Lauren Rodriguez joins Mark Edge at the Libertarian National Convention to share the story of her husband Keonne Rodriguez and William "Bill" Lonergan Hill, creators of Samourai Wallet. In April 2024, both men were raided by the FBI and charged with money laundering and operating an unlicensed money service business — despite FinCEN confirming the wallet was not in violation. After a judge denied every motion, they were left with no choice but to accept a plea deal. Keonne is now serving 5 years and Bill 4 years in federal prison. American Hodl is a Bitcoin advocate and libertarian thinker whose fascination with decentralized systems goes back to childhood, when he ran SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) at home from the third grade, hoping to find aliens via shared compute. A proudly American voice who arrived at Bitcoin through a Ron Paul libertarian path with no illusions that conventional political routes would ever deliver real change. In this conversation, recorded at Bitcoin Vegas 2026, we explore the surveillance infrastructure assembled around everyday life, the strategic tension inside Bitcoin culture between engaging the state and building outside it, the Samourai Wallet case, the meme coin era, and reclaiming personal agency by speaking truth.→ Please like, comment, share & follow — to help me beat the suppressing algo's. In this special episode, I explain why we're re-hosting the Unbounded archive at Ungovernable Misfits and end the series with a forward-looking conversation with Colonial, author of Sovereignty Requires Privacy: Lessons from the Fall of Samourai Wallet. Tbd and Colonial explore sovereignty as territorial control—physical and digital—and why exposure is the enemy in a world where information is the battlefield. Colonial unpacks how privacy tools challenge the geopolitical order, why martyrs lose, and why the next era belongs to disciplined, anonymous builders who move with intention. They walk through practical lessons from the Samourai saga, from the limits of playing by “their” rules to a new code for anon warfare, and close with actionable steps listeners can take now, including adopting Ashigaru's Whirlpool implementation and strengthening operational discretion. This one is about clarity over nostalgia: either you control your territory, or someone else will. Resources mentioned: Colonial's writings at sovereigncolony.com; Ashigaru Wallet and Terminal (ashigaru.rs) for Whirlpool; reading on territoriality (Robert Ardrey's The Territorial Imperative) and philosophical frames (Nietzsche, Evola).TWITTER: https://x.com/TheUNBOUNDEDPodYOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@TheUnboundedPodcastHELP GET SAMOURAI A PARDONSIGN THE PETITION ----> https://www.change.org/p/stand-up-for-freedom-pardon-the-innocent-coders-jailed-for-building-privacy-tools DONATE TO THE FAMILIES ----> https://www.givesendgo.com/billandkeonneSUPPORT ON SOCIAL MEDIA ---> https://billandkeonne.org/(00:00:00) Thank You TBD(00:01:41) INTRO(00:03:28) Welcome Colonial(00:06:25) Defining Sovereignty: Territory, Power and the Digital World(00:11:46) Samourai Wallet and the Declaration of War(00:20:22) The Five Lessons(00:41:31) Without Privacy There Is No Freedom(00:57:05) The New Model(01:08:12) One Rule for the Next Era

In this special series, Max shares why we're hosting and preserving the Unbounded archive at Ungovernable Misfits. In the fourth re-release of the series, Dojo Coder (Pavel)— a long-time cypherpunk builder whose code has powered Samourai Wallet, Dojo and Ronin Dojo joins tbd.Tbd and Pavel dig into the current state of Ronin Dojo, why the project remains alive despite setbacks, and a near-term UI update that will reintroduce a transaction privacy visualiser inspired by the now-defunct KYCP.org. Pavel also reflects on Ashigaru—a community fork of Samourai Wallet—and the relaunch of Whirlpool as an open act of defiance, the trade-offs and trust questions it raises, and practical guidance on evaluating transparency and risk. We close with Soroban's peer-to-peer relay for Dojo to further obfuscate transaction origins, why code is speech even when courts disagree, and how listeners can support the Samourai legal defence while staying informed through reliable voices in the privacy community.Stay resilient, and enjoy the series as we continue with Colonial in the weeks ahead.TWITTER: https://x.com/TheUNBOUNDEDPodYOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@TheUnboundedPodcastHELP GET SAMOURAI A PARDONSIGN THE PETITION ----> https://www.change.org/p/stand-up-for-freedom-pardon-the-innocent-coders-jailed-for-building-privacy-tools DONATE TO THE FAMILIES ----> https://www.givesendgo.com/billandkeonneSUPPORT ON SOCIAL MEDIA ---> https://billandkeonne.org/(00:00) Thank You TBD(01:41) INTRO(03:25) The Origin Story(09:44) Ronin Dojo: Still Alive(13:53) The Human Cost of Building(23:32) The Bitcoin Privacy Movement(34:52) Support Bill and Keonne
