Understanding the gap between how you think you move and how you actually move might be the most valuable revelation in your fitness journey. In this episode, the Misfit Athletics team breaks down why filming your training and recording your splits are fundamental yet overlooked elements that can transform your off-season development. The coaches share personal anecdotes about the shocking reality check that comes from seeing yourself perform on video for the first time. From Hunter's awkward football recruiting tape to Doug's college sports realizations, these moments of truth force athletes to confront the difference between perception and physical reality. This disconnect applies directly to CrossFit, where athletes often "athletic" their way through movements rather than mastering proper mechanics. We explore why filming your lifts and gymnastics skills provides crucial feedback on bar path, body positioning, and movement efficiency that simply can't be perceived without visual evidence. Similarly, recording workout splits gives you concrete data about pacing and breaking points that build intuitive understanding over time. These practices require no special equipment beyond a smartphone, yet deliver incredible value for performance improvement. The conversation expands to include fascinating insights about athletic development, including why training alongside better athletes naturally elevates your ceiling, how proper nutrition timing impacts recovery between sessions, and why moving poorly inevitably leads to injury regardless of your current fitness level. We also touch on the frustration of spring snow in Maine, wisdom tooth woes, and the mind-boggling strength demonstrations of Larry Wheels.Whether you're a competitive CrossFitter or someone simply looking to maximize your training effectiveness, this episode offers practical strategies that can immediately enhance your off-season progress. The secret to athletic improvement isn't finding the perfect program at the perfect time – it's showing up consistently and putting in the work day after day. This powerful truth forms the foundation of Misfit Athletics' Off-Season Block One, launching March 24th with a two-week free trial that arrives strategically on the heels of the CrossFit Open.In this special edition podcast, we're joined by CrossFit athlete Paige Semenza who brings her unique perspective as both competitor and first-time programmer for this groundbreaking training block. Together we unpack the philosophy behind offering two distinct tracks – Strength Bias and Conditioning Bias – allowing athletes to personalize their approach while still following structured progressions that build foundations for long-term success. We dive deep into the programming methodology, exploring how volume progressions in lifts like back squats and strict press can yield remarkable strength gains without the psychological barriers of one-rep max attempts. You'll discover why we're emphasizing running and C2 biking during this block, with Paige sharing how Zone 2 training transformed her competitive performance despite initially seeming counterintuitive to many CrossFitters. The beauty of this off-season approach lies in its simplicity and focus. Rather than attempting to improve everything simultaneously, we've created a framework that allows you to prioritize either strength development or conditioning while still addressing gymnastics skill work through weekly progressions. This isn't about flashy, ego-driven training – it's about building the foundations that will support dramatic improvements when competition season returns.Whether you're recovering from the Open or preparing for the next stage of competition, this programming block offers the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. Sign up for your two-week free trial on March 24th and discover how consistent, purposeful training can transform your fitness journey one training session at a time.------------------------------Misfits! The Misfit Athletics team unveils "Ulysses," their thoughtfully designed post-Open GPP phase named after Ron Swanson's middle name from Parks and Recreation. This jack-of-all-trades approach to programming serves as the perfect reset button after the intensity and specificity of the CrossFit Open season.Stepping away from specialized training cycles, Ulysses embraces true CrossFit methodology by delivering constantly varied, functional movements across all time domains and modalities. Athletes will experience everything from heavy lifting days to monostructural conditioning, couplets, triplets, AMRAPs and more - all without bias toward any particular skill or strength domain. The goal is simple yet powerful: be stronger, fitter, more powerful, and more mobile than yesterday. For coaches, this phase presents both challenges and opportunities. Unlike specialty phases focusing on a single lift pattern, Ulysses requires coaches to be ready with their complete toolkit, prepared to teach and correct varied movements each day. This mental engagement keeps coaching fresh and develops a deeper understanding of how different elements contribute to comprehensive fitness.A significant addition to this phase is the introduction of "competitor extras" - supplemental programming for those wanting additional training volume. While this serves as an important affiliate retention tool, Matt and Hunter emphasize the need for coaches to have meaningful conversations about who should actually be doing extra work. Often, the barrier to fitness improvement isn't found in more volume but in refining nutrition, recovery, and movement mechanics.Whether you're a longtime Misfit affiliate or considering trying their programming for the first time, the Ulysses phase offers the perfect entry point with its balanced, methodology-driven approach to fitness. Sign up for the two-week free trial starting March 24th and experience programming that's been field-tested and refined in their Portland "laboratory" gym.