Canada's goal of bringing in 500,000 new permanent residents every year by 2025 has a focus on settling new immigrants in small towns and different regions of the country – Instead of just the big city centres – and 2021 census data shows that shift is already happening. So YouTube channels made by recent immigrants are helping those who arrive after them learn about where to get groceries, what kind of winter coat they need and even what people are like in a particular town. In 2019 Genevieve won the gold medal for the same event in lima Peru for the Pan American Games. I believe it's safe to say her main focus is on the Steeplechase but Genevievealso runs many different distances and paces staying in shape and keeping motivated. Genevieve goes into detail about what a week looks like for her and how she trains, dizzying to say the least. We also chat about her younger days and what got her started down the running path.Genevieve tells up about the support of her husband, family, teammates and friends and how much of a team effort it really is. We talk about her favourite food and what she likes to do to unwind before a competition. A remarkable story and wonderful person to listen to, you will not want to miss this episode.

I spoke with Cheryl MacDonald Oct 27, 2021. We had a great chat about how we can go through life with things that happen to us working for us and not feeling like they work for us and how both can spark us toward the place we need to be. BioDr. Cheryl Hache Macdonald is a Chiropractor in Moncton NB, Canada. She has been practicing for 9 years, always looking to expand her knowledge in the area of health.  She grew up for nearly 12 years in Moncton, NB, moved to North Carolina until soon after University, landed in Boston as a young adult, and then moved across the country to Portland, Oregon for Chiropractic school.  Making her way back to Moncton was an easy decision, and has led to many interesting discoveries and happenings.  Through many adventures and bumps along the road of life, when the Universe started to show her the energetic world, it was not a new concept, but it was still foreign.  Now, as a mother of two young children, Dr. Cheryl appreciates the current scientific evidence, and has made more room for exploring the scientific process.  She is enjoying the process of asking questions in the search for an ever expanding understanding of our world.  Through this exploration, the world has become a much more magical place.  A place full of possibility, instead of limitations.

Marks Lockhart was my guest June 28, 2019. We had a great discussion about how intuition shows up in his life and around him. From music to family to cooking to biking he has seen how it can make his life feel full of the right things while avoiding the pitfalls that can creep up around us. His observation of life and his ability to hack it is also a way he uses his intuition. Marks Lockhart Bio. A husband and father of two, Marks grew up listening to a wide range of musical styles, from Paul Simon to Kiss to Black Flag. Last week was ARs, this week it’s shotguns. Do you go with a multi purpose shotgun (jack-of-all-trades) or is it better to get specific guns for specific tasks (master-of-one)? Special thanks to Frank who was our inspiration for this week’s topic. We also very briefly discuss the unfolding tragedy in Moncton NB. The post SFR – Episode 60 appeared first on Slam Fire Radio.