In this live episode from Denver, we rally behind the Samourai Wallet developers, Keonne Rodriguez and William Hill, who are serving federal prison sentences for building noncustodial privacy software. We preview our evening event and planned livestream with Lauren Rodriguez—who then drops in mid-show to share first-hand updates on the case, including SDNY's aggressive jurisdiction tactics, the judge swap that curtailed their defense, and why Treasury guidance and DOJ memos haven't protected developers from novel prosecutorial theories. We discuss the broader stakes for Bitcoin, open-source development, Lightning compliance, and how these precedents could chill freedom tech far beyond privacy wallets. We close with concrete ways to help—signing the pardon petition, writing letters to Keonne, spreading awareness—and dive into updates on open-source mining: Mujina community momentum, GrapheneOS shifts, and new Antminer control board hacks enabling USB Wi‑Fi and custom firmware, all powered by rapid AI-enabled development. How to support: Sign the change.org/billandkeonne petition for Bill and Keonne, write letters to Keonne, amplify the case on social channels, and catch the fireside chat replay if you missed the livestream.
Between 2014 and 2019, Riccardo Spagni (aka Fluffy Pony) led the development and engineering efforts of the Monero privacy. But he's also been a prominent bitcoiner since 2011, who did mining and supported e-commerce. He built a solid reputation on the Bitcoin OTC trading platform, created the PayBee and Globee payment processors, and even invented OpenAlias in order to simplify the now-standardized address format. In this episode, we talk about his contributions and what he's currently up to. In this special series, Max shares why we're hosting and preserving the Unbounded archive at Ungovernable Misfits. In the third re-release of the series, Seth For Privacy — educator, builder and VP at Cake Wallet joins TBD. Seth brings a candid, practical nuance to the state of Bitcoin and Monero, the realities of social media and education, and what “good enough privacy” means for everyday people versus targeted dissidents. Seth and TBD dig into saving in Bitcoin, spending in Monero, the impact of the Samourai Wallet case, why PayJoin V2 and silent payments matter, and how adoption—not tribalism—will determine the future of digital sovereignty. Seth shares a pragmatic optimism: we're winning in usability and tooling, but only if we keep building, learning and refusing false binaries. We explore the current crossroads for Bitcoin privacy, the legal chill from Tornado Cash/Samourai prosecutions, Nostr versus X for reach, and Monero's resilience amid delistings. Seth outlines practical advice for non-technical users, red lines for builders, and his long-view goal: tools that let individuals opt out of broken systems and into freedom—no permission required. In this special series, Max shares why we're hosting and preserving the Unbounded archive at Ungovernable Misfits. In the second re-release of the series, Diverter — a privacy activist and champion of financial sovereignty joins TBD. TBD and Diverter discuss Bitcoin's evolution from a fragile experiment into a durable network, and the new danger it faces—not extinction, but domestication. Diverter explains why the real fight now is over whether individuals can still use Bitcoin as a tool for freedom, the chilling effect of recent prosecutions, and how development of privacy tools is being pushed underground. They trace Diverter's journey from a 2016 trader to a Bitcoin privacy advocate, his early connection to Samourai Wallet, and the community ethos of clear red lines and radical personal responsibility. He reflects on the cost of building and defending privacy, why most people “fold” under state pressure, and the honour—and inevitability—of sacrifice in this arena. TBD and Diverter discuss the Samourai case, the legal whiplash around non-custodial