------------------------------Misfits! The CrossFit Open 25.3 delivered what many coaches are calling one of the best-programmed workouts in recent memory - a beautifully balanced challenge that created meaningful separation between athletes while remaining accessible to the broader community. This final Open recap dives deep into what made 25.3 exceptional: the perfect blend of loading, metabolic demand, and skill requirements that put the fittest athletes in that brutal 10-12 minute time domain while offering a 20-minute cap for others to chase. The unexpected hero (or villain) of the workout? Wall walks, which proved to be the true separator among competitors.Beyond just analyzing the workout, we explore a fundamental fitness truth: sticking feathers up your butt doesn't make you a chicken. Many athletes know which weaknesses they should address but avoid doing the necessary work. Whether it's improving shoulder mobility before attempting wall walks or developing proper positioning for deadlifts, addressing these fundamental limitations is crucial before attempting to build strength on a faulty foundation.Looking at the Open programming as a whole, we break down how CrossFit successfully tested athletes across different time domains and energy systems. While some critics noted the absence of a traditional one-rep max strength test, we explain why the Open's approach to testing strength through sustained output makes perfect sense in identifying well-rounded fitness. As we celebrate our leaderboard winners receiving exclusive new Misfit Athletics gear, we're also announcing the launch of our Off-Season Block 1 programming and Misfit Affiliate Ulysses Phase on Monday, March 24th. Ready to address the weaknesses the Open exposed? There's no better time to start the consistent, year-long journey that truly moves the needle on your fitness.------------------------------Misfits! When your entire competitive season hinges on making semifinals cutlines, what's stopping you from giving everything you've got? In this no-holds-barred analysis of CrossFit Open 25.2, the Misfit Athletics coaches dive deep into the psychology behind workout redos and the disconnect many athletes experience between their stated goals and their actions.Through real examples from the Misfit community, we explore how seemingly small decisions—like whether to redo a workout when you're hovering near qualification cutoffs—reveal profound truths about competitive mindset. As one coach bluntly puts it: "If your goal is to qualify for semi-finals and you are potentially on the fringe with a workout to go, why would you ever leave that to chance?" This episode isn't just about workout strategy; it's about honest self-assessment and ensuring your behaviors align with your ambitions. The episode features detailed performance analysis comparing the 2022 version of this workout with this year's results, showing modest improvements at all levels of the leaderboard. We celebrate standout performances from Brandon True, Paige Semenza, and Jack Strum while providing actionable insights for athletes of all levels. Perhaps most valuable is the discussion of what makes 25.2 such an excellent benchmark—accessible enough for everyone to participate while clearly demonstrating the enormous gap between everyday athletes and elite performers.Looking ahead to 25.3, we discuss the leaked workout format potentially featuring rowing, wall walks, and deadlifts, examining the strategic implications and addressing concerns about competitive integrity when workouts leak early. Whether you're gunning for semifinals or simply trying to surpass your personal goals, this episode delivers the perfect blend of technical analysis, psychological insight, and competitive wisdom to help you finish the Open strong.Ready to take your training to the next level? Are you looking for a way to take your athletic training to the next level? Do you want to track your progress and make sure that your hard work is paying off? If so, this episode might have the solution for you. Joining us today is Drew Crandall, owner and founder of Misfit Athletics, Misfit Gym, Sharpen The Axe, and Proper Fuel. He is an expert at CrossFit programming, which he'll talk about in more depth in this episode. According to Drew, athletes need to keep track of their CrossFit workout activity consistently to monitor their progress, make informed decisions about what they need to improve upon, and boost their level of competition. By keeping track of your performance over time, you can better understand how your body responds to different types of exercises and determine which ones are most effective for your goals. You can also use the data to adjust your workouts as needed and ensure that you're staying on track. Drew adds that one size definitely does not fit all with CrossFit training and programming. Factors like your current fitness level, your goals, time availability, current health status, physical background, and more must be considered when creating a training schedule. While the 2020 Crossfit Games was held under much different circumstances than years past, the goal remained the same; to crown the worlds fittest. Was it a well rounded test? Was it entertaining to watch? The Misfit HQ coaches take a look at the 2020 Crossfit Games from a programmers perspective to discuss how we felt about this years test!
