Replenish Nutrients CEO Neil Wiens joined Steve Darling to announce the company has finalized a significant three-year licensing agreement with Farmers Union Enterprises (FUE), marking Replenish's first major expansion into the United States. FUE, along with Farmers Union Marketing and Processors Association, holds majority ownership in Farmers Union Industries (FUI)—a 95-year-old, farmer-owned organization representing nearly 70 million acres of cropland across Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Wiens told Proactive that this agreement provides Replenish with immediate and unprecedented access to one of the largest continuous agricultural regions in North America. He emphasized that the partnership offers a capital-light pathway for scaling the production of SuperKS, Replenish's patented regenerative fertilizer pellet and one of the company's flagship product innovations. Under the initial three-year term, FUE gains the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute SuperKS across its five-state network, with opportunities to expand into additional territories and to add future Replenish technologies to its portfolio. The deal enables rapid commercialization without requiring Replenish to invest heavily in new U.S. infrastructure. As part of the agreement, FUI will renovate and operate a recently acquired processing facility in Crookston, Minnesota, which will serve as the manufacturing hub for SuperKS production. The plant will launch with an annual output capability of 50,000 metric tonnes, with the ability to scale up to 100,000 metric tonnes through continuous 24-hour operations. Rudolf Scholten und Wolfgang MaderthanerGESCHICHTSSCHREIBUNG ZWITSCHEN MYTHEN UND LEGENDEN – FOLGE 9Zentraleuropa im späten Mittelalter: Kirchenkrise, Pogrome, apokalyptische RevolutionäreAn der Wende vom 14. zum 15. Jahrhundert durchlebt Mitteleuropa turbulente, von Machtkämpfen und kriegerischen Konflikten geprägte Zeiten. Das Habsburgerreich ist nach dem Tod Rudolfs IV. von Nachfolgekämpfen geprägt, die Besitzungen für fünf Jahrzehnte auf eine Albertinische und eine Leopoldinische Linie aufgeteilt. Die römisch-deutschen Könige stellt seit Mitte des 14. Jahrhunderts das Fürstengeschlecht der Luxemburger. Die römisch-katholische Kirche steckt in einer tiefen Krise: 1378 kommt es zur Kirchenspaltung, dem sog. Abendländischen Schisma, eine Zeit lang amtieren sogar drei Päpste, die Klöster verkommen. In Böhmen steht der Theologe und Prediger Jan Hus gegen den moralischen Verfall der Amtskirche auf, fordert tiefgreifende Reformen und findet in kurzer Zeit eine große Anhängerschaft in der Bevölkerung und auch unter böhmischen Adeligen. Auf Drängen des deutsch-römischen Königs Sigismund, Herrscher über Ungarn und Kroatien, findet 1415 das Konzil von Konstanz statt, um die Kirchenspaltung zu überwinden. Dies gelingt zwar, aber die Hinrichtung von Jan Hus als Ketzer – dem Sigismund freies Geleit zugesagt hatte - löst die Hussitenkriege aus. In diesen entladen sich nicht nur religiöse sondern auch nationale (deutsch-tschechische) und soziale Spannungen. 15 Jahre erschüttern die Kämpfe zwischen den Hussiten und den Kreuzzugsheeren König Sigismunds und des Papstes Böhmen und die angrenzenden Länder. An vorderster Front kämpften bei den Hussiten die radikalen Taboriten, die Maderthaner als „Gotteskrieger des Mittelalters“ beschreibt. Militärischer Anführer der anderen Seite war Habsburger-Herzog Albrecht V., verheiratet mit Sigismunds Tochter Elisabeth von Luxemburg. Zur Finanzierung seiner Feldzüge begeht er einen grausamen Tabubruch: Er veranlasst die Enteignung und Vertreibung der jüdischen Bevölkerung Wiens, deren Vermögen er einzieht. Zugeständnisse der Kirche ermöglichen 1434 einen Frieden mit gemäßigteren Fraktionen der Hussiten, die radikalen Taboristen werden auf dem Schlachtfeld besiegt. Sigismund wird auch von den Böhmen als König anerkannt. 