Before moving on to Kansas the guys take a look back at last week and The Professor is happy after the performance of his Predictor. Plus, Producer Travis has a surprise for Letarte. The second round of the NASCAR Playoffs begins this weekend at Kansas. Sitting in Tier 1 of the Predictor are Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Tyler Reddick, Christopher Bell, and Chase Elliott (6:50). Tampa Timms likes Larson and says he has to be on your bet slip. However, he isn't as high on Chase Elliott even though Letarte thinks he's worth betting for a top-10 finish even with -220 odds. Two non-Playoff drivers sit in tier 2 and Tampa Timms is paying close attention to them. Those drivers are Ross Chastain and Bubba Wallace (11:20).Corey LaJoie and Justin Haley have swapped rides and the question is, who will have the better race (16:30)?Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Busch are still winless in 2024 and the guys discuss who is more likely to win this season (23:20).Tampa Timms believes Bell will make the Championship 4 and for that reason, he will be betting him to win each week. Plus, he likes Bell in a group bet and potentially top Toyota (24:20).Alex Bowman has chased a lot of top-10 bets for Tampa Timms this season and he believes that will hit again. Drivers on lead lap at finish and number of lead changes is an absolute hammer bet (30:45).Xfinity Series Playoffs begin this weekend and Sheldon Creed is the best bet on the board (34:00).The Degenerate 4-Pack turned a profit last week after cashing out before the Raiders/Panthers game and they hope to keep that going. This week the bets for their 4-leg parlay are (35:00):                Dallas Cowboys -5.5 vs New York Giants                Miami -12.5 vs Virginia Tech                Ohio State -12.5 first half vs Michigan State                Ohio State/MSU over 48.5 points The guys hand out other football bets they have for the weekend before wrapping up. FanDuel disclaimer: 21+ and present in North Carolina. Tampa Timms agrees as a driver to win, but he also likes betting him for top-5.Justin Haley and Rick Ware Racing have impressed everyone lately, and Tampa Timms thinks he could be a sleeper for a top-10 at +360. Kyle Busch hasn't had the best season so far, but this race could be one that jumpstarts his season.Carson Hocevar enters the weekend a little lighter as NASCAR fined him 50k for wrecking Harrison Burton last weekend and Steve Letarte reacts to the decision. The top-10 parlays have caught Tampa Timms' eye this weekend. The first round of The Denny Hamlin Bracket Challenge had some surprise upsets. None bigger than Austin Dillon knocking off the two seed, Martin Truex Jr. With that upset, Tampa Timms came dressed in Austin Dillon gear to pay off his bet.NASCAR is headed to Sonoma this weekend, and it's hard to tell what to expect. With the new re-paved road course, The Professor explains why practice and qualifying are important to watch this weekend. The Professor also breaks down his predictor model. In tier one is: Chase Elliott, Tyler Reddick, Martin Truex Jr., William Byron, and Christopher Bell. Tampa Timms agrees with these drivers being at the top but explains why he won't bet on any of them to win pre-race.Last week, Austin Cindric got his first win of the season, and Steve believes that could be the start of summer races won by first-time winners this year. One driver who hasn't won a points race this year but everyone believes Vegas gave out a bad line on is Joey Logano at +4500, and Tampa Timms will be betting that pre-race.A longshot for a top-10 is Justin Haley at +350. The guys have their eyes on Bubba Wallace and Brad Keselowski as possible top-10 bets also. While it's hard to handicap who might win, Steve believes this race is perfect for matchup bets. The number one head-to-head bet on his list is William Byron (-115) vs Ty Gibbs (-115).The guys also discuss why the drivers who tested at Sonoma have an advantage and whether a driver could win stages 1 or 2 and the race.Plus, The Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio, began on Thursday, and the guys have a couple of bets.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. is joined on the Download this week by Kaulig Racing Cup driver Justin Haley. Back in July, Justin helped kick off the NASCAR silly season by announcing he was leaving his longtime home at Kaulig for Rick Ware Racing in 2024. Dale, co-host Mike Davis, and Justin discuss the move and the reasoning behind it. Justin explains that ultimately he wanted to bet on himself and believed in Ware's determined approach to auto racing. Also, they analyze the back half of the Cup field and the huge gains teams like RWR and Front Row Motorsports have made with the NextGen Cup car. Justin fills listeners in on his journey through the world of motorsports, which began at the age of nine in the quarter midget class in Central Indiana. His Uncles Todd and Drew, who were both motorsports fanatics with ties to the industry, helped Justin embark on an ambitious path up the racing ladder. His climb up through the ranks saw him spend time in street stocks, late models, and Trans Am road racing. His 2016 K&N East Championship helped open the door to the upper echelon of NASCAR, becoming just the 32nd driver in history to have won races in the Trucks, Xfinity, and Cup Series.