This week on the Unprepared Podcast the guys bring it back to what they know best - how to get insanely fit. Misfit Athletics has spent the better part of a decade writing workouts for athletes of literally all levels, but how do you know what combination of volume, intensity, and program choice is right for achieving your goals? Like most important in life questions, there’s no one size fits all answer that depends on your goals.
On this week's episode of Unfiltered Leadership the team had the amazing opportunity to chat with Hunter Wood, the Director of Coaching of MISFIT Athletics and Head Coach of MISFIT Gym Portland in Portland, Maine. Hunter is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and just an all-around amazing guy. In this episode we discuss the direct parallels that both coaching and leadership encompass. We hope you enjoy!
This special edition podcast is very much a departure from what you're used to hearing from Misfit Athletics. With the level of unease in our community, we decided to execute on your request for a reaction to current events. More than anything, we cover ideas that we hope you will entertain as a part of having meaningful conversations surrounding diversity and inclusion in our community, and whether CFHQ deserves your support in the future.

Connect with Nicole: Mobility Physical Therapy Website Instagram Facebook Guest Bio ------ Austin was the only individual qualifier from CrossFit MF in 2016. He planned on not only getting back to Regionals in 2017, but improving his placement at Regionals. He discovered just qualifying again would be a challenge. As circumstance in his life forced his schedule to be more inconsistant, so went his training from time to time. The small bumps in the road did not steer him away from his goals. Even on days when he trained alone, he had reports from the group as to how the workouts went, ways to attack them, and scores to chase. When Austin finally got the news that he had qualified for Regionals again, he admitted to me that he felt that he “underperformed” and was not happy with his Open performance. This biggest thing I took from that conversation was that he was learning from the experience and ready to put it behind him. If it was only Austin in qualifying position for Regionals again, he may not have felt as strongly about his lack of performance. But because all his training partners that he usually bests finished above him on the leaderboard, his perspective seems obvious, and serves as free motivation for future opportunity during training. The group adds perspective.
In this episode, we discuss how to lean on the major tenants of the Misfit Project to maintain your health and sanity during this time of isolation. While we're usually big proponents of social interaction with your tribe, getting outside as often as you can for both sunlight and movement, etc., COVID-19 has thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into that protocol. While not ideal, there are always ways to work around these limitations and even learn something about yourself in the meantime. Your mindset in how you choose to approach your current situation is completely under your control, so start there and listen to the latest Misfit Project podcast for tips on how to do the rest.
In this episode, we take YOUR questions from Instagram and give you some answers. The topics ranged from Hatchet training to fasting, to how to follow the blog. Hope you enjoy!
The COVID-19 virus, by this point, has affected you in some way. Whether that means working from home, avoiding the grocery store at peak hours, or scouring the earth for the last roll of TP, things are just different. On today's episode of Unprepared Drew, Ted, Hunter, and Sherb skip the "here's why you should practice social distancing" topic and, instead, talk about actionable steps to stay training during this unfamiliar time. Today's topics include: how to modify your training at home with minimal equipment, which pieces of equipment you should purchase on a limited budget, and finally, how to leverage social media to your advantage as a tool while practicing "social distancing."
In another special edition podcast live from Wodapalooza, Drew, Sherb, and Hunter got the unique opportunity to sit down and chat with a true CrossFit OG and 7x Games athlete Dani Horan. Despite being an OG, Dani is one of the few of the elite CrossFitters who has both seen the evolution of the sport and remained a consistent threat in an increasingly difficult women's field. The Misfits run the gambit of topics from training to cannabis, owning an affiliate to gratitude and everything in between.
As we continue rolling through this Phase structure of our season it's important to occasionally revisit the story you're telling yourself in your head about each training Phase. The purpose, your goals, how you're going to attack each day, and what you want to get out of the upcoming 7 weeks. We've got the details of what you can expect, but it's how you choose to approach these next few weeks that will ultimately yield the results you're looking for.
We're coming at you from Wodapalooza 2020 with special guests Cody Mooney and Kenzie Riley. Today on the podcast we're discussing making the transition from "training hero" to Crossfit Games athlete. Enjoy!
PHASE 2 IS HERE JANUARY 6TH! Get ready for your upcoming weeks of training with Misfit Athletics coaching staff. Drew, Hunter, and Sherb break down what to expect from our upcoming Phase of training.
