Rarely is one of our shows as intricately fascinating and self-disclosing to our guest and ourselves that we cannot adequately describe all that we covered, all that we learned, and all that we began integrating anew into our knowledge as the interview evolved.   Our guest, physician Juliette Engel, was a captive, slave, and experimental subject controlled by the CIA from early childhood until age sixteen. Acting on her own, she then escaped the CIA/MKUltra house of devil worship — a subject we will let her tell you about in the interview. She began her new life as a college student, and to manage her severe post-traumatic stress, she developed amnesia for her horrendous past. As a therapist and researcher, I know this happens, but it requires a powerful mind like Dr. Engel to accomplish it and ultimately to flourish.   Dr. Engel is part of a growing number of people coming forth about their experiences as victims of CIA experiments, which in part were training her to become a part of what I have decided to call, “the global community of abusers without conscience,” a powerful aspect of the global predators and their unholy empires.   Adding incredible background to her personal testimony, she sent us in advance a document released from the National Security Archive on December 23, 2024. The ominous title is “CIA Behavioral Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.”   The CIA documents confirm many of Dr. Engel's memories, which only began to unfold much later, after a life of medical reform work in Russia.   Confirming Our Own Experiences with the Deep State and CIA   One huge confirmation for me and Ginger is how much the CIA was indeed focused on defending and supporting the very kind or torturous and inhuman psychiatric treatments that I began openly opposing in the early 1970s, including lobotomy and other forms of psychosurgery and electroshock (ECT) which I have described as an electrical closed-head lobotomy.   Another insight for me was the similarity between the CIA agents and collaborators, as described in the CIA documents, and the global predators we have described in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. This is the same profile we continue to explore in our recent columns about America's four current empires: the Western Global Empire, the Eastern Global Chinese Communist Empire, the Russian Empire, and the Caliphate Muslim Empire.   These predators, across a broad spectrum of activities, are primarily motivated by a lust for power over other human beings. They also desire wealth, but mostly as a tool for gaining power. What drives them is the desire to exert power over as many people as possible within their sphere, whether it is a political party, a criminal cabal or conspiracy, a government agency, a nation, an empire, or a global governance.   If they did not lust for power, they would not succeed in their goal of dominating, controlling, exploiting, enslaving, or killing as many people as possible. They must also possess extreme cunning and shrewdness to be able to manipulate and exploit so many people and to compete for power among so many other violent, cunning people. Probably above all else, they must be masters of conspiracy, able to seduce or intimidate others into helping them pursue their evil aims.   These predators must lack identification with the people within their own family,  group, nation, or empire, because seizing and growing enormous power usually requires, as history demonstrates, killing competitors in their own families and their own inner circles of co-conspirators, as well as millions of their own people, as demonstrated by apex global predators from Alexander “the Great” to Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the current leaders of Communist China.   These predators must not allow themselves to genuinely love anyone, because such entanglements and feelings would check or inhibit the kind of evil conduct required for fulfilling their primary lust for power. Ultimately, they must not identify with anyone but themselves.   The following excerpts are taken from the vastly important document that our guest, Juliette Engel, MD, first drew to our attention, “CIA Behavior Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.”  [The document lacks page numbers, but the excerpts can be located by means of searching the document:]   Excerpt 1 from the CIA Documents   Asked whether the CIA had tried to identify “techniques of producing retrograde amnesia,” Gottlieb said it was something that they “talked about,” but that he could not “remember any specific projects or specific research mounted in response to that question.” Asked if the CIA ever used “psychosurgery research projects,” Gottlieb said his “remembrance is that they did.”   Excerpt 2   The elevation of Allen Dulles to deputy director of central intelligence in 1951 led to an expansion of BLUEBIRD programs under a new name, ARTICHOKE, and under the direction of Gottlieb at TSS. The new program was to include, among other projects, the development of “gas guns” and “poisons,” and experiments to test whether “monotonous sounds,” “concussion,” “electroshock,” and “induced sleep” could be used as a means to gain “hypnotic control of an individual.”