    After graduating from the University of Toronto in 2012, Georges El Masri embarked on a career path that initially seemed promising—an office job with a tech company. However, he soon found himself grappling with a sense of dissatisfaction and unhappiness. After a prolonged period of self-reflection, George arrived at a pivotal realization: his true passion lay in the realm of real estate. Contemplating what would bring him genuine happiness over the next decade, Georges made a resolute decision to pursue a career in real estate. Armed with this clarity of purpose, he took the proactive step of obtaining his realtor's license, fully cognizant that this was just the first step towards his ultimate goal of becoming a real estate investor. In 2017, Georges executed his first successful "BRRR" (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) strategy, an experience that ignited a fervent passion for real estate investment within him.     Danielle Unsworth comes from humble beginnings as a refugee child escaping from Cambodia with her parents and sister. She saw the struggles that her parents went through as new immigrants and was determined to find a way to achieve financial security.