tools, the ripple effects across the industry, and why open source resilience matters. Despite setbacks, Diverter remains convinced that “winning” means keeping the door open for anyone who chooses sovereignty—small daily acts of defiance, built by a decentralised, determined community. In this week's biggest Bitcoin and crypto stories, we break down the regulatory earthquake happening in 2026. SEC Chair Paul Atkins confirms the "innovation exemption" for crypto firms is coming in January, while Canada's central bank pushes for "good money" stablecoins and the UK launches an unprecedented tax crackdown that affects 48 countries. But it's not all regulation—we cover the incredible story of a solo Bitcoin miner who turned $86 into $271,000 using rented hashpower on NiceHash, while Bhutan commits $1 billion in Bitcoin to build its "Mindfulness City."On the darker side, a CNN/ICIJ investigation reveals how Circle K has profited MILLIONS from crypto ATM scams, with 150+ victims losing over $1.5 million since January 2024.Plus: Trump signals he may pardon Samourai Wallet's Keonne Rodriguez, Russia proposes up to 5 years prison for unregistered Bitcoin miners, and Canada's refugee asylum crisis hits a historic milestone of 504,000+ claimants.Discord: / discord A part of the CBP Media Network: www.twitter.com/CBPMediaNetworkThis show is sponsored by: easyDNS - https://easydns.com EasyDNS is the best spot for Anycast DNS, domain name registrations, web and email services. In this episode, I'm joined by Simple Steve, Bitcoin Mechanic, and Jeff Swann for a year-end roundtable that starts with the Samourai Wallet case, spirals into quantum fears, and keeps coming back to the same question - how do you build freedom tech without painting a target on your back? We dig into CoinJoin, coordinators, and why privacy tools can suddenly become "hostile activity" when the state decides it wants a villain. What happens when spam wars collide with soft fork politics, mempool policy, and proposals like BIP-110 and “the CAT”? If governments are openly pushing CBDCs while quietly leaning on miners, what does censorship resistance actually mean when only a handful of entities build most blocks? Along the way we hit the UK's escalating crackdowns (including the direction things are heading for jury trials), the weird incentives and contradictions in the “confiscation” arguments, and why the sly roundabout way might be the only way that wins long-term. It's a little chaotic, a little salty, and exactly the kind of conversation I want on the last roundtable of 2025. Check out our awesome sponsors! Ledn: Need fiat but don't want to sell your Bitcoin? Viewer discretion is advised. You might think privacy is optional. Something you can worry about later. But right now there is a major war against privacy being waged. If governments can arrest the people who build privacy tools, then when the day finally comes where you might need them, those tools will not exist anymore.I had the pleasure and heartache of interviewing Keonne Rodriguez, co-founder of Samourai Wallet, an open-source, non-custodial privacy wallet, who goes to prison this week because of the privacy tool he created. The whole case against him was based on the idea that privacy itself is criminal. In today's POD256, we opened with a timely update on the Change.org petition to pardon Samourai Wallet developers Bill and Keonne. We dug into confusing verification flows, the low conversion rate from views to valid signatures, why pseudonyms and disposable emails are allowed, and why donations on Change.org don't reach the families; direct support should go to GiveSendGo. We also covered the growing media push, the reported acknowledgment from President Trump, and counter-narratives forming in the broader media. From there, we pivoted into mining: BitCrane and Addit boards for S19/Whatsminer control, Mujina support, 120V PSU unlocks, and heat-reuse projects. We previewed our Telehash fundraiser and HydraPool setup for NEMS, discussed pool trust and verification (including scam pools and coinbase-checking tools), OCEAN's decentralization claims, and why share-chain style P2Pool v2 matters. We wrapped with open hardware manufacturing updates (pick-and-place triumphs and solder paste woes), Heatbit's new radiant “Canvas” miner, and practical self-hosting lessons; closing with a call to action to sign the Samourai petition and keep the pressure on while the window remains open.
