Ze kopen het nieuwe model omdat ze het wíllen kopen. Met een iCar kan het dezelfde kant op gaan. Op dit moment schieten de dealerrendementen in de Verenigde Staten door het dak. Terwijl dealers bezig zijn om hun geld te tellen, wachten nieuwe toetreders hun kans af. Als de concurrentie toeneemt, als fabrikanten en de overheid je niet helpen, dan moet je jezelf helpen. Meer klanten per auto betekent een hogere omloopsnelheid. Wij verkopen onze occasionvoorraad gemiddeld twee keer per maand en 19 keer per jaar. De beste klant is een klant die bij jou een auto koopt, terugkomt voor onderhoud en reparatie, en daarna weer een auto bij jou koopt.
