I’ve been doing this work since 1993, and the single most important thing I’ve learned is this: your old programming doesn’t disappear when you install new thinking. It stays in the memory. What changes is how often it gets triggered. And if you understand that, everything about how you do your mindset work shifts. Reprogramming Your Mind: Why the Old Beliefs Don’t Just Go Away I want you to think about something that consumed your world when you were thirteen or fourteen — something that felt enormous at the time. When’s the last time that thought entered your mind? Probably not in years. It’s still in there, buried in your subconscious, but it stopped being relevant. Your environment changed, your life changed, and so the mind stopped reaching for it. That’s the mechanism you’re working with when you’re reprogramming your mind as an adult. The old fears, the old doubts, the old ‘I can’t’ patterns — they don’t get erased. But they do get quieter. The goal is to install new, positive beliefs so consistently that your environment starts triggering those instead. Every time you let your mind sit in doubt, you’re reinforcing the exact thing you’re trying to move away from. Every time you pick up a tool — an audio, an affirmation, a passage you’ve read a hundred times — and use it with intention, you’re doing the real work. Reprogramming Your Mind Through the Law of Polarity The Law of Polarity is the most useful law you can apply every single day, and this is the episode where I explain why. The law states that everything in the universe — physical and non-physical — has an equal and opposite side. They are connected. So when you have a desire, when you feel a need for something in your business or your life, that very awareness is evidence that the fulfillment already exists. Raymond Holliwell put it in a way I’ve never forgotten: no mind can be conscious of a need or desire unless the possibility of its fulfillment already exists. I read that paragraph over and over until it was burned into me. Because it answered the question I kept asking in 1993 — where is it going to come from? His answer: it’s already here. You just can’t see it yet because your perception is locked on what you don’t have. The work is training your mind to look the other direction. Not with wishful thinking, but with a deliberate, consistent expectation. Move forward. Stay in the expectation continuously. The how, the money, the opportunity — they begin to appear because you’ve trained your mind to finally see them. That’s what I’ve done for twenty-seven years in business. Every single time my mind drifted toward doubt, I went back to this. And it has never not worked. Initially skeptical of energy healing, natural law, and the like, Margie's profound journey from a tumultuous past to embracing practices like Reiki left me reconsidering my stance. Her articulate discussion on natural law and the law of polarity struck a chord, showcasing how these ancient principles can catalyze personal growth. While I maintain respect for conventional medicine, Margie's narrative urges us to explore alternative modalities with an open mind. So, I invite you to join me in contemplating the "woo woo" versus "wow" of holistic healing, and perhaps, consider the transformative power it holds. Let's dive in! Here are the key takeaways from this solo episode: Dr. Fred admits he had some initial skepticism about energy healing, natural law, the law of polarity, and other "alternative" modalities that Margie discussed. However, after hearing Margie's personal journey and her deep understanding and embodiment of these principles, Dr. Fred became much less skeptical. ⁠He was impressed by how Margie went from a traumatic upbringing that disrupted her self-esteem, to discovering energy healing like Reiki, and then deeply studying the theories and teachings behind these practices. ⁠Margie's ability to eloquently explain natural law, the law of polarity, and how these universal principles can empower personal transformation was very convincing to Dr. Fred. Dr. Fred acknowledges that while conventional/allopathic medicine has its place, the ancient healing arts and spiritual/energetic approaches can also be highly valuable, especially when approached with an open mind. In this episode, Sean examines the fifth hermetic principle - the Law of Polarity. He explains how polarity means everything has an opposite on a spectrum with infinite degrees. He provides examples like good/evil, light/dark. Polarity originated from the singularity of source splitting into the physical world of duality. Conny Méndez was born in Caracas, Venezuela on April 11, 1898, the daughter of distinguished author and poet Don Eugenio Méndez y Mendoza and Doña Lastenia Guzmán de Méndez y Mendoza. She devoted many years of her life to the theatre, as producer, director and actress in productions benefiting the International Red Cross Society during the years when the Society was under the direction of Chairwoman Doña Margarita de Guinand.   Her Musical output consists of more that forty compositions, the best known of which are in a folkloric vein and are still available in international record stores. Her classical and romantic works cover a wide range, including an Oratorio in the sacred tradition. She is the author of numerous poems as well as composer of all lyrics for her music, and has performed at many international concerts featuring her own music.  In 1946, she founded the Christian Metaphysics Movement in Venezuela, and began to dedicate herself completely to this esoteric teaching, bringing her writings and lectures to the major cities of Central and South America.   The Seven Principles are: Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause and Effect, and Regeneration. These Principles act as one. Perhaps the best way to understand this concept is to think of Principle as a seven-sided jar. Each side is distinct, yet each is joined to the others, and without any one of them the vessel would be incomplete—and it wouldn't hold water. Complete, it is a vessel of infinite capacity.
