One of the most prolific and successful artists on the contemporary urban jazz scene. Last month he released his 18th full-length album. He is touring extensively in 2026 with dates from May to October. A British artist and producer with 15 Billboard top ten hits, he has had ten Billboard number ones as an artist, producer or co-writer. His career includes having founded his own record label, worked for the BBC and a number of theatrical orchestras in London's West End. Upon his move to America, he became a top session player after recording with everyone from Bebe & Cece Winans to Jody Watley and Carole Bayer Sager. In recent years he has released a Live in London album as well as a standards project tracked at Abbey Road. He has well over 316 thousand monthly listeners on Spotify, where his top five songs alone have a combined total of well over 44 million streams and his YouTube channel has well over 25 million video views.

England's Chris Standring is a superb guitarist whose had over a dozen Top 10 contemporary jazz hits with a half-dozen reaching Number 1. Moving to the United States in 1991, Chris has become a prolific performer playing throughout the country. Coool CAT's producer Ray White caught up with Chris in May of 2024 to chat about his musical influences, insights into his younger days in England and he gives us an update on his new album As We Think - which touches on various sub-genres of contemporary jazz music. Shevyn's release titled "Running Out Of Time" is an otherworldly tune about a multidimensional version of herself doing time travel, with self-empowerment from her future self as showcased in the music video. Shevyn Roberts is an American singer, actress, and dancer who has been nominated for multiple awards for her music, including the Hollywood Music in Media Award for the songs Superstitious', 'Upside Down' and 'Better than the First Time.' Shevyn has won multiple awards for dancing, including six National Solo Dance Championships with the American Dance/Drill Team School and Showtime International. Robert Eibach is a GRAMMY-nominated and Latin GRAMMY-nominated, Billboard-charting artist, producer, engineer, remixer, and songwriter. Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and growing up playing guitar and bass with a desire to learn more about music production, Eibach enrolled at Temple University in Philadelphia. It was there he learned piano and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media with a concentration in Music Production. While in Philadelphia, Robert also worked at the legendary Third Story Recording Studios as a recording engineer. The experience of working with such artists as Korn and Swizz Beatz, and learning from producers/engineers Mark Sarisky, Scott Herzog, Jack Klotz, and Phil Nowlan gave Robert the confidence and motivation to move out west to Los Angeles and pursue a career in the music industry. After arriving in Los Angeles, Robert was hired by Del Oro Music, where he worked his way up the ranks from an assistant engineer, to an engineer, to head engineer, and eventually to a producer. Anthony Nicoli is the Aerospace Senior Director for Siemens Digital Industries, and he leads Siemens' efforts to help the aerospace and defense industry digitalize its electrical engineering systems development. He has a Masters and Bachelors in Science from MIT and an MBA from D'amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern and completed the corporate venturing program from The Wharton School. Today we're speaking with Tim Nicklas, whose story began with some early losses he worked to overcome as an intrapreneur within a major children's hospital. Like many of us, at work, Tim faced personalities he failed to influence – or struggled to understand. All of us need buy-in from others at work. His remedy? Tim acknowledged his cognitive bias to think that other people share his worldview and found true value in diverse personalities. Having first participated in our programs in 2011, he still holds his role at the hospital, teaches new fathers how to be new Dads, and has recently joined the Faculty of Influential U.
