Stone has won the AWOI Gaming Fantasy Draft and will receive his prize. Because of poor sales, Playstation's Foamstars and Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are being discontinued. More layoffs  are happening as People Fly Games are laying off about 120 developers from its Studios. An interesting article on Ai by Playstation CEO Herman Hulst on how AI will never replace the human touch but will be here to help instead. Leaks occurred before the Game Awards; someone leaked the It Takes Two creators' game, called Split Fiction.Cyberpunk  received an unexpecting patch update. In what has been a tumultuous year for Ubisoft already, the company delivered more bad news over the last week as not only are they sunsetting their live-service title XDefiant, a game that has been long-rumored to be in trouble on its own, but Ubisoft finally delivered the finishing blow and also issued several layoffs at studios involved in making the game as well. With more rumors swirling about Tencent and the Guillemot family talking about a buyout it feels like Ubisoft is in some real danger of having even further repercussions come down the line. The situation with Concord couldn't be any more dire. By the time this podcast is published, Sony's beleaguered hero shooter would have already been pulled offline, with every purchaser refunded. It marks the tragic end of a project that barely got off the ground at all, and certainly represents the biggest black eye PlayStation first party has ever experienced in its near-30 year history. It comes exclusively to PSVR2 on July 4. Eagerly anticipated music pack from the legendary English rock band Queen was revealed in a new teaser trailer. Marathon Bungie revealed their next upcoming project, which appears to be an ultra-modern sci-fi competitive shooter. It's set to launch on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, though no release window was given. Escape from Tarkov like Live Service Loot Extraction Shooter A mysterious trailer for what is presumably the next expansion for the popular sci-fi shooter dropped. Firewalk Studios' new PvP shooter nabbed a new trailer and is locked in for a PS5 and PC release next year. The much rumored dedicated streaming device for PS5 is now 100% official. Meanwhile, some snazzy new earbuds that will bring “next generation audio immersion” to your PS5 were officially announced, too. Bookending the show was a lengthy gameplay trailer featuring everybody's favorite web-slinging superhero in his follow-up, Spider-Man 2.
