American Title defense against Kushida is still on for TakeOver. Kushida later beat Theory via disqualification. Gargano and Theory tried to beat up Kushida after the match, but they were foiled by Dexter Lumis. The finals in both Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournaments are now set for TakeOver. It'll be MSK vs. the Grizzled Young Veterans in the men's final. Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon will face Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez in the women's final. NXT GM William Regal announced the winner of the women's Dusty Classic will get a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships - currently held by Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. It was a rough night for Legado del Fantasmo. Not only did Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza lose to MSK in the Dusty Classic semifinals...they were laid out backstage by Karrion Kross. Kross has a match against Santos Escobar on next week's NXT. Cameron Grimes returned to NXT...driving a Lamborghini...and making it rain in the Capital Wrestling Center. Grimes says he GOT RICH during his absence...by buying GameStop stock...and apparently cashing out before the bottom fell out. Meiko Satomura makes her NXT UK debut on today's episode. We're also getting a Street Fight - The Hunt vs. Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster. (STINGER: AEW) A big shakeup for the Inner Circle. Sammy Guervara QUIT the group on last night's Dynamite. He delivered the news to Chris Jericho in the ring. After a backstage incident earlier in the night, where Sammy caught MJF trying to blackmail him, and laid him out. The main event of last night's Dynamite was as wild as many expected. The Falls Count Anywhere match between Kenny Omega and KENTA...and Jon Moxley and Lance Archer...spilled out of the ringside area and into the Daily's Place kitchen at one point. The end saw the Good Brothers interfere and help Omega put Archer down with the One Winged Angel for the pin. KENTA hit another GO 2 Sleep on Mox, who carried the IWGP United States Championship with him to the ring. Thunder Rosa beat LEGIT Leyla Hirsch in the first match in the Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament. AEW unveiled all the full bracket and slate of first round matches earlier in the day. First round matches from the Japan side of the bracket will be broadcast on AEW's YouTube channel on Monday starting at 7PM. Next week's Dynamite will have the first round match between Riho and Serena Deeb. Darby Allin beat Joey Janela to retain his TNT Championship. Later, Allin was shown stuffed in a body bag by Team Taz and then dragged behind their SUV. Cody Rhodes and Lee Johnson beat PRETTY Peter Avalon and Cezar Bononi after Johnson pinned Avalon. That snapped Johnson's 0-29 record in AEW, and Tony Khan later tweeted that Johnosn is now officially signed with AEW. Matt Hardy and Hangman Page went to a bar, where Hardy convinced Page to sign a contract for something. Next Wednesday's Dynamite will have the Young Bucks defending their tag titles against Santana and Ortiz. (STINGER: New Japan) New Japan wrapping up its “New Beginning” show this morning with a big main event - Kota Ibushi defending the double gold against Sanada. There's also some changes to Thursday's card - including Hiromu Takahashi, Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI now facing El Phantasmo, Taiji Ishimori and Yujiro Takahashi. Hiromu retained his junior heavyweight title against SHO in the main event of Wednesday's “New Beginning” show. After the match, El Phantasmo laid down a challenge for the junior title. But Hiromu said he won't accept unless he and BUSHI get a shot at the junior tag titles held by ELP and Ishimori. There was a wild finish to the IWGP tag title match on Wednesday's show. Taichi regained his stolen “Iron Finger Of Doom” but got disqualified when he used it against the Guerrillas Of Destiny. Pro-Wrestling NOAH is putting on one of its biggest shows in a while on Friday - returning to famed Budokan Hall for the first time in years. The main event is a battle of legendary names. Go Shiozaki - whose revival was one of 2020's biggest success stories - defending the GHC Heavyweight Championship against the 58-year-old Keiji Mutoh. The undercard has another big name, Jun Akiyama, returning to NOAH after his stint in All Japan. Lio Rush defeated Laredo Kid on Wednesday's MLW Fusion to win the AAA Cruiserweight Title. Rush already holds the MLW Middleweight Title. That's JUST Pro Wrestling News for Thursday, February 11. Our next update comes your way tomorrow morning, so be sure to subscribe to this feed. With Paul on assignment in Cleveland, Camp and The Choice cover the first four days of the Best of the Super Juniors. Is Shingo too good (and big) for the division? Or is he just what the division needs? After a standout performance on Day 1, are we looking at a long-term feud for Sho and Shingo? The guys talk about Ospreay and Rocky and why different styles are good for Will. Plus, the bad starts for Dragon Lee and Bandido and Ishimori not being a good fit in his current role. Besides the BOSJ, there's AEW to TNT discussion including a proposed night of the week to broadcast and problems with the PPV price. New Japan had their Anniversary show and the best performer may have been Jushin Thunder Liger. Little did we know by the end of the show, major news would come down about Liger. The ups and downs of Ishimori are discussed, including comparisons to Jay White. Fallout from the rest of the show is intertwined with full NJ Cup predictions from Crockett, The Choice, and Camp. One match could be the key to the whole tournament, which seems to have a lot of real possibilities. In addition, the show touches on the passing of King Kong Bundy, sponsoring Kojima, disappointment in AJPW's Champion Carnival, and the new (bad) look for NOAH. Here is the preview for NJPW’s New Beginning in Osaka show that I promised, and hey, this time I actually delivered on that promise. I run-down the match-ups and talk about which ones I think can deliver. I also throw out a few booking ideas of my own, because as a true NJPW fan I definitely know how to book better than Gedo. Here are a few sentences I put together: “Jay White will be champ, otherwise Gedo will have a total mess on his hands”“Is it time for the Okada's renaissance yet?”“Ishimori better start impressing or I’m gonna get mad”“Taguchi is gonna step up™ here"“Umino and Yoshida must grip destiny with both hands” * Follow me on Twitter: @puregradepuro * Official Podcast: Youtube – Apple Podcasts – Podbean

Over there on thin ice""Sho and Yoh exist just to suffer""NO ONE F*CKING LIKES THE NEVER 6-MAN TITLES.
