On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset Podcast, I take a moment to recap mental health awareness month and dive briefly into my gut health/inside out health journey over the past 2+ years. Long story short - I reached a point where everything I was doing was no longer working. No matter what lifestyle choices I implemented - I didn't feel better. No matter what I ate, what I eliminated, what I focused on - I always felt sick after meals. I have been STUCK in every sense of the word - physically, emotionally, mentally.