Mentor Sessions Ep. 043: Exposing the Global Elite's Bitcoin Psyop: BlackRock, Zionists, and AI Transhumanist Control – Privacy Under Attack | Dr. Jack Kruse & Simon DixonWhat if the real threat to Bitcoin isn't BlackRock's financial industrial complex... but a Zionist psyop powered by transhumanist AI control, turning us into compliant slaves while elites centralize everything? In this bombshell interview, neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse and banking reformer Simon Dixon dismantle the global elite's pyramid of power—from Meyer Lansky's control tactics to Roy Cohn's McCarthy psyop, Epstein blackmail networks, and modern threats like Palantir's genocide tech, Neuralink brain interfaces, and Trump's Genius Act. They reveal how bankers like Larry Fink and Michael Saylor are just lower nodes serving tech overlords (Peter Thiel, Alex Karp, Larry Ellison), weaponizing ETFs, stablecoins, and treasury companies to crush self-custody. With privacy attacks escalating—exemplified by the Samourai Wallet developers' recent sentencing (Keonne Rodriguez, William Hill)—they warn of false flags, civil war setups to rewrite the Constitution, and multipolar Bitcoin resistance. As Bitcoiners, we must adopt first-principles thinking, boycott centralized systems, run nodes, and coordinate like savages to survive the technocratic nightmare. This isn't about number go up—it's survival of the wisest against AI control grids and global elite agendas.**Support Bill and Keonne, the Samourai Wallet developers**https://billandkeonne.org/Petition: https://www.change.org/p/stand-up-for-freedom-pardon-the-innocent-coders-jailed-for-building-privacy-toolsGive-Send-Go: https://www.givesendgo.com/billandkeonneBTC Sessions Bitcoin Donations Collection: https://pay.zaprite.com/pl_m0nBvozQNF(All Bitcoin Received will be converted to fiat and sent to Give-Send-Go)About Dr. Jack Kruse:X: @DrJackKruseWebsite: https://jackkruse.com/About Simon Dixon:X: @SimonDixonTwittYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@SimonDixon21Previous Episode:Mentor Sessions Ep. 042: Canada's Real Estate Horror Exposed | Steve Saretsky: https://youtu.be/G7J-URuoRiEPrevious Episode with Dr. Kruse: https://youtu.be/A0onGcn17fQ
In this episode, eco & Tyler welcome back Skot who was at the African Bitcoin Conference, this year hosted in Mauritius, where he spoke on open-source Bitcoin mining. We swap travel tales (including Scott's chaotic Paris layover) and impressions of Mauritius, the conference venue, and side events focused on Bitcoin education. We dig into mining headlines: Bitdeer's missed ASIC roadmap and investor lawsuit, Bitmain's history (Antbleed) and why open-source mining matters, and MicroBT's M70-series lineup pushing industrial-scale, three-phase miners. Skot explains the theory behind Bitdeer's hyped “adiabatic charge recovery logic,” why it's hard to scale, and how thermal and power density realities define miner design. We go deep on open hardware and firmware progress: Braiins' open control board, Secure Boot obstacles, and Mujina's modular path to safe, customizable, dev-fee-free mining; plus Skot's BitCrain control board concept for USB‑controlled fleets. We share shop-floor lessons building AddIt boards and Ember One prototypes (solder paste, tombstoning, reflow profiles) and celebrate practical innovation like Gridless's open-source JuaKali direct-DC solar mining kit. On home-mining UX, Tyler demos new Home Assistant integrations for Canaan Avalons and WhatsMiner, and we preview Hydra Pool deployments (Grafana/Prometheus dashboards) for the upcoming Telehash. Finally, we update the community on the Samourai Wallet case: Keonne's facility designation, the continuing push for a presidential pardon, and how to support via petition and donations. #PardonSamourai.
In this episode of Coin Stories, Natalie Brunell sits down with Keonne Rodriguez, CEO of Samourai Wallet, for a wide-ranging — and tough — conversation ahead of Keonne beginning a five-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to operate a money transmitting business while knowing the business transmitted criminal proceeds. Natalie asks Keonne on the government's case, including prosecutors' claims that Samourai's coin-mixing tools amounted to "money laundering," and allegations that he encouraged criminals to use the platform. Keonne responds with his philosophical and practical defense of financial privacy, the distinction between self-custody and the traditional banking system, and what's at stake if privacy tools are effectively outlawed. We discuss: Why financial privacy is a human right — and where the line is drawn Bitcoin self-custody vs surveillance finance What coin mixing is, and why prosecutors call it "money laundering" The allegations that Samourai facilitated or encouraged illicit activity What the loss of privacy means for freedom in a digital world Petition: https://www.change.org/p/stand-up-for-freedom-pardon-the-innocent-coders-jailed-for-building-privacy-tools ---- Order Natalie's new book "Bitcoin is For Everyone," a simple introduction to Bitcoin and what's broken in our current financial system: https://amzn.to/3WzFzfU —— Coin Stories is powered by Gemini. Today I talk with Keonne Rodriguez, co-founder of Samourai Wallet, who is set to report to prison on December 19 unless he gets a pardon from President Trump… In April 