The Well/Behaved Podcast quickly became one of my favorite podcasts to listen to. From the moment I started listening to Steph and Lauren's banter, it felt like hanging out with two close friends. Their dynamic is real, funny, and relatable, making it easy to connect with them on a personal level. They have a great balance between being informative and entertaining, which keeps me engaged throughout each episode. One of the best aspects of this podcast is their ability to provide well-rounded and balanced content on wellness. They cover a wide range of topics, from yoga and fitness to nutrition and self-care. I appreciate that they approach wellness in an approachable yet aspirational way, making it accessible for listeners at any stage of their wellness journey. Their recommendations are always spot-on, and I've tried many of them with zero disappointment. It's refreshing to have hosts who not only do their research but also test and review products themselves, taking the guesswork out for listeners like me.
As much as I love The Well/Behaved Podcast, there are a few aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, while their guest lineup is outstanding overall, there have been a couple of episodes where the guest didn't bring as much value or expertise as expected. It would be great if they were more selective in choosing guests who can offer unique insights or experiences in the wellness world. Additionally, although Steph and Lauren have incredible chemistry together, there are times when their tangents can distract from the main topic or drag on for too long. While I enjoy their casual conversations and side conversations, it would be beneficial if they focused more on staying on track during certain episodes.
In conclusion, The Well/Behaved Podcast is definitely worth subscribing to if you're interested in wellness and living your best life. Steph and Lauren bring humor, knowledge, and authenticity to each episode. Their relatability makes it easy for listeners to connect with them, and their recommendations are always on point. While there are a couple of areas for improvement, overall, this podcast is a gem. I can't wait to see what they have in store for future episodes and continue to be inspired by their well-rounded approach to wellness.