[5]   Excerpt 3   Another prominent MKULTRA “cutout” foundation, the Human Ecology Society, was run by Cornell Medical Center neurologist Dr. Harold Wolff, who wrote an early study of communist brainwashing techniques for Allen Dulles and later partnered with the CIA to develop a combination of drugs and sensory deprivation that could be used to erase the human mind. Among the most extreme MKULTRA projects funded through Wolff's group were the infamous “depatterning” experiments conducted by Dr. D. Ewen Cameron at the Allan Memorial Institute, a psychiatric hospital at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Cameron's methods combined induced sleep, electroshocks, and “psychic driving,” under which drugged subjects were psychologically tortured for weeks or months in an effort to reprogram their minds.   Except 4   While no new techniques had been discovered, presently known mind control techniques described in the attachment include the use of LSD and other drugs, hypnosis, the use of the polygraph, neurosurgery, and electric shock treatments. However, field testing of these techniques has been handicapped by the “inability to provide the medical competence for a final evaluation and for such field testing as the evaluation indicates. Repeated efforts to recruit medical personnel have failed and until recently the CIA Medical Staff has not been in a position to assist.”   Excerpt 5   The response from TSS lists 17 “materials and methods” that the Chemical Division was working to develop, including:   *substances that “promote illogical thinking,” materials that would “render the induction of hypnosis easier” or “enhance its usefulness,” substances that would help individuals to endure “privation, torture and coercion during interrogation” and attempts at ‘brainwashing,'” *“materials and physical methods” to “produce amnesia” and “shock and confusion over extended periods of time,” substances that would “produce physical disablement, including paralysis, *substances that “alter personality structure” or that “produce ‘pure' euphoria with no subsequent let-down,” and a “knockout pill” for use in surreptitious druggings and to produce amnesia, among other things. [Asterisks and bold added]   Excerpt 6   Gibbons was not fully clear on how the CIA obtained LSD, but most of it came from the Eli Lilly & Company, according to this memo, which “apparently makes a gift of it to CIA.”  [bold added. There are many mentions in the report citing Eli Lilly as the source of massive of amounts of LSD which the CIA then inflicted upon Americans, sometimes as experiments and sometimes for financial gain.]   End of Excerpts   In the current release of CIA documents, many well-known government officials and universities are named as supporting and collaborating with MKUltra and other ghastly CIA experiments. Particularly stunning to me, the CIA bought a new wing for the Georgetown University Hospital, in return for which the CIA was given a special “safe house” inside the medical wing where they were free to inflict their wanton will on involuntary experimental subjects with supportive help from the hospital.   One More Step in Facing the Evil Within   These quotes confirm what I had long suspected and had only limited data to confirm — that the CIA and other government agencies are very protective and supportive of psychosurgery (lobotomy) and electroshock treatment (ECT). They want to research and apply these gross methods of damaging the human brain and mind to facilitate interrogation, to erase memories, to change personalities, and to make people more obedient and robotic. They also want them widely used in society to dumb down and render passive as many people as possible on the way to building the global slave state.   During this interview, we began to more deeply appreciate the involvement of the Deep State in psychiatry and psychology and the strength of their opposition to my reform work going back to the early 1970s. My earliest reform efforts focused on these two treatments, psychosurgery and then electroshock, and finally matured into seeing all psychiatric treatment as an assault on the brain and mind.   In various books and scientific articles, Ginger and I have been pointing to federal agencies pushing lobotomy (DOJ, NIMH), pushing electroshock (CIA, FDA), and pushing psychoactive drugs (FDA, CIA, NIMH, NIH, Department of Education, and others.   Our greatest confrontation with federal agencies came during an intense few years when we educated and organized people to shut down a massive U.S. interagency eugenical program to go into the inner cities to identify supposed biological and genetic causes of violence in black children and youth. The goal was ultimately to justify the widespread diagnosing and drugging of these children, including highly remunerative drugs like antidepressants and stimulants. I had already encountered outright racism, with neurosurgeons and psychiatrists advocating in print for the use of psychosurgery to control the leaders of black uprisings in the 1960s and early 1970s.   