2024, two Bitcoin software developers, Keonne Rodriguez and William "Bill" Lonergan Hill, were violently arrested in their homes in a pre-dawn militarized raid by the FBI for running Samourai Wallet—a non-custodial Bitcoin wallet—despite no prior warnings and full compliance with the law as they and their advisors understood it. Keonne on X: https://x.com/keonne GET INVOLVED: https://billandkeonne.org/ SIGN THE PETITION: https://www.change.org/p/stand-up-for-freedom-pardon-the-innocent-coders-jailed-for-building-privacy-tools DONATE: https://www.givesendgo.com/billandkeonne They spent the next year and a half in the crippling uncertainty of home arrest, fighting against an adversary with unlimited resources. Keonne was sentenced on November 6, 2025, to the maximum five years in prison, plus an additional fine of $250,000, plus three years of supervised release. Bill was sentenced to four years in prison on November 19, 2025. He will also be responsible for a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release. Both men are facing serious time in jail for writing code that supported the privacy and security of Bitcoin users. This case exemplifies DOJ overreach through a dangerous legal theory that criminalizes open-source code for legitimate privacy purposes. Keonne Rodriguez, co-developer of the Samourai Wallet, joins The Steve Gruber Show to discuss the controversial DOJ case that has rocked the cryptocurrency world. Arrested in April 2024 and forced to plead guilty under a contentious plea deal, Rodriguez argues that the prosecution represents unprecedented overreach, threatening financial privacy, innovation, free speech, and the future of U.S.-based crypto development. The Samourai Wallet was a non-custodial Bitcoin privacy tool, designed to protect users' transactions without ever controlling their funds or private keys. Yet the DOJ labeled it a “money transmitting business,” despite FinCEN guidance stating otherwise. Critics, including Rodriguez, lawmakers, and industry experts, warn that this case criminalizes code as speech and sets a chilling precedent for all developers. Rodriguez explains the legal flaws, selective persecution, and privacy implications of the case, highlighting the broader threat to Bitcoin self-custody and U.S. innovation. He also calls for presidential pardons, legislative protections, and stronger oversight to prevent similar government overreach in the future.
In this episode of POD256, Tyler and eco catch up on winter in Colorado, project trucks, and then dive deep into the latest in Bitcoin mining and freedom tech. We recap last week's conversation with Keonne Rodriguez of Samourai Wallet, the urgent push for signatures on the pardon petition, and practical ways to support; while clarifying privacy-friendly ways to sign. We also discuss GrapheneOS stepping back from France amid regulatory pressure, the broader trend of governments targeting toolmakers, and why freedom tech from Bitcoin mining to open hardware matters now more than ever.On the mining front, we showcase Hydra Pool, our open-source non-custodial pool software, now running in our lab and soon to be public for Telehash #3 and beyond. We walk through the Grafana dashboard, PPLNS accounting for up to 100 addresses per coinbase, and our goal to migrate community hash over for solo mining support. We also update on Ember One and Libre Board: open-source hashboard and controller hardware moving through v5 prototyping on our pick-and-place, aiming for developer kits before fully assembled plug‑and‑play units. We hit Bitmain's reported federal probe, solo block wins by small hashers, and the path to open hardware parity. We close with hasher shoutouts and a call to action: sign the Samourai petition and join Telehash to help fund open mining R&D.
In this urgent and heartfelt conversation, we sit down with Keonne Rodriguez, cofounder of Samourai Wallet, to unpack his prosecution and five-year federal sentence for building noncustodial Bitcoin privacy software. From the government's shifting theory of “unlicensed money transmission” to conspiracy charges built on out-of-context tweets and slides, Keonne details how a noncustodial wallet was framed as a financial institution, even after FinCEN itself reportedly said it was not. We dig into Whirlpool's design (no custody, blinded coordination), the difference between mixers and CoinJoin, and how broad prosecutorial language threatens developers, node operators, and even miners. Keonne walks us through the pretrial gauntlet, denied motions, the plea calculus that cut risk from 25 years to 5, and why truth often can't reach a jury. He shares practical digital hygiene tips, why open source kept Samourai's work alive (Ashigaru, RoninDojo), and how the community can help by amplifying the petition and supporting families. This episode is a call for builders and Bitcoiners to rally, defend open-source freedom tech, and stand against precedent that endangers everyone who values privacy. Resources and how to help: Sign and share the petition for clemency and support families at billandkeonne.org. If donating, use the non-crypto options listed until the dev's surrender date to avoid any bail-condition issues. Keep learning about CoinJoin, Dojo, and community forks like Ashigaru and advocate for legal defense infrastructure to protect open-source builders going forward.

