Charity starts at home. Secure UK Borders now! #ukpolitics #debate #illegalimmigration #asylum seekers In this video, Jon Gaunt dives into the pressing issue of illegal immigration and asylum seekers in the UK. With over 38,000 migrants housed in hotels, costing taxpayers a staggering £5.5 million per day, it's clear that the government is failing to manage the crisis. Despite promises from Sir Keir Starmer to end asylum hotels and Rishi Sunak's vow to "stop the boats," illegal migration continues to surge, with over 6,000 migrants arriving via the Channel in 2025 alone. In total, 30,000 migrants have entered the UK since Labour came to power. This is a failure of the entire political class, especially after Brexit, where we voted to regain control of our borders. The question remains: why can't our politicians fix this problem? We urgently need tougher deterrents and solutions to end the hotel accommodations that are draining public funds. It's time for a realistic, hard-hitting strategy to secure UK borders and address the immigration crisis head-on. Nigel Farage has been at the forefront of Reform UK's growth, but with mounting divisions, some are starting to wonder if Farage can hold the party together. Is it his responsibility as leader to step in and resolve this spat, or is he allowing the situation to spiral out of control? Is he fiddling whilst Rome or the UK burns? The political landscape is shifting rapidly, and this drama is unfolding at a critical moment for the UK's future. Join us as we break down this dramatic confrontation and analyse the potential impact on UK politics, free speech, and debate. What does this mean for Reform UK's future and the wider political scene? Watch and join in with your thoughts. Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver are back with another wild ride on “Kliq This,” and this week kicks off with Kevin sharing some outrageous stories sparked by a visit from his longtime friend Adam. Though Adam's not actually on the show, his stay at Kevin's house brings up memories of how they once bonded while filming “Magic Mike,” including a near-brawl over coffee and a close-knit camaraderie forged by dancing in their underwear on set. Kevin also reveals how their grand scheme to buy a minor-league baseball team nearly came to fruition and why they never stopped talking about the Savannah Bananas. The wrestling world still looms large as they dig into the phenomenon of the Sheik impression popping up in every locker room. Kevin offers sharp insight on how classic terms like “Jabroni” managed to infiltrate the modern wrestling lexicon, and Sean can't help but crack up whenever they recall Iron Sheik's legendary banter. They also toss around some thoughts on what makes certain wrestling figures outlast their own eras, from Gorilla Monsoon's “gorilla position” to Andre's famous stickers found around the globe. Midway through, the conversation veers into side-splitting territory when Kevin describes a certain “towel joke” that's both cringe-worthy and laugh-out-loud hilarious. It's the kind of humor you expect when he and Sean get going, made even funnier by the lingering influence of Adam's visit and all the freewheeling banter that comes with old friends reuniting. Their chemistry only gets sharper as Kevin drops a few more stories about his latest run-ins and some unfiltered advice you might not want to follow in public. If you're looking for a mix of wrestling nostalgia, Hollywood antics, ridiculous side stories, and genuine friendship, you've come to the right place. Kevin and Sean manage to balance it all while reminding fans why “Kliq This” is unlike any other podcast out there. No matter how crazy the discussion gets, these two always bring it back to the laughs—and this episode is no exception. There's a lot of appeal to working for a flashy, up-and-coming startup. But Joe Lee, VP of Growth Marketing at Ontra, has always focused on achieving the best job titles and experiences instead of working for the “sexiest” companies. For Joe, growth marketing provided the perfect opportunities to advance in his career and get to where he is today. Growth marketing has become the de facto title for the person on the marketing team dedicated to growth, whether it's through users, leads, pipeline, or revenue. In this episode, Joe talks to us about the importance of listening to leading indicators, why marketing should partner with sales in account-based marketing, and how to maintain empathy as you rise in the ranks of leadership.Show TopicsOptimize for experience and titleBe a canary in a coal mineStrategize with your decksPartner with salesHyperfocus on a small groupCare about multi-marketing metricsInvest in direct mailNegotiate with your CFOControl your narrative Don't lose your empathyShow Links Check out Ontra Follow Joe Lee on LinkedIn