For many of us, the holidays can be a time where stress, obligations to family and friends, binge eating and less than ideal sleep patterns turn what should be a restorative period into a destructive one. We’ve always preached the fundamentals of tribes, fuel, sleep, stress, mindfulness, all under the umbrella of a personal approach that works for you. The holidays are no different, but today we’re here to give you a little permission to relax your high standards with an understanding that sometimes we need to let go and enjoy life. Enjoy the people around you and be ok with not going into the gym for a couple of days in exchange for a much needed physical, psychological, and emotional break that usually results in improved performance anyway. It’s not about just surviving the holidays, it’s about thriving.
Being busy has become something of a status symbol, and is more often than not associated with importance and productivity. It has almost become a competition to see who can spend the most time at the office, with little regard for the quality or actual level of productivity because time spent at work equates to commitment, reliability, work ethic, and an ability to do more work. It’s a vicious cycle that begs the question - is this really what’s necessary to be successful in my job and life? The other side of the coin is determining whether your busyness is self-induced, or a mirage masquerading as a need for organization due to a feeling of being overwhelmed. As the average American workweek gets longer, and our level of connectedness to our jobs increase with the latest technology, we have to be more diligent than ever to make sure our priorities in life are defined, and that the narrative we’re telling ourselves is in line with the person we want to be. Like everything in life, we always have a choice, we just have to be comfortable with the consequences.
It takes a different kind of person to be in the top 0.1% of anything. Hard work, dedication, yaddayadda you've heard all the cliches and buzzwords that descibe what it means to be the best, but what happens when you have to turn that switch off? Do the best have that ability, or are they so far to one extreme that the ability to go from kill-em-all to humble isn't even possible? We'd argue that's not the case, and special guest Paige Semenza is our proof. A 2-time Individual Games athlete, former Division I hockey player and all around humble badass, Paige jumps in with the standard goon squad to talk about the dichotomy of being the best: Humility vs. Fierce Competitiveness. The latest Unprepared podcast is streaming now - check it out!
It’s been a little over a year since the most profound changes to the sport of fitness were made. The initial shock has subsided, and after a hectic qualification process and 2019 Games season we sat down to discuss what should be a slightly more predictable 2020 season, and our overall assessment of the future of competing in the sport of Crossfit. That, plus we dive into what sort of programming changes you can expect from Misfit Athletics beginning on November 18th with Phase I. All that and more in the newest Unprepared Podcast.
As the competitive CrossFit landscape continues to change, so will we. Over the last 7 years we've done our best to stay ahead of the curve, avoid the click-bait trends, and make sure you have the most direct no-bullshit path to the fittest version of yourself. We will continue to pave the way with what we believe the best way to train for the unknown and unknowable, and Phase I is the culmination of nearly a decade of close observation, trial and error, and empirically driven data with a heaping scoop of grit. Phase I will provide you with more options than ever to truly customize your training while still getting the guidance needed to master yourself. Misfit Athletics has, and will continue to be the most well-rounded competitive CrossFit program on earth, and we're upping the ante beginning with Phase I on November 18th. Saddle up boys and girls.

Nutrition for Performance - The Misfit Project Episode 30 by Misfit Athletics
"So if you follow the blog like to a T and the opportunity comes up to work on the strict handstand push up, and you suck at it, you don't just go through the motions like, 'Oh shit, all right, I got my strict handstand push up work in whatever.' It's the opportunity to get better at the strict handstand pushup. And again, if you're not moving better and actually giving a shit while you're working on it, you won't improve."
Welcome to the Unprepared Podcast by Misfit Athletics. Each episode host Drew will be presenting a topic to his cohosts without any preparation. We hope that this will lead to a genuine, meaningful conversation around topics that can bring value to our community.