In episode 94 of POD256, we cover a full slate of Bitcoin mining and freedom tech updates from Nashville to Denver. We recap the Bitcoin Veterans telehash fundraiser that briefly peaked near 98.5 PH, discuss PPLNS dynamics at Ocean and Slush/Brains, and explore Square's new Lightning payments rollout. We share a field report from installing an immersion-based hashrate heating system on subsidized power in Buena Vista, the pros/cons of immersion (including an oil-leak mishap), and how recapturing heat favors small, distributed miners. We dive deep into 256 Foundation progress: Ember One hashboard prototyping on the pick-and-place, the Libre control board, Ant Hat and Edit boards, Hydra Pool's PPLNS design with a public shares API, and the imminent open-sourcing of Mujina firmware. We also preview January's Telehash at Bitcoin Park where we'll “eat our own dog food” by running Ember One + Libre + Mujina against our self-hosted Hydra Pool instance. Finally, we break down the Samourai Wallet sentencing, why the “unlicensed money transmitter” framing is dangerous despite Samourai's non-custodial design, the realities around “restricted markets,” and why broad community action (including a pardon push and better anonymity for devs) is critical. Plus: Start9 VPN tunneling in Alpha 12, packaging Hydra Pool for StartOS, and listener hash-rate shoutouts across Lincoin, Solo CK, Public Pool, and Ocean.

The panel opened with reflections on the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk and other recent violent events, framing them through the lens of The Fourth Turning by Strauss & Howe.Discussion on how history moves in ~80–100 year cycles of crisis and renewal, with Bitcoin and decentralized protocols potentially forming the backbone of the next institutional order.John emphasized perspective, comparing today's turmoil with past upheavals (1960s, 1970s, World Wars), and highlighted the role of media saturation in shaping perceptions.Panelists praised Kirk's willingness to debate respectfully, lamenting the erosion of open dialogue in society.Shifted to macro: China's gold accumulation as a hedge against dollar hegemony, interpreted as part of a global move toward neutral reserve assets—gold today, Bitcoin tomorrow.Deep dive into U.S. financial surveillance: the inefficiencies of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and threats of extending the Patriot Act to digital assets. Panelists argued KYC/AML laws are largely ineffective at stopping crime but very effective at surveilling citizens.Highlighted the DOJ's case against Samourai Wallet as an example of U.S. hostility toward Bitcoin privacy tools.Covered this week's major supply-chain attack on NPM packages, noting minimal impact but using it as a PSA: always verify addresses on hardware wallets and beware phishing scams.Tether launched a U.S.-regulated stablecoin (USAT). The panel explored how this intersects with the Genius Act, which would require stablecoin reserves to be in U.S. Treasuries, effectively creating a new forced buyer of U.S. debt.Quick hits: MicroStrategy denied S&P 500 inclusion (for now), BLS quietly revised U.S. job numbers down by 900k, Gemini goes public, and Michael Saylor positions MicroStrategy as a “Bitcoin capital markets” play. Welcome to The Chopping Block – where crypto insiders Haseeb Qureshi, Tom Schmidt, Tarun Chitra, and Robert Leshner chop it up about the latest in crypto. In this episode, things get personal as Haseeb and Tom break their silence on the DOJ's shocking threat to criminally charge Dragonfly over its early investment in Tornado Cash. With Roman Storm's trial nearing its conclusion, the crew unpacks the unprecedented legal risks facing developers, investors, and privacy protocols and what it means for the future of crypto in the U.S. As Ethereum celebrates its 10th anniversary, a storm brews in court: Samourai Wallet founders plead guilty, the DOJ backpedals on Dragonfly, and Roman Storm faces decades behind bars for writing code. Robert recounts his short-lived microcap M&A adventure (aka the Liquor Store Fiasco), and the gang reacts to a dramatic regulatory about-face from the SEC's new crypto-friendly regime. Is financial privacy now a crime? Will U.S. law catch up with crypto code? And what happens when TradFi tries to CT a public company? This episode hits hard — and nothing is off limits.