We completely defeated the massive eugenics project, causing the cancellation of a major conference and many research projects. We authored a book about it, The War Against Children of Color (1994), which addresses numerous Deep State actors such as the CDC, Department of Justice, FBI, NIMH, NIH, DHHS, and PHS, and names many perpetrators. But we had not yet seen the globalist scope of these activities. He called the violence initiative the No. 1 funding priority for the Federal mental health establishment in 1994. My organization has since obtained documentation that millions of dollars of Federal funds are being spent on violence initiative research and planning, including studies of both rhesus monkeys and inner-city children. Newly developed psychiatric drugs are being tested for violence prevention in monkey studies, and some psychiatrists are claiming they can be used in humans for the same purpose. It seems inevitable that the violence initiative will involve administering the same drugs to inner-city children. And that is the force from within that we are fighting today as we stand up for freedom in America. Lansdale position in the world of espionage was to aid the French resistance during WWII. During WWII, Lansdale was in the OSS & sent to the Philippines by General Charles Willoughby. Paul Helliwell will be revealed to be money behind the assassination Allen Dulles stated Lansdale was one of his best men, helping to fight off communism in Vietnam. Prior to WWII Lansdale was involved in the advertising world. Advertising is mass psychology. Both David Atlee Phillips & Ed Lansdale were experts in the art of psychological warfare. An advisor to Ramon Magsaysay, Lansdale was given the role by Dulles to fight off the Huks movement. The Huks farmers were rebelling against the forced rural reformation that was taking place in the Philippines. Lansdale later became an advisor to the French in Vietnam. Excom was the Executive Committee that Kennedy organized to help him problem solve during the crisis. Robert Kennedy, CIA's John McCone, JCS members & others were on the board of the Excom Committee. Ed Lansdale's go to person at the CIA was William K. Harvey. Harvey is another key figure in JFK's murder. Policy would be set up, directions sent to SAS, SAS would create plan to follow through with objective. Prouty had been sent to the South Pole escorting VIPS, conveniently out of the way for JFK's murderers. Previously Prouty had been involved in Eissenhower's security when he visited Mexico City. Fletcher Prouty identifies Ed Lansdale in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Listen as Len gives a detailed background of Prouty's timeline before the assassination. Prouty believed Lansdale was involved in Prouty being sent to the South Pole just before the assassination. Was Ed Lansdale captured walking in the photos that were taken of the three tramps in Dealey Plaza? Why would Lansdale be in Dallas? Did anyone ever asked him? No one has thought that Lansdale was a shooter in Dealey Plaza, more of an organizational support person. Prouty was able to remove documents before his retirement by having his secretaries not stamp TOP SECRET. In Prouty's last days, he offered his collection of records & government papers to Len. Trumps Parteifreund, der Republikaner und ehemalige Vizefinanzminister von Präsident Ronald Reagan, Paul Craig Roberts, versprach sich am 24. Juni 2016 – direkt nach dem BREXIT-Referendum –„ein Auseinanderbrechen der EU und der NATO und damit die Vermeidung des Dritten Weltkriegs“. (5)In EU und NATO sieht Roberts ebenso wie Trump, böse Institutionen, (6) jedoch von einem diametralen Ansatz her:„Diese beiden Institutionen sind Mechanismen, die von Washington geschaffen wurden, um die Souveränität der europäischen Völker zu zerstören. Diese beiden Institutionen geben Washington die Kontrolle über die westliche Welt und dienen sowohl als Deckmantel als auch als Ermöglicher für Washingtons Aggressionen. Former Gambino family mobster Lou Ferrante joined us for an episode about his three volumes of research on the Mafia. He spoke of the alleged role of the Mob in the JFK assassination just as the files were about to be opened and he and Michael Krasny explored the ethos of the Mob -- the law of Omerta and the past frequency of so called "whackings," as well as the perks of being a mobster and such Cosa Nostra figures as John Gotti, Henry Hill and Joey Gallo. They spoke of politicians and the Mob and how the mob is portrayed in film and television and they exchanged humorous narratives as Ferrante told a funny personal tale and Krasny told a joke. Ferrante spoke of his prison experiences and how he became a writer while incarcerated, including the influence on him of historian Barbara Tuchman. Krasny asked Ferrante of analogies he made in print between the Kennedys and the Medicis and the episode concluded with Krasny drawing out a humorous story from Ferrante about Cuba, President John F Kennedy, Ian Fleming and the CIA's Allen Dulles, and asking Ferrante about the ultimate fate of Teamster leader Jimmy Hoffa and what drives and inspires Ferrante to write.

