Kliq This: The Kevin Nash Podcast

Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver are back with another wild ride on “Kliq This,” and this week kicks off with Kevin sharing some outrageous stories sparked by a visit from his longtime friend Adam. Though Adam's not actually on the show, his stay at Kevin's house brings up memories of how they once bonded while filming “Magic Mike,” including a near-brawl over coffee and a close-knit camaraderie forged by dancing in their underwear on set. Kevin also reveals how their grand scheme to buy a minor-league baseball team nearly came to fruition and why they never stopped talking about the Savannah Bananas. The wrestling world still looms large as they dig into the phenomenon of the Sheik impression popping up in every locker room. Kevin offers sharp insight on how classic terms like “Jabroni” managed to infiltrate the modern wrestling lexicon, and Sean can't help but crack up whenever they recall Iron Sheik's legendary banter. They also toss around some thoughts on what makes certain wrestling figures outlast their own eras, from Gorilla Monsoon's “gorilla position” to Andre's famous stickers found around the globe. Midway through, the conversation veers into side-splitting territory when Kevin describes a certain “towel joke” that's both cringe-worthy and laugh-out-loud hilarious. It's the kind of humor you expect when he and Sean get going, made even funnier by the lingering influence of Adam's visit and all the freewheeling banter that comes with old friends reuniting. Their chemistry only gets sharper as Kevin drops a few more stories about his latest run-ins and some unfiltered advice you might not want to follow in public. If you're looking for a mix of wrestling nostalgia, Hollywood antics, ridiculous side stories, and genuine friendship, you've come to the right place. Kevin and Sean manage to balance it all while reminding fans why “Kliq This” is unlike any other podcast out there. No matter how crazy the discussion gets, these two always bring it back to the laughs—and this episode is no exception. Welcome to the 11th of 12 episodes where I unshame the houses of the chart with a different guest astrologer for each episode. My guest is the heretical genius Kelsey Rose Tortorice. Our conversation was an incredibly shifting and illuminating.  To the ancients, the 11th House was called Good Spirit.  Here we're discussing how shame can show up in the department of life we call the 11th House, which includes:  - How we constellate humans together around shared hopes and dreams  - Friends, acquaintances, associates, colleagues  - Friend groups, social networks, allies, community   - Benefactors, patrons, advancement through friends    - Prosperity and fortune, attainment of dreams  - Group identity, organizations, clubs, teams  I'm so grateful to Kelsey for going there with me.  Enjoy!  Kelsey is a post-capitalist astrologer, teacher, human design experiMentor, and community initiator. They are a student and teacher of the maia; seeking to understand and universalize the mechanics of reality within the context of individuality, cosmos, and consciousness as a whole. Their work facilitates upheaval; disrupting homogenized programming and re-orienting people to their differentiated truth and inherent wholeness.  Kelsey's links: personal stuff: personal IG: @kelseyrosetort personal website: kelseyrosetort.com (human design & astrology workshops + waitlist for readings & "living your design" course - no need to type that out but thats whats available on my site if you desire to mention so) the maia games podcast heretic haven stuff: www.heretic-haven.com IG: @heretic.haven Heretic Haven begins April 10th, use code moontomoon55 for $55 off of enrollment (paid in full or apply to payment plan) +++ E M E R G E N C E  A S T R O L O G Y www.brittenlarue.com Instagram: @brittenlarue Order Living Astrology +++ Podcast art: Angela George. The debut LP of Wax Trax sleaze peddlers extraordinaire, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, is the subject of this month's commentary podcast. Between the duo of Buzz McCoy and Groovie Mann getting in on the ‘darkened 60s psychedelia' angle years before it went mainstream, to their placement within Wax Trax and industrial music overall in the late 80s, to the more restrained (and dare we say tasteful?) sounds which crop up in the band's early work, there's plenty to discuss.

Such was the case with Drew, while wearing a Star of David necklace; a Jewish symbol composed of two overlaid equilateral triangles that form a six-pointed star. He was surprised to have had a great conversation as well as many things in common with his seat mate on the plane who was a physician and a practicing Muslim. CRISPR technology is a method of editing genes, removing damaged DNA and replacing with a repair that has the potential to cure certain diseases. This technology has recently been successful in eliminating the disease of sickle cell anemia in patients during recent tests. Everyone can become addicted to junk food because of the ultra processed chemicals that open up our dopamine receptors which are ignited by our taste buds that love various combinations of fat, sugar and salt. While several candidates had strong moments, there was seemingly no real challenge to Donald Trump's massive polling lead. According to RealClearPolitics polling averages, Trump has a 43-point advantage over second-place candidate Ron DeSantis—57% to 14%.