Think Inside the Box - Der Podcast zu Fitness, Training & Coaching
Cycle 1 is here and so is another season of Crossfit. Seth and Drew tell you what to expect and how to approach Cycle 1 on MisfitAthletics.com
On this episode, I talk with Seth Page, co-founder of Misfit Athletics, a fitness company that does everything from operating CrossFit gyms to running an apparel brand, to remote coaching for high-level Crossfit Games athletes and everything in between. Since starting their business from a garage gym almost 10 years ago, MisFit Athletics has grown to a tribe (their term) of 40,000 'MisFits' who look to Seth and his team to help them get healthy, fit, and engage with a community of like-minded people. For those that follow the sport of CrossFit, you can see their athletes all over the competition floor with multiples more in the stands (just look for the purple).I talk with Seth about what has made MisFit Athletics so sought after by competitive athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike, how growth forced Seth to change how work gets done and decisions get made, and the similarities (and differences) between being a coach and being a boss. https://bengreenfieldfitness.com/whoop2 In the podcast episode , I introduce you to Will Ahmed, CEO of WHOOP, the first scientifically-grounded, self-quantification system worn by a growing number of professional and recreational athlete. Will launched WHOOP out of the Harvard Innovation Lab with his co-founders John & Aurelian, when as captain of the Harvard Men’s Varsity Squash team, he became deeply interested in how strain, recovery and sleep affected an athlete’s performance. WHOOP is currently used by Olympians, military, the world’s top trainers, and teams across all major U.S. professional and collegiate sports leagues. Since that podcast, Will has filled me in on how Crossfit athletes have been getting a ton of value out of the WHOOP, and introduced me to Mekenzie Riley, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by trade who has her license through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as both a Bachelors and Master’s degree in dietetics from Eastern Illinois University. In 2016, she went to the Crossfit Games on Team OC3 Black, taking 5th place overall. Now in 2017, she been competing as an individual and finished third in the Atlantic Regional, punching her ticket to the 2017 Crossfit Games in Madison, WI. Will also introduced me to Seth Page, Owner and Co-Founder of Misfit Athletics (where Mekenzie trains). Misfit works with athletes of mixed modalities to prepare them to compete at the highest level in the sport of CrossFit. Seth started out in the more traditional field of fitness training in 2006 before transitioning to CrossFit in 2008, and began coaching athletes locally in 2009 as the sport began to gain traction. Since then, Seth and Misfit have worked with countless CrossFit Regionals and Games qualifiers. Seth's current focus includes experimenting with and refining programming for competitive athletes, all while training for his first Ironman race. In today's podcast, I have Will, Seth and Mekenzie all on the show together to talk all things WHOOP and self-quantification for Crossfit, Ironman and beyond, including: -Mekenzie's training protocol and qualifying strategy for the 2017 CrossFit Games...[14:30] -How Seth tracks eight different athletes each day and which parameters he looks at to make training decisions "on the fly"...[16:40 & 19:45] -How Seth differentiates between mental vs. physical fatigue...[26:30] -How Seth is using Crossfit to train for Ironman triathlon...[29:20] -Whether you need to be concerned about Bluetooth radiation or LED light signals from the WHOOP...[45:50 & 47:40] -Mekenzie's approach when it comes to Seth's diet, and why she has transitioned him from “carb backloading” to a more traditional diet for endurance athletes...[51:00] -How Seth and Mekenzie are using WHOOP to customize nutrition data...[60:00] -And much more! On this episode of The Art of Fitness, Steve talks with Travis Williams. Travis is a 24 year old CrossFit athlete, recovering Yu–Gi–Oh! addict, and a member of Misfit Athletics. Travis' single-minded focus has taken him to The Reebok CrossFit Games in both 2015 and 2016. More impressive than his 19th place worldwide finish in 2016, is the fact that he did so after living a sedentary lifestyle and being almost 100 pounds overweight just five years prior. This week's episode with CrossFit Games regional qualifier and survivor of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Marco Dapkey has been broken up into two parts. Episode 74 is part 2 of 2 so if you missed part 1 go back and read/listen to Episode 73 before continuing. There you will learn about Marco’s cancer diagnosis, which caused him to miss his highly anticipated senior season of high school football. We also talked about the treatment process of his cancer and the struggles of watching his team succeed without him. To end the episode, Marco took us through his attempted comeback to football only to receive yet another sign, that football might not be in his cards. This is obviously where this episode begins. In part 2 Marco talks about CrossFit’s role in his transition to life after football and what it has taken to finally qualify for regionals (an incredible feat). Marco credits his more balanced schedule for his success in the 2017 CrossFit Open (explained in previous post) as opposed to previous years where training took precedent over most things. Contrary to popular belief amongst most athletes and myself, more is not always better. In part 1 of my interview with Marco, we left off where Marco had just