In 1961, at the height of the Cold War, the fight against communism was in full swing. The CIA was deep into the politics of Central America, having already assisted some dictator-ish guys staying in power. The U.S. felt like it couldn't lose when it decided to "intervene". America was friendly with the current regime of Cuba, and it probably had nothing to do with all of the American corporations controlling most of Cuban industry. When Fidel Castro came into power as a result of one of the many Cuban revolutions, the U.S. was panicking because we didn't know which way he was leaning, Capitalist or Communist. With Cuba only being 90 miles from Florida, this was a cause for concern (not at all escalated by the Nukes we put in Turkey aimed at Russia). When the U.S. botched the first interactions with Fidel and issued economic sanctions, to be fair he seized a bunch of American corporation property in Cuba, he decided to just get what he needed from Russia, and boy were they excited, a communist friendly country 90 miles from the United States, oh the possibilities. Well because of this Uncle Sam decided Fidel had to go, so you do what any rational government would do. You find a bunch of exiled Cubans, train them as guerrilla fighters, teach them to pilot WW2 era bombers, secure them ships, and supply them with everything they need to invade Cuba and start a revolution to topple Castro. In the first half, author and researcher Jerome Corsi discussed his latest book, "The Final Analysis," co-authored with Dr. David Mantik, which delves into the JFK assassination. Mantik, a radiation oncologist with a PhD in physics, analyzed JFK's autopsy X-rays and concluded that all three of the ones in the archives had been falsified "to hide evidence of frontal shots," Corsi stated, asserting that there were clear indications of shots fired from the Grassy Knoll. Corsi expressed confidence that the release of classified documents, which could happen during the next Trump administration, will reveal more about the assassination. "The final documents will show that Lee Harvey Oswald was working for the CIA," he said, adding that, "I don't believe Lee Harvey Oswald fired a single shot that day."The discussion also touched on the concept of the "Deep State," which Corsi characterized as a group of unelected officials and bureaucrats making decisions and controlling power behind the scenes. He implicated intelligence agencies in the cover-up of JFK's assassination, suggesting they manipulate public perception and control narratives. Further, Corsi believes the CIA was "deeply involved in killing Jack Kennedy" and acted in a conspiracy with organized crime to carry it out. Discussing Robert Kennedy, he thinks that RFK was aware of the conspiracy and, if he had lived, would have pursued the truth about his brother's assassination. Corsi posited that former CIA director Allen Dulles, after being dismissed by President Kennedy, began plotting revenge against him.------------In the latter half, author, researcher, and ufologist Anthony Sanchez offered commentary and analysis on the state of ufology and the recent UFO/UAP hearings. He has stirred controversy within the UFO community by posing provocative questions about the current UAP narrative, suggesting it could be a "psyop" orchestrated by defense industries. He also shared concern over the motives behind the mainstream media's focus on UAPs, pondering whether this was a tactic to manage public perception and justify expanded government control. The current drone mystery could be part of that agenda, he added.Regarding the congressional hearings, "the major revelations in 2023 were the confirmation of non-human biologics associated with UAPs," he said, as well as the riveting testimony of retired naval pilot David Fravor on the 2004 "Tic Tac" incident aboard the USS Nimitz. Sanchez contrasted that with the 2024 hearings, which he felt lacked the same level of impact, with the focus shifting towards integrating discovered technologies into national security frameworks. The hearings may serve as a kind of "grand pageantry" to excite and distract the public while pushing hidden agendas, he remarked. On the topic of advanced technologies like zero-point energy and anti-gravity, he argued that declassifying such information could lead to transformative societal benefits, including environmental improvements and energy independence.

MK-Ultra was a secretive CIA project that took place between 1953 and 1973, during which the agency conducted various experiments on unwitting U.S. citizens to explore the potential use of drugs like LSD for mind control, brainwashing, and psychological torture. The project originated from Cold War paranoia, as the U.S. government feared that Soviet and communist agents were using mind control on American prisoners of war. The CIA, led by Allen Dulles and headed by Sidney Gottlieb, initiated MK-Ultra to develop techniques for manipulating human behavior, using drugs, electroshock therapy, and other psychological tools. Over 150 experiments were conducted, many without the knowledge of the participants. One notable drug used in MK-Ultra was LSD, synthesized in 1938 by scientist Albert Hofmann. Originally intended as a circulatory stimulant, Hofmann discovered its hallucinogenic effects after accidentally ingesting the substance in 1943. His intense experience with hallucinations and vivid colors led to further exploration of LSD's mind-altering properties, and the CIA soon took an interest in its potential for brainwashing and interrogation. The CIA purchased large quantities of LSD, experimenting on various groups, including prisoners, military personnel, and even its own