319: New Trail Runner's Guide (Northeast Edition) Are you a road runner looking to start trail running, a hiker intent on picking up your pace, or an experienced trail running veteran who is curious to see if you could pick up a new idea? This episode covers the Trail Running Basics, the Northeast Regional specifics, trail etiquette and safety, training & fitness and even gives some pro tips on pooping in the woods. Trail Running basics answers the questions of what gear do I need to start trail running, how to find out where to run, what the differences are from road running, how to choose between road shoes and trail shoes, and what are some of the essential items you should consider carrying on a trail run. Is it permissible to adjust a child's highchair on Shabbat, which often entails removing and then inserting a peg, or to assemble a child's playpen on Shabbat? Chacham Bentzion Abba Shaul (Jerusalem, 1924-1998), in his work Or Le'tziyon, Helek 2, 27:1, writes that highchairs are made to be frequently adjusted, and one generally does not make a point of inserting the pegs tightly in their positions when adjusting a highchair. Therefore, highchairs fall under the category addressed by the Shulchan Aruch (313:6) of articles that are assembled through the loose connection of various components. The Shulchan Aruch writes that since the parts are assembled loosely, this assembly does not constitute "Boneh" (building) and is thus permissible on Shabbat. Hence, Chacham Bentzion rules, one may adjust a highchair on Shabbat, since the adjustment entails merely the loose, temporary assembly of the various parts. He applies this ruling also to playpens, which are intended for frequent assembly and disassembly. By the same token, Chacham Bentzion rules that one may add or remove a leaf from a table on Shabbat. These leaves are made to be frequently inserted and removed, and people are generally not careful to insert the leaf forcefully and tightly. This therefore does not entail "building," and it is entirely permissible on Shabbat. Summary: It is permissible on Shabbat to adjust a highchair, assemble or dissemble a playpen, and insert or remove a leaf of a table.

Born in Lima, Peru, Jaime Zevallos moved to New York at the age of three and grew up in both Queens and Great Neck, Long Island prior to moving to Los Angeles Jaime's artistic side was evident from an early age, and he spent his teenage years as an infamous street artist. He started his acting career in New York while studying acting at HB Studio and film at C.W. Post Long Island University, and he got his first 'break' in Spike Lee's "Summer of Sam."While on vacation in Los Angeles, Jaime auditioned for Michael Eisner and ended up booking a Series Regular role on the show, "Sam Has 7 Friends." Needless to say, Jaime's vacation turned into an official relocation, as he continued to book roles in films and various television shows, including "House M.D.", "Leverage", "Southland", "Sons of Anarchy", "American Horror Story", "The Bridge", and "Animal Kingdom."