and TwitterPast guests on The Long Game podcast include: Morgan Brown (Shopify), Ryan Law (Animalz), Dan Shure (Evolving SEO), Kaleigh Moore (freelancer), Eric Siu (Clickflow), Peep Laja (CXL), Chelsea Castle (Chili Piper), Tracey Wallace (Klaviyo), Tim Soulo (Ahrefs), Ryan McReady (Reforge), and many more. Some interviews you might enjoy and learn from:Actionable Tips and Secrets to SEO Strategy with Dan Shure (Evolving SEO)Building Competitive Marketing Content with Sam Chapman (Aprimo)How to Build the Right Data Workflow with Blake Burch (Shipyard)Data-Driven Thought Leadership with Alicia Johnston (Sprout Social)Purpose-Driven Leadership & Building a Content Team with Ty Magnin (UiPath)Also, check out our Kitchen Side series where we take you behind the scenes to see how the sausage is made at our agency:Blue Ocean vs Red Ocean SEOShould You Hire Writers or Subject Matter Experts? How Do Growth and Content Overlap?Connect with Omniscient Digital on social:Twitter: @beomniscientLinkedin: Be OmniscientListen to more episodes of The Long Game podcast here: https://beomniscient.com/podcast/

Product-led growth is an up-and-coming market strategy, but what does it actually entail? A product-led growth strategy is a fusion between marketing and product, which means you need two things to ensure its success. First, the product has to be easy to use and easy to adopt. Second, you need to create a big inbound funnel to get people to sign up, resulting in product-led sales. Thomas Schiavone, CEO and Co-founder of Calixa, knows that focusing on product-led growth leads to product-led sales. In this episode, Thomas talked with us about empowering sales to spearhead product-led growth, the importance of manageable data, and why you should aim to build value above all else.Show TopicsFuse marketing and product to create product-led growthCreate the right strategy for your companyEmpower sales Set your prioritiesGet more metricsLeverage machines to parse dataListen to customer insightBuild value firstLet other people make decisionsShow Links Check out CalixaFollow Thomas Schiavone on LinkedIn or TwitterPast guests on The Long Game podcast include: Morgan Brown (Shopify), Ryan Law (Animalz), Dan Shure (Evolving SEO), Kaleigh Moore (freelancer), Eric Siu (Clickflow), Peep Laja (CXL), Chelsea Castle (Chili Piper), Tracey Wallace (Klaviyo), Tim Soulo (Ahrefs), Sean Blanda (Crossbeam), Ilona Abramova (AppSumo), and many more. Some interviews you might enjoy and learn from:020: Spark Creativity and Generate Memorable Content with Ryan Law (Animalz)041: Actionable Tips and Secrets to SEO Strategy with Dan Shure (Evolving SEO)045: Building Competitive Marketing Content with Sam Chapman (Aprimo)009: The Long Game Podcast: Building Communities, Teams and Companies through Marketing with Sabel Harris019: Peak Performing, High-Earning Freelance Writing with Michael Keenan (Co-Founder at Peak Freelance)028: Purpose-Driven Leadership & Building a Content Team with Ty Magnin (UiPath)Also, check out our Kitchen Side series where we take you behind the scenes to see how the sausage is made at our agency:015: Should You Hire Writers or Subject Matter Experts?017: How Do Growth and Content Overlap?027: Is Organic Traffic the Best Traffic?Connect with Omniscient Digital on social:Twitter: @beomniscientLinkedin: Be OmniscientListen to more episodes of The Long Game podcast here: https://beomniscient.com/podcast/

Red versus blue: do you know which ocean you'd rather swim in? We discuss the blue ocean strategy and how to navigate high- and low-competition markets. Blue oceans represent uncrowded markets with low volumes of competition. The waters in a blue ocean are clear and open for swimming. Red oceans, however, are high-volume, highly competitive markets that are more challenging to navigate. Whether you're in a blue ocean or a red ocean, your goal is to find a strategy that sets your company apart and gives your product a fighting chance. In this episode of Kitchen Side, we talk through the pros and cons of both red and blue oceans, what it takes to create a new market, and how to set your company apart from the crowd.Show TopicsFind a strategic edgeFocus on lower keyword difficultyEmploy phrases customers usePiggyback on existing categoriesEvangelize your ideaStart smallDo it allBuild a moatFind your own blue oceanLeverage what makes your company uniqueShow Links Connect with Alex on Twitter or LinkedInConnect with Allie on Twitter or LinkedInConnect with David on Twitter or LinkedInPast guests on The Long Game podcast include: Morgan Brown (Shopify), Ryan Law (Animalz), Dan Shure (Evolving SEO), Kaleigh Moore (freelancer), Eric Siu (Clickflow), Peep Laja (CXL), Chelsea Castle (Chili Piper), Tracey Wallace (Klaviyo), Tim Soulo (Ahrefs), Sean Blanda (Crossbeam), Ilona Abramova (AppSumo), and many more.