employees. One of the most infamous incidents was the case of Frank Olson, a bacteriologist who worked on biological warfare at Fort Detrick. After being unknowingly dosed with LSD during a CIA retreat in 1953, Olson's mental health deteriorated, and he died shortly after, allegedly falling from a New York hotel window under mysterious circumstances. Many believe Olson was murdered by the CIA to keep him silent about the agency's dark practices. MK-Ultra also included projects like Operation Midnight Climax, where unsuspecting individuals were lured by prostitutes into CIA-run safehouses and dosed with LSD. The program's secrecy was such that even top government officials were unaware of its scope. Although officially halted in 1973, MK-Ultra's true extent remains obscured, as most records were destroyed. Revelations about the program came to light through investigations by the Senate Church Committee in the 1970s, revealing the CIA's illegal experiments on unwitting citizens. In this week's study, I continue with Chapter 19 verses 7 and 8. Before I get into the study, I talk about Allen Dulles and how he was a traitor to America being a spy for the Nazi Germany government. He even was part of a group that tried to over throw President Roosevelt. Chapter 19 continues and concludes the final period of events, which is called the bowl period. After the bowl introduction in chapters 12-15, the bowl events began in chapter 16, where we saw all seven bowl events described. However as explained there, chapter 16 was not the conclusion of the bowls. Rather, the description of the bowl period continued into chapters 17 and 18 where the bowl interlude was presented.Here in chapter 19, the bowls continue with a resumption of the seventh bowl event. That is, chapter 19 picks up where we left off at the end of chapter 16. The sixth bowl event in Rev 16:12-16 described nations gathering at Armageddon to make war against Yahweh, and then the seventh bowl event began in Rev 16:17-21 with an enormous earthquake and hail storm. However, it curiously never mentioned the outcome of the war. That glaring deficiency is resolved here in chapter 19.This chapter describes the conclusion of Yahweh's wrath on earth, and it must be considered part of the seventh bowl because Rev 15:1 stated that Yahweh's wrath would be finished in the bowls.The marriage of the Lamb (Revelation 19:7) In both Matthew 22:1-14 and Matthew 25:1-13, Yahshua Messiah compared his return to a wedding. He urged people to be ready for his return. They must not refuse Yahweh's invitation; they must be ready, even if he comes at midnight. In Ephesians 5:31-32, Paul discusses the real meaning of marriage. It is not just a relationship between a man and a woman - it has a much more important meaning that that. Paul called it a great mystery; he means that Yahweh will show the true meaning at the proper time.the marriage of the Lamb is come = The full and final consummation is at Rev. 21:2-9,. Previously there must be the overthrow of the beast, etc., at the Lord's coming, the binding of Satan, the millennial reign, the loosing of Satan and his last overthrow, and the general judgment.The ancient Hebrew marriage consisted of two, some would say maybe three... it depends upon how you define it, stages.    The first stage was the kiddushin. It is the betrothal or the engagement period. It included a contract whereby the couples were actually considered to be legally married. It often lasted at least 12 months and it was a time for them to prove their sexual fidelity, to make sure that the young lady was not pregnant and so forth and a time for a young man to go and to prepare a place for his bride.And then, finally, you have the hupah or the marriage ceremony where the actual vows were exchanged.  And then after the ceremony there would be a final meal that would take place followed by the physical consummation of the marriage, of that sacred union in the private chamber that the couple would have.The bride of Yahshua Messiah (Revelation 19:8) There is a previous description of the clothes of Yahweh's people in Revelation 7:13-14. There, they have washed their clothes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. The Lamb means Yahshua Messiah; his blood is a reference to his death. The meaning is that Yahweh's people can only serve him properly because of The Messiah's death. They do not depend on their own efforts or their own good works to save them. The Dulles brothers and Prescott Bush financed Adolf Hitler's rise in Germany. Allen Dulles helped the Nazis get their gold and loot out of Germany and into the American stock market. Pegasus, the group Truman set up to spy on the intelligence agencies, recorded a phone call between J. Edgar Hoover, Lyndon Johnson, Allen Dulles, George H.W. Bush, and Nelson Rockefeller discussing the upcoming assassination. Three coffins, each supposedly containing JFK's body, arrived at Bethesda Naval Hospital the night of November 22, 1963.  Author and FBI agent Don Adams was certain, after working on the first investigation of the assassination, that Oswald could not have killed Kennedy and that there were at least 14 or 15 shots fired at the president. And Kris asserted that “They did this in this public spectacle because it was a mass trauma hit against the American people. We stopped trusting our government [after the lies and coverup became obvious]. There are people who want us to think that ‘government's bad.' But we need some sort of government so we can all talk to each other without killing each other.”

Questions are being raised about the cause of the cargo ship collision resulting in the destruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