broken his foot and came to the decision that football might not be meant to be. Marco said that after coming to this decision that both he and his mother felt a sense of relief (this sounds familiar, episode 72). This decision also meant that he needed to have a difficult conversation with the coaches at West Chester University (WCU), but Marco reiterated that nothing could be harder than not playing in his senior football season in high school. Marco had an overwhelming sense that he was meant to do something different and bigger. Side note: During this portion of the interview we discuss Marco's bout with second impact syndrome. Fortunately, Marco's injury didn't require surgery like mine or Brett Wycinski's. Marco had gotten blindsided while covering a punt after an suffering an undiagnosed concussion a couple weeks earlier. He ended up being in ICU for a week and was forced to miss the rest of the season. At the moment, CrossFit has become that different and bigger thing God had in store for Marco. During our conversation, Marco tells us how he first got into CrossFit. After the spring semester that Marco injured his foot, he ended up going back the Neshaminy High School to help out with the strength program and was exposed to a CrossFit gym and some of their non traditional and intense workouts. Intrigued by the atmosphere and the novelty of the CrossFit movements, Marco searched for the closest CrossFit gym to WCU and found CrossFit West Chester. As a reminder, Marco was still receiving chemo treatments once a month at this time. Little 5lb, 8oz, baby Marco (This is the picture Steve referred to in the interview). Marco was a vegetarian at this point in his treatment and he goes into some of the holistic remedies he practiced during our conversation. He finished his last treatment on his birthday in 2015. Drink your milk kids.... After working with his high school's strength staff, Marco returned to WCU in the summer to help out with the football team's training camp as a video coordinator. Since he was staying in the dorms and waking up early everyday anyway, he decided to ride his bike to CrossFit West Chester (about a 15 minute ride) to the take the 6 am class. He was immediately hooked and it didn't take long before he started looking into signing up for some local competitions. This thought led to a series of Regional appearances with the CrossFit West Chester competition team. While competing at regionals Marco always took note of what the individual competitors were doing and took what he learned back to his training when he got home. Each year Marco got closer and closer to qualifying as an individual for the CrossFit Regionals. Last year in 2016 he missed qualifying by one spot, but you might be surprised to find out what change he made in his schedule to finally qualify in 2017. Only the top 20 Men & Woman from the Mid Atlantic region advance to Regionals after completing the Open workouts (view video in Episode 73 is this sounds like a foreign language). Only the top 20 Men & Woman from the Mid Atlantic region advance to Regionals after completing the Open workouts (view video in Episode 73 is this sounds like a foreign language). After missing 20 man cut-off for regionals by one spot in 2016, Marco felt like he might have been a little too focused on CrossFit. Marco decided to redirect his focus back on finishing school and has recently completed an internship with the strength staff at Villanova football. He also started started following the Misfit Athletics training program. At one point during the interview, we talked about how he stays healthy with all the training volume he does. He credits his health to trying his hardest not to over do it and implementing non-traditional CrossFit movements to his repertoire. Specifically, he has adopted many of the training methods from Mark Boyle's strength and conditioning program (from the Boston area). Mark's program utilizes unilateral movements in different planes of motion. During this part of our conversation, Marco stresses the importance of finding balance in life because it can be toxic to constantly be on the go. Like Marco, I found CrossFit back in 2012 when one of my buddies who I worked with on the Rutgers football team introduced me to a workout. I was immediately hooked and it was the first thing that made me feel alive after being told I could never play football again. I highly recommend athletes transitioning to a life after sports try CrossFit, not just for the endorphin high, but for the camaraderie as well. I fell in love with the sport at District CrossFit in Washington DC, where it was cooler to move well and have great joint mobility than it was to lift heavy shit and look "tough." Now that I think about it, the further removed I got from the gym, the more I started getting hurt... I need balance. Everyone needs balance. WHERE CAN YOU FOLLOW MARCO DAPKEY? We hear it all the time... Questions about which training program is the best. There are a ton of programs out there that work, and it's never a clear cut winner. What matters is how intense you tackle the programming and if you truly trust the process. Dan and Nick talk about some of the popular Crossfit and Weightlifting programs out there, discuss why each of them work, and give you some guidelines when following programming. Hint, tackle each part of your programming with intensity, and show up consistently. Don't over think your training and go as hard as you're able to. Make sure the programming tackles your weaknesses, and results will come. We promise. We also talk about Dan's trip to the Misfit Athletics training camp, what he learned, and all sorts of goodies in this episode. Get it!