1437 stirbt Sigismund, Erbin der Thronansprüche im deutschen Reich, in Ungarn, Böhmen und Kroatien ist seine Tochter Elisabeth. Profiteur ist Albrecht V. von Österreich. Als Ehemann Elisabeths folgt er seinem Schwiegervater als römisch-deutscher König nach, und Ungarn, Böhmen und Kroatien werden Teil des Habsburgischen Herrschaftsgebiets. Replenish Nutrients CEO Neil Wiens joined Steve Darling to announce the company has closed a new licensing agreement with MJ Ag Solutions Ltd., a Northern Alberta-based fertilizer distributor, alongside the launch of a proprietary pellet fertilizer product line. As the company gears up for a busy fall season, the new licensing deal enables Replenish's partner to manage manufacturing, with both parties contributing to sales efforts. Importantly, the agreement requires no upfront capital expenditures from Replenish, with working capital obligations shared between the two companies. Initial production runs are set to begin within weeks, with volumes expected to scale to 800 metric tonnes per month, supplementing output from Replenish's Beiseker granulation facility. The pelletized products complement Replenish's existing blended and granulated offerings, delivering equivalent soil health benefits while lowering production costs and simplifying manufacturing. They also provide growers with practical advantages, including easy storage, transport by truck or rail, and broad compatibility with standard farm spreading equipment. Er gilt als einer der talentiertesten Fußballer, die Österreich je hatte. Bekannt wurde Marko Arnautovic in Österreich aber vor allem durch Skandale abseits des Fußballplatzes und Aussagen mit Kultcharakter. In den Käfigen Wiens lernte er einst jene Art der Ballbehandlung, die legendäre Profifußballer bis heute zum Staunen bringt. Docht seit er als Jugendlicher beim Floridsdorfer AC das erste Mal in einem Verein aufschlug, wurden ihm seine raue Art, sein überbordendes Selbstbewusstsein und seine Disziplinlosigkeit zum Verhängnis. Seventh Sunday of Easter The First Lesson Acts 16:16-34 With Paul and Silas, we came to Philippi in Macedonia, a Roman colony, and, as we were going to the place of prayer, we met a slave girl who had a spirit of divination and brought her owners a great deal of money by fortune-telling. While she followed Paul and us, she would cry out, "These men are slaves of the Most High God, who proclaim to you a way of salvation." She kept doing this for many days. But Paul, very much annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, "I order you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her." And it came out that very hour. But when her owners saw that their hope of making money was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace before the authorities. When they had brought them before the magistrates, they said, "These men are disturbing our city; they are Jews and are advocating customs that are not lawful for us as Romans to adopt or observe." The crowd joined in attacking them, and the magistrates had them stripped of their clothing and ordered them to be beaten with rods. After they had given them a severe flogging, they threw them into prison and ordered the jailer to keep them securely. Following these instructions, he put them in the innermost cell and fastened their feet in the stocks. About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was an earthquake, so violent that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were unfastened. When the jailer woke up and saw the prison doors wide open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, since he supposed that the prisoners had escaped. But Paul shouted in a loud voice, "Do not harm yourself, for we are all here." The jailer called for lights, and rushing in, he fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. Then he brought them outside and said, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They answered, "Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household." They spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. At the same hour of the night he took them and washed their wounds; then he and his entire family were baptized without delay. He brought them up into the house and set food before them; and he and his entire household rejoiced that he had become a believer in God. The Gospel John 17:20-26 Jesus prayed for his disciples, and then he said. "I ask not only on behalf of these, but also on behalf of those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. The glory that you have given me I have given them, so that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become completely one, so that the world may know that you have sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world. "Righteous Father, the world does not know you, but I know you; and these know that you have sent me. I made your name known to them, and I will make it known, so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them."
